Abstract

Pemberdayaan Taman Pendidikan Al-Quran (TPA) di Kelurahan Kameloh Baru telah membawa dampak yang signifikan dalam pengembangan kualitas bacaan Al-Qur'an. Dalam pemberdayaan ini, berbagai strategi telah diterapkan, termasuk pelatihan pengajar, pengadaan sumber daya pembelajaran, kolaborasi dengan komunitas setempat, dan program motivasi siswa. Dampak dari pemberdayaan ini sangat positif, dengan peningkatan yang mencolok dalam kemampuan siswa dalam membaca Al-Qur'an. Selain meningkatkan kualitas bacaan Al-Qur'an, TPA juga telah berperan sebagai pusat kegiatan sosial dan pendidikan di kelurahan. Hal ini menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung perkembangan komunitas setempat, meningkatkan pemahaman agama, dan mempromosikan nilai-nilai positif. Dengan demikian, TPA bukan hanya sekadar lembaga pendidikan agama, tetapi juga agen perubahan sosial yang berdampak pada kehidupan masyarakat secara lebih luas. Hal  ini menggaris bawahi pentingnya pemberdayaan TPA dalam memainkan peran yang lebih kuat dalam pengembangan kualitas bacaan Al-Qur'an dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat di tingkat kelurahan. Hasil pemberdayaan ini dapat menjadi panduan bagi pihak-pihak terkait untuk mengambil langkah-langkah konkret dalam memperkuat peran TPA dan mendukung upaya-upaya serupa di komunitas lainnya.

Abstract

Kolesterol adalah lemak yang terdapat di dalam darah atau berada di sel-sel tubuh, diperlukan untuk produksi dinding sel dan bahan baku untuk beberapa hormon, tapi jika kolesterol dalam darah terlalu tinggi akan menyebabkan penyakit jantung koronerdan stroke. Sebagian besar 80% kolesterol dalam tubuh diproduksidi hati. Dan sebagian kecil sekitar 20% kolesterol berasal dari makanan yang digunakan sebagai produk hewani seperti daging, telur dan susu. Jenis desain penelitian yang digunakan berupa observasional dengan rancangan cross sectional (potong lintang). Berdasarkan uji statistic dengan uji Chi-Square diperoleh nilai (0,000) dan nilai Person Correlations sebesar (-0,894). Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara frekuesi tingkat pengetahuan dengan kadar kolesterol pada masyarakat. Selanjutnya nilai Person Correlation menunjukkan bahwa terdapathubungan yang negative antara tingkat pengetahuan dengan kadar kolesterol masyarakat sebesar - 0,894 atau -89,4%.Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa respondenberdasarkan tingkatpengetahuan yang mendominasi yaitu dengan pengetahuan rendah sebanyak 41 orang (57,7%). Selanjutnya responden dengan kadar kolesterol yang mendominasi yaitu responden dengan kadar kolesterol tinggi sebanyak 36 orang (50,8%). Sehingga Terdapat hubungan tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat dengan tinggi kolesterol.

Abstract

General Background: Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is integral to sustainable economic development and improving community welfare through responsible corporate engagement with stakeholders and the environment. Specific Background: The application of CSR varies significantly across different industrial sectors, influenced by local regulations and company-specific challenges. Knowledge Gap: Comprehensive analysis on the legal aspects and practical implications of CSR in specific industries, such as textile manufacturing, remains limited. Abstract

Kalibrasi adalah proses penentuan nilai nominal yang benar dari suatu alat ukur dan/atau proses. Departemen radiologi adalah salah satu layanan medis spesialis yang didanai rumah sakit. Di bidang radiologi ini, sinar-X digunakan untuk tujuan diagnostik. Sinar-X adalah jenis radiasi pengion yang paparannya dapat bermanfaat dan berbahaya. Hal ini dapat dicegah dengan menerapkan aspek manajemen proteksi radiasi. Tujuan dari pekerjaan ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan kalibrasi alat proteksi dan keselamatan radiasi di bagian radiologi RSU Sembiring. Jenis penelitian ini 22menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi dan wawancara. Pengujian akurasi data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peralatan radiologi medik yang terkalibrasi dan penerapan keselamatan radiasi dalam persyaratan manajemen, persyaratan proteksi radiasi, konstruksi fasilitas dan audit keselamatan belum sepenuhnya memenuhi persyaratan. Abstract

Engagement is vital for every employee at work, especially in occupations with high demands and risks, such as National Agency for Disaster Countermeasure employees. This study aimed to test the contribution of self-efficacy and perceived organizational support on work engagement among employees of the National Agency for Disaster Countermeasure. A quantitative correlational approach was applied in this study, with the population being National Agency for Disaster Countermeasure in  The Special Region of Yogyakarta and Central Java employees in a minimum of a one-year working period. Eighty-eight National Search and Rescue Agency employees participated in this study after selecting through a purposive sampling technique. The data was collected using the modified Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES), self-efficacy scale, and perceived organizational support scale and was then analyzed with multiple linear regression. The results show self-efficacy and perceived organizational support contribute simultaneously to work engagement. Self-efficacy positively contributes to work engagement; likewise, perceived organizational support positively contributes to work engagement. Therefore, this study concludes that self-efficacy and perceived organizational support contribute to work engagement. Moreover, perceived organizational support contributes more to work engagement than self-efficacy. To enhance work engagement among employees of high-risk occupations, perceived organizational support is needed more than self-efficacy.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of service quality on customer satisfaction at The Drip Coffee & Cafe in Soppeng Regency. A quantitative research method was employed for this analysis. The study's population includes all patrons of The Drip Coffee & Cafe in Soppeng Regency, while the sample consists of 51 customers selected from this group. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires and documentation (primary data). Analysis performed using Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 29 revealed a significant positive influence of service quality on customer satisfaction. Specifically, the data analysis showed a coefficient value of 0.206 with a significance level of 0.001, less than 0.05. This indicates a positive and direct relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Post partum blues is an emotional disorder in postpartum mothers that is rarely detected and has become a problem in recent decades. Common symptoms are usually irritability, irritability, easy crying, sleep disorders, eating disorders and others. Mothers who havebeen syndicated to experience the post partum blues should be identified and immediately get strong treatment. Post partum blues that are not handled properly can pose a risk to both the mother and the baby. This study aims to analyze several risk factors for postpartum blues, as a preventive effort to detect early and can be immediately provided adequate services. The method of writing a literature study is the narrative research method of literature studies that describe the risk factors for the occurrence of postpartum blues. In this study there are factors that influence the occurrence of postpartum blues, namely umur, economic status, husband support, education, employment, and type of childbirth. The conclusion of the literature studied is that there are risk factors that can affect the occurrence of postpartum blues, including age, economic status, husband support, education, occupation, and type of childbirth. The impact of the post partum blues in addition to the impact on the mother also has an impact on thebaby and his family. Post partum blues can be prevented by routine pregnancy checks, good childbirth preparation, adequate family support, mature marriage age, mental readiness of mothers and husbands, adaptability to a good environment, emotional coping, adequate health worker support and seeking health information from trusted sources.

Abstract

This research aims to determine strategies related to the outdoor learning environment at Sri Lestari Kindergarten Surabaya. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method and used data collection techniques such as observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research include the strategies used by school principals and teachers in managing outdoor learning at Sri Lestari Kindergarten, namely the integrated learning strategy. Outdoor learning strategies can make children feel happy and really help their growth and development. With outdoor learning, children will benefit from the development of physical, cognitive, language, moral and social emotional aspects. Outdoor learning can also improve children's endurance, balance and body coordination. The various areas in the outdoor play environment which are surrounded by nature are natural so that children can observe the objects around them. Outdoor learning must have a large area so that The children were really interested and enjoyed taking part in these outdoor learning activities. Sri Lestari Kindergarten has activities that can support student activity in their growth and development.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the preferences of the millennial generation in choosing Islamic banking services in Makassar City. This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach with data analysis techniques using simple linear regression and hypothesis testing consisting of t test and the coefficient of determination. The results of the study show that the Millennial Generation's consumer preferences have a positive and significant influence on the Millennial Generation's decision to choose Sharia Banking Services in Makassar City. The sharia marketing concept is expected to be applied in supporting the development of sharia products, especially for the millennial generation, which currently has a large population.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pendapatan petani nanas dan menganalisis tingkat keuntungan usahatani nanas yang diusahakan sebagai tanaman sela diantara tanaman karet muda di Desa Tanjung Bunut Kecamatan Belida Darat Kabupaten Muara Enim. Penentuan lokasi dilakukan secara sengaja (purposive). Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adaah metode survey. Metode penarikan contoh yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode acak sederhana (simple random sampling), dari 183 populasi dimana sampel yang dipilih sebanyak 30 petani. Data yang diperoleh dalam melaksanakan penelitian ini terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian meninjukan bahwa produksi tanaman nanas sebanyak 17.233,33 buah/lg/mt Dengan harga jual sebesar 4000 Rp/buah sehingga penerimaan yang diperoleh sebesar 68.933.333,33 Rp/lg/mt Dengan besarnya biaya produksi yang dikeluarkan sebesar 47.494.755,51 Rp/lg/mt. Pendapatan yang diperoleh dari usahatani nanas ini adalah sebesar 21.438.577,82 Rp/lg/mt. R/C yang di peroleh sebesar1.45 artinya usahatani nanas di Desa Tanjung Bunut menguntungkan
