Abstract

Penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, lingkungan kerja fisik, dan disiplin kerja terhadap variabel kepuasan kerja karyawan pada Q-Bar Coffee. Penelitian ini diharapkan bisa menjadi sebuah tolak ukur bagi organisasi agar dapat melakukan pengelolaan dengan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, lingkungan kerja fisik, dan disiplin kerja yang lebih baik supaya dapat memberikan rasa kepuasan kerja yang tinggi dan lebih besar kepada karyawan sehingga kinerja para karyawan menjadi lebih bersemangat dan meningkat sehingga menjadi hal yang positif dalam upaya mewujudkan tujuan organisasi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuisioner. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 60 responden pada pegawai Q-Bar Coffee Lamongan. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS 22. Data primer ini diperoleh melalui kuisioner yang pengukurannya menggunakan skala interval yang diuji validitas dan reliabilitas data dinyatakan valid dan reliabel. Hasil penelitian ini secara parsial membuktikan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh terhadapa kepuasan kerja karyawan, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan

Abstract

This research to describe and explain the effect of transformational leadership, work area, and incentives on work discipline at the Tunas Setia Baru Multipurpose Cooperative, Pasuruan Regency. This research method uses a quantitative method, the collection of information is tried by using a questionnaire. The illustrations used in this research were 60 respondents to employees of the Tunas Setia Baru Multipurpose Business Cooperative, Pasuruan Regency. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis, partial t test, and classical assumption test using SPSS program. This primary information is obtained through a questionnaire whose measurement uses an interval scale that is tested for the validity and reliability of the information declared valid and reliable. The results of this research confirm that transformational leadership affects work discipline, work area affects work discipline, and incentives affect work discipline. Keywords : Transformasional Leadership, Work Environment, Incentives Riset ini bertujuan buat mendiskripsikan serta menarangkan tentang pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, lingkunganikerja, serta insentif terhadap disiplin kerja pada KoperasiiSerba Usaha Tunasi Setia Baru Kabupaten Pasuruan. Tata cara riset ini memakai tata cara kuantitatif, pengumpulan informasi dicoba dengan memakai kuesioner. Ilustrasi yang digunakan dalam riset ini sebanyak 60 responden pada pegawai Koperasi Serba Usaha Tunas Setia Baru Kabupaten Pasuruan. Analisis yang digunakan merupakan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji parsial t, serta uji anggapan klasik dengan memakai program SPSS. Informasi primer ini diporeleh lewat kuesioner yang pengukurannya memakai skala interval yang diuji validitas serta reliabelitas informasi dinyatakan valid serta reliabel. Hasil riset ini meyakinkan kalau kepemimpinan transformasional mempengaruhi terhadap disiplin kerja, area kerja mempengaruhi terhadap disiplin kerja, serta insentif mempengaruhi terhadap disiplin kerja. Abstract

Introduction: Pain during menstruation causes discomfort in daily physical activities. The study aimed to compare the effectiveness of the Warm Pad and Abdominal Stretching in reducing the dysmenorrhea pain scale. Methods: This study used a pre-experimental study design with a one-group pre-test design. This research was conducted with a total sample of 20 people with dysmenorrhea during menstruation. The sampling technique was carried out using quota sampling using a questionnaire. The statistical test used was the Wilcoxon Test with Pvalue = 0.05. Results: The Warm Pad Technique The mean value of the pain scale before the intervention was 5.5 and the average result value after the intervention was 3.3. Meanwhile, for respondents using the Abdominal Stretching Technique, the mean score for the pain scale before the intervention was 5.2 and the mean result after the intervention was 3.4. The results of processing Wilcoxon test data in the Warm Pad Technique obtained a value (p = 0.021) <0.05. So it can be concluded that the Warm Pad Technique is effective in reducing the pain scale. So it can be concluded that Abdominal Stretching is also effective in reducing the pain scale. Conclusions: The results of this study can be an alternative therapy in reducing dysmenorrhea pain which is usually applied when experiencing pain during menstruation so that the risk of pain that is felt can be neutralized.

Abstract

Introduction: Young women often experience Fluor Albus or vaginal discharge, due to a lack of understanding of reproductive health, especially knowledge of how to handle it. Giving a decoction of Pipper Betle and Curcuma Longa is a non-pharmacological measure to treat Fluor Albus. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of giving a decoction of Pipper Betle and Curcuma Longa on the occurrence of vaginal discharge. Methods: The research used Quasy Experimental with a two-group pre-test post-test approach. This research was conducted with a sample size of 40 respondents who were selected using a quota sampling technique using a questionnaire. The statistical test used is the Wilcoxon Test with Pvalue = 0.05. Results: After intervention for 7 days, the results of the Wilcoxon Pipper statistical test were obtained Betle ρ value = <0.001, while the results of boiling Curcuma Longa obtained ρ value = 0.001, and Mann-Whitney test with a value of ρ = 0.26. So it was concluded that there was the effectiveness of giving Pipper Betle and Curcuma Longa against the occurrence of vaginal discharge. Conclusions: It is hoped that the results of this research will increase insight and become a reference for young women who experience Fluor Albus to be motivated to consume Curcuma Longa and Pipper Betle decoctions effectively.

Abstract

Introduction: One of various techniques in reducing menstrual pain is using relaxation techniques, namely acupressure. Group methods and peer group support are used to help teenagers overcome pain. The purpose of this study was to review Peer Group Support in the application of acupressure to menstrual pain in adolescent girls using the Self Determination model approach. Methods: This study used a quasi-experimental design with a pre-test and post-test design, of one group without a control group. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling.  The inclusion criteria were respondents who had menstruated, experienced menstrual pain, age at menarche between ≤12 years to ≥14 years, and menstrual duration <3 days to >7 days, as well as being cooperative and willing to be a respondent. The sample size was 35 adolescent girls. Results: The study with the Paired t-test showed that the Acupressure group experienced changes with a p-value = 0.03. The average increase in managing menstrual pain in t-count was 2.45. Conclusions: The pain level was measured at the beginning of menstruation, followed by the acupressure technique independently, then the pain level was measured again and showed a significant increase after the intervention in the group that did not experience acupressure. There were 2 respondents (5.7%) of pain, 26 respondents (74.3%) were at the mild pain level and 7 respondents (20%) were at the moderate pain level.

Abstract

This research analyzes the influence of innovative behavior, Employe engagement, Entrepreneur self efficacy on the performance of UMKM UD Sumber Rejeki. Business growth in the small industrial sector requires companies to innovate and adapt. Excellent human potential is an important factor in achieving this development. This research used a quantitative method with a saturated sampling approach involving 90 UD Sumber Rejeki employee respondents. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire that calculated respondents' attitudes and views using a Likert scale. Data analysis was carried out using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) via SmartPLS 3.2.8 software to test the hypothesis. The research results show that innovative behavior, employee engagement, entrepreneurial self-efficacy have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of creativity, well-being, and self-efficacy on the performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Kampung Bebek, Kebonsari Village. This study uses a quantitative method involving 107 respondents with data collection using a questionnaire that calculates the attitudes and views of respondents using a Likert scale. Data analysis was carried out using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) through SmartPLS 3.2.8 software to test the hypothesis. The results showed that creativity, well-being, and self-efficacy have a positive and significant influence on MSME performance. Creativity not only increases efficiency but also encourages innovation and quality of work results. In addition, well-being and self-efficacy also contribute to increased performance, indicating the importance of psychological factors in the work context.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Selection and Financial Motivation on employee performance of CV. Romen Sport through competence as an intervening variable. The type of research conducted by the author in this study is quantitative research, in quantitative research total sampling techniques are used in data collection. The location of the research conducted by the author to test the hypothesis is at the CV. Romen Sport Company which is located at Jl. Zainal Abidin, Gampang Village, Prambon District, Sidoarjo Regency, East Java. The number of respondents in this study were 83 people. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Budaya Kerja KAIZEN dan Kemampuan Kerja terhadap Produktivitas karyawan Kepuasan Kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi produksi Pre Assy berjumlah 1500 karyawan dan sampel yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini 115 karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah dengan menggunakan kuisioner dengan model skala likert. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SmartPLS, Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Budaya kerja KAIZEN berpengaruh terhadap Produktivitas karyawan. (2) Kemampuan kerja berpengaruh terhadap Produktivitas karyawan. (3) Budaya kerja KAIZEN tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan kerja. (4) Kemampuan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. (5) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap Produktivitas karyawan. (6) Kepuasan kerja tidak memoderasi Budaya kerja KAIZEN terhadap Produktivitas karyawan (7) Kepuasan kerja memoderasi Kemampuan kerja terhadap Produktivitas karyawan.

Abstract

Herbal products require employees to maintain cleanliness and product quality, while on the other hand, the demand for herbal products has implications for increasing workloads and becoming stressors for employees. Efforts to optimize employee productivity and performance can be carried out by the company by revitalizing employee performance so that they remain productive. The novelty in this study is a combination of work productivity and performance dimensions that produce five indicators, namely work quality, work quantity, task performance, contextual; performance, and adaptive to timeliness. This study aims to identify the factors that affect the productive performance of employees. This study uses a quantitative approach with a questionnaire as primary data, which is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with testing using SPSS version 16 for Windows. The research population is the herbal family business employee in Madura. With the cluster sampling technique, 100 employees were obtained from 4 research locations in Bangkalan and Pamekasan. The results showed that eustress can increase the productive performance of employees. Meanwhile, high job burnout reduces the productive performance of employees.
