Abstract

The Russia-Ukraine war is one of the global conflicts that currently has a wide influence on the global economy. This certainly also affects the movement of stocks, which are one of the investment instruments. On the other hand, there are factors that also affect stock prices besides global conflicts, namely export value. Exports are known to be one of the macroeconomic factors that influences stock prices. This study aims to analyze the effect of the Russia-Ukraine war conflict on stock prices, especially the energy and consumer non-cyclical sectors by using exports as a moderating variable. The energy and the consumer non-cyclical sector were chosen because both have a large trade influence for Russia - Ukraine with the global economy. This study is a quantitative study using secondary data. Data were collected through the official websites of idx.co.id, investing.com, and bps.go.id. The data analysis method uses descriptive statistics, simple linear regression, and moderated regression analysis (MRA) tests. The results of the study showed that the Russia-Ukraine War had a significant positive effect on stock prices but changed to an insignificant effect after the addition of exports as moderating variable. Meanwhile, in the consumer non-cyclical sector, the Russia-Ukraine War produced an insignificant effect on stock prices and then had a significant negative effect after the addition of export as the moderating variable.

Abstract

Legalitas usaha dan perlindungan hak kekayaan intelektual (HKI) merupakan aspek penting dalam pengembangan dan keberlangsungan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di provinsi Lampung pada khususnya, dan di seluruh wilayah Indonesia pada umumnya. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengedukasi para pelaku UMKM di provinsi Lampung tentang pentingnya legalitas usaha seperti Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB), Surat Izin Usaha Perdagangan (SIUP), izin Lokasi & domisili, izin lingkungan, akta pendirian & pengesahan badan hukum, serta berbagai bentuk HKI seperti merek dagang, paten, hak cipta, dan desain industri. Dengan pendekatan edukatif dan praktis, kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berfokus pada pendampingan dan penyuluhan pada aspek hukum, dan manfaat strategis dari legalitas serta HKI terhadap keberlangsungan usaha, kredibilitas bisnis, akses terhadap pembiayaan, serta perlindungan atas karya dan produk UMKM di Provinsi Lampung. Berdasarkan analisis permasalahan pada sektor UMKM di Provinsi Lampung, ditemukan bahwa pengurusan legalitas usaha dan pendaftaran HKI masih sangat minim dilakukan oleh para pelaku UMKM, hal ini diarena kurangnya literasi hukum, dan anggapan bahwa prosesnya rumit dan mahal. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pendampingan yang berkelanjutan agar UMKM di Provinsi Lampung dapat naik kelas dan bersaing dalam skala nasional maupun global.

Abstract

Knowledge serves as the fundamental pillar of civilizational advancement, including within the Islamic tradition, which possesses a distinctive and comprehensive epistemological framework. Islamic epistemology perceives knowledge not merely as the product of reason and empirical observation, but also as a spiritual process grounded in divine revelation, particularly the Qur'an. Through a genitivus subjectivus approach, Islam is positioned as the starting point of intellectual inquiry, framing the pursuit of knowledge as both a form of worship and a religious obligation. During its golden age, Islamic civilization successfully cultivated a holistic intellectual tradition that harmoniously integrated religion, philosophy, and science. Muslim scholars not only preserved the legacy of earlier knowledge but also made significant original contributions across diverse fields. However, the dynamism of Islamic intellectual life later declined due to various internal and external factors. In recent times, there has been a renewed effort to revitalize the Islamic scholarly tradition in ways that are ethically grounded and relevant to contemporary challenges. This study aims to explore the concept of Islamic epistemology, the sources and methodologies of knowledge in Islam, and the historical evolution of Islamic intellectual movements from the classical era to the present day. Such an understanding is essential for shaping an ethical, integrative, and contextually relevant development of Islamic knowledge in the global era.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Al-Islam learning in enhancing students' understanding of prayer (shalat) at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Bandar Lampung. Observations revealed that students' comprehension of prayer remains theoretical and is not fully applied in daily life. Many students memorize prayers without understanding their meaning and lack consistency in performing shalat, especially outside school hours. Factors such as technology influence, social environment, heavy academic workload, and less engaging teaching methods pose challenges in raising students' awareness of the importance of prayer. To address these issues, the school has implemented an integrative learning method combining theory and direct practice. This approach includes utilizing the school mosque as a learning center, fostering a culture of mutual encouragement among students, and providing continuous motivation and guidance from the school. Additionally, the integration of educational technology, standardized prayer teaching methods, and academic schedule adjustments are key strategies to ensure that students not only understand prayer theoretically but also practice it with full awareness and sincerity. Through this approach, it is expected that students' spiritual character will be better developed, enabling them to make shalat an inseparable part of their lives.

Abstract

Household waste management is one of the major challenges in Indonesia, particularly in rural areas that often lack integrated waste processing facilities. This community service program was implemented in Padukuhan Jomblang, Sendangadi Village, Mlati, Sleman, with the aim of addressing waste issues through community-based approaches and the application of sustainable practices. A participatory method was employed to empower the local community, including training on composting and creative recycling as practical and environmentally friendly solutions. Additionally, the program sought to integrate environmental sustainability with economic opportunities by utilizing organic and inorganic waste.The results revealed a significant reduction in household waste volume, increased community awareness of sustainable waste management, and the development of economic potential, such as the creation of creative products from recycled materials. This program demonstrated that community-based waste management not only contributes to a cleaner and healthier environment but also provides long-term social and economic benefits. These findings offer a replicable model for other areas with similar conditions.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to create a learning medium in the form of an E-Module based on local wisdom, incorporating values related to local wisdom, the environment, and community technology, as well as integrating the Pancasila Student Profile, making it suitable to serve as an English teaching module for junior high school students. The research methodology employed is development research, utilizing Thiagarajan’s 4-D model, which progresses through the stages of Define, Design, Development, and Dissemination. The instruments used include expert validation sheets and material validation sheets, consisting of four material aspects with 15 questions and three media aspects with 13 questions; the validation results are analyzed using a percentage formula and then converted. Based on the validation outcomes, the English E-Module based on local wisdom and containing the Pancasila Student Profile is considered suitable for use as teaching material. Specifically, the validation by media experts indicates that the E-learning module is highly feasible, with a percentage of 93,8 %. Furthermore, validation by experts in English material and the Strengthening of the Pancasila Student Profile also confirms the feasibility of the E-module, with a percentage of 85.3%, resulting in an overall average validation score of 89.55%. From these findings, it can be concluded that this E-Module, which is based on local wisdom and contains the Pancasila Student Profile, is highly suitable for use as English teaching material for Grade VIII students at SMP N 8 Tangerang City.

Abstract

Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia Nomor 50 Tahun 2015, yang terbaru September 2021 tentang PEDOMAN UMUM EJAAN BAHASA INDONESIA. Hal ini berarti EYD, PUEYD sudah tidak berlaku lagi dan diperbaharui menjadi PUEBI. Perubahan tersebut dilakukan karena Bahasa Indonesia mengalami perkembangan yang sangat pesat. Perubahan tersebut terjadi sebagai dampak kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi, dan seni. Perubahan sudah terjadi selama kurang lebih tiga kali namun kondisi tersebut tidak banyak masyarakat umum yang mengetahuinya. Tentang perubahan nama nya saja juga tidak tahu. Walaupun sebenarnya perubahan itu tidak signifikan, namun sudah menunjukkan bahwa struktur kalimat bahasa Idonesia sudah mengalami kemajuan yang pesat. Hal ini dapat diketahui dari adanya istilah baru yang diserap dari unsur bahasa asing dan unsur bahasa daerah yang bertambah. Perubahan ini sudah terjadi selama 3 tahun tetapi tidak semua masyarakat mengetahuinya. Hal ini mendorong untuk dilakukan kegiatan ini. Kegiatan ini membuahkan hasil berupa Wali murid mengetahui PUEBI.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the concept of cyber-creation in Islamic preaching within the framework of digital literacy, focusing on the development of Muslim communities in urban areas. Using a qualitative approach through literature review and digital content analysis, this research identifies strategies, techniques, and communication patterns in digital da'wah via social media, online video platforms, and interactive da'wah websites. Thematic analysis reveals that cyber-creation, as a creative process in producing and distributing da'wah content, enhances audience engagement, expands the reach of Islamic messages, and encourages inclusive religious dialogue. Effective strategies include visual storytelling, context-based approaches on social issues, and two-way interaction with audiences. Da'wah practitioners also leverage social media algorithms to target specific audience segments. Challenges include low digital literacy among preachers and the risk of disseminating inaccurate religious content. Nonetheless, this opens opportunities for strengthening religious literacy and forming participatory digital communities. This study contributes to the advancement of contemporary Islamic preaching in the digital era.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to describe the values ​​of the fighting spirit of the one of Banten figures, namely Prof. KH. Syadzeli Hasan. The method used in this research is the biographical method with a historical approach. Then, from the data, a historical description was carried out through field research and documents explaining their struggles and life journeys. Therefore, this research data collection technique was carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation. Then the data was analysed using qualitative analysis. Based on the results of this research, it is concluded that: (1) The values ​​of their fighting spirit  can be used as a lesson for society, are having the characteristics of: (a) being persistent in learning, fighting and working; (b) patriotic and love the country; (c) religious; (d) care about society; (e) leadership and (f) independence and entrepreneurial spirit (2) The public's view of the historical value of Beji figures as a source of learning for community character education is very positive, because the values ​​of the spirit of struggle possessed by these three figures are not only relevant to the government's concept regarding the design of character education programs also needed by the younger generation as a spark of inspiration.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah (Bappeda) dalam pengembangan kebijakan pembangunan berkelanjutan di Kabupaten Lombok Utara. Fokus penelitian mencakup proses identifikasi masalah, analisis kebijakan, pengembangan kebijakan, serta implementasi kebijakan yang dijalankan oleh Bappeda. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, studi dokumentasi, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Bappeda Kabupaten Lombok Utara memiliki peran strategis dalam mengintegrasikan data primer dan sekunder dalam proses perencanaan. Identifikasi permasalahan dilakukan melalui Musrenbang, survei lapangan, serta pemanfaatan data dari BPS dan portal Satu Data Lombok Utara. Dalam analisis kebijakan, Bappeda menyesuaikan regulasi nasional dengan kebutuhan lokal, serta mempertimbangkan aspek sosial, ekonomi, dan lingkungan. Pada tahap implementasi, Bappeda mengoordinasikan pelaksanaan program melalui rapat koordinasi mingguan bersama OPD dan melakukan evaluasi secara berkala guna memastikan ketercapaian indikator pembangunan yang telah ditetapkan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Bappeda memiliki peran penting dalam memastikan bahwa kebijakan pembangunan tidak hanya bersifat normatif, tetapi juga adaptif dan responsif terhadap kondisi riil masyarakat. Upaya integratif dan kolaboratif yang dilakukan oleh Bappeda menjadi kunci dalam mewujudkan pembangunan yang berkelanjutan dan merata di seluruh wilayah Kabupaten Lombok Utara.
