Abstract

Digital transformation and the implementation of hybrid work models have brought significant changes to Human Resource Management (HRM) practices. This article aims to analyze the impact of digital transformation and hybrid work on HRM functions, particularly in recruitment, employee development, performance management, and the strategic role of HRM within organizations. This study employs a literature review method by examining national and international academic journals published within the last five years (2021–2025). The findings indicate that digital transformation and hybrid work can enhance operational efficiency, work flexibility, employee satisfaction, and organizational performance when supported by adaptive and data-driven HRM policies. Nevertheless, these practices also present challenges related to employee engagement, organizational culture, and performance evaluation systems. Therefore, HRM is required to assume a more strategic role in managing change to ensure sustainable organizational success.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini dilaksanakan untuk menguatkan kemampuan literasi digital dan penerapan strategi green marketing dalam membentuk jiwa kewirausahaan berorientasi lingkungan pada siswa SMKN 7 Kota Serang. Ruang lingkup kegiatan menitikberatkan pada pengembangan keterampilan pemanfaatan media digital sebagai sarana pemasaran serta internalisasi prinsip keberlanjutan dalam perancangan usaha. Metode yang digunakan mencakup penyuluhan partisipatif, penyampaian materi tematik, diskusi terarah, analisis studi kasus, dan simulasi praktik kewirausahaan dengan pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis pengalaman. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman siswa terhadap penggunaan teknologi digital untuk promosi produk, penguatan kesadaran ekologis, serta kemampuan merancang gagasan usaha sederhana berbasis green marketing. Simpulan kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi literasi digital dan green marketing berkontribusi positif dalam membangun karakter kewirausahaan siswa SMK yang inovatif, adaptif, dan berdaya saing, sekaligus mendorong pengembangan usaha yang berkelanjutan di era ekonomi digital. Abstract

Positive impacts of national development progress include the growth and development of economic activity centers, resulting in the establishment of new industrial centers and providing employment opportunities for the community. The legal framework for employment relations between outsourced workers and parties in the labor sector is regulated by Pancasila Industrial Relations (hereinafter abbreviated as HIP). HIP is an industrial relationship based on the manifestation of all the principles of Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution (hereinafter abbreviated as UUD 1945), and develops in accordance with the character of the Indonesian nation. Meanwhile, industrial relations refers to all types of employment relationships between employers and employees, both at the regional and national company levels, relating to socio-economic matters such as wages, working hours, working conditions, employment relations, and so on. Employment relations serve as a basis for parties to protect their respective interests and avoid discriminatory practices and human rights violations during the organizational process to achieve company goals. Outsourced labor practices related to employment relations are frequently discussed and debated among various groups. This is directly related to companies' efforts to reduce costs related to human resource utilization and their responsibility to provide legal protection for workers in the employment relationship. The employment relationship between workers and companies in outsourcing practices must reflect legal protection for workers, as stated in the Preamble to the 1945 Constitution: to protect the entire Indonesian nation and its entire homeland and to advance general welfare based on Pancasila to achieve social justice for all Indonesians. Although outsourcing is limited to specific fields, it is widespread in companies' core businesses. Therefore, the government's role is crucial in ensuring that workers' rights within an employment relationship are fulfilled in accordance with applicable laws.

Abstract

The enactment of Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation has important implications for the labor protection system in Indonesia, including in efforts to realize gender equality in the work environment. Normatively, the principle of equal rights and prohibition of discrimination is still recognized in the framework of national labor law. However, the changes in regulations introduced through the Job Creation Law raise a number of problems related to the protection of women workers. This study aims to examine the regulation of gender equality in Indonesian labor law after the enactment of the Job Creation Law, identify provisions that have the potential to give rise to gender discrimination, and assess the effectiveness of these laws in preventing injustice against women workers, especially in the aspects of wages, promotions, and working conditions. The research method used is normative juridical with a regulatory approach and a conceptual approach. The results of the study show that although the Job Creation Law does not expressly contain discriminatory norms, some regulations related to labor relations flexibility and the wage system have the potential to have a greater impact on women workers. In addition, weak supervision and law enforcement cause the effectiveness of this law in preventing gender discrimination to be suboptimal. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen implementing regulations and employment policies that are oriented towards gender justice.

Abstract

KPM Internasional is a form of student engagement that integrates academic, social, and cultural dimensions across national boundaries. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the International KPM as a medium for economic and educational diplomacy, using a case study in Hatyai, Thailand. The research employed a qualitative descriptive approach through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The findings reveal that the KPM program in Hatyai not only strengthens academic collaboration between Indonesian and Thai universities but also creates opportunities for cooperation in the fields of creative economy, local trade, and halal product promotion. Moreover, the program plays a significant role in fostering soft diplomacy through cultural exchange, language interaction, and the dissemination of moderate Islamic values relevant to the Southern Thai context. Therefore, the International KPM serves as an effective instrument for expanding educational and economic networks while enhancing Indonesia’s positive image in the global arena.

Abstract

This research aims to develop interdisciplinary Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teaching materials tailored to the needs of students at public universities (PTU). The interdisciplinary approach is used in response to the dichotomy between religious studies and general studies that is still prevalent in the higher education system. By integrating Islamic values into various disciplines such as science, technology, economics, and social studies, PAI teaching materials can provide students with a more contextual and applicable understanding. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with qualitative and quantitative approaches, involving needs analysis, teaching materials design, expert validation, and limited student trials. The results indicate that interdisciplinary PAI teaching materials can increase student engagement, strengthen the relevance of PAI in the context of modern science, and shape critical and adaptive religious character. These findings suggest that integrating Islamic values into PAI teaching materials can be an effective strategy in building higher education that is not only intellectually superior, but also morally and personally developed. This study recommends that public universities adopt a broader interdisciplinary approach in developing Islamic Religious Education (PAI) curricula to comprehensively address the challenges of Society 5.0.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan sistem informasi monitoring target harian karyawan berbasis web pada PT Pura Barutama Unit Offset. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah proses pemantauan target harian yang masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga kurang efektif dan rentan terhadap kesalahan pencatatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pengembangan sistem waterfall yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, dan pengujian sistem. Sistem dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan mampu membantu proses monitoring target harian karyawan secara lebih cepat, akurat, dan terstruktur. Dengan adanya sistem ini, pihak manajemen dapat melakukan evaluasi kinerja karyawan dengan lebih efektif. Kesimpulannya, sistem informasi berbasis web yang diimplementasikan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi dalam pengelolaan data target harian karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan program perhutanan sosial dan reforma agraria sangat bergantung pada komitmen semua pihak untuk melaksanakannya secara konsisten. Dengan metode yuridis empiris, penelitian ini mengkaji pengaturan hukum, perlindungan masyarakat, serta pertanggungjawaban perusahaan dalam pelaksanaan perhutanan sosial di kawasan hutan produksi. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa regulasi telah diatur dalam berbagai peraturan perundang-undangan, sementara perlindungan hukum bagi masyarakat tersedia melalui pengakuan legal, kerja sama, pendampingan, dan mekanisme penyelesaian konflik. Adapun perusahaan yang melanggar dapat dikenai sanksi administratif, perdata, maupun pidana sesuai tingkat pelanggaran yang dilakukan.
