Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and empowerment on the virtual efficiency of it industry employees in Indonesia. Analyzing the trust's role in mediating transformational leadership and transactional leadership and empowerment towards the virtual efficiency of the IT industry employee in Indonesia. The data analysis method used in this study is the structural equation model (SEM) using the Lisrel program.  This research uses an inferential statistical approach, namely testing the influence hypothesis between variables and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) where variable trust plays a role in mediating the influence of leadership and empowerment on employee performance and job satisfaction. The results of this study show that the Judge must make a decision that is wise and fair in handling each case, especially with regard to notary deed. Every deed made by a Notary must meet: material and formal needs. The notary must be ready and responsible for every deed product he makes, whether civil, criminal or administrative.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine The Effect of Absorptive Capacity and Creativity on Job Performance: The Moderating Role of Social Media Usage. The primary data collection method used is the questionnaire method the data were analyzed using Covariance-Based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of this study to show that absorptive capacity and creativity have a positive impact on job performance. The result also to show that social media usage has strengthened on the effect of absorptive capacity on job performance. In the contrary, the social media has no strength on the effect of creativity on job performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to measure the employee engagement level of millennial generation employees at Ditpolair Polda Metro Jaya and compare with millennial generation outside Ditpolair Polda Metro Jaya, then prove the influence of stress coping, digital leadership and learning culture on employee engagement of millennial generation employees at Ditpolair Polda Metro Jaya. The research method used is survey with questionnaire distribution to 104 respondents, analyze data by kruskal-wallis test, and multiple regression. The results obtained are stress coping are not significantly different between Ditpolair Polda Metro Jaya and comparison institution, while employee engagement, digital leadership and learning culture are significantly different. The results showed that stress had no significant effect, while digital leadership and learning culture had a significant effect on employee engagement.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of salary satisfaction, job satisfaction, affective commitment, performance, and the desire to change jobs on employees of the food and beverage industry. Measurements were carried out using a questionnaire to 125 respondents of food and beverage industry employees who had worked for more than 1 year using the structural equation modeling (SEM) method and questionnaires as the main data. The results showed that salary satisfaction had a significant effect on job satisfaction. Salary satisfaction and job satisfaction have a significant positive effect on employees' affective commitment. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on performance, affective commitment and performance have a significant effect on the desire to change jobs, but salary satisfaction and job satisfaction show no significant effect on employee turnover intentions. This finding has implications for top management of human resources in the food and beverage industry in determining strategies to achieve company goals.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of HR development practices in the form of training and development on employee competence, analyze the influence of HR development practices in the form of training and career development through organizational learning culture on employee competence, analyze the effect of competence on employee performance and analyze the effect of employee performance to turnover intention. Design/methodology/approach This study uses a quantitative approach sourced from primary and secondary data. The research population was 120 employees, the sample was determined using the Slovin formula, obtained by 92 respondents. Data analysis used validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, Sobel test, simple regression and research hypothesis testing. Practical implications. This study recommends that the company PT. Pertamina International Refinery RU VII Kasim Sorong West Papua provides training and career development to each employee continuously so that it has an impact on increasing competence and performance. Originality/value. This study found that employee performance has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, that is, if employee performance decreases, then employees will get turnover intention.

Abstract

Indonesian tourism, especially in the Greater Jakarta area, is not only famous for buildings, monuments, but with high diversity, Jabodetabek offers delicious culinary tours that serve special foods from all corners of the archipelago. To be able to face stiff competition in the business world, from the point of view of the current food and beverage provider organization leaders need to innovate in their work to produce employees who are satisfied with their work, so the purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of LMX on Job Satisfaction mediated by Innovative work behavior by using The quantitative method is a questionnaire via google form with a total of 249 respondents. Sample is 249 respondents. The analytical method used is SEM - AMOS 24. The results showed that LMX had a significant positive effect on IWB and Job Satisfaction , while IWB has no effect on Job Satisfaction and also IWB cannot mediate the effect of LMX on Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

The relationship between proactive personality has a significant effect on IWB moderated by leadership style and employee engagement This study aims to examine whether leadership style has a direct effect on IWB. Tto facilitate the process of reviewing research results, the research design used was hypothesis testing, to test the effect of the independent variable, namely proactive personality, on the dependent variable, namely innovative work behavior. In addition, the mediating variable is job satisfaction and the moderating variable is transformational leadership. The data used in this research is cross sectional data on companies in the energy industry sector. In this study, it consists of 4 (four) variables, namely the independent variable or independent variable, the dependent variable or the dependent variable, and the mediating variable and moderating variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence employee performance and employee turnover intention with the application of factors in the form of training, workplace rudeness, perceived supervisor support, job satisfaction, and organizational identification for employees of one of the companies engaged in renewable energy in Jakarta. The data processing method uses structural equation modelling (SEM). The results are that there is no influence between training and workplace rudeness on organizational identification. There is an effect of perceived supervisor support and job satisfaction on organizational identification. There is also an influence between organizational identification on employee performance. There is no effect on employee performance on organizational identification—turnover intentions. Therefore, employee performance needs to be improved so that employee turnover does not occur. Employee performance improvement can be supported by supporting variables related to organizational identification.
