Abstract

Pasien DFU sering menghadapi masalah psikologis akibat kehilangan anggota tubuh pasca menjalani amputasi, pasien melaporkan merasa depresi, frustrasi, dan merasa tidak berdaya saat mereka berusaha untuk sembuh pasca amputasi yang berdampak pada kesejahteraan hidup pasien. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah tujuh orang yang merupakan pasien DFU yang telah menjalani amputasi di 3 rumah sakit di Kota Padang yaitu RSUP M. Djamil Padang, RSI Ibnu Sina, dan RST Reksodiwiryo, dan salah satu Pusat Perawatan Luka dan Stoma Padang. Hasil analisis data menghasilkan tiga tema, yaitu dampak emosional, gangguan citra tubuh dan harga diri rendah, dan adaptasi diri terhadap kehilangan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa amputasi ekstremitas bawah memberikan dampak  psikologis yang berkaitan dengan perubahan yang terjadi setelah amputasi. Partisipan menggambarkan hal tersebut dengan mengungkapkan kesedihan, perasaan cemas, takut, marah, penyesalan, harga diri rendah, gangguan citra tubuh dan kaget dengan kondisi mereka pasca amputasi, sehingga berdampak pada penurunan kesejahteraan hidup partisipan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competition, sales system and consumer tastes to sales volume of Yamaha ALL NEW NMAX 155 VVA brand motorcycle at PT Thamrin Brothers in Baturaja city. This research is a descriptive study and using accidental sampling with a sample size of 87 respondents. Using multiple regression analysis techniques and to test the research hypothesis used, the F-test and t test. From the calculation results, it is found that; 1) The coefficient value of Competition (X1) is (0,686), 2) The coefficient of Sales System (X2) is (0,203), 3) The coefficient of Consumer Tastes (X3) is (0,084), this means Competition, Sales System and Consumer Tastes affect the Sales Volume by customers. From the results of the t test hypothesis, the following results are obtained; 1) The value of t count of Competition (X1) (7,712) > t tabel (1,988) means that there is an influence of Competition on Sales Volume, 2) The value of t count of Sales System (X2) is (2,274) > t tabel (1,988) means that there is an the effect of Sales System on Sales Volume, 3) The value of t count of Consumer Tastes (X3) is (0,788) < t table (1,988) which means that there is no effect of Consumer Tastes of Sales Volume. Meanwhile, from the results of the hypothesis test, it is found that the value of Fcount (356,275) > F table (3,96), this means that the variables of Competition, Sales System and Consumer Tastes together have a significant effect on sales volume of Yamaha ALL NEW NMAX 155 VVA brand motorcycle at PT Thamrin Brothers in Baturaja city.

Abstract

Currently there has been an increase in the incidence of NCDs on teenager. One of the efforts to respond to the increasing prevalence of NCDs is to develop and strengthen active early detection activities (screening). Early detection of NCDs is a way to determine the presence of NCD risk factors. Early detection is useful for finding early on the possibility that someone may have NCDs or have risk factors. Screening was conducted on 98 High School students. The screening results showed that 77 students (78.57%) did not exercise regularly, 62 students (63.27%) had the habit of sleeping late, 26 students (26.53%) had overweight, and 18 students (18.73%) had pre-hypertension. These results indicate a risk of NCDs in students. The early known risk factors for NCDs in the prevention and control can be carried out as early as possible. Therefore, screening, or early detection needs to be held in schools in collaboration with local health care facilities.

Abstract

Pengetahuan tentang penggunaan injeksi insulin pada pasien diabetes mellitus (DM) sangat penting untuk memastikan bahwa terapi insulin yang diberikan dapat berjalan dengan efektif. Karena terpai insulin memerlukan injeksi yang sering, pasien DM perlu memiliki pemahaman yang baik tentang cara menggunakannya untuk memaksimalkan manfaat terapi dan meminimalkan risiko efek samping. Riset tentang penggunaan media berbasis video untuk mengedukasi pasien terkait injeksi pena insulin sudah banyak dilakukan. Namun, masih kurangnya tinjauan literature yang mengevaluasi bagaimana efektifitas media ini dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pasien diabetes mellitus terkait penggunaan injeksi pena insulin. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah systematic review dengan mengidentifikasi artikel jurnal yang diterbitkan secara online yang terdiri dari bahasa Inggris antara tahun 2018-2021. Enam jurnal dipilih berdasarkan kriteria inklusi yang diambil melalui search engine PubMed, ScieceDirect, dan JSTOR. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media berbasis video dapat menjadi alternatif yang efektif dalam memberikan edukasi tentang penggunaan insulin pada pasien diabetes melitus dan dapat membantu meningkatkan hasil terapi insulin secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

This research is entitled Effect of business location and creativity on the success of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) tailoring clothes in East Baturaja. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of business location and creativity on the success of clothing tailoring micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in East Baturaja sub-district. The research method used is descriptive research method. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the multiple linear regression equation is Y = 2.921 + 0.177X1 + 0.610X2 The tcount value of the business location variable (X1) is 0.811 and ttable is 2.0639 where tcount < ttable (0.811<2.0639), then H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected, meaning that there is no effect of business location on the success of the tailoring business in Baturaja Timur. And the tcount value of the creativity variable (X2) is 1.971 and t table is 2.0639 where tcount < ttable (1.97 <2.0639), then H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected, meaning that there is no effect of price on the success of the tailoring business in BaturajaTimur . The Fcount value is 3.837 and the Ftable value is 3.40. So Fcount > Ftable where 3.837 > 3.40 then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is influence between business location (X1) and creativity (X2) together on the variable success of the tailoring business in East Baturaja

Abstract

The meaning of life is the meaning of every event that occurs both pleasant and painful. Meaning of life of each individual is very unique and different from each other. The meaning of life questionnaire (MLQ) is a questionnaire measuring the meaning of life developed by Steger by deviding into two sub items present and search each consisting of five questions. The purpose of this article is to perform the validity and reliability of the meaning in life questionnaires (MLQ) Indonesian version. The respondents of this study are 50 persons men who have sex with men seropositive HIV in NGOs Saiyo Sakato Bukit Tinggi and NGOs Teratak Jiwa Hati West Sumatera. Validity and reliability testing is done by reliability scale analysis technique. The question item validity is seen from the magnitude of r-table value with r-count and reliability seen through Cronbach's alpha coefficiency. The results of this study show the meaning in life questionnaire (MLQ) in the context of Indonesian all items of valid and reliable.

Abstract

Abstrak: Remaja merupakan individu yang rentan terhadap masalah kesehatan mental. Masalah kesehatan mental yang tidak ditangani dapat berdampak pada kinerja akademik yang buruk dan menyebabkan putus sekolah. Oleh karena itu, masalah kesehatan jiwa remaja harus diperhatikan dan diatasi sedini mungkin. Peran guru Bimbingan Konseling (BK) di sekolah sangat vital dalam pencegahan masalah kesehatan jiwa pada siswa. Kegiatan ini bertujuan memberikan sosialisasi untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan guru BK dalam menangani masalah kesehatan mental siswa di sekolah. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh lima orang guru BK di SMA Kota Padang. Kegiatan yang dilakukan meliputi mengukur pengetahuan guru BK tentang masalah kesehatan mental siswa (pretest), brainstorming pengalaman guru BK dalam menghadapi masalah siswa di sekolah, memberikan edukasi, dan mengukur pengetahuan kedua (post-test). Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya perbedaan rerata pengetahuan guru BK yang signifikan antara pretest dan post-test (p = 0,035). Perbedaan rata-rata pengetahuan guru BK antara pretest dan posttest adalah -1,60, artinya terjadi peningkatan rata-rata skor pengetahuan guru BK sebesar 1,60 setelah mengikuti kegiatan sosialisasi.Abstract: Adolescents are individuals who are prone to mental health problems. Mental health problems that are left untreated can impact poor academic performance and lead to dropping out of school. Therefore, adolescent mental health problems must be considered and addressed as early as possible. The role of Counseling Guidance teachers in schools is vital in preventing mental health problems in students. This activity aims to increase the knowledge of counseling teachers in handling students' mental health problems at school. These activity was attended by five counseling teachers at Padang City High School. The activities included measuring the counseling teacher's knowledge regarding students' mental health problems (pretest), brainstorming the counseling teacher's experience in dealing with student problems at school, providing education, and measuring the second knowledge (post-test). These activity results showed a significant mean difference in the counseling teachers' knowledge between the pretest and post-test (p = 0.035). The mean difference in counseling teachers' knowledge between the pretest and post-test was -1.60, meaning that there was an increase in the mean scores counseling teachers' knowledge score of 1.60 after participating in socialization activities.

Abstract

Pengobatan pasien gagal ginjal kronis yang mengikuti program hemodialisis menjadi masalah utama terhadap pembatasan cairan tetap menjadi masalah utama. Keterbatasan cairan yang tidak stabil dapat memicu keadaan berbahaya. Semangat pasien untuk menjalankan pembatasan cairan akan lebih meningkat dengan partisipasi keluarga yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendampingan keluarga terhadap manajemen cairan pada pasien hemodialisa di RSUD Raden Mattaher Kota Jambi. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan one group pre test-post test. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling sebanyak 42 responden. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 2 minggu yang terdiri dari dua tahap yaitu fase pra intervensi pada minggu pertama dengan melakukan pelatihan pendampingan sebanyak dua sesi dan fase intervensi pada minggu kedua. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan lembar ceklist tindakan pendampingan keluarga dan lembar observasi IDWG. Rata-rata skor IDWG pasien sebelum dan sesudah diberikan pendampingan adalah 3,89 dan 2,25. Terdapat pengaruh pendampingan keluarga terhadap manajemen cairan pasien hemodialisa dengan nilai  p < 0,05 (p = 0,000) menggunakan uji paired sample t test. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pendampingan keluarga memiliki pengaruh terhadap IDWG pasien yang menjalani hemodialisa. Diharapkan perawat dapat melibatkan keluarga pasien hemodialisa untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan pasien dalam melakukan pembatasan asupan cairan.

Abstract

Earthquake is a natural disaster that can occur suddenly and cause damage and loss of life. Therefore, it is important to have disaster preparedness to reduce the impact, especially on vulnerable groups such as the elderly. Therefore, a disaster education program is directed at increasing the elderly's perception of earthquake preparedness. This activity involved providing educational materials and simulations to 15 elderly people for one day. After the training, interviews were conducted to evaluate their perceptions regarding knowledge and attitudes towards disaster preparedness. Data were obtained through semi-structured interviews with 5 elderly people involved in the program. The results of the interviews revealed that the knowledge of the elderly about earthquakes still needs to be improved. Even so, most of them were able to demonstrate their ability to prepare disaster preparedness bags. However, there is potential to further enhance their knowledge and skills. This includes an understanding of the contents of a disaster preparedness bag, the actions to be taken during an earthquake, and their role in educating the community about disaster mitigation. It is hoped that this kind of program will have a long-term impact by increasing the understanding and awareness of the elderly on earthquake preparedness. Through an educational approach and their active involvement in simulation exercises, the elderly can become agents of change in improving disaster preparedness in the community.
