Abstract

Anemia merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang masih tinggi di Indonesia, khususnya pada remaja putri. Data Survei Status Gizi Indonesia (SSGI) tahun 2022 menunjukkan prevalensi anemia pada remaja putri mencapai 32%. Salah satu upaya pencegahan adalah program pemberian Tablet Tambah Darah (TTD) yang dilakukan di sekolah. Namun, kepatuhan konsumsi TTD masih rendah, dipengaruhi oleh kurangnya pengetahuan, sikap, serta persepsi remaja terhadap manfaat TTD. Penyuluhan kesehatan dipandang sebagai strategi edukasi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan motivasi remaja putri dalam mengonsumsi TTD. Penyuluhan kesehatan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan remaja putri mengenai konsumsi tablet tambah darah terutama jika dilakukan dengan metode yang sesuai dengan karakteristik remaja. Salah satu strategi yang dapat diterapkan untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan konsumsi TTD adalah melalui penyuluhan kesehatan. Penyuluhan memberikan kesempatan bagi remaja putri untuk memperoleh informasi secara langsung, interaktif, dan kontekstual mengenai pentingnya konsumsi TTD, efek samping yang bisa terjadi, serta cara pencegahannya. Tujuan dilakukannya penyuluhan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran remaja putri untuk rutin mengkonsumsi tablet tambah darah agar tidak terjadi anemia. Pelaksanaan kegiatan penyuluhan ini dilakukan pada 2-3 Juni 2025 di SMAN 9 yang hadiri oleh siswi kelas XI yang berjumlah 33 orang. Kegiatan pendidikan kesehatan ini melibatkan peran aktif mahasiswa S1 Ilmu Gizi Fakultas Ilmu Kesehatan Universitas Ubudiyah Indonesia. Kata kunci : penyuluhan kesehatan, tablet tambah darah.

Abstract

Special attention should be paid to reproductive health, especially among adolescents, especially women. Dysmenorrhea is pain experienced in adolescence. The causes of dysmenorrhea are levels of the hormone progesterone, prostaglandins, and stress/factors. Exercise for dysmenorrhea can prevent it. Dysmenorrhea gymnastics is a technique that guarantees comfortable and stress-free conditions during dysmenorrhea. The body produces endorphins during exercise. The purpose of this study was to the Effect of Dysminore Gymnastics on Reducing Pain Scale in Female Students at STIKes Pelita Ibu Campus. This study used pre-experimental research methods. Conducted on 161 students with a research period of 3 days and a sampling technique, namely accidental sampling. The results of the analysis using the McNemar Test X2 value calculated 103,221 > 3.841 and p value 0.000 < 0.05, meaning dysminore exercise has an effect on reducing menstrual pain. It was concluded that there was an influence of Dysminore Gymnastics on Decreasing the Pain Scale in Female Students at the STIKes Pelita Ibu Campus. It is recommended the need for increased education for women and especially menstrual pain sufferers where by improving exercise routines both before menstruation and while menstruation is highly recommended as a prevention of menstrual pain which has an impact on limiting activities.

Abstract

Mikrobiota usus merupakan komponen penting yang berperan dalam mempertahankan homeostasis tubuh melalui keterlibatannya dalam metabolisme nutrien, regulasi sistem imun, produksi metabolit bioaktif, dan pemeliharaan integritas saluran cerna. Gangguan keseimbangan mikrobiota atau disbiosis telah dikaitkan dengan berbagai penyakit sehingga strategi modulasi mikrobiota menjadi salah satu fokus penelitian terkini. Produk alam diketahui mengandung beragam senyawa bioaktif yang tidak hanya memberikan aktivitas farmakologis secara langsung, tetapi juga mampu berinteraksi dengan mikrobiota usus. Artikel review ini bertujuan mengkaji karakteristik integratif produk alam dalam hubungannya dengan remodeling mikrobiota usus serta implikasinya terhadap kesehatan. Kajian dilakukan melalui studi literatur menggunakan artikel penelitian dan artikel review yang diperoleh dari basis data PubMed, Scopus, ScienceDirect, dan Google Scholar pada periode 2019–2025. Hasil telaah menunjukkan bahwa interaksi antara produk alam dan mikrobiota usus berlangsung secara dua arah melalui proses modulasi mikrobiota dan biotransformasi senyawa bioaktif. Interaksi tersebut berkontribusi terhadap remodeling mikrobiota yang ditandai oleh perubahan struktur, fungsi metabolik, dan profil metabolit mikroba. Perubahan tersebut berpotensi memengaruhi homeostasis, metabolisme, dan regulasi imun host. Selain memiliki implikasi klinis pada berbagai penyakit, perkembangan teknologi multi-omics dan pendekatan berbasis mikrobioma membuka peluang pemanfaatan produk alam dalam strategi kesehatan yang lebih personal. Dengan demikian, produk alam berpotensi menjadi salah satu agen penting dalam pengembangan intervensi berbasis remodeling mikrobiota usus di masa mendatang

Abstract

Strawberries are horticultural commodities that are highly susceptible to postharvest deterioration due to their high respiration rate, microbial activity, and oxidative degradation, resulting in a relatively short shelf life. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of edible coatings in extending strawberry shelf life through a systematic literature review (SLR) approach. Literature was collected from several scientific databases using keywords related to edible coating, shelf life, and strawberry, covering publications from 2019–2026. From an initial 109 articles, a selection process based on inclusion and exclusion criteria resulted in 35 articles specifically discussing the application of edible coatings on strawberries. The synthesis results showed that all studies reported an extension of shelf life after edible coating application, although the effectiveness was influenced by the type of material, formulation, and storage conditions. Chitosan was the most widely used coating material due to its natural antimicrobial activity and excellent film-forming ability. The incorporation of bioactive compounds such as essential oils, plant extracts, and phenolic compounds was proven to enhance antifungal and antioxidant activities. In addition, nanotechnology-based systems demonstrated better preservation performance compared to conventional systems. However, methodological standardization and industrial-scale validation are still required to support commercial implementation.

Abstract

ABSTRACTEducation plays a vital role in shaping students’ character and morality as part of efforts to achieve national goals. In the Indonesian context, Pancasila serves as the primary foundation of character education that needs to be instilled from the elementary school level, as this stage marks the early formation of children’s personalities. This article examines the internalization of moral values, the role of Pancasila and Civic Education (PPKn) in cultivating moral values, and moral values relevant to elementary school students. The method employed is a literature review through the analysis of books, scholarly journals, and related educational documents. The findings indicate that PPKn learning contributes significantly to the development of students’ civic character, including honesty, responsibility, tolerance, and social awareness. The internalization of moral values is most effective when implemented in a planned and continuous manner through teacher role modeling, habituation activities, and contextual learning that is closely connected to students’ daily lives. Therefore, moral education in elementary schools not only focuses on value transmission but also functions as a fundamental strategy in preparing a generation that is well-characterized, has integrity, and can contribute positively to society.Keywords: Moral Education, Value Internalization, Pancasila and Civic Education (PPKn), Civic Character, Elementary School ABSTRAKPendidikan memegang peranan penting dalam pembentukan karakter dan moral peserta didik sebagai bagian dari upaya mewujudkan tujuan nasional. Dalam konteks Indonesia, Pancasila menjadi dasar utama pendidikan karakter yang perlu ditanamkan sejak sekolah dasar, karena pada tahap ini kepribadian anak mulai terbentuk. Artikel ini membahas internalisasi nilai moral, peran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan (PPKn) dalam penanaman nilai moral, serta nilai-nilai moral yang relevan bagi peserta didik sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur melalui penelaahan buku, jurnal ilmiah, dan dokumen pendidikan terkait. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran PPKn berkontribusi signifikan dalam menumbuhkan karakter kewarganegaraan siswa yang jujur, bertanggung jawab, toleran, dan memiliki kepedulian sosial. Proses internalisasi nilai moral akan berjalan optimal apabila dilaksanakan secara terencana dan berkesinambungan melalui keteladanan guru, pembiasaan, serta pembelajaran kontekstual yang sesuai dengan kehidupan siswa. Oleh karena itu, pendidikan moral di sekolah dasar tidak hanya berfokus pada penanaman nilai, tetapi juga berfungsi sebagai strategi utama dalam menyiapkan generasi yang berkarakter, berintegritas, dan mampu berperan positif dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat.Kata Kunci: Pendidikan Moral, Internalisasi Nilai, PPKn, Karakter Kewarganegaraan, Sekolah Dasar

Abstract

This program focused on empowering the Ampenan Fishermen Community through training in fish‑based products such as dim sum and sausages, designed to support stunting prevention efforts and improve household economic resilience in West Nusa Tenggara. Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem that remains a national development priority due to its long‑term impact on human resource quality and competitiveness. In 2022, the prevalence of stunting in West Nusa Tenggara Province (NTB) was still high at 32.7%. Contributing factors include inadequate nutritional intake, limited socioeconomic conditions, and suboptimal utilization of nutrient‑rich local food sources. Fish, as a high‑quality animal protein source, represents a local potential for stunting prevention. Bintaro Village in Ampenan District is one of NTB’s major fish‑producing areas; however, local fishermen’s households have generally limited fish utilization to fresh sales or simple products with low economic value. This community service program, conducted on June 2, 2026, aimed to increase the added value of fish products by training participants (wives and young women) from the Ampenan Fishermen Community in the preparation of nutritious fish‑based products, namely dim sum and sausages. The methods included nutrition education, product demonstration, and direct technical mentoring. The choice of products was based on their popularity, especially among children, making them potential supplementary foods to support stunting prevention while also opening new economic opportunities. The program demonstrated that simple, affordable technology combined with skill training can empower fishing community households to diversify fish products, improve nutritional intake, and strengthen local economic resilience.
