Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries that adheres to a democratic system. The democratic system of governmentprioritizes the people. So that when the election of the people's representatives is carried out, the people havethe highest right to go through elections that take place freely. In 2024, the Indonesian presidential electionwill be held. Every moment of the presidential election or presidential general election, there are manyopinions from the public about the rumored presidential candidate. However, in practice, there are manynegative comments that are "hate speech," which can trigger social conflict and damage the politicalenvironment. This research aims to build a classification model of public comments into "haters" and "non-haters" categories in Indonesian using the Naïve Bayes algorithm. This research uses data totaling 1000, withdetails of training data of 800 and test data of 200. With the stages of data collection, data pre-processing,classification with Naïve Bayes, Evaluation, and Deployment. The results obtained an accuracy value of83.5%, a precision value of 82%, and a recall value of 90%.Keywords: Presidential Election; Classification; Naive Bayes.

Abstract

CV Soerya Com is a business providing printer services, laptop services, computer services and toner refills. Problems often arise when forecasting the number of toner refills in each period, because calculating toner inventory often results in a shortage or excess of toner. In this business location problem, an information system for forecasting the number of toner refills is needed. The method used in this research is the Weighted Moving Average method, namely to predict the future and each data is given a different weight from the previous data. Data generated from observations is from January 2018 to September 2023. Application using the Weighted Moving Average method (3 months) in October 2023 is 15 pcs. From the test results for the number of toner refills, the MAD, MSE and MAPE error values were 5.43, 42.50 and 36.02%. The results of the MAPE forecasting accuracy level are moderate, namely with a value of 36.02%. Keywords: Forecasting, Weighted Moving Average, MAD, MSE and MAPE.

Abstract

Tuberculosis is a health condition that is easily transmitted through the air that comes from the source oftransmission, such as people who have evidence of tuberculosis when coughing or sneezing which is onlycaused by Mycobacterium Tuberculosis bacterial infection. This tuberculosis disease can give bad effects topatients, namely being ostracized by the surrounding community or even from friends of positive tuberculosispatients. All current problems can be solved by utilizing an expert system. Expert system, also referred to asan expert system where a system by exploiting human knowledge recorded in a computer can solve a commonproblem that requires an expert. Therefore, the certainty factor method (confidence factor) is one of theapproaches that will be used by expert systems. This method can be used to determine a metric fact. Thecertainty factor method (confidence factor) is very easy to use, from an expert weight determination that hasbeen given and calculated based on a fact that arises from the symptoms that have been obtained from anexpert. The purpose of this research is to design and create an expert system to diagnose tuberculosisbecause of the existence of a website that will help in calculating the certainty factor. The results of thisresearch test show that the percentage results of one hundred percent can greatly help health workers andthe community.Keywords: Tuberculosis, Expert System, Certainty Factor, Website

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis diskursus teoritik tentang kriminalisasi berbasis kerugian lingkungan hidup dan aktualisasinya dalam Undang-Undang Perlindungan dan Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup. Sebagai penelitian hukum normatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan konseptual, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa diskursus teoritik tentang model-model kriminalisasi berbasis kerugian lingkungan hidup mengacu kepada empat model yang selama ini berkembang, yaitu model bahaya abstrak, bahaya nyata, kerugian nyata, dan polusi lingkungan yang serius. Pada ketiga model pertama, hukum pidana masih belum melepaskan diri dari ketergantung administratif), sedangkan pada model terakhir, hukum pidana sudah melepaskan diri dari ketergantungan administratif. Hukum pidana tetap dapat digunakan apabila menimbulkan kerugian sangat serius sekalipun perbuatan tidak melawan hukum. Keempat model kriminalisasi tersebut teraktualisasi dalam UU PPLH. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya riset tentang aktualisasi model-model kriminalisasi berbasis kerugian lingkungan dalam perundang-undangan sektoral bidang lingkungan hidup.

Abstract

The assessment of bank financial performance is crucial for ensuring the stability of the banking sector. With advancements in technology, especially deep learning (DL), there is increasing potential to improve the accuracy of risk prediction and financial performance evaluation in banks. However, challenges related to data imbalance and model complexity require more efficient approaches. This study aims to examine the application of DL in assessing bank financial performance, with a focus on credit risk, fraud detection, and bankruptcy prediction. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) was conducted using the Kitchenham approach, analyzing 697 relevant articles to address nine research questions regarding the implementation of DL in the banking sector. This study contributes by providing insights into effective DL models that enhance financial performance and risk prediction in banks, while also offering recommendations for the development of more transparent models. The results indicate that models such as Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) and Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) perform well in handling large financial data. Additionally, hybrid models that combine DL with traditional models demonstrate higher accuracy in bankruptcy prediction and fraud detection.

Abstract

Mangrove vegetation is the vegetation that makes up coastal ecosystems which are the largest ecosystems in Indonesia that provide ecosystem functions and services to marine-terrestrial biota and surrounding communities. Mangrove vegetation is a transitional ecosystem that is directly influenced by land and sea so that transitional areas such as river mouths and coasts. Rivers, estuaries and sea coasts are important components in optimizing the growth and development of mangroves. It is necessary to calculate the biodiversity of mangrove vegetation in rivers, estuaries and coasts in Saronggi District. The aim is to know the types and levels of mangrove vegetation biodiversity as well as studying the effect of environmental parameters on mangrove vegetation biodiversity in rivers, estuaries and coasts Saronggi District, Sumenep Regency. The method used is the quadratic transect combined with Stratified Random Sampling. The results of the mangrove diversity index value by dividing the area were obtained: the diversity index value in the coastal area was 1.379187 in the low category, the estuary area was 3.048782 in the high category, and the river area was 2.863279 in the medium category. The species diversity index in Saronggi District yielded 3.206173 in the high category. This indicates that Saronggi District has a high diversity of mangrove species/vegetation. Several factors became the basis for the existence of a high diversity index due to the large number of species found in Saronggi District, namely a total of 38 mangrove species with details of 22 true mangrove species and 16 associated mangrove species, dominated by Sonneratia alba, Rhizophora mucronata, Sonneratia caseolaris, Rizhophora stylosa and Nypa fruticans, with the highest important value index is Sonneratia alba with a value of 53.38%, Rhizophora mucronata (24,924%) and Nypa fruticans (20,71%).

Abstract

Chili plants are one of the important horticultural crops in Indonesia. There are many types of chili plants that are cultivated, one of which is cayenne pepper. However, there is one cause of less than optimal cayenne pepper production which is caused by pest attacks and plant diseases. The aim of this research is to determine the types of insects (pests) and natural enemies found on cayenne pepper plants. This research was conducted on 0.1 hectares of land which had been planted with chilies in Larangan Slampar Village, Tlanakan District, Pamekasan Regency. The research method used is exploratory descriptive. Insect sampling was carried out when the chili plants began to enter the generative period around 100 days after planting. The results of the research showed that the insect (pests) found on chili plants in the generative phase were the Order Hemiptera (Family: Cicadellidae and Aphididae) species Empoasca decipiens and Aphis gossypii Glover, as well as the Order Lepidoptera (Family Noctuidae) species Spodoptera litura F. Meanwhile, only one natural enemies were found. Order Hemiptera, (Family Cheilomenes) species C. sexmaculat.

Pada ketiga model pertama, hukum pidana masih belum melepaskan diri dari ketergantung administratif), sedangkan pada model terakhir, hukum pidana sudah melepaskan diri dari ketergantungan administratif. Hukum pidana tetap dapat digunakan apabila menimbulkan kerugian sangat serius sekalipun perbuatan tidak melawan hukum. Keempat model kriminalisasi tersebut teraktualisasi dalam UU PPLH. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya riset tentang aktualisasi model-model kriminalisasi berbasis kerugian lingkungan dalam perundang-undangan sektoral bidang lingkungan hidup.

Abstract

ABSTRAKSelera mengkonsumsi sayur bergeser ke sayuran muda (sayuran baby). Dengan semakin meningkatnya permintaan mentimun baby, perlu dilakukan peningkatan hasil tanaman tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh interaksi perlakuan proporsi media tanam dan konsentrasi pupuk organik cair (POC) plus terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman mentimun baby. Penelitian dilaksanakan menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) faktorial. Faktor pertama adalah proporsi media tanam (K) yang terdiri dari 3 level, yaitu K0: tanah dan kompos (3 : 0); K1: tanah dan kompos (2 : 1); dan K2: tanah dan kompos (3 : 1). Faktor kedua adalah konsentrasi POC air cucian beras plus dengan 3 level yang terdiri dari C1: konsentrasi POC 5 ml/liter air; C2: konsentrasi POC 10 ml/liter air; dan C3: konsentrasi POC 15 ml/liter air. Semua perlakuan POC diberikan ke tanaman dengan dosis 200 ml/tanaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh interaksi antara perlakuan proporsi media tanam dan konsentrasi POC plus terhadap semua parameter pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman mentimun baby. Perlakuan tunggal proporsi media tanam K1 (proporsi tanah dan kompos = 2 : 1) dan K2 memberikan pengaruh yang tidak berbeda terhadap jumlah daun, panjang tanaman, jumlah buah dan berat buah mentimun baby. Perlakuan konsentrasi POC plus C3 yaitu konsentrasi 15 ml/l air memberikan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman mentimun baby lebih baik dibandingkan dengan konsentrasi C1. ABSTRACTTastes for consuming vegetables are shifting to young vegetables (baby vegetables). With the increasing demand for baby cucumbers, it is necessary to increase the yield of these plants. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of the interaction between the proportion of planting media and the concentration of liquid organic fertilizer (POC) plus on the growth and yield of baby cucumber plants. The research was carried out using a factorial randomized block design (RAK). The first factor is the proportion of planting media (K) which consists of 3 levels, namely K0: soil and compost (3 : 0); K1: soil and compost (2 : 1); and K2: soil and compost (3 : 1). The second factor is the POC concentration of rice washing water plus 3 levels consisting of C1: POC concentration of 5 ml/liter of water; C2: POC concentration 10 ml/liter of water; and C3: POC concentration of 15 ml/liter of water. All POC treatments were given to plants at a dose of 200 ml/plant. There was no interaction effect between the proportion of planting media and POC plus concentration on all growth and yield parameters of baby cucumber plants. The single treatment of the proportion of planting media K1 (proportion of soil and compost = 2 : 1) and K2 had no different effect on the number of leaves, plant length, number of fruit and fruit weight of baby cucumbers. The POC plus C3 concentration treatment, namely a concentration of 15 ml/l of water, provided better growth and yield of baby cucumber plants compared to the C1 concentration.

Abstract

This juridical normative and empirical study is conducted with the aim at analyzing the relationship between corruption and human rights violation. Two issues shall be discussed, i.e. what factors inhibits the use of human right approach in corruption cases and what changes can be made to the criminal justice system, especially in relation to the penal judgement. One factor inhibiting the use of a human right approach in handling corruption cases in the perspective of treating corruption as pure criminal act wholly unrelated to violation of human rights.  To rectify this situation and accommodate this human right approach, the author recommends to prioritize and use fine which basic value is social welfare.  Court decision in corruption cases, in addition, should when evaluating elements of crime charges, explicitly describe those rights of the victims which are violated and use this consideration in determining what penal sanction are to be given.
