Abstract

ABSTRAK           Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh lama waktu sexing dengan metode elektrik terhadap daya tahan hidup spermatozoa sapi aceh yang disimpan pada suhu 5°C. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) pola satu arah. Semen ditampung dari 2 ekor pejantan menggunakan vagina buatan. Semen yang berkualitas baik dibagi ke dalam 3 kelompok perlakuan yaitu kelompok sexing dengan metode elektrik yang dialiri listrik 1,5 volt selama 3 menit (P1); 6 menit (P2); dan 10 menit (P3) yang selanjutnya disimpan dalam suhu 5°C. Tiap perlakuan diamati bagian anoda (P1a, P2a, P3a) dan katoda (P1k, P2k, P3k). Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan analysis of variance (ANOVA) pola satu arah yang dilanjutkan dengan uji Duncan untuk melihat perbedaan daya tahan hidup spermatozoa antar perlakuan, sedangkan untuk melihat daya tahan hidup spermatozoa antara bagian anoda dan katoda diuji dengan uji T. Hasil pengamatan daya tahan hidup spermatozoa setelah pendinginan pada bagian anoda secara berturut-turut 8,92 ± 0,74 jam; 7,00 ± 1,70 jam; 5,00 ± 1,00 jam, sedangkan bagian katoda secara berturut-turut 9,42 ± 1,16 jam; 8,33 ± 1,17 jam; 5,92 ± 1,11 jam. Lama waktu sexing dengan metode elektrik berpengaruh secara nyata (P0,05) terhadap daya tahan hidup spermatozoa. Waktu sexing selama 3 menit menghasilkan daya tahan hidup spermatozoa sapi aceh lebih lama dibandingkan waktu sexing 6 menit dan 10 menit selama penyimpanan pada suhu 5°C. Tidak ada perbedaan yang bermakna antara daya tahan hidup spermatozoa bagian anoda dengan katoda.Kata Kunci: spermatozoa, waktu sexing, metode elektrik, daya tahan hidup ABSTRACTThe study aims to determine the effect of long time sexing with electrical method on the survival of aceh cow’s spermatozoa stored at a temperature of 5°C. This study using one way completely randomized design. Semen was collected from 2 males, using artificial vagina. Good quality semen was divided into 3 groups; group was electrified with 1,5 volt during 3 minutes (P1); 6 minutes (P2); and 10 minutes (P3) and stored in temperature of 5°C. Each group observed the anode (P1a, P2a, P3a) and cathode (P1k, P2k, P3k). The data obtained was analyzed with the one way analysis of variance (ANOVA), followed by Duncan test to analyzed the viability of spermatozoa between groups, while to analyzed the viability of spermatozoa between the anode and the cathode used the T test. The result show the viability after cooling in groups anode were 8,92 ± 0,74 hours; 7,00 ± 1,70 hours; 5,00 ± 1,00 hours and in groups cathode were 9,42 ± 1,16 hours; 8,33 ± 1,17 hours; 5,92 ± 1,11 hours. Long time sexing with electrical method affects significantly (P0,05) sperm viability. Sexing time during 3 minutes showed the viability of aceh cow’s spermatozoa longer than sexing time during 6 minutes and 10 minutes stored at a temperature 5°C. There was no significant differences of the viability between the anode and the cathode.Key word: spermatozoa, sexing time, electrical method, viability

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui tingkat konsentrasi timbal yang berpengaruh terhadap profil darah ikan nila. Penelitian ini menggunakan 12 ekor ikan nila dengan kriteria sehat, bobot badan 15 – 18 gram, umur ± 2 bulan, jenis kelamin jantan. Penelitian ini menggunakan 4 kelompok perlakuan, P0 sebagai kontrol ikan hanya diberi pakan pelet, P1 diberikan paparan timbal  6,26 mg/L  dan pakan pelet, P2 diberikan paparan timbal 12,53 mg/L  dan pakan pelet dan P3 diberikan paparan timbal 25,06 mg/L  dan pakan pelet,  masing-masing perlakuan terdiri dari 3 ekor ikan nila. Perlakuan dilakukan selama 30 hari dan Penghitungan profil darah ikan dilakukan pada hari ke 31. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) pola searah. Pengambilan darah melalui vena caudalis dengan spuit 1 ml  sebanyak 0,5 ml, kemudian sampel darah ditempatkan pada tabung tube yang berisi EDTA. Darah diperiksa menggunakan hematology analyzer. Parameter yang diamati adalah jumlah leukosit total, jumlah eritrosit, kadar hemoglobin dan nilai hematokrit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata jumlah leukosit total P0 (148,20±64,54), P1 (139,03±44,81), P2 (101,67±4,46), dan P3 (111,90±0,85). Rata-rata jumlah eritrosit P0 (1,53±0,80), P1 (1,81±0,48), P2 (1,19±0,10), dan P3 (1,39±0,41). Rata-rata kadar hemoglobin P0 (6,13±3,10), P1 (8,53±1,46), P2 (5,00±0,36), dan P3 (5,93±2,02). Rata-rata nilai hematokrit P0 (23,90±15,37), P1 (24,47±14,38), P2 (21,60±2,94), dan P3 (23,70±9,49). Kesimpulan dari penelitian bahwa konsentrasi timbal 0 mg/L; 6,26 mg/L; 12,53 mg/L dan 25,06 mg/L yang dipaparkan selama 30 hari tidak mempengaruhi profil darah ikan nila.The aims of this research was to find out to determine the level of Lead (Pb) concentration that affect the blood profile of tilapia (Oreochromis nilloticus). This study used 12 tilapia with criteria healthy; body weight 15 – 18 gram; age ± 2 month; male. This study used 4 treatment groups, P0 as control, fish fed only pellets, P1 was given lead exposure 6,26 mg/L and pellet, P2 was given lead exposure 12,53 mg/L and pellet  and P3 was given lead exposure 25,06 mg/L and pellet. Each treatment consists of 3 tilapia. Treatment was done for 30 days and counted blood fish profile done on day 31. The design used was a complete randomized design (RAL) of unidirectional pattern. Blood taking through vena caudalis with 1 ml sryringe as much as 0,5 ml, then the blood sample is placed on a tube containing EDTA. Blood is examined using a hematology analyzer. Parameter observed were total leukocyte count, total erythrocytet, hemoglobin levels and hematocrit value. The results showed the average of total leukocyte count P0 (148,20±64,54), P1 (139,03±44,81), P2 (101,67±4,46), and P3 (111,90±0,85). Average of total erythrocytet P0 (1,53±0,80), P1 (1,81±0,48), P2 (1,19±0,10), and P3 (1,39±0,41). Average of hemoglobin levels P0 (6,13±3,10), P1 (8,53±1,46), P2 (5,00±0,36), and P3 (5,93±2,02). Average of hematocrit value P0 (23,90±15,37), P1 (24,47±14,38), P2 (21,60±2,94), and P3 (23,70±9,49).  The conclusion of research  showed that the concentration of lead 0 mg/L; 6,26 mg/L; 12,53 mg/L and 25,06 mg/L exposed  for 30 days  do not effect the blood profile of the tilapia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasional yang terdiri dari dua variabel bebas yaitu pengetahuan lingkungan hidup (PLH) dan pengetahuan etika lingkungan (PEL) serta dua variabel terikat yaitu sikap menjaga kelestarian lingkungan (SMKL) dan perilaku menjaga kelestarian lingkungan (PMKL). Tujuan penelitian  adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan lingkungan hidup dan etika lingkungan dengan sikap dan perilaku menjaga kelestarian lingkungan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada sekolah menengah (SMA/SMK/MA) di Kota Pagar Alam Sumatera Selatan tahun 2015, dengan sampel 335 orang yang diambil secara stratified random sampling. Pengumpulan data primer menggunakan teknik kuisoner dan observasi lapangan. Data dianalisis menggunakan program SPSS 17.0 dengan statistik deskriptif, uji korelasi dan regresi linear sederhana serta berganda. Intrumen penelitian menggunakan skala Likert dengan lima alternatif jawaban. Hasil uji korelasi dan regresi pada taraf signifikan a = 0.05, mendapatkan empat kesimpulan yaitu : (1) terdapat hubungan positif yang cukup signifikan antara pengetahuan lingkungan hidup dengan sikap menjaga kelestarian lingkungan yang persamaan garis regresinya Y1 = 0,528X1 + 43,427, dengan nilai koefisien korelasi rx1y1 sebesar 0,506; (2) terdapat hubungan positif yang cukup signifikan antara pengetahuan etika lingkungan dengan sikap menjaga kelestarian lingkungan yang persamaan garis regresinya Y1 = 0,540X2 + 42,825, dengan nilai koefisien korelasi rx2y1 sebesar 0,395;  (3) terdapat hubungan positif yang cukup signifikan antara pengetahuan lingkungan hidup dan pengetahuan etika lingkungan secara bersama-sama dengan sikap menjaga kelestarian lingkungan yang persamaan regresinya Y1 = 0,429X1 + 0,261X2 + 32,008, dengan nilai koefisien korelasi rx1x2y1 sebesar 0,532; (4) terdapat hubungan positif yang cukup signifikan antara sikap menjaga kelestarian lingkungan dengan perilaku menjaga kelestarian lingkungan yang persamaan regresinya Y2 = 0,353Y1 + 42,682, dengan nilai koefisien korelasi ry1y2 sebesar 0,363. Dalam rangka meningkatkan perilaku siswa dalam menjaga kelestarian lingkungan di sekolah disarankan sekolah untuk memberikan mata pelajaran pendidikan lingkungan hidup dan etika lingkungan, Dinas Pendidikan menyarankan agar mata pelajaran muatan lokal diarahkan ke pendidikan lingkungan hidup dan etika lingkungan, dan agar Badan Lingkungan Hidup  mendorong semakin banyaknya sekolah yang mengikuti program Adiwiyata

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to description the results of empirical analysis of interactive multimedia newton’s law of motion material as a media of physics learning in the first year of senior high school consisting of empirical validity and reliability. This is survey type. The subjects of this study are the first year students of SMAN 2 Rambah Hilir consisting of 15 male students and 15 female students. The data was collected by scoring of multimedia score given to the respondent through questionnaire, then the data is analyzed by validity test applying product moment correlation technique and reliability test applying cronbach's alpha technique. Based on the data analysis, the validity of the scores of all respondents to the interactive multimedia is greater than the rkritis and reliability score assessment of all respondents to the interactive multimedia has a value of cronbach's alpha greater than 0.7. Based on the results that the interactive multimedia of newton's law of motion material is stated valid and reliable, so interactive multimedia can be used as a media of physics learning in the first year of senior high school.Keywords: Empirical Analysis, Interactive Multimedia, Newton’s Law of Motion Material

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to determine the improvement of the learning outcomes cognitive science of physics by using Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) learning model. This research was conducted in SMK Taruna Satria Pekanbaru from July to October 2019. The subjects were students of class X TKJ4 was 28 students consisting of 20 male students and 8 female students. The research metodh is pre-experimental with One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The instrument of data collection in this research is a cognitive achievement test consists of 15 multiple choice items. The analysis of the data in this research is a descriptive analysis. The descriptive analysis were obtained an average score of students before treatment by 41.67, after being given treatment, the average score of students was 80.24. Gain calculation shows that cognitive learning outcomes of students has increased by 0.66 with the medium category. Thus it can be concluded that the use of Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition learning model can improve cognitive learning outcomes of students of class X SMK Taruna Satria Pekanbaru in the subject matter motion and force.Key Words: Cognitive Learning Outcomes, Cooperative Integrated Reading And Composition, Motion and Force

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to describe students' attitudes toward the science of students of class XI Alfath SMA IT Al-Fityah Pekanbaru with the implementation of learning cycle 5e model assisted concept maps on dynamic fluid materials. The research form was Pre-Experimental Design (pre-test and post-test group. The subject of this study was 20 students of class XI Alfath. A questionnaire of students' attitudes toward the science was given to the students before and after learning as the instrument in collecting the data. Data were analysed using descriptive analysis. The result of the research showed that the students 'attitude toward science was in the high category before (pre-test) and after learning (post-test). In line with that, the students' attitude toward the science was also increased by the implementation of 5e learning cycle concept map model. Thus, it can be concluded that the implementation of 5e learning cycle assisted concept map model can improve students' attitudes toward science in Physics learning on dynamic fluid material in SMA IT Al-Fityah Pekanbaru.Keywords: Learning Cycle 5e Assisted Concept Maps Model, Student’s Attitudes toScience.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to find out the learning difficulties of students in grade X straight motion materials during the corona pandemic at SMA Negeri 1 Keritang. The population in this study was all students of grade X MIPA at SMA Negeri 1 Keritang. Samples in this study were taken in a simple random sampling so that 29 students were obtained in the study sample. Instruments in this study used diagnostic test (multiple choice four-tier) which is arranged based on syllabus and concept on straight motion material. The data analysis used in this study is descriptive analysis, which gives an overview of students' learning difficulties in straight motion materials during the corona pandemic. The results obtained in this study provide the percentage of average physics learning difficulties of students in grade X straight motion materials during the corona pandemic at SMA Negeri 1 Keritang category understand concept 13.10% (low), category understand the concept of partial 36% (medium), category misconceptions 41% (medium), and categories do not understand the concept of 10.03% (low).Keywords: Pandemic, Learning Difficulties, Diagnostic Tests, Straight Motion

Abstract

Abstract: This study was aimed to determine students cognitive study result by the application of Simas Eric model. This study was conducted in MAN 1 Pekanbaru. This study was a quasi experimental using intact group comparison design. The population in this study was student of XI MIA class in MAN 1 Pekanbaru. Sample on this study obtained from two classes of population based on homogeneity test and the sample was chooseen randomly so that experiment and control classed could be obtained. The data was collected by using cognitive study result test after Simas Eric model was applied in experiment class and conventional learning was applied in control class. The data was analize by using descriptive and inferential analysis. This study showed that the average number of students absorption ability which Simas Eric model was applied 80,61% and 72,44% for the conventional learning. It can be concluded that the application of Simas Eric model could enchace students’ cognitive study result on global warming material at XI class MAN 1 Pekanbaru.Keywords: Simas Eric model, cognitive study result, global warming

Abstrack: This study aims to analiyze students High Order Thinking Skills in solving HOTS questions. The method used in this study in survey research to provide an overview of the patterns and levels of class X HOTS of students onbusiness and energy material. The subjects of this study were66 students in class X high school in the Tampan district of Pekanbaru.The research instrument used wasa matter of bussines and energy HOTS. Data collection techniques by providing instrument HOTS to class X students who have studied bussines and energy materials. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to describe the level of understanding of students' physics concepts on fluid material and its application in the VIII class of MTsN Pekanbaru City. The population is all students the VIII class of MTsN in Pekanbaru City and the sample was taken using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10%. The sample used by simple random sampling technique namely was 87students from MTsN 1 Pekanbaru and MTsN 3 Pekanbaru. The research instrument used questions test on the description of the fluid material and its application. Descriptive analysis was conducted to see the results of the students' physics concept understanding test using the criteria for understanding the physics concept of each indicator. Data collection techniques was in the form of scores on the results of understanding the concept of physics. The results showed that the average percentage of students' conceptual understanding in physics science subjects was in the medium category with a value of 47.05%. The category of conceptual understanding in the instrument consists of interpreting, exemplifying, classifying, summarizing, generalizing, comparing, and explaining.Key Words: Understanding Concept, Fluid and application
