Abstract

The successful of composite flour business planning is required a feasibility study and revenue sharing system. The objective of this research is to design the business plan for composite flour through feasibility study and revenue sharing system. The exploratory research method with observation approach was implemented in this research. The feasibility aspects to observed are market, technical, human resource and organization, environment and financial aspect for revenue sharing. The result showed that tapioca flour and mocaf flour were potential substitutes for wheat flour. Based on the availability of raw materials, mocaf flour has a minimum availability of 10.000 tons / year, therefore it had 29 tons/day to substituted wheat flour. This research designed the substitution of wheat flour were 5% of mocaf flour and 5% of tapioca flour. The feasibility study showed that the payback period (PBP) was 3 years and 6 months while Break Event Point (BEP) was 153.258.997 Kg/year. The result concluded that this business planning were feasible to operate. Further, this research also designed 2 revenue sharing scenarios as recommended by National Sharia Board. Abstract

Packaging design is a challenge for the development of micro-industries, especially to encounter high competition against well-known products. Unfortunately, most of micro-industries have limitations in term of packaging design and attractiveness. The purpose of this study was to design the right packaging prototype model for the micro-industries. The study applied the value engineering approach which consisted of information, creative, analysis, development, and recommendation stages. In the creative stage, the process included making the moodboards, sketches and digitizing designs as well as generating prototypes. Fuzzy AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) was applied in the analysis stage to obtain the weight of each performance parameter. From the analysis, it found that colour was the most significant parameter in determining packaging design of specialty coffee packaging. The most appropriate model recommendation as a representation of packaging for specialty coffee businesses for micro-scale industries was the flat bottom pouch type contained in alternative III. Abstract

Supply chain of red chilli has not integrated and involves all actor like farmers, collectors, traders, suppliers and industry. This condition creates instability in the quality of red chilli on the market, supply availability and price fluctuations. The purpose of this research was to study the mechanisms, performance, risk mitigation and institusional analysis of the supply chain using the Van de Vorst method, SCOR-AHP method, House of Risk (HOR) and Interpretative Structural Modeling (ISM). The location of this study was in Garut District, the highest production of red chili in West Java. The supply chain mechanism was approached through four elements, namely a) supply chain structure, b) chain business processes, c) network management and chain coordination, and d) chain resources used. The supply chain performance system has five levels of hierarchy, namely goals, business processes, criteria, attribute, and performance metrices. Results showed that the supply chain performances of the red chilli at farmers, collector, suppliers, and small medium enterprise (SME) were 74.6%, 76.8 %, 82.5%, 81.9%, respectively. Risk priorities showed there were 10 at the farmer, 9 at the traders, 11 at the supplier, and 10 at the industrial stage. Information on supply chain performance is expected to enable actors in the red chili supply chain to improve coordination, integration between actors, fulfillment of production facilities, proper implementation of Good Agricultural Practices (GAP), and distribution mechanisms, so that can optimally fullfil the consumer demand and minimize yield loss to improve competitiveness in the red chili industry. Abstract

One solution to increase agricultural production is to overcome pests and diseases by using pesticides, which has an influence on pesticides’ availability. Therefore, it is necessary to analyse the performance and risks that arise in the pesticide supply chain. This study aimed to identify and analyse supply chain mechanisms and the performance of pesticide supply chain, and to identify and analyse risks of pesticide supply chain. The Van der Vorst method was used to analyse the structure of supply chain networks, supply chain business processes, supply chain management, and supply chain resources. The results of performance measurement using SCOR model showed that there were still around 0.61% of orders that were not fully fulfilled; the order fulfillment cycle time was 12 days; the upside supply chain flexibility matrix was ​​three days; and the upside supply chain adaptability matrix was ​​11.72%. Based on these results, the performance value of pesticide supply chain was 52.69% and falls into bad (unacceptable) category. These results indicate that there were still performance attributes that were not optimal. There were still lost of opportunities because the company targets were not fulfilled, which had an impact on profit loss. Risk identification using the FMEA-HOR 1 method, from 40 risk events and 24 risk agents, 10 priority of risk agents were obtained that needed to be mitigated so that the pesticides supply chain could run effectively and efficiently. Abstract

The supply chain activity of robusta coffee agroindustry in Tanggamus District involves several stakeholders, namely farmers, collectors, and KUB (Kelompok Usaha Bersama). Sustainable supply chain activities are economic, social, environmental and technological management activities. The objectives of the research were to analyse supply chain mechanism, to analyse supply chain value-added and performance, and to assess sustainable supply chain performance index of Robusta agroindustry performance. The stages of data processing were the identification of Robusta coffee supply chain agroindustry, value added analysis, measurement and assessment of supply chain performance indexes, and design of strategies to improve performance and supply chain sustainability in Robusta coffee agroindustry. The value added of robusta coffee agroindustry supply chain was analyzed using a modification of Hayami. SCOR-AHP (Supply Chain Operations Reference-Analytical Hierarchy Process) was used to measure performance. The sustainability status of Robusta coffee agroindustry was calculated using Multi-Dimensional Scaling (MDS) technique with R software. The value added ratio in farmers was lower supply chain actor (45.59%) compared to collectors (70.30%) and KUB (85.34%). The supply chain performance farmer performance was 70.99 lower than collector 87.14 and KUB 85.76. The sustainability of economic dimensions was almost sustainable (77.39), social dimensions were sustainable (88.24), environmental dimensions was almost sustainable (78.62), and technological dimensions was almost sustainable (66.67). The aggregating value of supply chain sustainable showed 77.71% which meant almost sustainable. This research recommends strategies to build coffee farmers’s partnerships with agroindustry to improve the performance and sustainability of Robusta coffee supply chain. Abstract

Proses belajar mengajar di sekolah menentukan keberhasilan pembelajaran. Belajar mengajar merupakan dua konsep yang tidak bisa dipisahkan satu sama lain. Berdasarkan observasi awal guru pelajaran IPS masih menggunakan metode ceramah atau konvensional. Hasil belajar IPS Terpadu kelas VIII SMP 2 Bae Kudus menunjukan rendahnya pemahaman siswa terhadap konsep IPS dapat dilihat dari nilai rata-rata mata pelajaran IPS Terpadu kurang dari 75.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian True ExperimentalDesign dengan menggunakan rancangan Control group pretest-posttest. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah kelas VIII SMP 2 Bae Kudus.Sampelnya adalah kelas VIII F dan VIII G SMP 2 Bae Kudus Tahun Ajaran 2011/2012.Variabel bebas meliputi penerapan metode pembelajaran inkuiri dan metode pembelajaran konvensional.Dan variabel terikat meliputi peningkatan hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII SMP 2 Bae Kudus. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi dan metode tes.Hasil penelitian ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa secara klasikal telah dicapai dengan metode pembelajaran inkuiri yaitu sebesar 86%. Sedangkan dengan metode pembelajaran konvensional sebesar 63%. Gain kelas ekperimen yaitu 0.55 dan gain kelas kontrol sebesar 0.37. dapat disimpulkan bahwa kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol mengalami peningkatan hasil belajar dengan kriteria sedang. Abstract

Hasil belajar siswa masih kurang optimal dimana banyak siswa mendapat nilai kurang dari kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM). Hal ini disebabkan oleh rendahnya aktivitas belajar dan penggunaan model pembelajaran yang kurang variatif dan pembelajaran yang terpusat pada guru. Hal tersebut perlu adanya pengembangan variasi dalam pembelajaran dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran yang mengutamakan keaktifan siswa dalam pembelajaran, model tersebut adalah model pembelajaran Quantum Teaching. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah :(1) Apakah penerapan model pembelajaran Quantum Teaching lebih baik daripada penerapan metode pembelajaran konvensional dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar. (2) Apakah ada perbedaan penerapan Model Pembelajaran Quantum Teaching dengan Metode Konvensional dalam hasil belajar. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah semua populasi yang tersedia, karena jumlah sampel kurang dari 100 maka penelitian ini disebut dengan penelitian populasi. Terpilih kelas VII A sebagai kelas Kontrol dengan metode konvensional dan kelas VII B sebagai kelas Eksperimen dengan model pembelajaran Quantum Teaching. Berdasarkan hasil uji tahap akhir, diperoleh nilai rata-rata kelas eksperimen meningkat yaitu 71,98 sedangkan kelas kontrol yaitu 64,14. Nilai rata-rata posttest kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dibanding kelas kontrol. Dapat disimpulkan kelompok kesperimen lebih baik dari kelompok kontrol, yaitu hasil belajar dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Quantum Teaching lebih baik dibandingkan dengan kelas yang menggunakan metode pembelajaran konvensional. Dan terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa antara penggunaan model Quantum Teaching dan metode konvensional dimana siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran Quantum Teaching mendapatkan nilai hasil belajar yang baik. Student learning outcomes are less than optimal when many students scored less than minimum completeness criteria (KKM). It is necessary to the development of variation in learning by applying active learning model that promotes student learning, the model is Quantum Teaching learning model. The problem in this study were: (1) Is the application of Quantum Teaching learning model is better than the application of conventional learning methods in improving learning outcomes. (2) Are there differences in the application of Quantum Teaching Learning Model with Conventional Methods in learning outcomes. The sample in this study are all available population, because the sample size is less than 100 then it is called a research study population. A class VII was elected as class control with conventional methods and class VII B as a class experiment with Quantum Teaching learning model. Based on the results of the final phase of testing, the average values ​​obtained experimental classes improved the control class is 71.98 while 64.14. The average value posttest experimental class higher than the control class. It can be concluded experiment better group than the control group, the results of study using Quantum Teaching learning model is better than the class that uses the conventional learning methods. And there is a difference in student learning outcomes between the use of models of Quantum Teaching and conventional methods of learning where students receiving scores Quantum Teaching good study results.

Abstract

Salah satu metode yang sesuai dengan materi mengindeks dokumen yaitu metode konvensional dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran website e-learningberbasis dokumen. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) siklus, faktor yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini : faktor guru (cara guru melaksanakan kegiatan belajar mengajar dengan media pembelajaran menggunakan website e-learningberbasis dokumen), faktor siswa (aktifitas dan hasil belajar siswa), berdasarkan hasil perhitungan siklus I kemampuan kognitif siswa dari 30 siswa kelas X AP 2 terdapat 16 siswa yang tuntas dan 14 siswa yang masih belum tuntas, dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 69,46, sedangkan pada skor awal sebelum diadakan tindakan siklus I terdapat 19 siswa yang tuntas dan 13 siswa belum tuntas dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 69.93. Pada siklus II ada peningkatan hasil belajar dengan nilai rata-rata mencapai 80,3dan dari segi kognitif ada 1 siswa yang belum tuntas.    One method that suits the material index documents by using the conventional method of learning media e-learning website based documents. This study is a kind of classroom action research (PTK) cycle, factors examined in this study: teacher factors (how teachers implement teaching and learning activities with learning media using e-learning website based documents), student factors (activity and student learning outcomes), I cycle calculation based on the results of the cognitive abilities of students of class X AP 2 there are 16 students who completed and 14 students who are not yet complete, with an average value of 69.46, while the scores of the measures before the beginning of the cycle I have 19 students 13 students who completed and not yet finished with an average value of 69.93. In the second cycle there is an increase in the value of learning outcomes with an average of 80.3in terms of cognitive and no one student is not yet complete.

Abstract

Hasil belajar siswa masih kurang optimal dimana banyak siswa mendapat nilai kurang dari kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM). Hal ini disebabkan oleh rendahnya aktivitas belajar dan penggunaan model pembelajaran yang kurang variatif dan pembelajaran yang terpusat pada guru. Hal tersebut perlu adanya pengembangan variasi dalam pembelajaran dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran yang mengutamakan keaktifan siswa dalam pembelajaran, model tersebut adalah model pembelajaran Quantum Teaching. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah :(1) Apakah penerapan model pembelajaran Quantum Teaching lebih baik daripada penerapan metode pembelajaran konvensional dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar. (2) Apakah ada perbedaan penerapan Model Pembelajaran Quantum Teaching dengan Metode Konvensional dalam hasil belajar. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah semua populasi yang tersedia, karena jumlah sampel kurang dari 100 maka penelitian ini disebut dengan penelitian populasi. Terpilih kelas VII A sebagai kelas Kontrol dengan metode konvensional dan kelas VII B sebagai kelas Eksperimen dengan model pembelajaran Quantum Teaching. Berdasarkan hasil uji tahap akhir, diperoleh nilai rata-rata kelas eksperimen meningkat yaitu 71,98 sedangkan kelas kontrol yaitu 64,14. Nilai rata-rata posttest kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dibanding kelas kontrol. Dapat disimpulkan kelompok kesperimen lebih baik dari kelompok kontrol, yaitu hasil belajar dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Quantum Teaching lebih baik dibandingkan dengan kelas yang menggunakan metode pembelajaran konvensional. Dan terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa antara penggunaan model Quantum Teaching dan metode konvensional dimana siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran Quantum Teaching mendapatkan nilai hasil belajar yang baik. Student learning outcomes are less than optimal when many students scored less than minimum completeness criteria (KKM). It is necessary to the development of variation in learning by applying active learning model that promotes student learning, the model is Quantum Teaching learning model. The problem in this study were: (1) Is the application of Quantum Teaching learning model is better than the application of conventional learning methods in improving learning outcomes. (2) Are there differences in the application of Quantum Teaching Learning Model with Conventional Methods in learning outcomes. The sample in this study are all available population, because the sample size is less than 100 then it is called a research study population. A class VII was elected as class control with conventional methods and class VII B as a class experiment with Quantum Teaching learning model. Based on the results of the final phase of testing, the average values ​​obtained experimental classes improved the control class is 71.98 while 64.14. The average value posttest experimental class higher than the control class. It can be concluded experiment better group than the control group, the results of study using Quantum Teaching learning model is better than the class that uses the conventional learning methods. And there is a difference in student learning outcomes between the use of models of Quantum Teaching and conventional methods of learning where students receiving scores Quantum Teaching good study results.
