Abstract

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi pemahaman komputer siswa di SMK Negeri 2 Makassar dan implikasinya pada pembelajaran dengan metode penelitian ex post facto, pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan jenis data deskriptif kuantitatif. Analisis data statistik digunakan untuk menghitung mean, median, modus, dan persentase dari kuesioner dan observasi. Hasil uji validitas menunjukkan valid dari kuesioner terkait pemahaman siswa terhadap komputer dan implikasinya pada pembelajaran. Hasilnya menunjukkan rata-rata persentase pemahaman siswa terhadap komputer sebesar 69.78%, dengan implikasi pada pembelajaran sebesar 69.21%. Uji reliabilitas menunjukkan tingkat reliabilitas yang sangat tinggi (>0.81). Observasi tingkat pemahaman siswa rata-rata 69.48%, sementara observasi implikasi tingkat pemahaman terhadap pembelajaran adalah 69.93%. Secara keseluruhan, rata-rata persentase dari keempat jenis kuesioner adalah sekitar 69%, dengan median antara 67.20% hingga 69.80%. Modus masing-masing kategori kuesioner berbeda, menunjukkan variasi pemahaman siswa terhadap komputer. Tingkat pemahaman siswa terhadap komputer memiliki modus 60%, observasi tingkat pemahaman siswa terhadap komputer memiliki modus 69.60%, implikasi tingkat pemahaman siswa terhadap komputer pada pembelajaran memiliki modus 68.80%, dan observasi implikasi tingkat pemahaman siswa terhadap komputer pada pembelajaran memiliki modus 67.20%.

Abstract

Moral education is one of the main pillars in Islamic teachings which aims to form individuals with noble character and create a harmonious social life. Morals not only serve as guidelines for individual behavior, but also become the main basis for maintaining healthy social relationships and their consequences. The Qur'an, as the holy book of Muslims, teaches many noble moral values. Surah Al-Hujurat verse 11 provides important guidelines in moral education, especially in three main aspects: humility, respect for others, and the importance of science. The relevance of Moral Education based on this verse is a). Personal Context: Teaches individuals to continue to improve themselves through faith, knowledge, and the practice of moral values. b). Social Context: Forming a harmonious society through mutual respect, tolerance and cooperation, c). Spiritual Context: Increasing awareness that morals and knowledge are a means of getting closer to Allah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji teori pembelajaran menurut Husain Mazhairi dan Jamal Abdur Rahman dalam perspektif Islam. Teori keduanya menekankan pentingnya peran orang tua, nilai moral, dan pendidikan berbasis Islam dalam membentuk karakter anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka untuk menganalisis pemikiran keduanya dan menemukan relevansi serta aplikasi praktis teori mereka dalam konteks pendidikan modern. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa teori pembelajaran Husain Mazhairi berfokus pada tanggung jawab orang tua dalam menjaga nilai Islami dan memberikan pendidikan moral sejak dini, sedangkan Jamal Abdur Rahman menyoroti tahapan pendidikan anak berdasarkan perkembangan usia. Kedua teori tersebut memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap pengembangan pendidikan Islami yang holistik dan relevan untuk menjawab tantangan pendidikan kontemporer.

Abstract

This study discusses the law on handling damaged passenger baggage at Yogyakarta Adisutjipto airport. The problems that will be discussed in this research are: 1. What is the form of handling damaged passenger baggage at Yogyakarta Adisutjipto Airport? 2. What is the view of Islamic law on the handling of damaged passenger baggage at Yogyakarta Adisutjipto Airport? The research method uses field research (field research) with qualitative descriptive methods. Meanwhile, the approach uses an empirical/sociological juridical research approach, strengthened by the arguments of the Qur'an and Hadith. Primary data in this study were taken from interviews with the object of research, and supported by secondary data in the form of documents, books and journals that support this research. From this research, it can be concluded that the handling of passenger baggage problems that are lost, damaged, or found in thedivision of lost and found PT. Angkasa Semesta services have been handled according to the specified procedure and in accordance with the baggage problem. While the view of Islamic law in handling damaged passenger baggage is that it is in accordance with Islamic law and the Responsibilities of Air Transport Carriers and for lost baggage that is not recorded in the system, the company will not receive compensation.

Abstract

This study examines the strategic position of accountants within the context of state governance in Indonesia, particularly in supporting transparency, accountability, and good governance. Accountants in the public sector play a crucial role in managing state finances, including planning, recording, reporting, and overseeing financial activities in accordance with good governance principles. A juridical-normative approach is used to analyze relevant regulations, ranging from laws to regional accounting policies. The findings indicate that accountants make a significant contribution to fostering transparent governance, although challenges remain, such as policy harmonization and professional capacity building. This study recommends strengthening regulations, enhancing policy synergy, and improving professional accounting education to support sustainable bureaucratic reform.

Abstract

This paper discusses the techniques of interpretation in interpretation. In general the technique of interpretation can be divided into various types. First, textual interpretation techniques that refer to the meanings found in the Qur’an and al-Sunnah, sayings (qaul) of friends and tabiin. Second, linguistic interpretation techniques are traced through Arabic speech and dialect as the language of the Qur’an, both in talaqqi (face to face) and non-talaqqi (by way of learning linguistics and Arabic dictionaries). Third, the technique of systematic interpretation, which is done by determining a theme collected from the verses contained in the Qur’an. This method is known as the maudhu’i technique which is systemic and directed. Fourth, the technique of socio-historical interpretation, stressing techniques methodology in the historical detail revealed the Qur’an which relates to cultural, social, and historical language from revelations revealed to the Arabs as a social object.

Abstract

This article discusses the purpose of Education in the Qur’anic Perspective, which focused on optimization the goal of education and learning for the complete devotion according to Allah’s command and the guidance given by the Prophet. The optimization of educational and learning facilities is done in ways that are appropriate to educate Rasul SAW., on his companions, resulting in a form of religious education, environmentally friendly, appreciation of achievement, weak protection and mutual cooperation in religious, social and community life. The purpose of education in the Qur’an is to form the whole Muslim individual, to develop all human potentials both physically and spiritually, to cultivate the harmonious relationship of every person with God, and to establish good communication with fellow humans and the universe.

Abstract

This article was analyzes the principle of Willingness in the Execution of fiduciary guarantees after the decision of the Constitutional Court Number 18/PUU-XVII/2019, in practice Parate execution can be carried out either with or without the consent of the debtor, such conditions often lead to acts of coercion and violence from fiduciary guarantee holders, even giving opportunities to arbitrary acts committed by fiduciary recipients (creditors) and degrading the dignity of the debtor. From the research conducted, it was found that the application of the principle of willingness in the Parate Execution of fiduciary guarantees by the Constitutional Court provides benefits and prevents harm to debtor and creditors, this can be seen from the main idea of the Court which states that parate Executions should no longer be carried out without an agreement of the customer's and the customer's willingness to return the collateral. If the customer does not admit the defaulted, then the fiduciary holder can submit an application through fiat Execution to the Court.

Abstract

This research aims to develop Canva-based Jurisprudence teaching materials as an alternative to increase student learning motivation. The research method used is development research (Research and Development) with steps to adapt the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The respondents of this study were grade 7 students at MTsS Al-Ikhlas Tigaraksa, Tangerang Regency. The results showed that Fiqik teachers at MTsS Al-Ikhlas Tigaraksa Tangerang have not used canva-based teaching materials, so the interest of students tends to be less. So Jurisprudence teaching materials on congregational prayer were developed in the form of canva-based PPT presentations. After implementation, it is found that the interest of students tends to increase. The development of canva-based teaching materials is still simple, only in the form of PPT which is designed in such a way that it is easy to use by teachers and can increase students' interest in learning. In addition to PPT, Canva can also create other types of teaching materials, such as Images, videos, E-Books, Modules, Benner and Leaflets. The Canva platform can also be used as an online learning medium or E-Learning.
