Abstract

Character education is a process of personality formation, ways of thinking and human behavior which will later become a moral foundation in social life. This is why the goals of education at all levels are closely related to the formation of students' character. The application of character education, especially at the elementary school level, is to form and develop potential in students so that they can have values and character both in terms of culture and nation. This research aims to; (1) describe the school's efforts in implementing the GSM (Quran School Movement) activities; (2) to describe the school's efforts in implementing the Kepusa Got Talent activities; (3) to describe the school's efforts in implementing the Kepusa Berhias activities; (4) to describe the overall results of the SMART program. Abstract

Abstract : The use of digital information has become something that must be done by all groups and including educational institutions in carrying out various activities. One of the things that should use digital technology is archiving activities at school. Digital archives are an important activity for schools in storing archives that are still used by schools. Diarsy is an application from the development of Microsoft Excel which aims to make it easier for archivists to handle archives at SDN Merjosari 4 Malang, especially in handling incoming and outgoing letters so that they are more organized, effective and efficient so that the search for letters is faster. This research method uses a qualitative research type of research and development. Researchers collected this information using literature studies, interviews, observations, and direct documentation at SDN Merjosari 4 Malang.Abstrak : Penggunaan informasi digital telah menjadi hal yang wajib dilakukan oleh semua kalangan dan termasuk lembaga pendidikan dalam melakukan berbagai kegiatan. Salah satu hal yang sebaiknya menggunakan teknologi digital yaitu kegiatan pengarsipan di sekolah. Arsip digital merupakan kegiatan yang penting bagi sekolah dalam menyimpan arsip-arsip yang masih digunakan oleh sekolah. Diarsy adalah aplikasi dari pengembangan Microsoft Excel yang bertujuan untuk memudahkan arsiparis dalam menangani arsip-arsip yang ada di SDN Merjosari 4 Malang terutama dalam penanganan surat masuk dan surat keluar agar lebih tertata rapi, efektif, dan efisien sehingga pencarian surat lebih cepat. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif jenis penelitian dan pengembangan. Peneliti mengumpulkan informasi ini menggunakan studi literatur, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi langsung ke SDN Merjosari 4 Malang.

Abstract

Schools play a crucial role in achieving quality education per national standards. Classrooms include physical aspects like aesthetics, seating arrangements, and lighting. Comfortable seating enhances learning, increases motivation, and boosts student achievements. Proper management of facilities, such as school benches, is essential for effective learning. Peer interaction also influences learning enthusiasm. Supportive friends boost motivation, while poorly behaved peers can diminish it. This descriptive quantitative study targets high school students in public schools across Malang City. Primary data was collected via Google Forms questionnaires. Stratified random sampling, using the Slovin formula at a 10% error rate, resulted in a sample of 100 respondents from a population of 10,884 students. Data analysis utilized multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS 24 for Windows, incorporating classical assumption tests, t-tests, F-tests, and R² tests. Abstract

Currently para Teachers are faced with generation Z students whose characteristics tend to be more open to new things, interactive communication with fast feedback, liking global issue themes, and having the ease of accessing thousands of information sources from the internet. By integrating application technology, it is hoped that the learning and assessment process will be more effective and enjoyable. However, on the other hand, the digital-based learning process has not been fully implemented. These challenges stem from teachers' lack of skills in using technological tools, technological infrastructure in schools is not evenly distributed, the condition of students who do not have adequate technological tools, and school culture is still not open to the importance of integrating technology in learning. The research aims mdescribe the application of the TPACK (Technological Pedagogical Content and Knowledge) approach in curriculum and learning management, identify factors that influence the application of the TPACK approach, and evaluate the relationship between TPACK and relevant contextual factors. This research uses the SLR (Systematic Literature Review) qualitative approach method which uses literature studies as the basis for data collection, and begins with gap analysis using the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analyses) method. The research results show that the application of the TPACK approach in learning has a significant influence on the successful implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. However, there are still several obstacles such as the lack of adequate training for teachers, limited technological infrastructure, the condition of school culture and the readiness of the devices that students have at home.

Abstract

Desa Ampelan merupakan desa yang berada di Kecamatan Wringin Kabupaten Bondowoso. Terdapat balita stunting di Kabupaten Bondowoso sebanyak 3.837 orang pada tahun 202. Salah satu upaya menurunkan angka stunting terutama di Desa Ampelan Kecamatan Wringin adalah dengan Program Kosabangsa 2024 yang merupakan program DRTPM Kemdikbudristek, melibatkan institusi: Universitas Negeri Malang dan Universitas Bondowoso dengan 2 mitra sasaran (1) Gapoktan Cahaya Tani dengan permasalahan prioritas (a) produksi kunyit; (b) penguatan kelembagaan (2) Forum Anak Desa (FAD) dengan permasalahan prioritas: (a) sosial kemasyarakatan; (b) penguatan kelembagaan. Tujuan kegiatan: (1) meningkatkan pendapatan Gapoktan; (2) meningkatkan kekuatan kelembagaan Gapoktan dan FAD; (3) meningkatkan kemampuan dan ketrampilan pencegahan stunting bagi FAD. Metode Pelaksanaan: (1) Metode pendampingan oleh Tim Pendamping kepada Tim Pelaksana. (2) Metode Pendampingan bersama Tim Pendamping dan Tim Pelaksana kepada mitra. Hasil pertama: sosialisasi, pengenalan, pelatihan, dan pendampingan serta evaluasi kegiatan mentransfer teknologi inovasi berupa: (1) Virtual Game Education “Healthy Hero”, (2) mesin penggiling kunyit tertintegrasi IoT, (3) Mesin Destilasi Minyak Atsiri berbahan baku kunyit; Kedua: Workshop penguatan kelembagaan. Output dan outcome berupa: (1) tercapainya penyelesaian permasalahan pada Gapoktan Cahaya Tani dan FAD Ampelan; (2) meningkatnya level keberdayaan mitra: (a) meningkatnya iptek dan ketrampilan (b) meningkatnya kualitas SDM; (c) meningkatnya kerjasama organisasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan pembelajaran kepala sekolah terhadap organisasi teachers silince (OTS) di sekolah dasar Kota Malang. Dalam lingkup ini, metode yang digunakan yakni penelitian kuantitaif, yangmana dalam pengumpulan data disini menggunakan angket kuesioner. Sampel yang digunakan yakni 80 guru sebagai responden penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil hipotesis kepemimpinan pembelajaran terhadap OTS memperoleh nilai original sample sebesar 0,501 kemudian t statistik sebesar 7,930 dan signifikan dengan nilai P-Values 0,000. Artinya kepemimpinan pembelajaran dan OTS memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan dengan kontribusi sebesar 50,1%. Disimpulkan dari hasil tersebut, jika kepemimpinan pembelajaran kepala sekolah ditingkatkan dalam mendeteksi OTS maka secara tidak langsung akan menciptakan lingkungan yang sehat, nyaman dan memotivasi guru menjalankan tugas di sekolah.Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Pembelajaran, Organization Teachers Silince.

Abstract

Besides managerial responsibilities, principals are obliged to assist teachers in training and improving their teaching performance. Supervision is the teacher training efforts so that the implementation of their professional duties runs well and provides an increase in student learning achievement. This research was conducted at the Mardi Wiyata school in East Java. Research used quantitative descriptive methods, with a sample size 91 teachers, calculations using PLS SEM, outer model testing (validity and reliability) and inner model testing. Results is a direct influence of supervision on teacher performance 42.3%; supervision of school climate 47.8%; The influence of school climate on teacher performance 49.5%, and the indirect influence of supervision on performance which is moderated by school climate 23.7%. Conclusion the supervision contributes to improving teacher performance which is influenced by school climate to support the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

In the unpredictable digital age, it is imperative to guarantee the availability and use of learning facilities to maximize the success of hybrid-based learning, particularly for schools located in remote places. This research aims to find in-depth information about the management of learning facilities in assisting remote areas hybrid-based learning success. This study used a qualitative approach and a case study design. While in-depth interview and documentation studies were used in data collection, the study was conducted in three schools in remote areas with participants in this study including principals, teachers, students, and parents. The data obtained were also checked for credibility and data validity. The findings showed that the learning facilities management (LFM) in encouraging the successful application of hybrid learning in schools located in remote areas, showed the adequacy of the management of adequate facilities, but not on the management of facilities at home with some specificities found. This limitation is caused by economic and geographical factors, where many families in remote areas cannot afford the necessary learning devices or do not have stable internet access. This study has contributed to the literature on management of learning facilities in the post-pandemic period which can form the basis for further research in related fields.

Abstract

Laboratory management is crucial in improving the quality of chemistry learning in senior high schools. However, there has been limited research on the managerial competence of chemistry teachers in managing laboratories. This study aims to analyze the managerial competence of high school chemistry teachers in laboratory management. The study used a survey method with non-probability sampling and involved 99 high school chemistry teachers from 476 high schools in West Kalimantan Province. The results showed that the average managerial competence of these teachers was only 16.26%. Further analysis revealed that teachers' competencies in planning (19.19%), organizing (2.53%), implementing (28.08%), controlling (22.89%), and evaluating (7.32%) were significantly lacking. The findings highlight the need to improve the managerial competencies of chemistry teachers in this region. This study provides a foundation for developing a chemistry laboratory management model to enhance these competencies, contributing to better implementation of experiments and improved quality of chemistry learning in high schools.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to explore in greater detail how the role of school administrative staff contributes to efforts aimed at enhancing the overall quality of education, particularly in the context of the digital era. This article delves into various aspects, including the specific functions and responsibilities of administrative staff, the standards and quality of school administrative services, the ways in which administrative personnel can positively influence the improvement of school quality, and how they navigate and address the unique challenges presented by the digital age. The article is structured using a comprehensive literature review, which draws on a variety of sources such as academic books, peer-reviewed journals, past research studies, and other relevant materials that shed light on the essential functions provided by school administrative staff. After collecting the necessary references, the materials were thoroughly analyzed and synthesized to develop the discussion presented in the article. Ultimately, the article concludes that school administrative staff play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective implementation of school programs. The quality of educational administrative services is key to the smooth functioning of a school, requiring careful planning, precise execution, and thorough administration. Through their work, administrative staff contribute significantly to the improvement of educational quality, enabling a more seamless educational process and positively impacting overall school performance.
