Abstract

This study was motivated by the pungent odor of broiler manure around the farm. Chicken manure that accumulates in chicken coops and accumulates in large quantities will produce harmful gases such as ammonia. Therefore, an alternative solution is needed to manage chicken manure so that the ammonia content is not high. One process that can be used is to provide EM4 and Moringa leaves as animal feed. The purpose of this study was to determine the concentration of EM4 and Moringa leaves that can stabilize ammonia levels in broiler manure. This research is an experimental study using a group randomized design consisting of 4 treatments and each treatment used 1 kg of animal feed and each was given 2 replicates for 4 weeks. With data analysis techniques using the Anova test and the Honest Real Difference test. The design is as follows: A0: 1 kg of animal feed without EM4 and moringa leaves, A1: 1 kg of animal feed with 15 ml EM4 and 9 gr moringa leaves, A2: 1 kg of animal feed with 25 ml EM4 and 9 gr moringa leaves, A3: 1 kg of animal feed with 35 ml EM4 and 9 g moringa leaves. The results of the research conducted obtained that the concentration of EM4 with moringa leaves as the right animal feed is 25 ml EM4 and 9 gr moringa leaves (A2) where the result is the ammonia level of 10 ppm.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Biologi melalui penerapan model Project Based Learning (PjBL) berbasis pendekatan Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) di kelas X 2 Madrasah Aliyah Pompanua, Kabupaten Bone. Permasalahan utama dalam pembelajaran Biologi di sekolah ini adalah rendahnya keterlibatan siswa selama proses pembelajaran yang disebabkan oleh dominasi metode ceramah dan kurangnya integrasi nilai-nilai budaya lokal dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, masing-masing terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan aktivitas belajar siswa dari siklus I ke siklus II. Pada siklus I, persentase rata-rata aktivitas belajar siswa sebesar 60,31% berada dalam kategori cukup, sedangkan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 76,87% yang termasuk dalam kategori baik. Peningkatan ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model PjBL berbasis pendekatan CRT mampu meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa secara signifikan. Dengan demikian, model pembelajaran ini dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif strategi pembelajaran yang efektif dan relevan dengan karakteristik siswa dan lingkungan belajar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan ChatGPT dalam pembelajaran Biologi terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas X di Madrasah Aliyah Pompanua. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksperimen. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari dua kelas, yaitu kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan ChatGPT dan kelas kontrol yang menggunakan metode pembelajaran konvensional. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes pretest dan posttest kemampuan berpikir kritis, serta dianalisis menggunakan uji normalitas, homogenitas, uji-t, dan regresi linear. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan signifikan kemampuan berpikir kritis pada siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan bantuan ChatGPT, di mana rata-rata peningkatan skor (gain) siswa kelas eksperimen sebesar 19,58 poin, sedangkan kelas kontrol hanya 9,69 poin. Selain itu, analisis uji-t menunjukkan perbedaan hasil yang signifikan antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Penerapan ChatGPT membantu siswa lebih aktif dalam berpikir, memahami konsep Biologi secara lebih mendalam, dan berlatih menyelesaikan masalah secara kritis. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan teknologi Artificial Intelligence seperti ChatGPT memberikan pengaruh positif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa serta menjadi alternatif media pembelajaran yang inovatif dan efektif, khususnya dalam pembelajaran Biologi di tingkat Madrasah Aliyah.

Abstract

This ant sugar Making Training From Nira Lontar has increased the knowledge and skills of the community to manage and optimize ezisting Natural Resources (SDA) and Human Resources (SDM),in order to improve the economy of the Labissa Village community.by using the following methods and stages;1) Presentation of material on processing brown sugar (Nira Lontar) into Ant Sugar,2)Demonstration on processing brown sugar (Nira Lontar) into Ant Sugar, 3) Product Packing Training 4)Evaluation of the result of the training. This research was carried out in November 2023 in Labissa Village,Ajangale District,Bone Regency.Survey and interview result of 85% of training participants responded positively to this training.25 training felt satisfied and enthusiastic about the activities carried out.

Abstract

Indonesia yang dikenal sebagai negara penghasil kelapa terkemuka, berperan besar dalam memasok produk kelapa ke pasar global, dan juga berperan penting dalam membentuk arah industri kelapa menuju keberlanjutan dan kesejahteraan sosial. Kegiatan pelatihan VCO ini dilaksanakan di Desa Labissa, Kecamatan Ajangale, Kabupaten Bone pada bulan November 2023. Alat yang digunakan berupa corong, gula plastik, ikat karet, pipet, baskom, mesin pemarut dan penyaring santan. Bahan yang digunakan adalah kelapa dan air hangat. Setelah proses wawancara berlangsung, terdapat 85% respon positif dari 25 peserta, dalam hal ini masyarakat Desa Labissa, Kecamatan Ajangale, Kabupaten Bone. Manfaat yang diharapkan dari pelatihan ini adalah masyarakat mempunyai wawasan mengenai Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) sehingga dapat mengoptimalkan sumber daya alam dan manusia yang ada.

Abstract

This Compost Making Training will increase the knowledge and skills of the community to process and optimize existing Natural Resources (SDA) and Human Resources (SDM) in order to improve the economy of the Labissa Village community. This training activity on making compost was carried out in the Labissa Village Office Hall, Ajangale District, Bone Regency in December 2023. The tools used were tarpaulin, knife, shovel, hoe, gloves. The materials used are livestock (cow) manure, water, vegetable and fruit waste, soil, husks, brown sugar, brown (dry) and green leaves, catfish pond water starter, wood dust, coconut belt. After the question and answer process took place, there were 85% positive responses from approximately 25 participants, in this case the people of Labissa Village, Ajangale District, Bone Regency. The expected impact of this training is that the community will have broad insight into waste or organic waste so that they can process it into something useful and beneficial.

Abstract

Minimnya integrasi aspek lingkungan dalam praktikum kimia, kurangnya sumber daya yang ramah lingkungan, dan rendahnya kesadaran mahasiswa terhadap dampak lingkungan dari kegiatan praktikum di laboratorium kimia. Tujuan akhir pengabdian ini adalah mahasiswa sadar terhadap lingkungan serta pentingnya praktikum kimia yang berkelanjutan sehingga kedepannya mahasiswa mampu mengimplementasikan praktikum kimia yang memperhatikan aspek-aspek lingkungan dan terampil dalam mengelola bahan kimia secara aman dan bertanggung jawab. Selain itu diperoleh penuntun praktikum kimia berbasis lingkungan yang mengintegrasikan konsep kimia dengan aspek-aspek lingkungan yang relevan serta nantinya akan dibuatkan artikel dan diterbitkan pada jurnal nasional pengabdian masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut adalah melalui pelatihan terhadap beberapa mahasiswa (asisten praktikum) dan melakukan praktikum kimia berbasis lingkungan langsung di labotarorium kimia FMIPA UNM. Pelatihan untuk asisiten praktikum dilaksanakan satu kali sedangkan praktikum kimia berbasis lingkungan dilaksankan sebanyak 1 kali untuk masing-masing kelas. Monitoring dilakukan selama kegiatan berlangsung dan akan dilakukan evaluasi pada pertemuan terakhir.

Abstract

Network pharmacology is a new approach to medicine that aims to understand drug interactions with body tissues more specifically. This concept involves a deep understanding of the mechanisms of drug action, drug metabolism, and the influence of drugs on tissue function. In recent years, network pharmacology has become a significant trend in drug development. This approach allows researchers to design drugs that are more effective and have fewer side effects. By understanding in detail how drugs interact with specific tissues, specific and targeted drug development can be undertaken. Network pharmacology also opens the door to the development of more particular and existent therapies. By taking into account individual differences in response to drugs, this approach allows for more effective and safer treatment. This article presents a literature review of network pharmacology as a new approach and trend in medicine. This literature review also explores the latest research and current trends in the world of medicine using a network pharmacology approach.This article shows that tissue pharmacology has great potential in more effective and safer treatments. With a better understanding of drug - tissue interactions, we can develop more targeted therapies and reduce the risk of undesirable side effects.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the learning strategy Everyone is A Teacher Here combined with a differentiated learning strategy on scientific literacy skills and learning motivation on environmental pollution material. This research method is a quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest control group design. The sampling technique is by means of cluster random sampling. The instruments used in this study were descriptive tests and motivation questionnaires. Results Based on the data analysis of scientific literacy ability, the posttest average in the experimental class was 74.2 while in the control class it was 60.89 with the results of hypothesis testing (t-test) obtained tcount (3.59) > ttable (1.68) indicates that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Furthermore, based on the results of the motivational data analysis, the average percentage in the experimental class was 85.01% while in the control class it was 74.98%, with the results of hypothesis testing (t-test) obtained tcount (9.20) > ttable (1.68) indicates that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of the learning strategy Everyone is a Teacher Here combined with a differentiated learning strategy on scientific literacy skills and learning motivation for environmental materials for class X MIPA UPT SMA Negeri 1 Wajo.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the applicability, efficacy, and validity of Macca Biology Learning Media, which is based on Andromo Android Software, for environmental pollution content in Class VII SMP Negeri 3 Sengkang. The research methodology employed is research and development, also known as define, design, and development (3D model research and development). This study involved 32 students in class VII and was conducted during the even semester of the 2022–2023 academic year, which began in February–March 2023. The teacher and student practicality questionnaire, student learning outcomes, and validator results provided the research data. A % quantitative descriptive method was used to process the study's results. Macca Biology Learning Media received 90.5% from the media and material validators, 91.6% from the teacher's practical responses and 90.5% from the students' practical responses, and 96.8% of the students received a perfect score from the learning outcomes, according to the study's findings. The study's findings indicate that the Macca Biology Learning Media, which utilizes the Andromo Android platform, is a reliable, useful, and efficient resource for biology education.
