Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of religious extracurricular programs in shaping students’ moral character at two public senior high schools: SMA Negeri 1 Tegalwaru and SMA Negeri 1 Pangkalan Karawang. Using a qualitative approach with a comparative case study design, data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The findings reveal that both schools implement adaptive yet distinct program designs: SMA Tegalwaru emphasizes face-to-face approaches based on modeling and habituation, while SMA Pangkalan Karawang integrates digital platforms, preaching projects, and parental collaboration. Character development takes place effectively through mentoring sessions that involve reflective dialogue and emotional student engagement. Key success factors include convergent support from schools, families, and communities, as well as the availability of physical and digital infrastructure. This study proposes the Dynamic Spirituality Development Model, which combines adaptive content delivery, linguistic-ritual value reinforcement, and community-based evaluation. The findings highlight the importance of contextual program design, dialogical mentoring strategies, and ecosystem synergy in strengthening students’ religious character in the digital age.

Abstract

The tarawih cultum is a short lecture delivered before or after the tarawih prayer, which is a momentum in conveying religious messages to the tarawih prayer congregation. The purpose of this service is to describe the role of tarawih cultum as a means of spreading da'wah. This service uses a descriptive analysis method to describe the role of the Tarawih Kultum. The results of the service show the role of the tarawih cultum for Muslims in increasing devotion in the holy month of Ramadan and adding insight into Islam which is an obligation for every Muslim.

Abstract

This research analyzes the factors causing delays in the reporting of Budget Realization Reports (LRA) at BLUD Puskesmas in Bima Regency in 2023. Two main factors identified are the newly established BLUD status and the limited human resources (HR) in finance. Puskesmas, which was newly designated as BLUD in December 2021, faced difficulties in preparing financial reports according to procedures, with many staff members untrained in financial reporting. Additionally, the broad and diverse geographical location of Bima Regency, with some Puskesmas in remote areas with limited internet access, hindered the reporting process and caused delays. To address these challenges, the Bima Regency Health Office has taken steps such as providing guidance and assistance by BPKAD and Inspectorate teams, monthly reconciliation related to LRA, and the procurement of IT-based applications. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, involving in-depth interviews, direct observation, and document analysis, which are analyzed using thematic analysis methods.

Abstract

This study aims to find out whether the application of the inquiry model can improve the economic learning outcomes of students in class X E-1 of SMA Negeri 1 Darul Imarah. This research method uses two cycles. The research subjects consisted of 36 students in class X E-1 of SMA Negeri 1 Darul Imarah for the 2022/2023 academic year, with details of 17 male students and 19 female students. The research was conducted in two cycles, and each cycle consisted of two meetings. The data was analyzed using a comparative descriptive technique, which compared the initial condition with the results obtained in each cycle. In addition, qualitative descriptive analysis based on the results of observation and reflection in cycle I and cycle II was also used. Through the application of the inquiry model in economics subjects, especially material on the role of the market in the economy, it is hoped that it can improve students' understanding and learning outcomes. In cycle I, it is known that there is a significant increase compared to the initial condition. If in the initial condition only 15 students achieved the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) with a score of 70, then in the first cycle the number increased to 21 students. At the end of cycle II, the number of students who met the KKM increased again to 23 people. Thus, most of the students of class X E-1 of SMA Negeri 1 Darul Imarah showed an increase in learning outcomes in the material on the role of the market in the economy. In percentage terms, the level of student learning completeness increased from 41.47% in the initial condition to 63.89% in the first cycle, and reached 94.44% in the second cycle. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the application of the inquiry model is able to improve the economic learning outcomes of students in class X E-1 of SMA Negeri 1 Darul Imarah, especially in the material on the role of the market in the economy.

Abstract

In learning process, teachers was expect to be able to make students to be active, be able to solve problems, and learning to respect the opinions of other friends. One of the solutions to solve this problem is using the Snowball Throwing learning model. This study aims to determine the implementation of learning using the ‘snowball throwing’ model on water pollution material, the implementation of learning can be seen from student responses and student learning outcomes after implementing the snowball throwing learning model. The design of this study was a quasi-experimental using a one-group pretest-posttest research design. The population of this study was VII D class that consist of 23 students at SMP Al-Furqan Diwek Jombang. The sample used in this study was VII D class, with totaling 23 students. The data collection technique used in this study there are three methods, namely observation, test method, and questionnaire method. Based on the observations, the results of the implementation of learning using the Snowball Throwing model on teacher’s activities shows an average of 89.95%, and student’s activities was obtained an average of 91.9%. From these two averages, it can be seen that the implementation of learning went well. Student learning outcomes on cognitive tests have an average of 85% with complete criteria. While the student response has an average of 90.8% a positive response from students.

Abstract

Cafe Enam Belas yang terletak di Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara, mengalami penurunan jumlah pengunjung sejak awal pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh persepsi produk, lokasi, pemasaran, dan kualitas layanan terhadap minat berkunjung kembali. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif asosiatif dengan teknik survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Sebanyak 80 responden dipilih sebagai sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS, melalui tahapan uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, multikolinearitas, dan heteroskedastisitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, persepsi produk, lokasi, pemasaran, dan kualitas layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung kembali (R² = 0,673; F = 48,709; p < 0,05). Secara parsial, semua variabel independen menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan (p < 0,05), dengan kontribusi terbesar dari persepsi produk (β = 0,287). Simpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya menjaga kualitas produk, kenyamanan lokasi, efektivitas pemasaran, serta pelayanan yang prima. Peneliti merekomendasikan agar Cafe Enam Belas meningkatkan inovasi menu, memperkuat strategi digital marketing, memperbaiki fasilitas penunjang, dan mengembangkan program loyalitas pelanggan untuk mempertahankan daya saing dalam industri kuliner

Abstract

Perkembangan perekonomian yang pesat dan ilmu pengetahuan telah menimbulkan perubahan cepat pada produk-produk kosmetik, BPOM merupakan lembaga yang diberi tugas oleh pemerintah melakukan pengawasan terhadap produk yang beredar termasuk kosmetik yang tidak memiliki izin edar. Metode yang digunakan peneliti adalah pendekatan hukum secara non doktrinal sosiologis dan spesifikasi dalam penelitian ini adalah termasuk deskriptif analitis. Dan data sekunder diperoleh dari studi kepustakaan. Data dianalisa secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa predaran koosmetik yang tidak berizin meningkat dari tahun ke tahun disebabkan permintaan pasar terhadap kosmetik sangat tinggi, jumlah penegak hukum tidak sebanding dengan luas predaran kosmetik yang tidak berizin, dua upaya hukum upaya preventif da upaya refresif, upaya preventif melakukan oprasi rutin,. Abstract

To compare private data protection regulations in Indonesia and the Philippines and understand dispute resolution related to private data cases in the two countries. This research method uses literature review studies derived from books and journals or articles that have been published. The research findings reveal a comparison between the Private Data Protection Act in Indonesia and the Philippines. It is noted that the Philippines already has an independent supervisory body, whereas Indonesia does not, despite the establishment of such an institution being regulated by the Private Data Protection Act number 27 of 2022. Additionally, the study aims to understand the dispute resolution mechanisms in case of private data theft in both Indonesia and the Philippines. This study compares the regulations of the Private Data Protection Act in Indonesia and the Philippines, focusing particularly on the establishment of an essential independent supervisory body that needs to be formed in Indonesia. Subsequently, the case resolution mechanisms through Alternative Dispute Resolution can be considered to eliminate practices that tend to be slow, complex, and expensive, as well as to stop corrupt practices in the courts, ensuring that the Indonesian community feels secure and protected. No specific research has been found that compares the regulations on Private Data Protection in Indonesia and the Philippines. This includes the establishment of an independent supervisory body to aid law enforcement authorities in identifying perpetrators of private data theft, providing education, and addressing public inquiries about private data. Additionally, the resolution of cases involving private data theft through alternative dispute resolution is deemed superior to the judicial route due to the frequent practices of being slow, complex, expensive, and corrupt, which can erode or even eliminate the trust of the Indonesian public in law enforcement authorities.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan tugas Pembinaan dan Pengawasan Daerah oleh Aparat Pengawas Intern Pemerintah (APIP) dilakukan berdasarkan perencanaan yang sistematis dan disesuaikan dengan kondisi, kebutuhan dan prioritas pembangunan di daerah. Merujuk Permendagri No. 19 Tahun 2023 tentang Perencanaan Pembinaan dan Pengawasan Penyelenggaraan Pemerintahan Daerah Tahun 2024. Aparat Pengawas Intern Pemerintah (APIP) berkoordinasi dengan Aparat Penegak Hukum (APH) dalam rangka permintaan audit dan perhitungan kerugian uang negara. Sebelum dimulainya acara Rapat Koordinasi Pengawasan Daerah (Rakorwasda), dilakukan terlebih dahulu Pra Rapat Koordinasi Pengawasan Daerah (Pra Rakorwasda). Tujuan diselenggarakannya Rakorwasda tingkat Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat Tahun 2023 adalah Menyamakan persepsi terhadap implementasi Permendagri Nomor 19 tahun 2024 tentang Perencanaan Pembinaan dan Pengawasan Penyelenggaraan Pemerintahan Daerah Tahun 2024; dan Penandatanganan Komitmen Bersama dalam rangka Pembinaan dan Pengawasan Penyelenggaraan Pemerintah Daerah antara Inspektur Provinsi NTB dengan Inspektur Kabupaten/Kota se Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat.

Abstract

The problem in this research is the quality of the water in the waters around the Sarjo Village pond and the impact of pond waste on the environment around the Sarjo Village pond. The objectives to be achieved are (1) Assessing the water quality conditions around the Sarjo Village pond. (2) Analyze the impact of waste around the Sarjo Village pond. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative with an ecological approach. The sample used is pond wastewater. The techniques used are interview techniques, observation, and documentation. Data analysis in this research is a comparative technique. The results achieved in this research are (1) water quality that still meets quality standards, namely: temperature, brightness, pH, TSS, TDS, ammonia, phosphate, and salinity. The parameters in the waters around the ponds that do not comply with quality standards are Color and Odor at station 1 and station 2 and Nitrate at the 3 stations. (2) Based on the results of data analysis on the impact of pond waste from the nitrate content at the 3 stations which exceeds the threshold, this certainly has an impact on aquatic productivity, because it affects the biota or fish in the surrounding waters because high nitrate content can reduce oxygen levels in the water and anticipate eutrophication. Inappropriate brightness and odor at stations 1 and 2 and the brownish-black color can inhibit lighting in the waters which can inhibit the process of photosynthesis in the waters. Based on the results of calculating the pollution index (Pi), the diversity index (H'), the uniformity index (E), and the dominance index (C), these four indices show the appropriate results that the Sarjo Village pond waste disposal waters have the status of "Slightly/Moderately polluted ".
