Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Servant Leadership, Perceived Organizational Support, and Organizational Culture on Innovative Work Behavior. This research uses a quantitative approach with the use of questionnaires. The questionnaires were distributed to 276 respondents who are employees of PT Transportasi Jakarta. Data analysis methods will be carried out consisting of descriptive statistical tests, outer model tests consisting of (convergent validity, discriminant validity, composite reliability), and inner model tests. As well as hypothesis testing using full model Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis with SmartPLS version 3.0. In the full model Structural Equation Model (SEM) not only strengthens the existing theory, but also reveals the relationship between latent variables analyzed through t-tests and significance levels. The results of the study show that servant leadership, perceived organizational support, and organizational culture have a positive influence on innovative work behavior.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of capabilities, business models, and digital transformation on the success of MSMEs, with strategic partnerships functioning as a mediating factor. The research utilizes survey data from 247 MSME entrepreneurs and managers in Jakarta who have integrated digital platforms into their business operations. The collected data is analyzed using PLS-SEM. The findings reveal that business models, digital transformation, and strategic partnerships significantly impact SME performance in Jakarta. Strategic partnerships serve as a crucial intermediary, linking business models and digital transformation to corporate performance and amplifying their effect. In contrast, the broader relationship involving capabilities exhibits minimal influence on performance, either directly or through the mediation of strategic partnerships. The results highlight that the primary challenge hindering SME growth in Jakarta is limited capabilities, underscoring the need for more structured and targeted interventions. To address these constraints, strategic partnership initiatives involving government and private sector stakeholders should be tailored to meet the specific needs of MSMEs. Additionally, strengthening digital literacy is essential to enable SMEs to access broader market opportunities. The increasing reliance on social media and e-commerce platforms has emerged as a key digital literacy initiative among MSMEs, supporting their business expansion efforts.

Abstract

In the era of globalization and rapid technological advancements, the technology industry has become one of the most dynamic and competitive sectors. Employee performance in this industry plays a crucial role in determining the success and competitiveness of companies. Optimal employee performance not only contributes to the company's productivity but also drives innovation, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This study aims to examine the factors influencing employee performance through the mediation of employee engagement in the Indonesian technology industry, specifically companies engaged in insurance and crowdfunding. The research employs a quantitative approach with survey methods, gathering data from 241 employees from two major technology companies in Indonesia. The variables studied include Perceived Organizational Support (POS), trust and respect, organizational commitment, and organizational culture. The results indicate that Perceived Organizational Support, trust and respect, organizational commitment, and organizational culture significantly influence employee engagement, which in turn positively impacts employee performance. Data obtained were analysed using SmartPLS application to test causal relationships among the research variables. The findings underscore the importance of fostering a supportive, respectful, and committed organizational environment to enhance employee engagement and performance. This research makes a significant contribution to human resource management literature by demonstrating that employee engagement plays a crucial mediating role in the relationship between organizational determinants and employee performance.

Abstract

In the modern era and globalization that increasingly emphasizes the importance of sustainability, companies are required to adopt environmentally friendly business strategies to improve their competitiveness and performance. The concept of green corporate performance is one of the main indicators to measure the success of companies in implementing sustainability principles. This study examines general insurance companies, which have an important role in the financial sector and are strongly influenced by environmental factors and government regulations. The purpose of this study is to analysed the effect of green innovation, green knowledge management, and green transformational leadership on green corporate performance, with risk as a mediating variable. This research is expected to provide insight for management in formulating business strategies that are more sustainable and responsive to environmental challenges. The method used is a quantitative approach with statistical analysis to test the relationship between variables with 307 respondents. The results showed that green innovation has a direct influence on green corporate performance. Green innovation on risk has a direct influence. Green knowledge management has a direct effect on green corporate performance and green knowledge management has a direct effect on risk. Furthermore, green transformational leadership shows a direct influence on green corporate performance and green transformational leadership has a direct influence on risk. Risk has a direct influence on green corporate performance. In the mediation role analysis, it is found that green innovation mediated by risk has a partial mediation effect on green corporate performance. Green knowledge management mediated by risk has a partial mediation on green corporate performance. Green transformational leadership mediated by risk shows a partial mediation effect on green corporate performance. This finding indicates that although green innovation, green knowledge management, and green transformational leadership directly contribute to improving green corporate performance. The role of risk as a mediator also provides a partial influence (partial mediation) in strengthening the relationship. Therefore, general insurance companies need to pay attention to risk assessment and mitigation strategies in implementing green innovation, green knowledge management, and green transformational leadership to improve green corporate performance.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of analysing the mapping of food security between provinces in Indonesia using the Global Food Security Index (GFSI) approach where the aspects or dimensions used include availability, affordability and utilization. The research method is carried out with a quantitative approach through indexing calculations by means of distance to scale, namely for each measurement indicator an index calculation will be carried out by comparing one province with another province as a benchmarking (reference). The results of the study show that during the 2020-2023 period, the food security index for all provinces is at a fairly good level, which has an average score of 70%. Bali Province consistently ranks first for Indonesia's food security index by province. West Papua and Papua provinces consistently ranked the lowest for Indonesia's provincial food security index. The source of the low level of food security in West Papua and Papua is the low achievement of the pillars of affordability and utilisation. Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect between pay transparency and Perceived Organizational Support and its impact on job satisfaction, turnover intention, and organizational commitment. This study was conducted at PT XYZ by involving employee respondents in various divisions. The research method used was a survey using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The research sample consisted of 136 respondents using a saturated sample. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistical techniques and SEM. The results of the study show that there is a significant relationship between pay transparency and Perceived Organizational Support. This finding indicates that the level of payroll transparency in an organization influences the support felt by employees for the organization. Furthermore, Perceived Organizational Support was also found to have a positive and significant relationship with job satisfaction, turnover intention, and organizational commitment. In addition, this study also reveals that pay transparency has a significant effect on job satisfaction through Perceived Organizational Support. That is, payroll transparency can affect the level of job satisfaction through the level of organizational support felt by employees.

Abstract

Jumlah angka remaja putus sekolah meningkat akibat masalah faktor sosial,  ekonomi, perhatian orang tua serta media sosial yang bebas merajalela. Tujuan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini adalah untuk meningkatkan life skill dan mentalitas para remaja putus sekolah  terhadap minat berwirausaha  binaan  Dinas Sosial Taruna Jaya 2 Jakarta.  Metode yang digunakan adalah metode partisipatif. Hasil PkM menunjukkan bahwa secara umum peserta memiliki minat berwirausaha yang tinggi terkait pemahaman life skill dan mentalitas entrepreneurship. Walaupun  tingkat kepercayaan diri serta pemahaman potensi diri masih rendah, akibat lingkungan kehidupan yang kurang kondusif. Implikasi dari PkM ini adalah diperlukan pendampingan yang intensif dari berbagai pihak terkait nilai-nilai etika sosial religius, dalam  membentuk  akhak yang mulia  guna pengendalian  tindakan mereka.

Abstract

Penelitian ini difokuskan pada menganalisis pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transaksional, Kepuasan Kerja, dan Ketidakjelasan Peran dengan mediasi Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Rumah Sakit Efarina Etaham Group. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, dengan 169 responden dari pegawai Rumah Sakit Efarina Etaham Group. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan kombinasi Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dan software AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kepemimpinan Transaksional, Kepuasan Kerja, Ketidakjelasan Peran, dan Komitmen Organisasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai secara parsial, dengan nilai CR untuk masing-masing variabel: Kepemimpinan Transaksional 3.801, Kepuasan Kerja 5.237, Ketidakjelasan Peran 7.518, dan Komitmen Organisasi 9.384 terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa faktor-faktor Kepemimpinan Transaksional, Kepuasan Kerja, Ketidakjelasan Peran, dan Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Rumah Sakit Efarina Etaham Group. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan nilai terendah pada variabel Kepemimpinan Transaksional, yang mengindikasikan perlunya perhatian lebih dari pihak terkait untuk meningkatkan aspek tersebut agar dapat menciptakan rasa kebersamaan dan kepemilikan terhadap organisasi, yang pada akhirnya diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kinerja dan mendukung pencapaian visi dan misi Rumah Sakit Efarina Etaham Group. Kata kunci : Kepemimpinan; Kepuasan; Ketidakjelasan; Komitmen; Kinerja.

Abstract

Peran wirausaha dalam perekonomian merupakan penggerak ekonomi yang penting menumbuhkan jiwa wirausaha yang dapat dipercaya sebagai solusi keterbatasan kesempatan kerja dan pengentasan kemiskinan. Menggali potensi diri dan motivasi intrinsik menjadi perhatian untuk santri suatu pondok pesantren, karena sudah saatnya santri menentukan keberhasilannya sebagai pendakwah yang mempunyai kemampuan berwirausaha. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode partisipatif yang dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum peserta memiliki minat berwirausaha yang cukup tinggi, karena sudah dibentuk melalui keterampilan, pengalaman serta budaya kewirausahaan dalam kegiatan di pondok pesantren. Akan tetapi masih belum optimal dalam menggali potensi diri serta pemahaman terkait pengetahuan kewirausahaan yang masih rendah.

Abstract

Sumber dana dan pengaturan dana yang optimal untuk bisnis dapat bervariasi tergantung pada jenis bisnis, skala operasi dan tujuan bisnis tersebut. Dibutuhkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam mengelola sumber dana dan mengatur keuangan agar bisnis dapat berjalan berkesinambungan. Pengetahuan dan keterambilan tersebut dapat diperoleh mulai dari pendidikan di sekolah salah satunya adalah Sekolah Bina Amanah Cordova. Sekolah ini merupakan sekolah bagi para calon wirausaha yang ingin menjalankan bisnis UMKM. Berdasarkan kesempatan yang diberikan, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Trisakti bekerja sama untuk memberikan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) dalam hal ini memberikan pengetahuan mengenai bagaimana cara mendapatkan dan memanfaatkan sumber dana serta mengelola keuangan yang optimal. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan memberikan pelatihan melalui media zoom. Setelah kegiatan dilaksanakan 40 peserta yang hadir memiliki pengetahuan mengenai sumber dana bisnis dan pengelolaan keuangan yang baik. Kedepannya, diharapkan kegiatan ini dapat dilanjutkan dengan melihat para wirausaha setelah menjalankan bisnis.
