Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan terhadap kepercayaan pasien, dimana variasi dari kualitas pelayanan adalah: berwujud, empati, keandalan, keresponsifan dan keyakinan. Variasi dari kepuasan adalah: kualitas pelayanan, faktor emosional, harga, biaya, dan kualitas produk dan jasa, sedangkan variasi kepercayaan pasien adalah: kehandalan, kejujuran, kepedulian, dan kredibilitas. Dalam penelitian ini populasinya adalah seluruh pasien yang berkunjung di unit rawat inap Rumah Sakit Telogorejo Semarang dengan rata-rata kunjungan per bulan pada tahun 2020 untuk rawat inap sebanyak 125. Berdasarkan perhitungan rumus slovin diperoleh sampel sejumlah 95 responden. Teknik analisis penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regressi berganda. Penelitian ini dilakukan uji instrumen reliabilitas dan validitas, uji asumsi klasik: normalitas, heteroskedastisitas dan multikolinieritas, serta uji hipotesis melalui uji t, uji kelayakan model melalui uji F dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepercayaan pasien. Arah koefisien regresi positif menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepercayaan pasien, sehingga hipotesis 1 diterima. Kepuasan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepercayaan pasien. Arah koefisien regresi positif menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif kepuasan terhadap kepercayaan pasien, sehingga hipotesis 2 diterima.

Abstract

The problem faced by MTs Miftahulfalah teachers is the difficulty of implementing reflective actions to improve the quality of learning. The solution to the problem using assistance with the design thinking approach in (1) reflecting on the learning that has been carried out; (2) utilizing the results of reflection to improve and develop learning in the subjects being taught; and (3) conducting classroom action research to improve the quality of learning in the subjects being taught. The method used in the form of mentoring groups of two-three teachers by one lecturer, carried out using the Design Thinking Approach with three blocks of input-process- output activities. The results achieved in the form of increasing teacher knowledge and skills in (1) taking reflective action, starting from analyzing the difficulties and learning problems, finding the actions needed to overcome them, making an action plan as outlined in the lesson plan; (2) implementing class actions in accordance with the RPP made; and (3) compiling a best-practice report that contains the best experiences of teachers overcoming learning difficulties, and scientific articles as a means of sharing experiences with other teacher peers.

Abstract

Klinik adalah fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan yang menyelenggarakan pelayanan kesehatan yang menyediakan pelayanan medik dasar dan/atau medik spesialistik secara komprehensif. Sumber Daya Manusia Kesehatan adalah seseorang yang bekerja secara aktif di bidang Kesehatan, baik yang memiliki pendidikan formal Kesehatan maupun tidak, yang untuk jenis tertentu memerlukan kewenangan dalam melakukan upaya kesehatan. Tenaga Kesehatan adalah setiap orang yang mengabdikan diri dalam bidang Kesehatan serta memiliki sikap profesional, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan melalui pendidikan tinggi yang untuk jenis tertentu memerlukan kewenangan untuk melakukan upaya kesehatan. Kualitas kerja merupakan tingkat kepuasan, motivasi, keterlibatan dan pengalaman komitmen perseorangan mengenai kehidupan mereka dalam bekerja. Untuk mengetahui hal yang mendukung kualitas kerja maka penulis melakukan penelitian ini. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh altruisme dan kecerdasan spiritual dengan kualitas kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakam jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Deskriptif kuantitatif adalah metodologi penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana dan mengapa fenomena kesehatan terjadi. Pendekatan menggunakan cross-sectional, yaitu observasi atau pengumpulan data sekaligus pada satu waktu. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa Altruisme dan kecerdasan spiritual berpengaruh terhadap kualitas kerja. Altruisme dan kecerdasan spuritual secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kualitas kerja karyawan di Klinik Pratama PKU Muhammadiyah Wates. Kecerdasan spiritual lebih berpengaruh terhadap kualitas kerja daripada tingkat altruisme.

Abstract

Quality and affordable delivery services are key to reducing maternal and infant mortality rates. This study aims to analyze the influence of individual characteristics, distance, cost, and tangible quality on mothers' decisions regarding the choice of delivery location at the Bonebakal Health Center in Central Sulawesi. The study employed a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design, involving 35 pregnant women as respondents who were selected purposively. Data analysis was carried out using the chi-square test and multiple logistic regression. The results showed that age, education, distance, and tangible quality had a significant influence on the decision to choose a place of delivery (p <0.05). Tangible was the most dominant factor with an OR value of 5.783. In contrast, occupation, income, and cost did not have a significant effect in the final model. The regression model was proven valid and explained 74.5% of the variation in decisions (Nagelkerke R² = 0.745). These results highlight the importance of enhancing the physical quality of delivery facilities and education tailored to maternal characteristics, in order to support the selection of a safe and standardized place of delivery.

Abstract

Hospitals must develop relevant business strategies in order to compete. In determining a strategy, internal and external analysis is needed so that the strategy used is appropriate. Based on a survey by the Provincial Health Service, several criteria for type C hospitals were not met, so the Buton Regency Regional Hospital was threatened with being downgraded. This research aims to determine the appropriate management strategy for District Hospitals in HR management, hospital facilities, and financial management to maintain type C class status. This qualitative study uses an in-depth interview method with purposive sampling. The sample in this study was the regional secretary as the representative of the regional government as the owner of the hospital, the hospital director, the head of finance, the head of personnel, the head of hospital facilities, general practitioners, and specialist doctors of all divisions in the hospital, the head nurse of each treatment room. The research using SWOT analysis results shows that Buton District Hospital is in a position of growth and development and, based on the internal-external matrix, is in a stable position. This condition is good because Buton District Hospital is in a favorable position to take advantage of existing opportunities and strengths. The implications of the research results are for the management of Buton District Hospital to be used as suggestions or references for consideration in making hospital strategies to maintain the status of a type C hospital. Providing input to the head of the Regional Government regarding the great need for financial assistance to meet the requirements of the Minister of Health Regulation regarding the requirements for a type C hospital that Buton District Hospital has not met.

Abstract

Medicine planning and procurement are two important steps in fulfilling the need of medicines in a certain unit of health service. Drug planning is a process of selecting drugs and health supplies to determine the type and amount of drug in order to meet drug needs at the puskesmas. Planning for drug needs at the UPT Babulu Health Center is still not in accordance with real needs. The objective of this research is to evaluate the planning and procurement of drugs at the UPT Babulu Health Center Penajam Paser Utara. This type of research is a qualitative research with in depth interview method, the data is collected by means of observation, documentation, and the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. There are 4 (four) informant, namely The Head of the Babulu Health Center , The Person in Charge of the Drug Warehouse of the Babulu Healt Center, The Head of the Pharmaceutical Installation and the Pharmacist of the Babulu Health Center. The result of the study showed that there was a shortage of medicines at the Babulu Health Center due to a mismatch between the demand from the Puskesmas and the amount distributed by supplier (Penajam Paser Utara Health Department) and the delivery time to the Puskesmas which was quite long. Drug planning using the ABC method is helfful in overcoming these problems, so that the drug shortage at the Babulu Health Center can be overcome

Abstract

Stres kerja dapat berdampak pada individu, organisasi, bahkan sosial. Bagi individu, stres kerja berdampak negatif terhadap kesehatan fisik dan mental pekerja, penurunan kinerja, kurangnya pengembangan karir, dan kehilangan pekerjaan. Tujuan : menganalisis pengaruh karakteristik organisasional (karier, beban kerja, dan interaksi) dan individual (dukungan keluarga, dan kejenuhan) terhadap stres kerja perawat di Rumah Sakit Kasih Herlina Kota Sorong Papua Barat Daya. Populasi : seluruh perawat yang melaksanakan asuhan keperawatan di Rumah Sakit Kasih Herlina Kota Sorong Papua Barat yang berjumlah 55 orang. Sampel : adalah total populasi. Metode : penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah kuesioner yang telah dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil : hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh karier, beban kerja, interaksi, dukungan keluarga, dan kejenuhan, terhadap stres kerja perawat di Rumah Sakit Kasih Herlina Kota Sorong Papua Barat Daya. Implikasi Manajerial: karena karakteristik organisasional (karier, beban kerja, dan interaksi) dan individual (dukungan keluarga, dan kejenuhan) terhadap stres kerja perawat di Rumah Sakit Kasih Herlina Kota Sorong Papua Barat Daya adalah signifikan, artinya : pengaruh karakteristik organisasional (karier, beban kerja, dan interaksi) menentukan baik buruknya stress kerja di Rumah Sakit Kasih Herlina Kota Sorong Papua Barat Daya, pengaruh karakteristik individual (dukungan keluarga, dan kejenuhan) menentukan baik buruknya stress kerja di Rumah Sakit Kasih Herlina Kota Sorong Papua Barat Daya, pengaruh karakteristik organisasional (karier, beban kerja, dan interaksi) dan individual (dukungan keluarga, dan kejenuhan) menentukan baik buruknya stres kerja perawat di Rumah Sakit Kasih Herlina Kota Sorong Papua Barat Daya.

Abstract

Pengalaman pasien merupakan parameter penting yang digunakan untuk menyusun strategi tata kelola rumah sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengalaman pasien (Patient Experience) dalam menerima layanan di ruang rawat inap di RST Wijayakusuma. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan patient ecperience. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam terhadap informan yang merupakan pasien/keluarga pasien yang menerima layanan rawat inap. Sebanyak 7 (tujuh) dimensi pengalaman pasien yang diteliti adalah: Informasi, Koordinasi Pelayanan, Kenyamanan Fisik, Dukungan Emosional, Keinformasi, dimensi dukungan emosional, dimensi kenyamanan fisik, dimensi keterlibatan pasien, dimensi akses pelayanan, dimensi koordinasi pelayanan dan dimensi keterlibatan keluarga dan teman pasien. Srategi peningkatan mutu pelayanan rumah sakit perlu adanya peningkatan pada indikator dimensi dukungan emoosional, kenyamanan fisik serta koordinasi pelayanan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of 5S training (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke) on improving student competency in the Nursing Department of SMK Sehati Karawang. The background of this study is based on the gap in competency between the needs of the health industry and the limited abilities of students, especially in terms of work efficiency, discipline, and practical skills. The method used is a quantitative approach with an experimental design, comparing the competency of students who have participated in 5S training and those who have not. Data were collected through questionnaires and observations of 43 grade XI students. The results showed that 5S training had a significant effect on improving the competency of nursing students. All 5S elements have been proven to provide a positive contribution in shaping technical skills, professional attitudes, and student work efficiency. Thus, 5S training can be used as an effective strategy in supporting the development of human resources in the field of nursing since the vocational high school level.

Abstract

The strategy for developing a health information system at the Gimpu Health Center, Sigi Regency aims to improve efficiency in managing patient service information, which has so far been done conventionally. The recording process that has not been computerized often causes duplication of information and takes a long time to process information. In addition, the manual recording system also has risks to information security, because it is prone to loss or damage. The information system designed in this study is in the form of a software application equipped with an information base (database), which functions as a center for storing information and a tool for entering, processing, and accelerating the preparation of reports. The forms available in the system are designed according to user needs to make them easier to use. Not only does it increase ease of operation, this system is also designed with a high level of security to ensure the accuracy and protection of patient information. The design of this system was developed by implementing the stages in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The implementation of this information system is expected to be a solution to various obstacles faced by the Gimpu Health Center, Sigi Regency in the service process, especially related to recording and managing patient information. The information recorded in the system includes patient visit information, such as date of visit, patient identity (name, place and date of birth, name of head of family), gender, level of education, occupation, domicile area (district/city, sub-district, address/hamlet), and payment method for health services.
