Abstract

Kendaran transportasi dituntut dengan spesifikasi produk yang ringan, kuat, dan ramah terhadap lingkungan, sehingga dapat mengurangi konsumsi energi dan emisi CO2. Inovasi pada konstruksi sambungan tanpa proses permesinan menjadi terobosan baru dalam proses penyambungan beda material seperti aluminium-komposit. Material adherend komposit digunakan jenis penguat serat alam cocofiber yang memiliki sifat ramah lingkungan dan material aluminium memiliki sifat tahan korosi yang baik dan bobot ringan, sehingga cocok untuk digunakan pada panel dinding transportasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan perekat campuran sikahyflex (SF) - epoksi (EP) terhadap kekuatan tarik geser pada sambungan material aluminium 5083”“komposit cocofiber. Selain itu, penelitian ini sebagai inovasi baru dan pengembangan penggunaan material perekat campuran dan material adherend yang tahan korosi dan ramah lingkungan dengan penggunaan komposit serat alam cocofiber. Manfaat penelitian ini secara langsung dapat meningkatkan penggunaan dan nilai ekonomis cocofiber yang murah. Selain itu, dapat menghasilkan material maju yang kuat, murah, ringan, dan tahan terhadap lingkungan. Material perekat menggunakan variasi perekat campuran 10% SF : 90% EP, 20% SF : 80% EP, 30% SF : 70% EP, dan 40% SF : 60% EP dengan ketebalan perekat 0,2 mm. Material adherend menggunakan aluminium 5083 dan komposit cocofiber dengan perlakuan kekasaran sandpapering grade #60, #80, dan #150. Komposit cocofiber dibuat mengacu pada standar ASTM D790 dan sambungan SLJ mengacu pada standar ASTM D1002. Hasil pengujian tarik geser pada SLJ terjadi peningkatan dengan penambahan perekat sikahyflex dan perlakuan kekasaran sandpapering grade #150 . Kekuatan tarik geser tertinggi pada variasi 40% SF : 60% EP sebesar 2,42 MPa. Peningkatan grade sandpapering menurunkan surface roughness yang membentuk pola irregularities pada permukaan adherend, sehingga meningkatakan mechanical interlocking adherend dengan perekat campuran. Mode kegagalan terjadi adhesive dan thin layer cohesive failure mode. Pengamatan scanning electron microscope menunjukkan terjadinya void menyebabkan cracking adhesive dan terlepasnya fiber yang menempel pada perekat campuran.

Abstract

The rapid evolution of digital platforms has reshaped the landscape of diplomacy, creating new opportunities for public interactions. Social media has emerged as a pivotal element in the practice of public diplomacy, enabling nations and governmental entities to communicate with a global audience. However, the use of social media carries an underlying challenge in engaging foreign audiences, especially for developing countries, which is rather difficult to get attention from the international community. By utilizing the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta- Analyses Method (PRISMA), this SLR will investigate the differences and strategies of social media utilization as a prosperous public diplomacy instrument between developing and developed countries. Moreover, the outcomes of this SLR are anticipated to provide methods for best practices in social media analysis and choose a fixed platform for information dissemination according to the public characteristics of each country. Findings indicate that developing countries have not yet utilized social media effectively and require additional strategies to improve its use. Furthermore, they still emphasize solving specific concerns, especially in politic area, while developed countries mostly focused in shaping public perception for nation branding. The results also suggest that Twitter is the predominant platform for conducting content analysis in social media. The study highlights the importance of implementing effective strategies and policy actions to address the challenges and optimize the positive impact of digital platforms in promoting international relations.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Procurement Digitalization Capability, Collaborative Supply Chain Management, Operational Capability through Competitive Advantage on Sustainable Business Performance at Geothermal Energy Company Partners. The method used in this research is quantitative method, where this research uses surveys and questionnaires distributed to vendors or partners of the Geothermal Energy Company as the object of research. The research sample was selected using purposive sampling with the acquisition of 115 respondents. This study uses data testing methods using validity and reliability tests on each variable studied. While the data analysis method used in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with AMOS software. The results showed that the direct relationship between the Procurement Digitalization Capability variable had a positive effect on Competitive Advantage. Collaborative Supply Chain Management variables have no positive effect on Competitive Advantage. While Operational Capability has a positive effect on Competitive Advantage and finally Competitive Advantage has a significant positive effect on Sustainable Business Performance. Based on the results of this study, it is recommended for further research to be able to develop research in different industries and with a broader scope.

Abstract

Composite polymers are now under development and are widely used in automobile manufacturing for interior panels, door panels, and bodywork. The research and development of polymer composites for the automobile manufacturing must have resilient fire resistance requirements. Currently, polymer composites with fire resistance capabilities have been developed with geopolymer materials, which offer benefits and produce excellent performance. Geopolymers are inorganic polymers that contain aluminosilicates, silica oxides, and alumina oxides. They have thermally resistant mechanical characteristics. Geopolymer materials are commonly derived from waste materials, including those utilized as additions to polymer composite materials, specifically coal fly ash and clay-based waste. The purpose of this literature is to discuss the path and progress of waste-based polymer reinforced composite technology for fire resistance. The methodology employed in this study takes a conceptual approach to articles on the influence of adding different types of geopolymer materials on the fire resistance properties of natural fiber reinforced composites. According to the findings, articles involving the inclusion of geopolymer materials tend to lower resistance to tensile and flexural stresses, whilst the addition of this geopolymer material reduces fire resistant qualities.

Abstract

Salah satu kegiatan praktikum pada pelajaran IPA ialah tentang pengamatan dan pengukuran menggunakan jangka sorong. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan Guru IPA Sekolah Menegah Pertama (SMP) Islam Rumpun Muslim Kecamatan Jatisrono, Kabupaten Wonogiri., kurikulum IPA dengan materi pengukuran jangka sorong hanya diberikan melalui gambar atau display jangka sorong, dan belum dipraktikkan secara langsung. Hal tersebut menyebabkan siswa cukup kesulitan untuk memahami cara kerja atau penggunaan alat ukur tersebut. Sebagai solusi dari tantangan tersebut, pelatihan dan pendampingan penggunaan alat ukur perlu dilakukan di SMP Islam Rumpun Muslim. Program tersebut terdiri atas pemberian fasilitas jangka sorong dan pelatihan penggunaannya. Pelatihan diawali dengan pemberian soal pre-test, dilanjutkan dengan paparan materi dan diskusi, kemudian praktek mengukur dengan jangka sorong, lalu diakhiri dengan post-test. Soal pre-test dan post-test identik. Pelatihan dilaksanakan kepada siswa kelas 7 SMP Islam Rumpun Muslim, dengan jumlah siswa 42. Hasil pre-test menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada siswa yang mampu menjawab dengan benar dari tiga soal yang diberikan. Akan tetapi setelah paparan materi dan praktek langsung, terjadi perbaikan pemahaman siswa mengenai jangka sorong. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan dengan peningkatan presentase siswa yang mampu menjawab dengan benar, pada tahapan post-test. Secara kumulatif, pemahaman siswa mengenai fungsi dan penggunaan jangka sorong meningkat sekitar 37,3%. Praktek langsung penggunaan jangka berdampak positif terhadap pemahaman siswa. Penggunaan alat peraga pada proses pembelajaran terbukti dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman mengenai materi yang dipelajari oleh siswa.
