Abstract

This research examines the influence of ease of transacting on decisions using brilink agents. The purpose of this study was to determine the level ofease of transacting with brilink agents, to find out the level the decision to use a brilink agent, and to determine the effect of usage decisions on ease of transaction on the brilink agent. This research approach is quantitative. This research was carried outin Liliriawang Village, Bengo District, Bone Regency. Sources of data in the study areAlfin's Brilink Agent Customerin November 2021. Data collection techniques are in the form of observation, questionnaires, interviews, and literature studies. Data analysis techniques in the form of normality test, descriptive analysis, simple linear regression analysis, t test, correlation coefficient analysis, and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The results of the study indicate that the indicators used in each of these variables indicate where the ease of transactions is in the very good category. The indicators on the use decision variables are in the very good category. Based on the correlation test, there is a very high relationship between the two variables. It can be concluded that there is an influence between the ease of transactions on the decision to use a brilink agent.

Abstract

The objectives of the research in this title are: 1), To analyze how much service quality at Perum Damri Makassar City is, 2) To analyze how much customer satisfaction Perum Damri Makassar City has, and, 3) To analyze how much influence Perum Damri service quality has on customer satisfaction in Makassar City. The type of research used is quantitative. The population of this study is users of Damri transportation services in Makassar City in 2020-2022 with a total of 1740 people. The research sample consisted of 174 people. The data collection techniques for this research are observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results of the research showed that processing the data for each respondent's answers resulted in 62% uncertain answers. The first problem formulation shows the results that the service quality of Perum Damri in Makassar City can influence the service benchmark (X) of Perum Damri in Makassar City. The second problem formulation shows that the affirmative answer reaches 55% of the benchmarks used, thus affecting customer satisfaction regarding interest in using Damri Makassar City transportation services. Meanwhile, the third problem formulation shows that the independent sample T-test output obtained a Sig-(2-tailed) value of 0.000 < 0.05, so it is in accordance with the basis for decision-making in the independent sample T-test, which concludes that there is a difference. Making decisions based on the Fcount and Ftable output values above, obtained an Fcount value of 0.071.

be considered by the local government and stakeholders in each region. Security and order are "public goods" that are needed by every citizen. This article explains the actual condition of tourism destination management in the aspects of security and order and community obedience. The type of qualitative research with a phenomenological approach is used to explain the noumena (meaning) behind the phenomenon (fact) regarding security, order and obedience of the people of Tana Toraja Indonesia. The results of the study found that the actual situation and conditions were created that were safe and orderly as a form of obedience of citizens to tourism destinations in Tana Toraja. The situation and conditions are created not only because it is a manifestation of the local cultural values of the Toraja people who are happy to receive visitors or tourists, but also a proof of the success of the institution of the Republic of Indonesia Police (Polri) through the role of Bhayangkara Pembina Keamanan dan Ketertiban (Bhabinkamtibmas) together with the institution of the Indonesian National Army (TNI) through the role of its personnel at the lower level. The synergy of these roles supported by obedience and active participation of the local community can be of added value as a precondition for competitive advantage in the development of sustainable tourism destinations based on community participation.

Abstract

This study aims to describe teachers’ work discipline at Makassar Applied Techno Aviation Vocational School. The research serves as a basis for strengthening teacher discipline to build a conducive learning environment and to assess teachers’ professionalism in carrying out their duties. Teacher discipline is closely linked to the quality of learning and character formation of students, making a deeper understanding of this aspect essential. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed through data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that teacher discipline at Makassar Applied Techno Aviation Vocational School varies across several indicators. First, compliance with regulations is considered less optimal. Some teachers are not consistently punctual or fail to conduct learning activities according to the set schedule. Attendance and adherence to school policies still require improvement. Second, awareness in performing duties is categorized as good. Teachers understand and carry out the main stages of teaching, including planning, implementation, and evaluation, in line with their professional responsibilities to educate, guide, train, assess, and evaluate students. Third, responsibility is also good. Teachers not only focus on academic aspects but also emphasize character education by strengthening social values. Lesson preparation, teaching implementation, and evaluation are conducted through structured modules and semester assessments. Fourth, exemplary behavior is rated good. Teachers act as role models by communicating politely, being fair and honest in grading, and inspiring students through shared experiences and morning assembly guidance.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan untuk memperkuat kapasitas Pemerintah Kabupaten Tambrauw dalam merumuskan arah kebijakan pembangunan lintas sektor berbasis konservasi dan kearifan lokal. Kabupaten Tambrauw, yang dikenal sebagai kabupaten konservasi di Provinsi Papua Barat Daya, memiliki potensi besar di bidang pariwisata, kelautan, pertanian, dan kebudayaan yang saling berkaitan serta berperan penting dalam mendukung pembangunan berkelanjutan. Pendekatan pengabdian dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan, yaitu seminar awal, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), wawancara mendalam, serta analisis strategi menggunakan analisis SWOT.  Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan potensi lintas sektor di Tambrauw menuntut sinergi antara pemerintah daerah, masyarakat adat, lembaga konservasi, dan akademisi. Melalui proses partisipatif, diperoleh sepuluh program strategis yang mencakup integrasi sektor pertanian, kelautan, pariwisata, kebudayaan, dan teknologi digital. Program unggulan seperti Jagung Laut Tambrauw, Penyu Protection Package, dan Tambrauw Smart Conservation menjadi contoh penerapan pembangunan berbasis konservasi yang mampu menghubungkan manfaat ekonomi dengan pelestarian lingkungan dan budaya lokal. Selain itu, kegiatan ini menghasilkan rencana strategis lima tahun (2026–2030) yang menempatkan Tambrauw Integrated Brand dan Tambrauw Economic Corridor sebagai payung identitas dan jalur ekonomi daerah. Kegiatan pengabdian ini membuktikan bahwa pendekatan lintas sektor merupakan langkah efektif dalam membangun model pembangunan berkelanjutan di wilayah konservasi. Sinergi antara ekonomi hijau, pelestarian budaya, dan transformasi digital menjadi fondasi penting bagi Tambrauw untuk mewujudkan kemandirian daerah sekaligus mendukung visi nasional menuju Indonesia Emas 2045.

Abstract

ThisresearchaimstodeterminetheevaluationofcoastalcommunityempowermentpoliciesinSelayarIslands Regency, specifically in Parak Village, Bontomanai District. This research uses qualitative methods and produces descriptive data. Data collection uses interview, documentation and observation techniques. The results of the research show that in the evaluation of coastal community empowerment policies in Parak Village, Bontomanai District, Selayar Islands Regency through the distribution of converter machine assistance, as seen from the six (6) indicators, there are three (3) indicators that have been running well, namelyefficiency,adequacyandlevelingofmatters.Thiscanbeseenfromtheoverallaiddistributionprocess which is considered successful because it runs smoothly and is in accordance with the program objectives, namely saving operational costs for fishermen and the process of nominating potential aid recipients is in accordance with program requirements, and there are three (3) indicators that are not yet running. well, namelyeffectiveness,responsivenessandaccuracy.Thiscanbeseenfromthenumberoffishermenwhodo not use the assistance as they should, only 19 people (27.53%) ofthe totalinformants numbering 69 people who until now are still using the assistance provided by the government according to with the aim of the empowerment program

Abstract

Academically and professionally, the ability to speak in front of an audience is crucial. Strong public speaking skills are essential for students enrolled in the Office Administration Education Study Program. Concerns such as fear of public speaking and ways to overcome them will be thoroughly investigated in this study. Better understanding these barriers and developing ways to overcome them will undoubtedly enhance students' educational experiences. This study will provide students with a better understanding of their needs, interests, and experiences. This can be useful in creating programs tailored to individual student needs. A total of 108 individuals participated in the study, randomly selected using a simple random sampling technique. The research approach was quantitative. A combination of descriptive data analysis and inferential statistical analysis was used to analyze data collected through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Having a positive self-concept, acting independently in making judgments, believing in one's talents, and having the courage to share opinions are all signs of self-confidence. Meanwhile, indicators of public speaking competence are ethos, pathos, and logos communication styles. In the Office Administration Education Study Program, Department of Administrative Science, self-confidence has a positive and significant influence on students' public speaking skills (46.3%), while the remaining 54.7% is influenced by other variables not explained in this study

Abstract

This study aims to find out the innovation of risk-based services (OSS-RBA) in providing quality public services for business actors at the Makassar City Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Office (DPMPTSP). This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. So that to achieve the goal, the researcher uses data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that the innovation of risk-based business licensing services (OSS-RBA) at the Makassar City DPMPTSP has been well implemented and has succeeded in creating quality public services for business actor service users. This refers to the fulfillment of 4 aspects of innovation attributes, namely superior relative advantages compared to the previous licensing system, conformity to the OSS 1.1 licensing system, the possibility of being tried through socialization, technical guidance, online-based services, information service counters and LONTARA programs and ease of observation through increasing the licensing that has been issued and increasing the investment value, while the factors that hinder the implementation of OSS-RBA Innovation are explained in The complexity aspect is technical constraints, the complexity of KPPR, the complexity of KBLI and the level of public knowledge about technology which is still limited and has not been fully resolved

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Implementation of E-government at the Center for Training and Development and Government Management Studies of State Administration Institutions (PUSLATBANG KMP LAN) in Makassar. This research includes descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques consist of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that the implementation of E-government at the Center for Training and Development and Management Studies of the State Administration Institution (PUSLATBANG KMP LAN) in Makassar is based on the implementation model of George Edward III, namely: 1) Communication, 2) Resources, 3) Disposition, 4) Bureaucratic structure that in general the implementation of policies is still not good,  still needs to be optimized in the Resource indicator so that the impelemmetor can be more optimal in implementing policies This e-government.

Abstract

This research examines the influence of Frontliner employee performance on customer satisfaction at Bank Sulselbar, the main branch of Palopo City. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of employees at the bank of sulselbar the main branch of the city of palopo, to find out customer satisfaction at the bank of sulselbar the main branch of the city of palopo, and to determine the effect of Frontliner employee performance on customer satisfaction at Bank Sulselbar, the main branch of Palopo City. This research approach is quantitative. This research was carried outat the bank of sulselbar the main branch of the city of palopo. Sources of data in the study are customers at the main branch of the sulselbar bank in the city of palopoin december to january 2021. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, questionnaires (questionnaire), and documentation. Data analysis techniques in the form of validity test, reliability test, normality test, descriptive analysis, simple linear regression analysis, t test, correlation coefficient analysis, and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The results of the study indicate that the indicators used in each of these variables indicate where the employee's performance is in the very good category. Indicators on the customer satisfaction variable are in the very good category. Based on the correlation test, there is a strong/high relationship between the two variables. It can be concluded that there is an influence between Frontliner employee performance on customer satisfaction at Bank Sulselbar, the main branch of Palopo City
