Abstract

Hospitals as healthcare providers have now shifted towards a profit-oriented approach. The wide variety of services offered by hospitals to patients makes patients more selective in choosing products from providers that meet their needs and expectations. In marketing strategy, there are many efforts, one of which is through physical evidence. This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy based on physical evidence at Tk. IV Singaraja Hospital. This research uses a qualitative method. Research informants were selected using purposive sampling techniques, with the main informants consisting of the hospital director, head of the marketing unit, head of the outpatient unit, and head of the inpatient unit, as well as 10 patients for triangulation. Data collection was carried out through observation, questionnaires, interviews, and document analysis. The research findings revealed that the hospital's exterior facility still uses old buildings, the interior facility has well-maintained interior design, and the other tangible elements, such as pamphlets, brochures, and staff uniforms, are already provided by the hospital. Abstract

AMC Hospital faces the challenge of maintaining service quality while efficiently managing human resources. Employee loyalty, which encompasses their commitment and dedication to the company, is crucial in achieving organizational goals. The reciprocal relationship between the company and its employees, where the company provides means to meet employee needs while employees contribute to achieving the company's goals, forms the foundation of employee loyalty. This study aims to determine the influence of workload and compensation on employee loyalty, mediated by work enthusiasm. This research uses a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design. Workload has a negative and significant effect on loyalty, where higher workload leads to lower employee loyalty. Compensation also has a negative effect on loyalty, indicating that increasing compensation does not necessarily increase loyalty. Work enthusiasm has a significant positive impact on loyalty. Lastly, work enthusiasm partially mediates the effect of workload and compensation on loyalty, though it does not entirely eliminate the negative impact of these two factors.

Abstract

Improving the quality of services in an effort to provide public services is the main concern of the government, especially optimal health services to ensure decent living conditions for all people. Doctors as human resources who have a very important role in hospitals so they need management attention to manage/nurture so that they can carry out their work well so that they can contribute to the performance/progress of the hospital. The purpose of this study is to find out the management factors that affect the job satisfaction of doctors at Level III Hospital Brawijaya Surabaya. The population of this study is 42 doctors. The sampling technique used is the sample to be conducted is the total population. The type of research used by the author is a qualitative approach that is descriptive analysis. Statistical instruments in a quantitative way with univariate, bivariate and multivariate methods, using the chi square test and logistic regression test using the enter method. Based on the results of the study, there was an influence of clarity of medical services, suitability of medical services, leadership decision-making, leadership support, leadership responsiveness, workplace cleanliness, workplace comfort, completeness of infrastructure, and promotion opportunities on doctors' job satisfaction by 36.3% while the remaining 63.7% (100% - 36.3%). There are joint effects on doctors' job satisfaction Management factors which include clarity of medical services, workplace cleanliness and workplace comfort, affect together on doctors' job satisfaction Management factors that most affect doctors' job satisfaction at Level III Hospital Brawijaya Surabaya are the clarity of medical services.

Abstract

El Tari Air Force Base Hospital (RS TNI AU Lanud El Tari) is one of the health facilities in Kupang City, NTT Province with the status of a Class D Pratama Hospital. RS TNI AU Lanud El Tari has general medical services, emergency services, nursing services, primary laboratory services, radiology services and pharmacy services. However, according to the monthly report from March 2022 to March 2023, the total number of outpatient visits at the RS TNI AU Lanud El Tari was only 843 visits. In fact, in BPJS capitation, family register card that registered at RS TNI AU Lanud El Tari reached 997 families. In this regard, the researcher wants to know more about the influence of the marketing mix on the loyalty of outpatients at the RS TNI AU Lanud El Tari. The research variables include product, place, people, promotion, price, process and physical evidence. The population in this study were 843 outpatient polyclinic patients visiting the RS TNI AU Lanud El Tari in 2022 - 2023. Data was collected through a validated questionnaire that performed using the SPSS Test. The results of this research are: product, process and physical evidence have a significant relationship with patient loyalty to outpatient services at the RS TNI AU Lanud El Tari. Meanwhile, place, people, promotion and price do not have a significant relationship with patient loyalty in outpatient services at the RS TNI AU Lanud El Tari.

Abstract

Penderita gagal ginjal kronis tahap akhir semakin bertambah jumlahnya setiap fasilitas kesehatan rumah sakit. Penanganan gagal ginjal kronis tahap akhir yang umumnya dilakukan di Indonesia adalah dengan metode hemodialisis atau cuci darah. Masalah yang sering timbul seiring berjalannya terapi hemodialisis adalah kurangnya kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh rumah sakit yang dirasakan oleh pasien dan masalah psikososial yaitu kurangnya dukungan keluarga pasien, dan kedua hal ini membuat kondisi dari kualitas hidup pasien semakin menurun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dari variabel kualitas pelayanan rumah sakit dan dukungan keluarga yang mempengaruhi kualitas hidup pasien yang menjalani hemodialisis di RS. MH. Thamrin Cileungsi. Metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Metode sampling populasi menggunakan teknik non-probably sampling yaitu purposive sampling. Seluruh pasien gagal ginjal kronis yang menjalani hemodialisis di RS. MH. Thamrin Cileungsi sebanyak 32 pasien dengan teknik pengisian kuesioner dan wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier dengan SPSS. Hasil penelitian, untuk variabel kualitas pelayanan rumah sakit tidak dapat dianalisis lebih lanjut dikarenakan hasil yang didapatkan dari responden merupakan nilai konstan sehingga tidak ada perbedaan variasi, sedangkan untuk variabel dukungan keluarga tidak didapatkan pengaruh terhadap kualitas hidup pasien. Kesimpulan Secara garis besar tidak didapati pengaruh dari kualitas pelayanan rumah sakit dan dukungan keluarga terhadap kualitas hidup pasien yang menjalani hemodialisis di RS. MH. Thamrin Cileungsi.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of information, technology, and communication literacy on enhancing students' digital competence at STMIK Mardira Indonesia, Bandung City. Rapid technological advancements have transformed numerous facets of life, necessitating the education sector to adapt to enhance the quality of human resources for competition in the digital age. Digital competence is a crucial ability for students navigating the progressively technology-driven workforce. This competency encompasses critical, creative, and ethical comprehension of technology utilization and the capacity to manage information efficiently. Information literacy aids individuals in identifying information requirements, locating, assessing, and utilizing information judiciously. Simultaneously, technology and communication promote digital competencies by granting access to diverse resources and enhancing the capacity to disseminate knowledge efficiently. This study employs a quantitative methodology utilizing a saturation sampling technique, wherein the complete population of 46 individuals served as the research sample. Data analysis was conducted employing multiple regression procedures, utilizing validity, reliability, and hypothesis testing as statistical analytic tools. The study indicated that technology and communication significantly enhance pupils' digital competency. Students with proficient access to technology and strong communication skills are more capable of enhancing their digital competence. Nonetheless, the study's findings indicated that information literacy did not significantly enhance students' digital competence. This study indicates that while information literacy is a crucial component of higher education, technological and communicative aspects are more influential in developing students' digital competence in the contemporary digital landscape. Consequently, universities must prioritize enhancing technology and communication competencies within the curriculum and educational programs to better prepare students for the digital workforce. Despite the lack of noteworthy findings regarding information literacy in this study, educational institutions must continue to promote awareness of their value as a component of 21st-century abilities. The findings of this study are anticipated to serve as a reference for policymakers in formulating more effective ways to enhance students' digital competency, hence augmenting the competitiveness of graduates in the progressively competitive landscape of globalization.

Abstract

Faktor yang mempengaruhi pencapaian kinerja pegawai yaitu faktor kemampuan (ability) dan faktor motivasi (motivation). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis bagaimana gambaran, pengaruh dan hubungan antara kemampuan dan motivasi mempengaruhi kinerja perawat di RSUD Kota Bandung. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 400 orang. sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 80 orang dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Instrumen statistik yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji linearitas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, bahwa secara parsial terdapat pengaruh kemampuan terhadap kinerja dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 dan terdapat pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Berdasarkan uji pengaruh secara simultan terdapat pengaruh kemampuan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja dengan nilai probabilitas signifikansi 0,000. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kemampuan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja baik secara parsial maupun simultan.

Abstract

Komunikasi interpersonal menjadi salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja guru. Kemampuan seseorang dalam menyampaikan pesan dan mempengaruhi orang-orang disekitarnya berdampak besar terhadap hasil kerja yang diharapkan optimal. Motivasi merupakan unsur lain yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja seorang guru. Dengan motivasi kerja yang tinggi, guru dapat melaksanakan pekerjaannya dengan giat dan dengan motif yang dicapai sesuai tujuan sekolah. Komunikasi interpersonal dan motivasi kerja yang tinggi pada akhirnya akan memberikan output kinerja sesuai harapan sekolah. Kinerja guru SMK Negeri 1 Kota Bandung layak untuk diteliti mengingat banyaknya tuntutan akan kinerja guru di sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) Untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kinerja guru, 2) Untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru, dan 3) Untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh dari komunikasi interpersonal dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMK Negeri 1 Kota Bandung. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan angket pada 46 guru SMK Negeri 1 Bandung yang diambil sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Komunikasi Interpersonal dan Motivasi Kerja secara sendiri-sendiri maupun secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Guru di SMK Negeri 1 Kota Bandung.

Abstract

Hospital Management Information System is an integrated information system that plays an important role in supporting hospital operations through the use of information technology. Bhayangkara Yogyakarta Hospital has implemented SIMRS since 2016 but until now there has never been an evaluation related to the implementation of the role of SIMRS. The purpose of this study was to determine whether SIMRS at Bhayangkara Hospital can improve service efficiency, act as operational control, management control and strategy planning. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with interview method. Informants in this study are the Head of Management, Head of Finance, Head of SIMRS, admissions staff, medical records staff, outpatient staff, pharmacy staff and cashier staff. Data analysis used in this study with the method of analyzing and evaluating information systems. The results showed that the application of hospital management information systems in Bhayangkara Hospital is in accordance with its role in improving service efficiency, as operational control, management control and strategy planning. From the results of the study it can be concluded that SIMRS facilitates and improves employee performance so as to improve service efficiency. SIMRS improves hospital operational control with more effective and efficient information in terms of service processes to operational costs. With SIMRS, the continuity of Bhayangkara Hospital management system is easier and controlled with an automated system. SIMRS provides accurate data that facilitates decision making in developing strategies and policies.

Abstract

Perhitungan tarif ini menjadi alat yang sangat penting untuk menjaga keberlangsungan rumah sakit dalam pengelolaan pelayanan kesehatan yang berdaya saing sesuai mutu pelayanan. Dengan peningkatan status fasilitas kesehatan tersebut maka penanganan medis menjadi lebih kompleks daripada sebelumnya. Salah satu jenis pelayanan yang diberikan sesuai dengan indikasi medis yaitu tindakan Operasi Caesar. Metode activity based costing menyajikan biaya produk yang lebih akurat, dan informatif dengan tingkat keakuratan penggolongan biaya telah dikelompokkan setiap aktivitasnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah perhitungan tarif rumah sakit dengan metode activity based costing pada layanan operasi caesar pasien JKN RSIA Kota Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini deskriptif kualitatf dengan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan triangulasi. Data yang digunakan dari Juni 2023 sampai dengan Juni 2024. Hasil penelitian memberikan gambaran mengenai biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk setiap operasi caesar serta menjadi dasar untuk tarif yang berlaku saat ini.
