Abstract

The purpose of this article is to examines legal and religious dimensions of blasphemy in the provisions of Penal Code of Indonesia, Kuwaiti law correspond to the established principles of Islamic, Christianity, and Hinduism. This is through employing a critical and comparative approach, the study compares the foundational of Penal Code of Indonesia and the Kuwaiti legislation as well as Islamic Sharia, Christianity and Hinduism, identifying areas of overlap in criminalizing offenses against religious belief. The paper found that the Penal Code of Indonesia criminalizes incitement or coercion aimed at making others abandon their religion or belief through violence or threats, while Kuwaiti law largely reflects the Sharia based prohibition of conduct deemed offensive to sacred values. The underlying philosophies behind the criminalization of blasphemy in Islamic Sharia, Penal Code Kuwaiti law, may differ in their foundational justifications, they join on a shared notion, to protect religious thoughts and prevent the incitement of discord and hatred under freedom of expression. From the Christianity perspective, Christians are taught not only to forgive, pray for, and bless the offender, but also, if needed, to pursue legal avenues as provided by national laws. Hinduism places greater importance on maintaining fraternal relationships among humans being than on defending the honour of the religion or its deities. If an act is deemed blasphemous according to the law of the state, the recommended course of action in Hinduism is to restore spiritual balance through a ritual of atonement known as Prayascitta.

Abstract

The need for communication technology that can find out the customer's buying interest is something that isneeded by the company, the goal is that the company can obtain consideration regarding product sales andappropriately take a policy regarding pricing of a product, the amount of product supply and so on. The naïvebayes classifier method is sufficient to be able to find out how much the customer's buying interest in aninternet package product is by analyzing the results of past sales, meaning that the Naive Bayes algorithmcan predict future opportunities based on past experience, by defining each class from all attribute. The naivebayes classification is assumed that there is or not a certain feature and a class has nothing to do with othercharacteristics and classes. This study defines several characteristics, namely operator, quota, active periodand product price. From the results of this study is the author can find the value of accuracy from the resultsof calculating interest and not by comparing the results of predictions with actual results outside the trainingdata. Based on data on internet package product sales as training data, the Naive Bayes method successfullyclassifies 10 product data with 858 transaction data as training data and 10 product data with 115 transactiondata as test data. From the analysis of all test data and training data, the truth ratio is 8/10, which is 8 out of10 products with predictive values that are of true value. So that the accuracy value is 80% and to find outthe customer's buying interest by calculating the sales data that has been past with the provisions and inaccordance with the specified label, the results of this prediction are expected to be a better policyconsideration for the sales business. Keywords: naïve bayes classifier, sales of internet package products.

Abstract

Designation is the process of selecting and determining the interest of students in the subject area or skill competency offered by the education unit. The majors process at SMA Negeri 3 Nganjuk begins when the student has been accepted by the school, after which the student takes a major test. In the majors at SMA Negeri 3 Nganjuk, the majors process still uses Microsoft Excel so it takes a long time for majoring students. Because of that, we need a system that can process students effectively and efficiently. The ID3 algorithm is widely used to solve various majors problems. The solution in the ID3 algorithm is based on mathematical calculations that determine the entropy and gain values used in the formation of a decision tree. The ID3 algorithm produces a decision tree that is good enough to be used in majors because this algorithm can solve multi-criteria and multi-objective problems. The results of this study indicate that the manual calculation needs to be shortened in the calculation of the program so that it can produce a majors flow. If it is not shortened it will result in an error in the program. The results of calculating 100 sample data in the first result produce a total entropy of 0.8813, in the second calculation it produces a total entropy of 0.9403, in the third calculation it produces a total entropy of 0.9367. After that a rule is formed which is used as a benchmark for student majors. The final result of the majors shows that the students' scores resulted in more students entering the social studies department than the Mathematics and Natural Sciences majors.
