Child Sexual Abuse (CSA) becomes a problem in the world that is quite large and has adverse effects, both short and long term. The prevalence continues to increase every year. Generally, elementary school-age likes to sing a song. Meanwhile, school-age is the time to study. A song is expected to increase knowledge of skills in preventing sexual violence. The objective of this study to assess the effect of education through songs on the level of skill knowledge about preventing CSA in school-age children. The type of research was quasi-experiment with one group pre and post-test design. The sample size used a total sampling that all students became the sample. The study involved 323 students in grades 4-6 at SDN Dayeuhkolot, Bandung Regency. The treatment was an education on prevention of the CSA on school-age children, it was given using the jargon "TANGKIS" with the method of giving songs through a video about the prevention of sexual violence against children. The instrument was adopted from the Aprilaz design (2016) which was modified by Suhenda (2019). Data analysis using univariate analysis with frequency and percentage distribution, and bivariate analysis using t-test. The study showed that 289 students (89.5%) were able to have good knowledge about the prevention of CSA before the intervention and after the intervention increased to 319 (98.8%) (p= 0.001). Education through songs influences students' knowledge regarding the prevention of CSA. Suggestion: this research is to be able to make education programs to prevent CSA of school-age children regularly and explore other educational methods that can effectively influence the improvement of knowledge, attitudes, and skills in protecting themselves from the threat of CSA.Abstrak: Child Sexual Abuse (CSA) menjadi masalah di dunia yang cukup besar dan berdampak buruk, baik jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang. Abstract

Introduction: Sexual issues in Indonesia are never discussed openly in the family, one of the contributing factors is the presumption of taboo culture in the conversation of sexual topics.  This can be a risk of sexual abuse in children. Objective:  To identify the cultural diversity of Indonesia at risk of child sexual abuse. Method:  We conducted systematic reviews using PubMed, Science Direct, SpringerLink, EBSCO for the keywords "Indonesian culture" AND "child sexual abuse", then Google Scholar for keywords "“nilai-nilai” ATAU “budaya Indonesia” DAN “kekerasan seksual anak”. Literature searched follow inclusion criteria such as articles Indonesian and English, published in 2011-2021, Full-text, primary research, focusing on sexual abuse in children in terms of culture. After an initial selection of 4866 articles, then filtered and assessed using the JBI Tool so that 5 qualified articles were obtained. Results:  It was found that family factors, internal factors of perpetrators and victims, and external factors were cultural in Indonesia that are at risk of sexual abuse in children. Conclusion:  Based on the results of research it can be concluded that most cultures in Indonesia still consider it taboo to talk about sexual topics to children, so it can be a risk of sexual abuse in children. It is recommended that research be conducted to educate the problem of sexual abuse in children through a cultural approach involving family factors, internal factors, and external factors

Purpose: This study aimed to describe SE in online learning at the Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Padjadjaran.  Methods: This study was quantitative descriptive research. The population was undergraduate nursing students (N=862). The sample criteria were that respondents were active students of the Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Padjadjaran for the 2020/2021 period from the Jatinangor and Pangandaran campuses. The sampling technique was total sampling with a response rate of 64,3% (n=554). Data were collected using the Online Community and Student Engagement Scale. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and presented in frequency distribution tables.  Results: The results showed that more than half of students (52.7%) had a low category of SE, and nearly half (47.3%) have shown a high category of SE in online learning. Students had low levels of Community Building with the Instructor, Community Building with Classmates, and Engagement with Learning (57.4%; 58.3%; and 51.8%, respectively). The SE level that the respondent currently has has the potential to be increased along with the ongoing process during the lecture period. Conclusion: More than half of students had a low category of SE in online learning this could have a negative impact on student achievement and educational completion rates. Therefore, intense interactions through discussions between students and lecturers, constructive feedback, and motivational support are highly recommended to be provided by the faculty and peers for improving the SE.

Abstract

Background: Anemia during pregnancy is one of the most common disorders, especially in middle and poor economic countries, including Indonesia. Anemia is closely related to nutrition consumed during pregnancy. Objectives: This research aimed to explore the experience of nutritional fulfillment in pregnant women with a history of anemia during pregnancy. Methods: The research used a qualitative design with a phenomenological approach. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with inclusion criteria, so a sample of 20 pregnant women with a history of anemia was obtained. Data collection was carried out through semi-structured in-depth interviews. Data analysis used the Colaizzi method. Results: The results showed five themes: lack of intake and diversification of food types during pregnancy; food processing with hot temperatures and dry intensity reduces the nutritional value of food; choosing the type of food without knowing its benefits can affect health; several types of vegetables, fruit, and protein are dietary restrictions during pregnancy; and non-compliance in consuming Fe tablets regularly. Fulfillment of nutritional status is essential for pregnant women and must be fulfilled thoroughly so that anemia does not occur during pregnancy. Conclusions: Mothers' lack of knowledge and inability to care for themselves during pregnancy. Lack of information, starting from the selection, processing, and consumption of food during pregnancy, can increase the mother's health risks, including anemia. Pregnant women must improve prenatal care to get education about fulfilling nutrition during pregnancy.

Abstract

Background : Entrepreneurship in nursing has enormous and promising opportunities for a nurse. It includes palliative care / home care, nursing counseling, caregiver training, physiotherapy services and others. However, the development of entrepreneurship in nursing still faces several obstacles.Purpose The aim of this study was to explore the development of entrepreneurship in nursing.Method The method used in this study was literature review. Several data bases including Google schoolar, Garuda, National Library, DOAJ, PubMed, Sciencedirect, and Proquest were used. Keywords were chosenin accordance with MESH (Medical Subject Heading), including “kewirausahaan keperawatan”, “hambatan kewirausahaan keperawatan”,"mahasiswa keperawatan", "nursing entrepreneurship", "nursing entrepreneurial", "barrier of nursing entrepreneur", "opportunities of nursing entrepreneur”, and “nursing student” in April 2020. Based on the search results there were 4 national and 4 international articles related to the topic and match the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Findings Findings from 8 articles indicated that obstacles faced by entrepreneur nurses were more due to a lack of entrepreneurial knowledge, experience, and skills. There are several ways to overcome obstacles that occur in nursing entrepreneurship, namely: increasing entrepreneurial knowledge and experience, identifying opportunities via internet or social media, and always interacting among fellow entrepreneurs, patients and the community to find opportunities that have never been found before. The solution to develop nursing entrepreneurship is to increase the interest, knowledge, skills, training and experience of nursing entrepreneurs. This research is expected to be used as an evaluation of entrepreneurship learning and nursing entrepreneurship development programs. Conclusion In conclusion, the development of nursing entrepreneurship is still facing some obstacles that need to be overcome. The main key lies in increasing knowledge, interests and skills through entrepreneurial training and education.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the impact of fear on intranatal and postnatal processes. The research method used was a scoping review of articles about the effects of fear of giving birth by searching database sources from Pubmed, Ebsco, and the Google Scholar search engine. The keywords used for the first search are "Childbirth Fear" AND "Impact of Childbirth Fear" OR "Effects of Childbirth Fear". Research results show that fear of giving birth that continues or is not handled correctly can cause mental well-being disorders after giving birth. These include postnatal anxiety, postnatal depression, and posttraumatic stress disorder. Persistent, unresolved fears can affect the bond between mother and baby. A prolonged fear of giving birth can increase the risk of premature birth or a baby with a low birth weight. The nursing intervention that can be carried out is making a directed and comprehensive birth plan involving the medical and nursing team. In conclusion, fear can trigger a stress response and increase physical and emotional tension in pregnant women during labor, causing delayed delivery or hindering the progression of work. Continued fear can lead to posttraumatic stress disorder, postpartum depression, or difficulty in meeting their baby's emotional and mental needs. Keywords: Maternal Emotions, Fear of Childbirth, Baby Risks
