Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebijakan pendidikan di era Revolusi Industri 4.0 melalui studi literatur, dengan fokus pada integrasi teknologi dalam kurikulum. Di tengah kemajuan teknologi yang pesat, kebutuhan akan penguatan kompetensi digital pendidik menjadi mendesak, terutama dalam konteks implementasi kebijakan Merdeka Belajar. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode studi pustaka dengan analisis konten terhadap berbagai sumber ilmiah dan kebijakan terkait. Subjek kajian mencakup puluhan artikel yang menyoroti integrasi TPACK (Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge) dalam praktik pendidikan, baik di tingkat nasional maupun internasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi teknologi tidak cukup hanya dengan menyediakan perangkat digital, melainkan harus didukung oleh pelatihan berkelanjutan, kesiapan pedagogis guru, serta kebijakan yang adaptif. Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa meskipun TPACK telah banyak diterapkan, sebagian besar intervensi masih fokus pada aspek teknologi semata dan mengabaikan keseimbangan antara pedagogi dan konten. Tantangan lainnya meliputi kesenjangan akses teknologi antar daerah dan dominasi studi deskriptif jangka pendek. Kesimpulannya, integrasi teknologi dalam kurikulum memerlukan pendekatan holistik yang mencakup desain pelatihan kontekstual, dukungan kebijakan yang jelas, dan kolaborasi antara sekolah, pemerintah, dan sektor industri. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengembangan intervensi TPACK berbasis konteks lokal dan studi longitudinal untuk menilai dampaknya secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The quality of basic education is greatly influenced by teacher competence, which in its implementation requires a strategic role of school supervisors. This study aims to examine how elementary school supervisors in Banjar Regency implement strategic management in improving teacher competence. A qualitative case study approach was used with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, observations, and document studies. The results of the study indicate that supervisors carry out their roles as strategic planners, supervisors based on mentoring, and evaluators of periodic coaching programs. A dialogic and collaborative supervision approach improves teacher professionalism, especially in learning planning. The main challenges are administrative burdens and time constraints, but can be overcome through collaboration with the principal. The strategic management implemented by supervisors has a positive impact on improving teacher competence and supports the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum more effectively. These findings are relevant for the development of policies for fostering educational human resources in the regions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of the education digitalization policy on the quality of learning at SMA Negeri 2 Dusun Hilir. The background of this study is based on the importance of educational transformation along with the rapid development of technology in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era. Education digitalization is seen as a strategy to improve the quality of learning, equal access, and efficiency of administration and learning methods. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, and is analyzed through the process of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the education digitalization policy has a positive impact on the learning process, including through easy access to information, the emergence of new, more innovative and flexible learning methods. However, digitalization also has negative impacts such as the digital competency gap between teachers and students, the potential for misuse of technology, data security threats, and decreased direct social interaction. At SMA Negeri 2 Dusun Hilir, the success of implementing this policy is influenced by several supporting factors such as adequate technological infrastructure, teacher training, and school management support. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors include low digital literacy of some teachers and students, limited access to devices and the internet, and lack of supervision of technology use.

Abstract

Program LINDA (Layanan Internet Desa) merupakan program Diskominfo yang membuka akses pendidikan digital di wilayah blankspot khususnya di SDN pedesaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi pengalaman para pemangku kepentingan pendidikan, termasuk guru dalam penyelesaian tugas dan siswa dalam pembelajaran. Subjek penelitian dipilih secara purposive, meliputi pihak desa (kepala desa dan guru wilayah blankspot) dan pihak Diskominfo yang terlibat langsung dalam implementasi program dengan masing-masing satu orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi, yang dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis tematik dengan mengidentifikasi, menganalisis, dan melaporkan pola atau tema dalam data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program LINDA bermanfaat bagi guru-guru untuk mulai mengintegrasikan media digital dalam proses mengajar, mengunduh buku pembelajaran serta penggunaan video pembelajaran dan kuis daring yang meningkatkan partisipasi siswa. Tantangan yang ada seperti seperti sinyal tidak stabil saat hujan, akses jalan untuk perbaikan alat, listrik yang belum full 24 jam dan keterbatasan perangkat di sekolah menunjukkan masih banyak solusi lain yang bisa diterapkan serta harus disertai dengan pelatihan, infrastruktur pendukung, dan pemahaman pedagogi digital.

Abstract

Latar belakang masalah ini adalah rendahnya kemampuan motorik halus anak dalam menggunting gambar sesuai pola. Hal ini disebabkan oleh kurang optimalnya stimulasi motorik halus yang diberikan kepada anak serta tidak adanya keterlibatan aktif anak dalam kegiatan terkait. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan aktivitas guru, menganalisis aktivitas anak dan hasil capaian perkembangan motorik halus anak. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian tidakan kelas (PTK). Penelitian dilakukan selama 3 kali pertemuan di TK Rangganala. Jumlah total anak dalam penelitian sebanyak 10 orang anak (8 anak laki-laki dan 2 anak perempuan). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, dokumentasi, serta penilaian aspek perkembangan motorik halus anak. Analisis data menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis cross tabulasi yang digambarkan dalam bentuk tabel, grafik dan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas guru pada pertemuan pertama mendapat skor 19 dengan kategori “Cukup Baik” dan terus mengalami peningkatan hingga pertemuan ketiga dengan skor 31 kategori “Sangat Baik”. Aktivitas anak pada pertemuan pertama dengan persentase 60% artinya sebagian kecil anak aktif dan terus mengalami peningkatan hingga pertemuan ketiga dengan persentase 100% artinya seluruh anak aktif. Hasil capaian perkembangan motorik halus anak pada pertemuan terkahir mencapai 100% artinya anak berhasil mendapatkan ketegori berkembang sangat baik (BSB). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan model Project Based Learning, Metode Demonstrasi, dan Media Kertas Warna Bergambar pada aktivitas dan capaian perkembangan motorik halus anak dapat meningkat dan berkembang dengan baik, sehingga diharapkan untuk penelitian selanjutnya menjadi bahan informasi dan bagi sekolah dapat mengembangkannya.

Abstract

There are many learning strategies in the current era. The right strategy will also provide good results. Currently, the learning strategy that is often applied is differentiation. Differentiated learning strategies generally adjust the content, process, and learning products according to the readiness, interests, and learning profiles of students. The purpose of this study was to examine the application of differentiated learning strategies in heterogeneous classes at SMAS ITP Tarjun. Subjects were selected purposively, including principals, teachers, and students. Data analysis was carried out thematically to reveal patterns of strategies, challenges, and their impact on the quality of learning. The results of the study showed that teachers implemented learning differentiation according to student needs with the support of the principal's transformational leadership through routine coaching and developing a reflective culture of teachers to build the spirit of the independent curriculum. Despite the obstacles, teachers continued to try to develop strategies to increase student motivation and create an inclusive and quality learning environment.

Abstract

Strategic management is a systematic approach that is very important in improving the quality of education, especially in the context of curriculum changes and the demands of 21st century competencies. Teachers are required to have high professional and pedagogical competencies and be able to apply innovative learning methods. This study aims to examine the implementation of strategic management at SMAN 1 Karau Kuala and analyze its influence on teacher and student performance. Using qualitative descriptive methods, this study describes the basic concepts of strategic management, its implementation at the school level, and its impact on teacher professionalism and student achievement. The results of the study indicate that consistent implementation of strategic management can improve the quality of planning and implementation of learning by teachers, as well as create a conducive and adaptive learning environment for students. Strategic management has also been shown to strengthen internal collaboration, increase resource efficiency, and foster an innovative and quality-oriented work culture. Therefore, strategic management can be used as the main foundation in creating superior and highly competitive schools in the modern era.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the School Operational Assistance (BOS) policy in improving school performance, particularly in terms of financial management, the quality of learning, and school governance. BOS is a strategic government program designed to support the delivery of equitable and quality basic education services. In its implementation, BOS funds are used to finance routine school operational needs and to enhance student participation and learning outcomes. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative, employing literature review and field observation approaches. The findings indicate that the implementation of the BOS policy generally has a positive impact on improving school performance, especially in the provision of educational infrastructure, teacher professionalism development, and improved access to quality learning. However, the effectiveness of this program is highly influenced by the management capacity of schools, transparency in financial reporting, and the involvement of stakeholders such as school committees and the community. Therefore, strengthening governance, continuous supervision, and technical training in BOS fund management are key to optimizing the implementation of the BOS program in order to achieve better educational quality outcomes.

Abstract

Continuous cooperation in a partnership must always include effective and open communication so that stakeholders understand and know the performance system of the institution that is entrusted in developing a directed and effective education for children and education. This research is to find out the management and utilization of existing resources, both teacher resources and infrastructure resources managed by schools in cooperation and collaboration with stakeholders and partnerships that always support every decision making in helping the development of human resources (teachers) and school infrastructure. The collaboration built by parents and school management has a great impact both on the success of an educational institution and on teacher resources and school infrastructure in addition to facilitating schools for student growth by carrying out sustainable collaboration. In order to create good cooperation between schools and the community, the community needs to know and have a clear picture of the school concerned.   The description and condition of the school can be informed to the public through reports to parents of students.

Abstract

Teachers have a strategic role in improving the quality of education, not only as implementers of learning, but also as drivers in the management and development of educational institutions. This study aims to explore the form of teacher empowerment in managing school development at SMAN 1 Panyipatan. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results showed that teachers were empowered through active involvement in the School Development Team, internal training, and the implementation of strategic school programs. This empowerment contributed to increased motivation, sense of ownership, and overall school performance.
