Abstract

Based to visit data year 2005 known that from amount of 238 patient there are amount of referred patient from health officer more that is 171 patient (71,85%) compared to patient who taken care with their willingness counted 67 patient (28,15%). Therefore, it requires to know patient's preception especially about the take care service of to lodge in Division of Geriatri both of reffered and chosening their room with theirselves as base of posisioning or marketing promotion next. The purpose of this research is to know the difference perception about the take care service of to lodge in Division of Geriattri both of referred and chosening theur room with theirselves as base of posisioning or marketing promotion next. The purpose of this reseaech is to know the difference perception about the  take care service of to lodge to old age between reference patient from health officer and patient who taken care with their willingness in division of Geriatri Hospital of dr Kariadi Semarang. This research used observation with method of survey, to explain the relation between variable independent and variabke dependent. This research not only quantitative approach, but also with qualitative approach by using indepth interview to get input about take care service of to lodge and promotion which have been done.the time approach of data collecting use study of crosssectional.this research not only quantitative approach, but also with qualitative approach by using indepth interview to get input about takecare service of to lodge and promotion which have been done. The time approach of data collecting use study of crossectional. This research population is all patient who take care of to lodge in two month range of time in take care room of to lodge division of Geriatri Hosputal of dr Kariyadi Semarang. This research sample amount to 62 people, consist of31 reference patient from health officer group ND 31 Patient with their willingness group. Analyse bivariate in this research is analysis of mann whitney. Analysis Multivariant usesanalysis of Mannova. Resukt of biavariate analysis shiws, there is not diferennce perception between patient take care of lodge who is reffered by healt officer and patien who choicening with their selves about reability service (p=0,207), perception about responsiveness service (p=0,598) , perception about assurance service (p=0,425), perception about tangible service (p=0,121), and perception about emphaty service (p=0,797). Result of analysis of multivariate indicate that there was not different together perception about reability service (p-0,292), perception about responsiveness service (p=0,292)and perception aboutassurance service (p=0,292), perception about tangible service (P=0,393) and perception about empathy service (p=0,292) between reference patient from health officer and willingness patient?s self. The conclusion of this researchis reference patient from health officer and willingness patiens self had the same perception about service quality. There is not difference together perception perception about reliability service, responsiveness service, assurance service, tangible service and empathy service from health officer and willingness patient self. Suggestion for the management of Geriatri division dr Kariadi Senarang have to upgrades service and improve service promotion to old age society.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Department of Public Health student was a prospective primary of health promotor personnel in the Ministry of Health. However, students also have some disadvantages are the lack of skills in the manufacture of printed media are required in health education activities are conducted. So it is necessary to study the effect of making health printed media training for knowledge and skills in the student of UKM Plakat Department of Public Health. This research used quasi experimental study one group pre test and post test design with 25 sample of student in UKM Plakat. Analysis of the data used descriptive test results of pre test and post test. Observed variables are environmental health knowledge, knowledge of media development and media production skills. The results of the study on the comparison of pre and post test average value of environmental health knowledge increased by 14,2%, mean score of knowledge development of the printed media has increased by 11,7% and average value of media-making skills increased by 5,5%. In accordance with the results are advisable to undertake the training of other media such as manufacture of electronic media or radio spot to improving student resource in health promotion. Abstract

ABSTRACT South Purwokerto is a region that also has high risk of Sexual Transmitted Infection (IMS) because there are wild prostitution areas which located in ex terminal and Rajawali Cinema. Based on data, curative service exploiting in Puskesmas Baturaden II have been good enough that equals to 83,93%, while in Puskesmas Purwokerto Selatan shows number of patients exploiting therapy service of IMS still be low that equals to 37,5%. This research aims to know service exploiting of Sexual Transmitted Infection ( IMS) therapy  at IMS patient and factors influencing service exploiting of IMS therapy. The type of this research is survey with form of explanatory research. Population of this research is society in the job region of Puskesmas Purwokerto Selatan who have high risk of IMS. The sample number of this research is 40, obtained from formula of minimum sample size. Result of research shows that there is correlation between knowledge about therapy service of IMS, promotion of therapy service of IMS, and quality of therapy service of IMS with service exploiting of therapy IMS. While there is no correlation between service reachability of IMS therapy and service need of IMS therapy with service exploiting of IMS therapy. There is simultanous influence between promotion of IMS therapy service and quality of IMS  therapy service with service exploiting of IMS therapy. Suggestion in this research is puskesmas must increase promotion of therapy service of IMS to the society in puskesmas region  and increase quality of therapy service of IMS to the patient of IMS therapy. Abstract

ABSTRACTResult of monitoring from Baturaden I Public Health Centers known that malnutrition and poor nutrition by 49 children ( 2.89% ). The results of this monitoring have not been able to portray the true condition of the status of children under five malnutrition in the community. One of the factors that influence malnutrition status is of knowledge about malnutrition . Efforts to increase community knowledge about malnutrition can be done with various models of health promotion. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of training peer educators malnutrition in dasa wisma group house at Baturaden I public health centers, Distric of Banyumas to increasing knowledge of prevention of malnutrition. This type of research was a quasi experimental study with one group pre -test and post-test design . The samples were in a group of housewives in the dasa wisma group in Baturraden I Public Health Centers many as 14 people. Analysis of the data used was a paired t ? test. The variables measured were knowledge about peer education techniques, and knowledge about prevention of malnutrition. The result showed that the training was done by using the method of lecture, discussion and practice of malnutrition health promotion could increased knowledge about malnutrition prevention before training and after training. Training also effectively increased the knowledge about the peeer education techniques. Advice gived was increased efforts to combat malnutrition with more active health promotion about malnutrition through peer educator in the community. Abstract

ABSTRACT Different levels of ability and willingness to pay society encourages research to see how much the level of ability and willingness of the community especially the informal sector workers who are vulnerable to disease. Parking attendants who have no fixed income, and working outdoors is an object of research is interesting to examine the ability to pay and willingness to pay for public health care in Banyumas district. This descriptive research used consumption survey by 1 month  recall for food budget and non food budget to scalling ATP. The Contingent Valuation Methode (CVM) used to scalling the WTP. Number of samples in this research is 40 people. Parking attendants  in Banyumas District have Average of ATP was Rp. 21.706,6. The  respondents have average of WTP  Rp. 9262,5 for outpatient service in public health centers. The respondents have average of WTP Rp. 121.500,0 for inpatient service in public health centers. The ATP of the parking attendant health services is higher than the WTP outpatient of the parking attendant, and is lower than the WTP inpatient of the parking attendant.  Parking attedants should follow the health insurance so that if the events requiring inpatients service in public health centers. Abstract

ABSTRACT Research to assess the amount of real costs for the provision of RJTP health care of Puskesmas in Banyumas as the basis for determination of tariff policy. The results show the unit cost of health care which considering total cost without investation  is greater than tariff set by the The goverment of Banyumas regency. Average unit costs for health care in BP was Rp. 5846, unit-cost of MCH / family planning is Rp. 6775, - but the average unit cost  in the BPG reached a high nominal, it is Rp. 23 724. Determination of tariff that was being applied in RJTP Banyumas is Rp. 5.000, - for the BP service and MCH / family planning, and for  BPG service is Rp.8.000. The current tariff is lower than the unit cost of service. This research suggests that it is necessary to have unity of perceptions toward  stakeholders in government of Banyumas regency about the benefits of unit cost analysis in determining the tariff policy in the future, and it suggests to do research about Ability and Willingness to Pay in order to obtain more rational and competitive tariff determination and calculation in regency of Banyumas. Abstract

ABSTRACT 169   Level of satisfaction of community service to public health  centers need to meet the standards of public service minister by decree in 2004. Based on the above background research done on the influence of patient characteristics on the satisfaction index of ambulatory service in Banyumas public health center. This study aims to analyze the public about the service satisfaction index  of ambulatory service in Banyumas public health center and the influence  factors on the satisfaction index. This study is an observational study with survey research methods. The approach of this study using cross-sectional approach. The study population was all households in Banyumas public health center. The research sample consists of 150 people, with accidental sampling method. Retrieval research data using a questionnaire instrument. Analysis of research data using univariate analysis, bivariate analysis, and multivariate analysis. The research was conducted in Banyumas public health center. Results showed that most people (51.3%) satisfied with the service ambulatory, and 48.7% of the public are not satisfied with the service ambulatory in Banyumas public health center. There was no association between age, occupation, gender, and status of financing of patient satisfaction with the level of ambulatory service in Banyumas public health center. There is a relationship between education and marital status of patients with levels of satisfaction ambulatory service in Banyumas public health center. There are influences together education and marital status of patients with level of satisfaction ambulatory service in Banyumas public health center. Proposed study is Banyumas public health center to immediately improve patient care aspects of the course mainly discipline officers in providing service. Kesmasindo. Abstract

Maternal and child health problems is a major problem in rural of Baturaden I public health centers,Banyumas disctrict. Rural communities in the region have no access to maternal and child health information that is adequate, and the present lack of health information. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of training through lecture and discussion on the improvement of health worker knowledge about maternal and child health. This research is a quasi experimental study with a sample of 30 health cadres numbering . Analysis of the data used in this study is the paired t test to test for differences in knowledge before and after the intervention. The results showed an average value of knowledge about maternal and child health before training ( 9.31 ) and after training ( 10.0 ). The results showed an average value of knowledge about maternal and child health promotion before training (3.31 ) and after training ( 5.58 ). The statistical results showed no difference in the increase in knowledge about maternal child health, maternal and child health promotion knowledge before and after the intervention. Advice given is the advanced training of health promoters education on health workers with the method of simulation and mentoring. .

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Pemberdayaan kader WPA diperlukan dalam upaya penerapan konsep WPA yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pencegahan perilaku berisiko di masyarakat.Tujuan: penelitian ini untuk mengetahui persepsi dan peran penerapan program WPA yang dilakukan oleh kader WPA.Metode: Penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh kader WPA yang aktif di wilayah Desa Karangtengah Cilongok. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu berjumlah 46 kader.Hasil dan Pembahasan: Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis univariat dan bivariate. Analisis bivariate menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian yang didapat dalam penelitian ini yaitu kader WPA sebagian besar memiliki persepsi baik sebesar 56,5%, pengetahuan yang baik sebesar 54,3%, serta peran dalam kegiatan  WPA sebagian besar  kurang baik sebesar 47,8%. Kesimpulan : Hasil analisis bivariat didapatkan hasil bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara persepsi dengan peran kader dalam pelaksanaan WPA, namun ada hubungan antara pengetahuan tentang WPA dengan peran kader dalam pelaksanaan WPA. Kata Kunci : Kader WPA;  Persepsi; Peran

Environmentalproblems cause an imbalance between human and nature. One of the environmental problems isenvironmental degradation caused by capitalist interest and lack of public awareness. Theproblem is reflected in SpongeBob’s Last Stand movie as a reflection to the reality now. Thereare two problems to be solved in this study; (1) how capitalist interest results in environmentaldegradation and what the impacts of that interest toward environment; (2) how far the awarenessof people in the movie toward the environment.This study uses ecocriticism as the main theory to analyze this movie. This study alsouses a concept of capitalism and movie studies.The result of the study finds that environmental degradation causes many impacts to thewhole city. In the movie, Plankton as the capitalist builds a highway which crossing JellyfishField as the greenest place in Bikini Bottom. All people approve it without realizing the impactafter that. SpongeBob who disagrees with the highway struggles to stop it but it is vain. Jellyfishas the main occupant of Jellyfish Field take revenge to the whole city because their habitat isdestroyed by them. A great chaos is in the city. Everybody gets the impact for what they havedone.A study about environment is very important and interesting. SpongeBob as an animationmovie has many stories telling about environmental problems. It is good for the next researcherto keep on studying environment from many aspects to find solution for environmental problems.
