Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image on the implementation of customer relationshipmanagement by SMEs in Siak Regency. The population of this study was all the SMEs in Siak Regency and used theslovin formula as a sampling technique. Data collection techniques used surveys, observational and In Deph Interviews.Data analysis technique used simple linear regression. The result of this study show that: The brand image have positiveand significant effect on implementation of customer relationship management with contribution of 75,4%.

Abstract

Nyeri persalinan merupakan suatu kondisi alamiah pada ibu bersalin. Hal tersebut menyebabkan ketidaknyamanan selama persalinan. Kondisi ini terjadi karena ada pembukaan serviks serta tidak ada oksigen cukup dalam jaringan (hipoksia) otot rahim ketika terjadi his persalinan. Pengakhiran persalinan merupakan cara efektif dan efisien untuk mengurangi rasa ketidaknyaman nyeri saat persalinan. Latihan pelvic rocking menjadi pilihan dalam persalinan aktif untuk membuat bagian tubuh bagian bawah rileks terutama area bawah panggul. Tujuan: Membuktikan penerapan latihan pelvic rocking dengan birthball efektif menurunkan nyeri persalinan kala I dan meningkatkan kadar beta-endorphine pada ibu bersalin. Metode: Metode Quasy experimental digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan rancangan pre-post test with control group design. Jumlah sampel adalah 40 responden terbagi menjadi 2 group. Tiap group berjumlah 20 responden. Kelompok 1 diberikan intervensi latihan pelvic rocking menggunakan birthball, sedangkan group 2 adalah group kontrol. Analisis untuk membuktikan bahwa intervensi pada kelompok perlakuan efektif menurunkan nyeri menggunakan uji Mann-Whitney, sedangkan uji Independent T-Test digunakan untuk menguji kadar beta-endorphine menggunakan Hasil: Rerata nyeri persalinan sesudah diberikan perlakuan sebesar 67% (nyeri ringan), sedangkan kelompok kontrol sebesar 26% (nyeri sedang). Uji Mann-Whithney yang digunakan untuk menguji keefektifan nyeri persalinan didapatkan p value = 0,000. Rata-rata kadar β-endorfin setelah diberikan perlakuan sebesar 140,25 ng/ml, sedangkan kelompok kontrol sebesar 56,72 ng/ml. Uji beda kadar β-endorfin dengan Independent T-Test mendapatkan nilai p value <0.05. Simpulan: Penerapan latihan pelvic rocking dengan birthball efektif menurunkan ketidaknyamanan persalinan kala I dan meningkatkan kadar beta-endorphine pada ibu bersalin.

Abstract

Kalibrasi adalah proses penentuan nilai nominal yang benar dari suatu alat ukur dan/atau proses. Departemen radiologi adalah salah satu layanan medis spesialis yang didanai rumah sakit. Di bidang radiologi ini, sinar-X digunakan untuk tujuan diagnostik. Sinar-X adalah jenis radiasi pengion yang paparannya dapat bermanfaat dan berbahaya. Hal ini dapat dicegah dengan menerapkan aspek manajemen proteksi radiasi. Tujuan dari pekerjaan ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan kalibrasi alat proteksi dan keselamatan radiasi di bagian radiologi RSU Sembiring. Jenis penelitian ini 22menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi dan wawancara. Pengujian akurasi data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peralatan radiologi medik yang terkalibrasi dan penerapan keselamatan radiasi dalam persyaratan manajemen, persyaratan proteksi radiasi, konstruksi fasilitas dan audit keselamatan belum sepenuhnya memenuhi persyaratan. Proposal meliputi pembelian peralatan pengukuran, pemasangan peralatan proteksi radiasi, pembersihan ruang uji, persiapan rencana tanggap darurat pengendalian radiasi, serta pelatihan dan pemeliharaan pengawas

Abstract

Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi dan Kepuasan Kerja sebagai Faktor Kebahagiaan Anggota Polri di Tempat KerjaHappiness is one of the important things in human life, including in work life. Working without having a sense of happiness at work will have an impact on individual or organizational performance. Therefore, examining the factors that may contribute to high or low happiness at work is something that is important to study. This study aims to examine the role of perceived organizational support and job satisfaction on the happiness of Polri members at work. The population of this study were active members of the police in the working area of Indonesia with a sampling technique using quota sampling, namely as many as 400 members of the Indonesian National Police. The approach used in this study is quantitative with the correlation method. The data collection tool used the happiness scale at work, the perceived organizational support scale and the job satisfaction scale. The results of the data analysis showed that the coefficient obtained was R=0.551, F=86.494, p=0.000 (p<0.01). The findings conclude that perceived organizational support and job satisfaction have a role in the happiness of Polri members at work.

Abstract

This research aimed to enhance the current density and specific capacitance of electronic device materials to replace traditional metal materials. Composite materials that include Nata de Coco, TEMPO (2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidine-1-oxyl), and MXene achieve this improvement. Composite materials that include Nata de Coco, TEMPO, and MXene accomplish this improvement. Initial testing has shown that these materials initially demonstrated lower electrical properties, particularly in current density and specific capacitance, than conventional metals. To enhance their electrical properties, we employed a boiling method with variations in boiling time. The time intervals chosen were 30, 300, and 480 minutes. In the manufacturing process, Nata de Coco, previously oxidized by TEMPO, was boiled in an MXene solution at a temperature of 70°C. We tested the electrical properties of the resulting composite film, focusing on current density and specific capacitance. The measured current density values, corresponding to the different boiling times, were as follows: 0.000239 A/cm² for 30 minutes, 0.000307 A/cm² for 300 minutes, and 0.000320 A/cm² for 480 minutes. The specific capacitance values were 1.7005 F/g for 30 minutes, 1.9707 F/g for 300 minutes, and 2.0364 F/g for 480 minutes. The percentage increase in current density and specific capacitance values from 30 minutes to 300 minutes of boiling was 22% and 13.7%, respectively. For boiling from 300 to 480 minutes, the increase was 4.06% for current density and 3.22% for specific capacitance. These findings suggest that longer boiling times result in improved electrical properties. Subsequently, characteristic tests were performed, including XRD (X-ray diffraction) and SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope) analyses. The XRD results indicated that longer boiling times caused a rightward shift of the diffraction peak with a narrower peak width, signifying increased crystallinity. The highest X-ray intensity was observed in the composite boiled for 480 minutes, with a power of 847.23 counts per second (cps) and a two-theta angle of 21.31°. Additionally, the smallest crystal size was achieved with a 480-minute boiling time, measuring 138.2851 Å. In the SEM analysis, it was evident that longer boiling times led to a higher fraction of MXene within the composite film.

Abstract

Academic procrastination is the failure to complete an academic task within the desired timeframe or postpone the task until the last moment. Academic procrastination can be reduced if students have good self-regulation and motivation. This study aims to empirically test the role of learning motivation in academic procrastination with self-regulation as a mediator. This study uses a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional study. The population in this study is students who are working on a thesis, have worked on at least one semester, and are active in organizations. Sampling was done using purposive sampling techniques. The instruments used are the learning motivation scale, the academic procrastination scale, and the self-regulation scale. The data analysis in this study uses a path analysis technique with the partial least square structural equation model (PLS-SEM). The program or software used to conduct the analysis is SmartPLS 4. The results showed that self-regulation played a mediator between learning motivation and academic procrastination, with a significance value of 0.001 (p<0.05). Coefficient Test -0.242 (p-Value,0.001<0.05). Regulation partially mediates the relationship between learning motivation and academic procrastination. The conclusion of this study states that self-regulation plays an important role in mediating the relationship between learning motivation and academic procrastination in students. In other words, the ability to self-regulate effectively can help students overcome the tendency to delay completing academic assignments.

Abstract

The manufacture of construction services is based on the values of honesty and justice, profit, equality, harmony, balance, professionalism, independence, openness, partnership, safety, freedom, sustainable development, and environmental insight. A phenomenon every day. The problem in the implementation of construction work in Indonesia is that the construction takes place between service users and contractors as service providers. This risk is intertwined because construction contracts are dynamic and different from other contracts. This research is based on normative law. Procedures for systematic understanding and grammatical understanding of all legal norms and legal materials related to research are used in the analysis of legal materials. The results of the research show that the Law Number. For Construction Services 2/2017, construction bids are completed first by thinking about reaching the convention, and if the parties to the dispute do not reach the convention, until the arrangement is tried through the stages of arrangement stipulated in the construction contract. Abstract

Sustainable ecosystem services are increasingly recognized amid rapid regional transformation. While the rate of urbanization in China continues to rise, there is an urgent need to evaluate public preferences and their associated economic values concerning urban green space (UGS). The aim of this study was to calculate the overall willingness-to-pay (WTP) for UGS across China. Literature search was performed systematically on Scopus, Scilit, PubMed, and Google Scholar databases on 11 November 2023. Studies reporting the WTP in China were included in the analysis. Quality of the included studies were appraised by using Q-SSP tool consisting of 20-item quality of survey studies in psychology. To calculate the overall willing to pay rate and WTP, a meta-analysis was performed using restricted maximum-likelihood model on raw proportions. A total of nine studies were included comprised of 9381 valid responses with high quality according to Q-SSP (score: 70–90%). Findings from the meta-analysis indicated that the rate of willing to pay for UGS was 70.8% (95%CI: 60%, 82%; p-Het<0.001, I2= 99.37%). The rate was not affected by sample size, age, gender, and education (p>0.05). Among mainland Chinese population alone, the average minimum WTP was 2.97 USD/month, and increased to 3.36 USD/month if combined with Hong Kong population. A majority of over 70% Chinese population were willing to pay for UGS. Nevertheless, high heterogeneity in the pooled estimates suggest the importance of addressing contextual variables and presence of regional disparities.

Abstract

Allah mentions in one of His words, namely QS. Al-Isra/17: 70 that humans are given advantages over all the creatures that Allah created on this earth, among which humans generally have good physique, the ability to think, freedom of will and knowledge, but not many people have If you want to think about His Word, nowadays it is very easy to find a number of people saying inappropriate words towards each other, especially regarding someone's physical appearance or appearance. This term is known as body shaming, which is an act of physical shaming, an appearance that makes the person feel insecure about their physical appearance. The problem discussed in this research is regarding body shaming verses and the effectiveness of these interpretations in contemporary reality. Meanwhile, this type of research is included in the type of library research, namely by reading and reviewing a number of literature related to the research problem, then processing it and drawing out the common threads. The interpretation method in this research is the mawdhu'iy method which was popularized by Al-Farmawi. The conclusion from the results of this research is a general description of body shaming which consists of the definition, causes and impacts. Then it was added with an introduction to Tafsir Al-Mishbah which was accompanied by its interpretation of several verses, including the QS. al-Hujurat/49: 11, QS. at-Taubah/9: 79, QS. al-Humazah/104:1 and QS. al-Hijr/15:11, from a number of interpretations these are then implicated in contemporary reality. A number of meanings were found in Quraish Shihab's interpretation, including the loss of human feeling in protecting one's word, the loss of a sense of equality, and the loss of human values.

Abstract

Pengelolaan Kampung Sayur di Kelurahan Landasan Ulin Utara, Kota Banjarbaru, merupakan upaya penting dalam pengembangan destinasi wisata berbasis ekowisata yang dapat meningkatkan perekonomian lokal serta melestarikan lingkungan. Namun, pengelolaan yang belum optimal menjadi tantangan utama dalam memaksimalkan potensi Kampung Sayur sebagai objek wisata. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat kelembagaan Karang Taruna Tunas Muda dalam rangka pengelolaan wisata edukasi Kampung Sayur yang berkelanjutan. Metode yang diterapkan dalam pengabdian ini meliputi sosialisasi dan pelatihan kepada anggota Karang Taruna untuk meningkatkan kapasitas manajerial, perencanaan wisata, serta keterlibatan masyarakat setempat. Hasil dari pengabdian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman anggota Karang Taruna mengenai konsep ekowisata dan pengelolaan wisata berbasis komunitas. Karang Taruna juga berhasil menyusun rencana aksi pengelolaan wisata dan mengembangkan berbagai program edukasi serta sosialisasi melalui media sosial. Meskipun demikian, masih terdapat tantangan terkait pengelolaan infrastruktur dan pemasaran yang perlu perhatian lebih lanjut. Hasil pengabdian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam membangun fondasi yang kuat untuk pengelolaan Kampung Sayur sebagai destinasi wisata yang berkelanjutan dan mampu memberikan manfaat ekonomi serta sosial bagi masyarakat setempat
