ABSTRACT Department of Public Health student was a prospective primary of health promotor personnel in the Ministry of Health. However, students also have some disadvantages are the lack of skills in the manufacture of printed media are required in health education activities are conducted. So it is necessary to study the effect of making health printed media training for knowledge and skills in the student of UKM Plakat Department of Public Health. This research used quasi experimental study one group pre test and post test design with 25 sample of student in UKM Plakat. Analysis of the data used descriptive test results of pre test and post test. Observed variables are environmental health knowledge, knowledge of media development and media production skills. The results of the study on the comparison of pre and post test average value of environmental health knowledge increased by 14,2%, mean score of knowledge development of the printed media has increased by 11,7% and average value of media-making skills increased by 5,5%. In accordance with the results are advisable to undertake the training of other media such as manufacture of electronic media or radio spot to improving student resource in health promotion. ABSTRACTResult of monitoring from Baturaden I Public Health Centers known that malnutrition and poor nutrition by 49 children ( 2.89% ). The results of this monitoring have not been able to portray the true condition of the status of children under five malnutrition in the community. One of the factors that influence malnutrition status is of knowledge about malnutrition . Efforts to increase community knowledge about malnutrition can be done with various models of health promotion. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of training peer educators malnutrition in dasa wisma group house at Baturaden I public health centers, Distric of Banyumas to increasing knowledge of prevention of malnutrition. This type of research was a quasi experimental study with one group pre -test and post-test design . The samples were in a group of housewives in the dasa wisma group in Baturraden I Public Health Centers many as 14 people. Analysis of the data used was a paired t – test. The variables measured were knowledge about peer education techniques, and knowledge about prevention of malnutrition. The result showed that the training was done by using the method of lecture, discussion and practice of malnutrition health promotion could increased knowledge about malnutrition prevention before training and after training. Training also effectively increased the knowledge about the peeer education techniques. Advice gived was increased efforts to combat malnutrition with more active health promotion about malnutrition through peer educator in the community. Pernikahan usia muda menjadi salah satu penyebab tingginya Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI). Faktor keluarga menjadi pengaruh terhadap perilaku reproduksi remaja. Hasil analisis situasi permasalahan yang ada pada ibu hamil Desa Petahunan Puskesmas Pekuncen adalah kasus Ibu Hamil Risiko Tinggi di Desa Petahunan terjadi pada remaja hamil diusia muda. Kehamilan tersebut sebagian besar disebabkan oleh pergaulan bebas remaja Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan terhadap perubahan pengetahuan dan sikap orang tua tentang kesehatan reproduksi remaja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pre eksperimen dengan rancangan one group pre test post test design. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik purposive sampling pada orang tua yang memiliki remaja usia 10 -19 tahun. Sampel penelitian ini adalah orang tua yang memiliki remaja di desa Petahunan dengan jumlah 33 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian nilai p value pengetahuan 0,095>0,05, berarti tidak terdapat pengaruh antara pendidikan kesehatan terhadap pengetahuan orang tua remaja tentang kesehatan reproduksi remaja di desa Petahunan. Sedangkan nilai p value sikap 0,018 <0,05, berarti terdapat pengaruh antara pendidikan kesehatan terhadap sikap orang tua tentang kesehatan reproduksi remaja di desa Petahunan. Saran bagi puskesmas adalah perlu adanya monitoring pada orang tua remaja dalam melakukan pendampingan kesehatan reproduksi remaja.

Maternal and child health problems is a major problem in rural of Baturaden I public health centers,Banyumas disctrict. Rural communities in the region have no access to maternal and child health information that is adequate, and the present lack of health information. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of training through lecture and discussion on the improvement of health worker knowledge about maternal and child health. This research is a quasi experimental study with a sample of 30 health cadres numbering . Analysis of the data used in this study is the paired t test to test for differences in knowledge before and after the intervention. The results showed an average value of knowledge about maternal and child health before training ( 9.31 ) and after training ( 10.0 ). The results showed an average value of knowledge about maternal and child health promotion before training (3.31 ) and after training ( 5.58 ). The statistical results showed no difference in the increase in knowledge about maternal child health, maternal and child health promotion knowledge before and after the intervention. Advice given is the advanced training of health promoters education on health workers with the method of simulation and mentoring. .

ABSTRACT The cost of outpatient care unit of the organization's first level health centers in Banyumas higher than the tariffs imposed at this time. The result is still needed government subsidies to cover operational costs shortage of health service delivery level of the first outpatient clinic. The results Kurniawan and Intiasari (2010) shows the average willingness to pay the community is still low. This prompted research to find out what factors affecting willingness to pay outpatient services at Puskesmas in Banyumas district. This study was survey research with explanatory research. The approach in this study using cross-sectional. The study population was people who visit the Puskesmas in 2009. The sample of this study some 105 people, with a minimum sample size formula.The result of this research shows ATP has a diverse community with an average of Rp. 21908.63 ATP and WTP are varied with an average WTP of Rp. 3770.00. There is a relationship of age, ATP, and food expenditure by the public willingness to pay tariffs outpatient clinic services. There is no relationship between level of education, gender, occupation, non-food expenditure by the public willingness to pay tariffs outpatient clinic services. There are the influence of age together and ATP on the willingness of society to pay tariffs at Puskesmas. As suggestion for Puskesmas can prioritize community with the productive age group and a high ATP as outpatient service utilization. Puskesmas should consider the community that has a low ATP but has a higher WTP in order to take advantage of outpatient clinic services. Keywords: Kemauan membayar , Puskesmas Kesmasindo. ABSTRACT Purbalingga District was a pilot project of Desa Siaga Programme in Central Java Province.One of Indicator Desa Siaga Programme was Musyawarah Masyarakat Desa (MMD). The goals of MMD was to find out the helth problem solving and to provide Poliklinik Kesehatan Desa (PKD) with all of potential resources of the village. The Aim of these research was to know the potensialy factor influence MMD in Purbalingga District. Cross sectional survey on village community were conducted in 2008 with a quistionaire. Simple Random Sampling was used to get 96 respondent.There have been three (3) factors that influence positively through MMD Programme : Income, Social Status and Perception to MMD. The suggestion from this research was to held problem solving cycle training for village community and other activity that could be increasing community participation in Purbalingga District. Based to visit data year 2005 known that from amount of 238 patient there are amount of referred patient from health officer more that is 171 patient (71,85%) compared to patient who taken care with their willingness counted 67 patient (28,15%). Therefore, it requires to know patient's preception especially about the take care service of to lodge in Division of Geriatri both of reffered and chosening their room with theirselves as base of posisioning or marketing promotion next. The purpose of this research is to know the difference perception about the take care service of to lodge in Division of Geriattri both of referred and chosening theur room with theirselves as base of posisioning or marketing promotion next. The purpose of this reseaech is to know the difference perception about the take care service of to lodge to old age between reference patient from health officer and patient who taken care with their willingness in division of Geriatri Hospital of dr Kariadi Semarang. This research used observation with method of survey, to explain the relation between variable independent and variabke dependent. This research not only quantitative approach, but also with qualitative approach by using indepth interview to get input about take care service of to lodge and promotion which have been done.the time approach of data collecting use study of crosssectional.this research not only quantitative approach, but also with qualitative approach by using indepth interview to get input about takecare service of to lodge and promotion which have been done. This research population is all patient who take care of to lodge in two month range of time in take care room of to lodge division of Geriatri Hosputal of dr Kariyadi Semarang. This research sample amount to 62 people, consist of31 reference patient from health officer group ND 31 Patient with their willingness group. Analyse bivariate in this research is analysis of mann whitney. Analysis Multivariant usesanalysis of Mannova. Resukt of biavariate analysis shiws, there is not diferennce perception between patient take care of lodge who is reffered by healt officer and patien who choicening with their selves about reability service (p=0,207), perception about responsiveness service (p=0,598) , perception about assurance service (p=0,425), perception about tangible service (p=0,121), and perception about emphaty service (p=0,797). Result of analysis of multivariate indicate that there was not different together perception about reability service (p-0,292), perception about responsiveness service (p=0,292)and perception aboutassurance service (p=0,292), perception about tangible service (P=0,393) and perception about empathy service (p=0,292) between reference patient from health officer and willingness patient’s self. The conclusion of this researchis reference patient from health officer and willingness patiens self had the same perception about service quality. There is not difference together perception perception about reliability service, responsiveness service, assurance service, tangible service and empathy service from health officer and willingness patient self. Suggestion for the management of Geriatri division dr Kariadi Senarang have to upgrades service and improve service promotion to old age society.

Hasil kegiatan observasi peneliti terhadap masalah PHBS pada tatanan rumah tangga di wilayah Puskesmas I dan II Baturraden diperoleh bahwa masalah pengelolaan sampah adalah masalah yang paling dominan dan paling dirasakan oleh masyarakat dibandingkan dengan indikator PHBS pada tatanan rumah tangga yang lainnya. Berdasarkan hal tersebut perlu dilakukan program pelatihan pengolahansampah padat menggunakan metode composting yaitu pengolahan sampah padat organik menjadi kompos. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimen semu atau quasi eksperimen. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah “Pre Test Post Test Design”. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 41 kader kesehatan dan ibu PKK yang terdiri dari 18 orang dari Desa Karangmangu dan 23 orang dari Desa Karang Tengah. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara simple random sampling. Pengetahuan responden mengenai pengolahan sampah padat organik dengan media komposter setelah dilakukan pelatihan mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan sebesar 3,45% dari sebelum pelatihan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sikap responden mengenai pengolahan sampah padat organik dengan media komposter setelah dilakukan pelatihan mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan sebesar 4,48% dari sebelum pelatihan. Keterampilan responden mengenai pengolahan sampah padat organik dengan media komposter setelah dilakukan pelatihan mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan sebesar 4,78% dari sebelum pelatihan.Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan (p=0,03), sikap (p=0,01) dan keterampilan (p=0,014) responden mengenai pengolahan sampah padat organik dengan media komposter sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan.

ABSTRACT South Purwokerto is a region that also has high risk of Sexual Transmitted Infection (IMS) because there are wild prostitution areas which located in ex terminal and Rajawali Cinema. Based on data, curative service exploiting in Puskesmas Baturaden II have been good enough that equals to 83,93%, while in Puskesmas Purwokerto Selatan shows number of patients exploiting therapy service of IMS still be low that equals to 37,5%. This research aims to know service exploiting of Sexual Transmitted Infection ( IMS) therapy at IMS patient and factors influencing service exploiting of IMS therapy. The type of this research is survey with form of explanatory research. Population of this research is society in the job region of Puskesmas Purwokerto Selatan who have high risk of IMS. The sample number of this research is 40, obtained from formula of minimum sample size. Result of research shows that there is correlation between knowledge about therapy service of IMS, promotion of therapy service of IMS, and quality of therapy service of IMS with service exploiting of therapy IMS. While there is no correlation between service reachability of IMS therapy and service need of IMS therapy with service exploiting of IMS therapy. There is simultanous influence between promotion of IMS therapy service and quality of IMS therapy service with service exploiting of IMS therapy. Suggestion in this research is puskesmas must increase promotion of therapy service of IMS to the society in puskesmas region and increase quality of therapy service of IMS to the patient of IMS therapy. Masalah kesehatan reproduksi remaja khususnya kejadian Infeksi Menular Seksual (IMS) yang disebabkan perilaku seksual di luar nikah di Kabupaten Banyumas konsisten setiap tahunnya. Jumlah kejadian IMS yang terdeteksi merupakan kasus IMS yang memanfaatkan pelayanan kesehatan perorangan di Puskesmas. Faktanya kejadian IMS yang tidak terdeteksi oleh puskesmas lebih banyak jumlahnya seperti fenomena gunung es. Data pelayanan kesehatan remaja di Kabupaten Banyumas menunjukkan kasus IMS remaja yang konsisten adalah di puskesmas II Kembaran. Permasalahan kejadian IMS remaja yang disebabkan oleh perilaku seks diluar nikah menjadi masalah utama pelayanan kesehatan reproduksi remaja perdesaan di Puskesmas II Kembaran Kabupaten Banyumas. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan melalui pelatihan pendidik sebaya kesehatan reproduksi remaja di wilayah kerja puskesmas II Kembaran. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan tentang kesehatan reproduksi remaja dan pencegahan infeksi menular seksual, sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan. Pembentukan jejaring kesehatan reproduksi remaja yang dibutuhkan disepakati remaja adalah organisasi karang taruna dan media sosial jejaring What Aps. Promosi kesehatan reproduksi remaja yang dilakukan pendidik sebaya mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang kesehatan reproduksi dan pencegahan infeksi menular seksual remaja perdesaan
