Abstract

Pengalaman pasien merupakan parameter penting yang digunakan untuk menyusun strategi tata kelola rumah sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengalaman pasien (Patient Experience) dalam menerima layanan di ruang rawat inap di RST Wijayakusuma. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan patient ecperience. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam terhadap informan yang merupakan pasien/keluarga pasien yang menerima layanan rawat inap. Sebanyak 7 (tujuh) dimensi pengalaman pasien yang diteliti adalah: Informasi, Koordinasi Pelayanan, Kenyamanan Fisik, Dukungan Emosional, Keinformasi, dimensi dukungan emosional, dimensi kenyamanan fisik, dimensi keterlibatan pasien, dimensi akses pelayanan, dimensi koordinasi pelayanan dan dimensi keterlibatan keluarga dan teman pasien. Srategi peningkatan mutu pelayanan rumah sakit perlu adanya peningkatan pada indikator dimensi dukungan emoosional, kenyamanan fisik serta koordinasi pelayanan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of 5S training (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke) on improving student competency in the Nursing Department of SMK Sehati Karawang. The background of this study is based on the gap in competency between the needs of the health industry and the limited abilities of students, especially in terms of work efficiency, discipline, and practical skills. The method used is a quantitative approach with an experimental design, comparing the competency of students who have participated in 5S training and those who have not. Data were collected through questionnaires and observations of 43 grade XI students. The results showed that 5S training had a significant effect on improving the competency of nursing students. All 5S elements have been proven to provide a positive contribution in shaping technical skills, professional attitudes, and student work efficiency. Thus, 5S training can be used as an effective strategy in supporting the development of human resources in the field of nursing since the vocational high school level.

Abstract

The strategy for developing a health information system at the Gimpu Health Center, Sigi Regency aims to improve efficiency in managing patient service information, which has so far been done conventionally. The recording process that has not been computerized often causes duplication of information and takes a long time to process information. In addition, the manual recording system also has risks to information security, because it is prone to loss or damage. The information system designed in this study is in the form of a software application equipped with an information base (database), which functions as a center for storing information and a tool for entering, processing, and accelerating the preparation of reports. The forms available in the system are designed according to user needs to make them easier to use. Not only does it increase ease of operation, this system is also designed with a high level of security to ensure the accuracy and protection of patient information. The design of this system was developed by implementing the stages in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The implementation of this information system is expected to be a solution to various obstacles faced by the Gimpu Health Center, Sigi Regency in the service process, especially related to recording and managing patient information. The information recorded in the system includes patient visit information, such as date of visit, patient identity (name, place and date of birth, name of head of family), gender, level of education, occupation, domicile area (district/city, sub-district, address/hamlet), and payment method for health services.

Abstract

Ketidaksesuaian antara tarif INA-CBGs dan biaya riil layanan Hemodialisa menjadi tantangan besar bagi keberlanjutan layanan kesehatan di rumah sakit, termasuk di RS Bhayangkara TK III Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghitung unit cost layanan Hemodialisa secara akurat menggunakan pendekatan Activity-Based Costing (ABC), serta menyusun model penyesuaian tarif berdasarkan hasil perhitungan tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi langsung, wawancara, serta dokumentasi laporan keuangan dan aktivitas unit Hemodialisa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa unit cost layanan Hemodialisa berdasarkan metode konvensional adalah Rp1.373.461, sedangkan setelah penerapan metode ABC dan skema kerja sama operasional (KSO), unit cost terkoreksi menjadi Rp782.929. Koreksi biaya ini didorong oleh alokasi biaya yang lebih efisien serta pengalihan beban bahan habis pakai ke mitra KSO. Perhitungan Recovery Rate Cost (RRC) juga menunjukkan peningkatan efisiensi, dari 64,3% menjadi 112,8%, yang menandakan bahwa tarif INA-CBGs telah mencukupi biaya aktual pasca penyesuaian. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa metode ABC memberikan gambaran biaya yang lebih akurat dan dapat digunakan sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan strategis, penyesuaian tarif, dan peningkatan efisiensi layanan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis strategi pengelolaan biaya rawat inap pasien Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) yang berpedoman pada Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan (Permenkes) Nomor 3 Tahun 2023. Aturan baru ini membawa implikasi signifikan terhadap sistem reimbursement INA-CBG's, menuntut rumah sakit untuk mengoptimalkan efisiensi dan akurasi dalam perhitungan biaya. Strategi pengelolaan biaya yang diteliti meliputi peningkatan kualitas coding diagnosis dan prosedur, optimalisasi alur pelayanan klinis, serta pengawasan ketat terhadap penggunaan obat dan alat kesehatan. Menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan studi deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan pihak manajemen keuangan, tim koder, dokter, perawat, dan staf terkait, serta analisis dokumen kebijakan internal dan data klaim. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa rumah sakit telah menerapkan strategi adaptif, seperti program edukasi coding berkelanjutan, penerapan protokol klinis berbasis bukti, dan penggunaan sistem informasi untuk monitoring biaya. Meskipun demikian, tantangan adaptasi terhadap perubahan regulasi yang cepat, resistensi praktik lama, dan perlunya investasi teknologi tetap menjadi isu krusial. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan sinergi antara manajemen klinis dan keuangan, serta pengembangan kapasitas SDM untuk mencapai pengelolaan biaya rawat inap JKN yang efektif dan efisien sesuai Permenkes 03/2023.

Abstract

Klaim pending dalam sistem BPJS Kesehatan masih menjadi persoalan signifikan di berbagai rumah sakit, termasuk RSUD Pongtiku, dengan tren peningkatan mencapai 28% pada tahun 2023 khususnya di ruang Rawat Inap Penyakit Dalam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi manajemen penanganan klaim pending menggunakan pendekatan fungsi manajemen POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling). Penelitian ini merupakan studi kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan telaah dokumen klaim BPJS yang dikembalikan sepanjang tahun 2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyebab utama klaim pending adalah berkas tidak lengkap (45,8%), kesalahan pengkodean (29,5%), kurangnya pemeriksaan penunjang (21%), eviden terapi yang tidak sesuai (6,8%), dan perbedaan pemahaman antara verifikator rumah sakit dan BPJS (3,5%). Analisis POAC menunjukkan bahwa strategi manajemen belum berjalan optimal akibat keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, sarana-prasarana yang tidak memadai, serta belum adanya SOP khusus dan pelatihan berkelanjutan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya perbaikan sistem pengelolaan klaim melalui penerapan Rekam Medis Elektronik, pembentukan SOP yang terstruktur, pelatihan kompetensi, serta sistem monitoring dan evaluasi yang rutin. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model strategis bagi rumah sakit lain dalam mengurangi klaim pending dan meningkatkan efisiensi layanan kesehatan.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of patient perceptions regarding professionalism service factors on their intention to revisit hospitals. The study highlights the strategic importance of professional healthcare services in determining patient satisfaction and loyalty. The examined factors include the competence of medical personnel, doctor-patient communication, nurse empathy, and the comfort of hospital facilities. The study employed a quantitative survey method involving 200 outpatients from RS Prima Medika Pemalang. Data were gathered using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to test five hypothesized relationships between service dimensions and revisit intention. The results show that patient perceptions of service professionalism significantly influence their revisit intention. This research contributes to hospital management strategies in improving service quality and fostering patient loyalty through enhanced professionalism across all service dimensions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of the Workload Indicators of Staffing Need (WISN) method in determining the optimal staffing requirements at Jimmy Medika Borneo Mother and Child Hospital (RSIA). In response to the significant increase in patient volume from 2021 to 2024, RSIA JMB requires an accurate human resource management strategy to avoid workload imbalances. This descriptive qualitative study involved 57 healthcare workers across 12 units, using a work sampling method involving observation and interviews with all healthcare personnel at RSIA JMB, combined with the calculation of WISN scores and ratios as recommended by the WHO. Data were collected from various service units, including emergency nurses, operating room nurses, inpatient and outpatient nurses, general practitioners, midwives in delivery and perinatal care, pharmacists, laboratory staff, and medical specialists. The results showed variations in available working time and imbalances in WISN ratios across units, with the WISN ratio varying from 0.5 to 1. Several units were overworked, including pharmacy staff, emergency nurses, operating room nurses, outpatient nurses, midwives in VK-Perina, emergency general practitioners, obstetricians and gynecologists, and surgical oncologists. In contrast, the laboratory unit was categorized as underworked, while balanced workloads were found among inpatient nurses, pediatricians, and internal medicine specialists. These findings serve as a basis for RSIA JMB management to conduct strategic evaluations and redistribute health personnel to enhance service efficiency and improve healthcare worker well-being.

Abstract

Komunikasi interpersonal menjadi salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja guru. Kemampuan seseorang dalam menyampaikan pesan dan mempengaruhi orang-orang disekitarnya berdampak besar terhadap hasil kerja yang diharapkan optimal. Motivasi merupakan unsur lain yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja seorang guru. Dengan motivasi kerja yang tinggi, guru dapat melaksanakan pekerjaannya dengan giat dan dengan motif yang dicapai sesuai tujuan sekolah. Komunikasi interpersonal dan motivasi kerja yang tinggi pada akhirnya akan memberikan output kinerja sesuai harapan sekolah. Kinerja guru SMK Negeri 1 Kota Bandung layak untuk diteliti mengingat banyaknya tuntutan akan kinerja guru di sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) Untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kinerja guru, 2) Untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru, dan 3) Untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh dari komunikasi interpersonal dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMK Negeri 1 Kota Bandung. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan angket pada 46 guru SMK Negeri 1 Bandung yang diambil sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Komunikasi Interpersonal dan Motivasi Kerja secara sendiri-sendiri maupun secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Guru di SMK Negeri 1 Kota Bandung.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of information, technology, and communication literacy on enhancing students' digital competence at STMIK Mardira Indonesia, Bandung City. Rapid technological advancements have transformed numerous facets of life, necessitating the education sector to adapt to enhance the quality of human resources for competition in the digital age. Digital competence is a crucial ability for students navigating the progressively technology-driven workforce. This competency encompasses critical, creative, and ethical comprehension of technology utilization and the capacity to manage information efficiently. Information literacy aids individuals in identifying information requirements, locating, assessing, and utilizing information judiciously. Simultaneously, technology and communication promote digital competencies by granting access to diverse resources and enhancing the capacity to disseminate knowledge efficiently. This study employs a quantitative methodology utilizing a saturation sampling technique, wherein the complete population of 46 individuals served as the research sample. Data analysis was conducted employing multiple regression procedures, utilizing validity, reliability, and hypothesis testing as statistical analytic tools. The study indicated that technology and communication significantly enhance pupils' digital competency. Students with proficient access to technology and strong communication skills are more capable of enhancing their digital competence. Nonetheless, the study's findings indicated that information literacy did not significantly enhance students' digital competence. This study indicates that while information literacy is a crucial component of higher education, technological and communicative aspects are more influential in developing students' digital competence in the contemporary digital landscape. Consequently, universities must prioritize enhancing technology and communication competencies within the curriculum and educational programs to better prepare students for the digital workforce. Despite the lack of noteworthy findings regarding information literacy in this study, educational institutions must continue to promote awareness of their value as a component of 21st-century abilities. The findings of this study are anticipated to serve as a reference for policymakers in formulating more effective ways to enhance students' digital competency, hence augmenting the competitiveness of graduates in the progressively competitive landscape of globalization.
