Abstract

This research aims to formulate a theoretical framework for Islamic education management based on the integration of ontology, epistemology and axiology as a deep philosophical foundation. Islamic education management theory often adopts a secular approach that prioritizes material efficiency without considering spiritual and moral values in the Islamic context. Therefore, this research proposes a theocentric approach that emphasizes the importance of monotheism in ontology, the integration of revelation and empirical knowledge in epistemology, and the application of maslahah values in axiology. By using a descriptive-analytic qualitative approach through literature study, this research examines how these three dimensions can be integrated with each other to produce Islamic education management theory that is relevant to contemporary challenges. The research results show that the integration of ontology, epistemology and axiology in Islamic education management not only provides practical solutions, but also enriches the spiritual, moral and social dimensions in the management of educational institutions. It is hoped that the resulting theory can be a new contribution to the Islamic education management literature with an applicable approach but still maintaining the authenticity of Islamic values.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the construction of religiosity values ​​contained in the Al-Quran through the tadabbur approach. Using a qualitative approach, the research process began with a literature study to collect and examine various sources that discuss the concept of tadabbur. Next, relevant verses of the Qur'an are selected and analyzed in depth, including understanding the literal, contextual meaning and implications. The results of this research underline the importance of reflection and contextual understanding of Islamic teachings, which can improve the spiritual quality of individuals and society. By contemplating the meaning of the verses of the Qur'an, individuals are expected to be able to internalize these teachings in everyday life. It is hoped that this research can make a significant contribution to the development of knowledge in the study of the Qur’an and spiritual practices among Muslims, as well as encouraging people to be more active in carrying out tadabbur.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini merupakan kolaborasi antara Tim PKM Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis (FEB) Universitas Tanjungpura dengan LP3H Halal Center Salimah Kalimantan Barat serta PW Salimah Kalimantan Barat. Tujuan utama kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman UMKM di Kota Pontianak tentang pentingnya sertifikasi halal serta membantu mereka dalam proses pengajuan sertifikasi halal. Melalui sosialisasi yang diikuti oleh 30 peserta UMKM, kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan peserta tentang manfaat sertifikasi halal yang meliputi peningkatan daya saing usaha, perluasan akses pasar, dan peningkatan kepercayaan konsumen. Pemateri, Dr. Bustami, SE, M.Si dan Dr. Rika Wulandari, S.Si., M.Si, memberikan penjelasan yang rinci tentang konsep halal, proses pengajuan, dan persyaratan sertifikasi halal oleh LPPOM MUI. Kegiatan ini menganut anggapan keliru mengenai sertifikasi halal, sehingga peserta memiliki pandangan yang lebih jelas dan positif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa banyak peserta memerlukan pendampingan lebih lanjut dalam proses pengajuan sertifikasi dan informasi mengenai skema pembiayaan. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, disarankan untuk menyediakan pendampingan program berkelanjutan, menyebarkan informasi tentang skema pembiayaan, serta menjalin kerjasama yang lebih erat dengan pemerintah dan lembaga terkait.

Abstract

Financial distress is a state that indicates the downward trend in an enterprise’s cash flow that occurs to bankruptcies. The purpose of this study is to compare the predictive model Altman, Zmijewski, and Springate in order to determine the parameters of corporate financial traouble. 24 manufacturing firms included in the Indonesia Islamic Stoc Index made up the sample. The study’s finding demonstrated that the prediction model was successful in identifying the financial difficulties of the business. Among the models, the Zmijewski model has the highest accuracy and thus the best model performance.

Abstract

Introduction: In hospitals, the most dominant human resources are health workers, especially female midwives who are married and have children. Midwives with these two roles will sometimes experience negative effects, commonly known as work-family conflicts. The purpose of the study was to ascertain the impact of work-family conflict, shift work, and work stress as intervening variables on midwives' performance in Class D General Hospital Pratama Pangkep. Method: The method used is quantitative analysis through a cross-sectional approach. A total of 53 people was the population while a sample of 38 female midwives was taken according to the inclusion criteria. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire, while data analysis was carried out using path analysis. Result: According to the study's findings, work stress and performance were correlated (p = 0.000), as were work-family conflict and stress at work (p = 0.000), shift work and stress at work (p = 0.000), work-family conflict and performance through work stress (p = 0.004), and shift work and stress at work (p = 0.001). Conclusion: Based on the results of the path analysis conducted, it was found that there is a direct effect between work stress on performance, there is a direct effect between work-family conflict and work shifts on work stress.

Abstract

Masjid sebagai pusat kegiatan keagamaan memiliki potensi besar untuk tidak hanya memupuk keimanan, namun juha membentuk fondasi solidaritas dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi umat. Penelitian ini membahas peran Dewan Kemakmuran Masjid dalam menciptakan platform yang mendukung Pembangunan solidaritas dan ekonomi umat. Secara umum pengambdian masyarakat ini bertujuan mendalami keberagaman program-program yang dijalankan oleh Dewan Kemakmuran Masjid, mencakup kegiatan sosial, ekonomi dan pendidikan, kemudian mengeksplorasi dampak positif dari program-program Dewan Kemakmuran Masjid terhadap solidaritas umat serta membahas upaya Dewan Kemakmuran Masjid dalam menciptakan peluang ekonomi yang merata dengan focus khusus pada pemberdayaan Perempuan dan pemuda.

Abstract

This study is to find out how the quality of service provided by PATEN employees at the sub-district office across Ulu Dua Palembang to the community who perform services and to test how much influence service quality has on community satisfaction at PATEN at the Seberang Ulu Dua District office, Palembang City. The research method used is associative quantitative method, which is a method that aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. Data analysis was performed using a simple regression test, t test, analysis of the coefficient of determination test. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that there is an influence of service quality that has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction. This is based on the results of the analysis of the T test obtained that T count is greater than T table, namely 3.288 2.00324 and the value of Sig is 0.002 0.05. Thus it can be stated that there is a positive and significant relationship or influence between service quality and community satisfaction. As for the percentage of the influence of service quality on community satisfaction, it was obtained based on the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination, the R Square value of 0.162 x 100% = 16.2% which means that the effect of service quality on community satisfaction is 16.2% which means that it has a significant relationship or influence still low.Keywords: Service Quality, Community Satisfaction, District Integrated Administrative Services

Abstract

Tuberculosis disease is a direct infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium Tuberculosis bacteria or known as pulmonary TB, has a very fast transmission rate and is also very contagious. The method used in this activity is a quantitative pre-experimental method with a one group pretest-posttest design. This community service was carried out as a government effort in controlling the risk of tuberculosis disease and enlivening the tri dharma objectives of Hasanuddin University, namely carrying out community service. The community service activities were carried out with health counseling on tuberculosis disease which was held on October 7, 2023 at SMP 3 Mappakasunggu Satangnga Hamlet, Mattirobaji Village, Tanakeke Islands Sub-District, Takalar Regency in 2023. The number of counseling participants was 19 people and this activity was accompanied by the principal and 4 teachers. The community service activities that have been carried out show that there are differences before and after health counseling on tuberculosis disease at SMP Negeri 3 Mappakasunggu Satangnga Hamlet, Mattirobaji Village, Kec. Tanakeke Islands, Takalar Regency. This can be seen in the p-value (0.000) <0.05. For rat identification, the type of rat obtained was the rattus-rattus diardii type as many as 2 rats. Then the survey of larvae that were found were aedes aegepty larvae in 15 community houses. It is hoped that the people of Satanngga Hamlet will always adopt clean and healthy living habits and maintain a clean environment around their homes. Abstrak Penyakit tuberkulosis adalah penyakit menular langsung yang disebabkan oleh bakteri Mycobacterium Tuberculosis atau dikenal dengan TB paru, memiliki tingkat penularan yang sangat cepat dan juga sangat mudah menular. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode kuantitatif pre-experimental dengan desain one group pretest-posttest. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan sebagai upaya pemerintah dalam mengendalikan risiko penyakit tuberkulosis dan menyemarakkan tujuan tri dharma perguruan tinggi Universitas Hasanuddin yaitu melaksanakan pengabdian masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dengan penyuluhan Kesehatan mengenai penyakit tuberkulosis yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 7 Oktober 2023 di SMP 3 Mappakasunggu Dusun Satangnga, Desa Mattirobaji, Kec. Kepulauan Tanakeke, Kabupaten Takalar Tahun 2023. Jumlah peserta penyuluhan sebanyak 19 orang dan kegiatan ini di damping oleh kepala sekolah dan 4 orang guru. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan sebelum dan sesudah penyuluhan kesehatan penyakit tuberkulosis di SMP Negeri 3 Mappakasunggu Dusun Satangnga, Desa Mattirobaji, Kec. Kepulauan Tanakeke, Kabupaten Takalar. Hal ini dapat dilihat pada nilai p-value (0.000) < 0.05. Untuk identidikasi tikus, jenis tikus yang didapatkan adalah jenis rattus-rattus diardii sebanyak 2 ekor. Kemudian survey jentik yang banyak ditemukan adalah jentik aedes aegepty di 15 rumah masyarakat. Diharapkan masyarakat Dusun Satangnga agar selalu menerapkan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat dan menjaga lingkungan kebersihan lingkungan sekitar rumah.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how various moderation indicators are implemented regarding the community's cultural acceptance of the application of patriarchal culture and what form of government protection there is against acts of violence against women due to the application of patriarchal culture from a Human Rights perspective. Through normative research methodology, the research results show that Islam is a religion that is rahmatan lil'alamin which will not give a negative stigma to men or women. Thus, the position of men and women in Islam is the same. After marriage, the wife's responsibility will shift to the husband and this is a respect given by Islam to a woman. Apart from that, it was also explained that the best Muslim man is one who treats his wife well. Of course, this will get better if it is accompanied by an understanding of the concept of good religious moderation. Because no matter what, culture will continue to follow the flow of habits that have been adopted by society. However, the existence of moderate religion can save the life of the nation and state. Apart from that, it is further regulated in Article 27 paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, that Indonesia recognizes the principle of equality. This principle of equality applies to all Indonesian people. Recognition of the principle of equality in the Indonesian constitution leads to the elimination of discrimination, therefore, whoever we are as long as we are Indonesian citizens have the right to receive equal treatment before the law. Equal treatment before the law does not look at a person's ethnicity, religion, gender or even position. This indicates that Indonesia as a sovereign country legally recognizes the principle of equality. This means that according to legal instruments in statutory regulations, the position of men and women is equal. However, even though legal instruments are in place, in the context of implementing these legal instruments, discrimination and injustice towards women are often still visible.
