This study aims to analyze the effect of self-control and peers on student learning motivation in Financial Management courses in the Office Administration Education Study Program, State University of Jakarta. This research is motivated by the high dropout rate in Indonesia, which shows that learning motivation is an important factor in achieving academic success. The method used is quantitative with data analysis using the t test and F test to test the hypothesis. The results showed that self-control had no significant effect on learning motivation, with a t value of 1.455 and a significance of 0.170. In contrast, peer influence proved significant, with t count 2.640 and significance <0.001. The F test also showed that both variables simultaneously had a significant effect on learning motivation, with a calculated F value of 5.306 and significance below 0.05. The findings confirm the importance of social support from peers in increasing students' learning motivation, while self-control needs to be strengthened to support better academic achievement. This study provides recommendations for students to choose a positive social environment and for lecturers to create a learning atmosphere that supports interaction between students

Consumer behavior is a common phenomenon in urban communities, including among female students. This behavior is characterized by excessive purchases of goods without considering rational needs. One of the main factors influencing consumer behavior is social conformity, especially peer pressure. Female students often follow a consumer lifestyle to gain recognition from their social group. In addition, external factors such as culture, social class, family influence, and situations also play a role in shaping consumer behavior. This study aims to examine the relationship between conformity and consumer behavior in female students in Jakarta, by exploring the role of various social factors, including family influence. This study is expected to provide deeper insight into the social dynamics that influence consumer behavior and become the basis for more effective interventions in reducing consumer behavior in this age group.

This research is motivated by the importance of the role of technology in education, especially the use of artificial intelligence (AI) and interactive learning tools such as Quizizz to increase students' interest in learning. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of the use of artificial intelligence and Quizizz on students' interest in the Digital Educational Technology course. The research method used is a quantitative approach using a survey method by distributing questionnaires to students of the Jakarta State University Office Administration Training Program in 2022 as the population in this study, with a sample of 50 respondents combined between class A and class B, and analyzed with the help of IBM SPSS Statistic 25 to obtain test results. The results of the study show that the use of AI provides a more personal and effective learning experience, while the Quizizz media creates an interesting learning environment through gamification elements. The combination of these two factors has been shown to have a significant positive impact on increasing students' interest in learning, as evidenced by the high level of student engagement and motivation in the learning process. The findings of this study provide insight for educators to develop innovative technology-based teaching strategies and also encourage educational institutions to use modern technology to improve the quality of education in the digital era.

This study examines the effects of information technology and employee performance on administrative skills at PDAM, which is crucial for providing aviation services that are affordable for the general public. According to the theory put forth by the ahli, information technology plays a crucial role in increasing administrative efficiency and effectiveness by improving data access, managing knowledge effectively, and facilitating communication. Using both quantitative and qualitative methods, data was collected from observers, questionnaires, and wawancara regarding 41 PDAM employees. The study's findings indicate that the kuesioner instrument has high validity and reliability (nilai above 0.70), indicating consistency in assessing administrative, technological, and instructional errors. The results of the regression analysis indicate that there is a significant positive correlation between technological use and administrative proficiency. This highlights the need of ongoing technological training in enhancing employee competency and productivity.

This research examines the impact of utilizing Quizizz and learning facilities on the academic performance of students majoring in Office Administration Education at the State University of Jakarta. The study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive method. The population consists of all students in the Faculty of Economics at the State University of Jakarta. A purposive sampling technique was used to select a sample of 40 students from the Office Administration Education Study Program, class of 2022, at the State University of Jakarta. Data was gathered through a questionnaire utilizing a 4-point Likert scale and analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques, validity tests, reliability tests, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study indicate that the use of Quizizz and learning facilities have a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes.

Academic workload is a responsibility in education that must be completed by individuals, while social support is assistance that helps fulfill emotional, physical, and social needs. Academic burnout is the physical, emotional, and mental exhaustion caused by excessive academic pressure over a prolonged period. This study aims to identify the influence of academic workload and social support on burnout among Office Administration Education students at the State University of Jakarta. The analysis results show that academic workload has a significant influence on burnout (coefficient 0.653), while social support is not significant (value 0.125). An R-Square of 83.3% indicates that both variables explain 83.3% of burnout variations, with the remaining influenced by other factors such as economic conditions and intrinsic motivation.

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership, supervision system, and employee commitment on the quality of office administration services at PDAM Kota Bekasi. Effective administration services are an important factor in improving customer satisfaction and corporate image, especially in the public sector such as PDAM which is responsible for providing clean water services. This study uses a qualitative approach to explore the opinions and experiences of employees and PDAM management related to these variables. The results of the study are expected to provide a deep understanding of how transformational leadership, effective supervision systems, and employee commitment can interact with each other in creating high-quality services. These findings are also expected to help PDAM management in designing strategies to improve office administration services and provide a basis for policy makers in public sector management. This study provides benefits for PDAM management, employees, service users, and public policy makers by offering practical and theoretical insights to improve service quality.

Public relations is a communication activity between a company, agency or organization and the public. Therefore, public relations plays an important role for an organization to establish good relations with the public. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, namely by analyzing behavior or actions that occur narratively. The data sources in this research use primary and secondary sources. Primary data is data obtained from observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, secondary data is data obtained from research journals, books and research articles. The sampling technique in this research used a purposive sampling technique. The purposive sampling technique is a sampling technique that takes information from an informant who has the potential to know the data needed in the research. The aim of this research is to understand the role of public relations in depth at PT. Prima Mitra Elektrindo. The results of this research indicate that the role of public relations at PT. Prima Mitra Elektrindo has done this optimally.

This study analyzes the impact of collaborative learning approaches on students' social skills through a literature review method. The research is grounded in the importance of social skills for students' future social and professional lives, encompassing communication, teamwork, and empathy. Collaborative learning, supported by Vygotsky's Zone of Proximal Development theory and Bandura's social learning theory, emphasizes social interaction in education. The findings reveal that collaborative learning significantly enhances students' social skills, including communication, teamwork, and critical thinking, through models like the Teams Games Tournament (TGT). However, challenges such as unequal student participation and complex group dynamics remain obstacles to be addressed. These findings provide critical implications for educators in designing effective learning strategies and emphasize the necessity of teacher training to manage collaborative learning successfully across different educational levels.

Learning discipline is a crucial component that helps students meet their learning objectives, particularly when it comes to honing their critical thinking abilities. The purpose of this study is to examine how learning discipline affects Jakartan high school and vocational high school students' critical thinking abilities. A quantitative approach using a descriptive associative design is the study methodology employed. The sampling procedure was carried out unintentionally mixed with non-probability methods. A Likert scale questionnaire with 40 students as respondents was used to collect the data. The findings demonstrated that, partially and concurrently, studying discipline has a favorable and considerable impact on students' critical thinking abilities. With a t count of 6.176 and a F significance value of 0.000, the positive correlation value is 0.708. According to the analysis of the coefficient of determination (R-Square), learning discipline has a 50.1% impact on critical thinking abilities, with other factors influencing the remaining percentage.
