Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program at PT Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia (Persero), by highlighting the activities undertaken, the impact on society, and the challenges faced. A qualitative-descriptive approach was used through a case study, involving interviews with CSR employees, observation, documentation, and data analysis. The results show that PT BKI's CSR programs include community development, education, health, and environmental preservation, which significantly improve the company's image and provide positive benefits to the community. However, implementation faces obstacles such as budget limitations and changes in regulations. The findings provide guidance for other companies to design effective and sustainable CSR programs by involving stakeholders at all stages of implementation. Keywords: corporate social responsibility (CSR); implementation; impact; challenges   Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi Program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) di PT Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia (Persero), dengan menyoroti kegiatan yang dilakukan, dampaknya terhadap masyarakat, dan tantangan yang dihadapi. Pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif digunakan melalui studi kasus, melibatkan wawancara dengan karyawan TJSL, observasi, dokumentasi, dan analisis data. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa program CSR PT BKI meliputi pengembangan masyarakat, pendidikan, kesehatan, serta pelestarian lingkungan, yang secara signifikan meningkatkan citra perusahaan dan memberikan manfaat positif bagi komunitas. Meski demikian, implementasi menghadapi kendala seperti keterbatasan anggaran dan perubahan regulasi. Temuan ini memberikan panduan bagi perusahaan lain untuk merancang program CSR yang efektif dan berkelanjutan dengan melibatkan pemangku kepentingan di semua tahap implementasi.

Abstract

Fitria Nur Aini, 1709620090, Pengaruh Efikasi Diri dan Kebiasaan Belajar terdap Prokrastinasi Akademik pada Siswa SMK Negeri 31 Jakarta, Jakarta; Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 2025. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh antara efikasi diri, kebiasaan belajar, dan prokrastinasi belajar pada siswa. Waktu penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli sampai bulan November 2023 di SMK Negeri 31 Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dan melakukan analisis data dengan menggunakan metode statis dan pemodelan sistematik. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI semua jurusan di SMK Negeri 31 Jakarta. Jumlah sampel 200 dari populasi sebanyak 218. Analisis yang digunakan untuk mengolah data menggunakan angket atau kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Probability Sampling, dengan teknik Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Dengan hasil hipotesis, H1 terdapat pengaruh signifikan efikasi diri terhadap kebiasaan belajar diterima H2 terdapat pengaruh signifikan kebiasaan belajar terhadap prokrastinasi akademik diterima H3 terdapat pengaruh signifikan efikasi diri terhadap prokrastinasi akademik diterima. Untuk peneliti selanjutnya, gunakan lah metode, instrumen, indikator yang berbeda supaya dapat menentukan perbandingan dalam penelitian. The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of self-efficacy, study habits, and learning procrastination in students. The research was carried out from July to November 2023 at SMK Negeri 31 Jakarta. The research method used in this research is a quantitative approach and carries out data analysis using static methods and systematic modeling. The population of this study were all class XI students in all majors at SMK Negeri 31 Jakarta. The number of samples is 200 from a population of 218. The analysis used to process the data uses questionnaires. The sampling technique uses Probability Sampling, with the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. With the hypothesis results, H1 there is a significant influence of self-efficacy on accepted study habits. H2 there is a significant influence of accepted study habits on academic procrastination. H3 there is a significant influence of self-efficacy on accepted academic procrastination. For future researchers, use different methods, instruments, indicators so that they can determine comparisons in research.

Abstract

Abstract. In the rapidly evolving era of information technology, digital records management is crucial for enhancing the efficiency of tax service tasks. This study thoroughly analyzes the existing digital archive system, emphasizing key aspects such as creation, storage, access, and management of digital records. Results reveal the potential of the digital archive system in the Tax Service Office Pratama Jakarta Pulogadung to boost records management efficiency and streamline information access. However, identified barriers include a limited understanding of the technology's full benefits and challenges in adapting to changes in work culture and traditional data management processes. These findings underscore the need for efforts to increase awareness and understanding of the benefits of effective digital records management. Furthermore, strategic development, focusing on training, cultural change, and technology integration, is crucial for optimizing digital archive systems. This research enhances our comprehension of the digital archiving system's role in improving the performance and efficiency of the Service Section of the Tax Service Office Pratama Jakarta Pulogadung, offering insights for future improvements in tax-related tasks.

Abstract

The development of technology in the digital era is currently so rapid that all kinds of human activities are very dependent on technological advances. Digitalization has penetrated all sectors of modern human life, including data archiving activities. Archives are very important for an organization or government if the archives are managed properly and correctly. Because the completeness of data and information is very dependent on the filing system. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of implementing digital archives for storing digital documents. This type of research uses a qualitative approach. This qualitative research seeks to explore and understand different truths by different people. In a qualitative approach, one type of approach that is often used is the case study approach. The data analysis technique used is an interactive model data analysis technique. The results of this study explain the effects of implementing digital archives for storing digital documents.

Abstract

This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, namely by describing and analyzing the problems found. Qualitative research is based on primary data and secondary data. Primary data in this research was obtained by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation, while secondary data was obtained through books, previous research, and articles related to research. The aim of this research is to determine the performance at PT XYZ which includes performance factors, obstacles and solutions in building good performance. From the results of this research, it can be seen that employee performance at PT XYZ tends to decline due to lack of enthusiasm and work motivation. However, overall work implementation continues to be carried out well in accordance with applicable regulations and SOPs. Employee performance at PT XYZ is good, especially in the human capital division. The performance of employees in the human capital division is relatively good. This can be seen from the achievements of the Human Capital team which has succeeded in increasing sales of the company's products, as well as introducing these products to the general public. The high quality of work and dedication of the Human Capital team has helped the company achieve success in this regard.

Abstract

This research has the objective of analyzing the relationship between the work environment, work culture and workload related to employee performance in an agency or company. This research uses quantitative methods through descriptive analysis, as well as online data collection using the Microsoft Forms Platform with a Likert scale of 1 to 5 with the Purposive Sampling method, there are 57 respondents with the age criteria 18-30 and currently working. Processed using the SmartPLS 4.0.9.2 application program. with Structural Eqution Modeling (SEM). The results showed that, the work environment is influential in supporting or improving the performance of its employees for the better and can produce quality work done by its employees. The work environment can be maximized when a company can implement or create a conducive, collaborative environment, and pay attention to all aspects such as the physical and psychological of its employees. Such factors as sufficient facilities, social support, and job security can increase employee performance productivity. Organizational work culture also plays an important role in shaping employee performance. Organizations with a culture that encourages innovation, collaboration, and employee motivation have better performance. Conversely, a work culture that does not support employees can hinder employee performance. Workload in accordance with individual capacity also affects employee performance. Too high a workload can lead to excessive stress and fatigue, which negatively impacts productivity. Therefore, wise management in determining workload is essential. From this study, it can be concluded that a good work environment, positive work culture, and workload adjustment can significantly improve employee performance. A company or an agency needs to pay attention to these factors to achieve optimal productivity and job satisfaction in the midst of intense competition between agencies.

Abstract

Employee performance is the result of quality and quantity standards set by the organization. Employee performance will influence the success of an organization, so employee performance has a close relationship with performance appraisal. Performance appraisal or what can also be called performance evaluation, is an organization's effort to assess the achievements of its employees for the purpose of increasing their productivity. However, sometimes companies still make poor assessments so that their goals are not achieved. This results in a decline in company targets. Performance appraisal does not only look at the results of the work that employees do, but can also be seen from how the employee completes his work. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach through case studies, namely by analyzing existing problems. This qualitative research uses primary data and secondary data. The primary data for this research was obtained through observation, interviews and documentation, while the secondary data was obtained through previous research. The population in this study were employees of CV Awing Citra Abadi Teknik with a total of 20 employees. The purpose of this research is to determine the implementation of employee performance appraisals at CV Awing Citra Abadi Teknik which includes procedures for implementing employee performance appraisals, efforts to encourage the implementation of employee performance appraisals, and employee performance appraisal procedures.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of communication competence, organizational culture, and professionalism of public relations officers on the quality of public service in the era of artificial intelligence. The study employs a quantitative method through descriptive analysis, and data collection is conducted online by distributing questionnaires using the Microsoft Forms platform with a Likert scale ranging from 1 to 5. Purposive Sampling is used as the sampling technique, and a total of 100 respondents aged 17-30 who have undergone internship or are currently employed were obtained. The data is processed using the SmartPLS application program with SEM. The research findings indicate that communication competence has a significant impact on the quality of public service. When someone chooses words carefully and treats others with courtesy, it can build trust, respect, and comfort in social interactions. Organizational culture also plays a crucial role in the quality of public service by fostering trust, mutual respect, and cooperation among employees. The study concludes that the professionalism of PROs influences the quality of public service. If the professionalism of PROs improves, the level of service quality will be high, and conversely, if it decreases, the level of service quality will also decline..

Abstract

The main problem discussed is the Evaluation Analysis of the Security System at the Bank Indonesia Museum based on the standards set by the International Council of Museums (ICOM) and the Indonesian Museum Handbook. This research uses a descriptive evaluative method with a qualitative approach, namely analyzing and assessing museum security. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of observation, interviews, documentation, and reviewing literature studies. The theory used is the museum security system and evaluation of the implementation of museum security. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it has been found that there are advantages and disadvantages in the security system of the Bank Indonesia Museum, including the advantage that the Bank Indonesia Museum has minimal threat of theft because there are guards in each collection, and most of the security systems meet standards. security supporting infrastructure, namely that there are still deficiencies in human resources and in terms of technology that can threaten building security.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) is a productive team that works as the driving force of an organization, both in institutions and companies. They are a valuable asset, so they must be trained and developed. Human resources include providing training, recruitment, and employee career development. Employee career development is the process of identifying employee career capabilities and applying the right model to attain them. Career development will affect the performance of an employee because career development is a formal approach taken by the company to ensure employees in the company with suitable qualifications, abilities, and experience when needed. Employee career development refers to a company's efforts to guide, train, and develop employees for the progress of a company. Examples of employee career development include rewarding employees with performance improvement training and employee transfers. Over time, some employees' performance development can help, support, and facilitate the smooth running of organizational or business activities.
