Abstract

Human Resources (HR) are the main asset in an organization, so human resources (HR) or also called actors (people) must be empowered in a balanced and humane manner. Health Service Agencies need human resources or medical personnel to achieve goals. Human resource management has several goals, one of which is organizational goals or company goals and also to achieve employees' personal goals.The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Excellent Service, Job Satisfaction and Motivation on the Performance of Medical personnel  in Health Service Agencie.. The approach used in this study was quantitative by distributing questionnaires to 52  respondents who were taken using one of the non-probability sampling techniques used, namely the total sampling or saturated sampling. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression of the IBM SPSS version 24 software program with results obtained that answer the hypothesis that there is a partial and simultaneously influence of excellent service, job satisfaction and motivation on performance.

Abstract

Pejuang UMKM harus bisa melihat barang apa saja yang laris di pasar lapangan. Hal ini bertujuan untuk menyesuaikan kebutuhan warga agar kami sebagai penggiat UMKM dapat menyediakannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner online. Fokus penelitian ini adalah kualitas produk dan persepsi harga kerupuk Hudi Jaya. Lokasi penelitian terletak di Simo Mojoruntut, Kecamatan Krembung, Kabupaten Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh kualitas layanan, kualitas produk, dan persepsi harga dapat disimpulkan, 1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, 2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan produk. kualitas terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, 3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan persepsi harga terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, 4) pengaruh kualitas layanan, kualitas produk, dan persepsi harga terhadap loyalitas pelanggan secara simultan.

Abstract

Kehidupan mengalami perkembangan sangat pesat secara terus menerus waktu demi waktu terlebih lagi dalam penampilan sehingga dianggap penting sebagai citra diri seseorang. Peningkatan penampilan dapat dimulai dari perawatan tubuh, yakni dengan menggunakan produk kesehatan kulit yang lazim dikenal dengan sebutan skin care dan body care yang marak digunakan oleh remaja sehingga minat beli pada product body care khususnya scarlett whitening meningkat. Minat beli dapat dipengaruhi oleh endorser selebriti pemasaran dari mulut ke mulut serta persepsi kualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan adanya hubungan positif dan signifikan antara endorser selebriti, pemasaran dari mulut ke mulut, serta persepsi kualitas terhadap minat beli dengan melibatkan 100 remaja sebagai responden. Analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda dengan hasil penelitian membuktikan adanya hubungan positif dan signifikan antara endorser selebriti dan persepsi kualitas terhadap minat beli serta tidak adanya hubungan pemasaran dari mulut ke mulut terhadap minat beli.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Pengaruh Stres Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. X. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan populasi karyawan PT. X. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling, yaitu menggunakan metode purposive sampling, dengan total sebanyak 100 pegawai. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuisioner yang menggunakan pengukuran skala likert. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Microsoft SPSS. Data primer diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang pengukurannya menggunakan skala interval dan telah diuji validitas serta reliabilitasnya, dengan hasil yang dinyatakan valid dan reliabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, stres kerja memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, disiplin kerja juga berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sementara kompensasi tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Human Resources, Work Behavior Motivation, and Knowledge Sharing on Cadre Performance at Posyandu in the Bugu Kidul Pasuruan area. This research uses a quantitative approach method by correlating human resources, work behavior motivation, knowledge sharing on performance which focuses on posyandu cadres in the Bugu Kidul Pasuruan area. In this research, the sampling technique used a total sampling technique. Total sampling is a method in which the entire research population is taken as a sample. The number of respondents in this study was 95 respondents which included the entire population that was the research subject. The data analysis approach for this research uses Partial Least Squares (PLS) which is based on Smart PLS version 4. Basically, PLS is a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach that is more comprehensive than previous methods. The results of this research state that Human Resources, Work Behavior Motivation, Knowledge Sharing have a positive and significant effect on performance where T-values are 2,926 > T-table (1.96) with P-values of 0.002 < Sig level (< 0 .05). The researcher expresses his gratitude to readers who have followed and listened to this research. The researcher is also very open to constructive criticism and suggestions in order to improve the quality of scientific work in the future..

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pemberdayaan Karyawan Sebagai upaya Penignkatan Kualitas Perusahaan, Tujuanya manganalisa Teori Manajemen SDM W. Edwards Deming Dalam Transformasi Modernisasi PT.KAI era Ignasiun Jonan. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan sumber data primer dan sekunder menggunakan Teknik analisis data meliputi pengujian teknik kombinasi dalam analisis data yakni dengan metode literature review dan pendekatan rasional. Dalam menerapkan siklus PDCA dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung, PT. KAI mampu merespon perubahan pasar dan kebutuhan pelanggan dengan lebih baik. Dari hasil ini Inisiatif inovatif yang muncul dari karyawan yang diberdayakan menjadi pendorong utama dalam perkembangan perusahaan. Secara keseluruhan, pemberdayaan karyawan di PT. KAI bukan hanya meningkatkan kinerja dan efisiensi tetapi juga menciptakan pondasi yang kuat untuk keberlanjutan dan pertumbuhan jangka panjang. Penerapan teori Deming secara efektif membuktikan bahwa investasi dalam sumber daya manusia adalah kunci untuk mencapai keunggulan kompetitif di industri yang semakin dinamis

Abstract

Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Pada pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer, yaitu melalui kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling nonprobability. Adapun teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel incidental / accidental sampling yaitu seseorang yang bertemu dengan peneliti secara kebetulan atau tidak sengaja dapat dianggap sebagai sampel jika dianggap sesuai sebagai sumber data. Populasi yang digunkan untuk penelitian ini yaitu semua 600 orang yang ada di PT. Indonesia Multi Colour Printing (IMCP). Dengan menggunakan rumus oleh Yamane dan Isaac dan Michael dapat digunakan untuk menghitung jumlah sampel yang diambil dari populasi peneliti Sehingga, jumlah sampel sebanyak 86 orang. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji t, uji R, uji R2 dengan menggunakan program aplikasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kompetensi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Disiplin berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kenyamanan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap turnover intention.

Abstract

Background: One of the changes that appears in adolescent is menstruation. One way to reduce menstrual pain is to use relaxation techniques, acupressure, and abdominal stretching. Another way is to help teenagers deal with pain by using group methods, such as peer group support. Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between Peer Group Support in the application of acupressure and abdominal stretching to menstrual pain in adolescent girls using the self-determination model approach. Methods: This study used a quasi-experimental design with a pre-test and post-test design. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. Inclusion criteria were respondents who had menstruated, experienced menstrual pain, aged at menarche between ≤12 years to ≥14 years, and had a menstrual duration of 7 days, as well as being cooperative and willing to be a respondent. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The sample size was 70 female adolescent respondents. Results: The results of the study with Paired t-test showed that the Acupressure and Abdominal Stretching intervention groups both experienced changes with a value of p = 0.03 in the Acupressure and Abdominal Stretching groups and p = 0.000. On average, there was an increase in overcoming menstrual pain, but in the Acupressure group, there was only a slight increase in the t-count, which was 2.45. In the abdominal stretching group, the t-count value was greater, at 11.16. Conclusion: The published research shows that acupressure and abdominal stretching were also carried out on the same group in the 2 intervention groups. The results were effective and could be carried out together, as evidenced by a decrease in the level of pain during menstruation and self-determination.

Abstract

Introduction & Aim: Pregnant women in the third trimester will experience physiological changes in the reproductive system as the gestational age increase, and are followed by psychological changes that each person feels differently. The increase in abdominal volume as pregnancy progresses causes discomfort until delivery approaches and can disrupt the quality of sleep. Sleep quality disorders experienced by pregnant women in the third trimester will cause a decrease in body resistance, thus risking the labor process and fetal health. Non-pharmacological treatment is the right choice to prevent side effects for the fetus. Sleep on side for pregnant women in the third trimester can reduce pressure on the inferior vena cava so that the fetus gets an optimal healthy blood supply. Education with booklet can help more easily understande and practice sleeping position on side. The aim of this activity is to help pregnant women in the third trimester to fulfill their sleep needs independently. Method of Activity: This activity is carried out on pregnant women in the 3rd trimester and assisted by community health workers in the RW 08 Sawahpulo, Ujung Village, Semampir District, Surabaya. Results: Showed an increase in the level of knowledge of pregnant women in trimesters 3rd with sleeping on side with good category of 100% (19 respondents). Discussion: Education sleep on side improving sleep quality in pregnant women in trimester 3rd using booklet received positive response from respondents, so that the knowledge and behavior of pregnant women increased in meeting sleep needs

Abstract

This study aims to determine the organizational culture, transformational leadership and work motivation on employee performance. Organizational culture (X1), Transformational leadership (X2),0and work motivation0(X3)0is an independent variable0(X) and performance0employee0as a dependent variable0(Y).0population of the study0this is0employees of UD. Jawa Madura in Sidoarjo totaling 67 people. This study was taken using quantitative methods, data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires. Primary data sources in the form of online questionnaires distributed to respondents. This data analysis technique uses instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test, and R2 determinant coefficient. The results of this study indicate that partially organizational culture does not affect employee performance, transformational leadership does not affect employee performance, and work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance at UD. Jawa Madura.
