Abstract

Perilaku konsumtif didefinisikan sebagai suatu tindakan individu dalam melakukan pembelian yang tidak terkendali dengan mengutamakan faktor emosional daripada rasional. Individu yang melakukan perilaku konsumtif terhadap suatu produk memiliki pandangan bahwa produk-produk tersebut dapat membantu individu dalam mewujudkan citra diri yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara konsep diri dengan perilaku konsumtif terhadap produk e-commerce pada generasi Z. Subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari 27 responden laki-laki dan 83 responden perempuan dengan karakteristik berusia 12-27 tahun per 2022, serta pengguna e-commerce aktif dan berdomisili di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta.Penentuan subjek penelitian menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dengan skala konsep diri dan skala perilaku konsumtif terhadap produk e-commerce. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis product moment. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh koefisien relasi = -0,321 dengan p = 0,001 (<0,05). Dari hasil perhitungan nilai determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,103 berarti bahwa variabel konsep diri memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 10,3% terhadap perilaku konsumtif terhadap produk e- commerce pada generasi Z. Hal ini menegaskan bahwa konsep diri akan membentuk perilaku konsumtif individu dalam berbelanja secara online.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between resilience and work stress among Generation Z retail employees in Surabaya. This research method is a correlational type of quantitative research whose data is in the form of quantitative data. The sampling technique used in this research was accidental sampling, with a sample size of 92 subjects determined by calculating Gpower. The scales used in this research are the work stress scale adapted from Lovibond and Lovibond with a reliability value of 0.915 and the resilience scale adapted from Connor and Davidson with a reliability value of 0.952. Data analysis used Product Moment parametric statistics with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics 23. The research results showed that there was no significant relationship between resilience and retail employee work stress, indicating that retail employee work stress was not influenced by resilience.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship between perceivedorganizational support and employee engagement at employees. Method: In thisstudy, the sample selection used purposive sampling with the criteria, hasworked for at least 3 months, so that 150 samples were obtained in this study.Result: From the data description, it is found that the results of the responses toemployee engagement show that as many as 77 or 51.3 employees have highengagement, 70 or 46.7%, and 3 or 2% have low engagement. While theperceived organizational support obtained by 24 employees or 16% have highperceived organizational support, 144 employees or 76% have moderateperceived organizational support and 12 people or 8% have low perceivedorganizational support. The results of the product moment correlation analysisshow that the correlation value (rxy) = 0.251 and p is 0.002 or less than 0.05.This shows that there is a positive relationship between perceivedorganizational support and employee engagement. Conclusion: This means thatincreasing positive perceptions about the extent to which the organizationvalues employee contributions and concerns for their welfare, the higher theirengagement. Conversely, increasing the negative perception of the extent towhich the organization values employee contributions and cares about theirwelfare, the lower the engagement applied.

Abstract

Psikologi Indigenous merupakan salah satu mata kuliah yang belum menjadi mainstream dalam studi di Indonesia. Posisi mata kuliah ini termasuk baru dalam paradigma Pendidikan dan pengajaran psikologi. Psikologi Indigenous mengarahkan untuk mendalami dan mempelajari sumber-sumber belajar dan materi belajar ilmu psikologi yang berasal dari konteks masyarakat yang dipelajari termasuk budaya dan tradisi berpikir yang berimplikasi pada perilaku dan sikap tertentu. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini ialah untuk mendapatkan pemahaman dan response dalam sistem pembelajaran melalui proses belajar mengajar di kelas. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini ialah melalui observasi dan diskusi kelompok terhadap sistem pengajaran yang diselenggarakan pada mata kuliah Psikologi Indigenous. Lokasi kegiatan dilaksanakan di kelas mata kuliah Psikologi Indigenous program studi magister psikologi semester 2.  Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa pola pengajaran dan instruksi pembelajaran tentang Psikologi Indigenous telah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pola pikir dan cara berpikir mahasiswa untuk memahami pegertian psikologi Indigenous dalam kehidupan akademik.  Langkah-langkah metodis dalam pengajaran akan memberikan pengaruh dan dampak dalam cara mahasiswa untuk membuat rumusan dan studi tentang psikologi indigenous. Kesimpulan dari studi ini menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan dalam pengembangan pembelajaran psikologi indigenous melalui kegiatan di kelas dapat terwujud dengan baik ketika materi, penugasan, dan evaluasi tetap focus diarahkan pada ruang lingkup psikologi indigenous

Abstract

Adolescents were excessively exposed to social media use especially during the covid-19 pandemic period. Social media helped individuals of the age group to express emotions through social media, ranging from writing statuses, commenting, to engaging in mutual derogatory conversations. Therefore, teenagers need to acquire information and be trained in displaying polite behavior on social media. This aligns with the spiral effect theory, which explains that when someone experiences impoliteness from others, they tend to reciprocate with impoliteness towards others as well. This impolite behavior would be an antecedent of low happiness in the millennial generation.This community service aims to provide adolescents with skills for polite behaviour on social media. The method used is online psychoeducation, with data analysis using paired-sample t-tests to measure changes before and after the education is given. The participants consist of 175 teenagers from Indonesia and Malaysia. The results of the community service indicate that psychoeducation enhances effective happiness and can reduce the culture of impoliteness among adolescents on social media. As a result, adoloscents can implement the knowledge and skills provided to become wiser in using social media.

Abstract

This exploratory study investigates the innovative design of gamified systems for mental health support, focusing on enhancing user engagement and well-being. By integrating user-centered design (UCD) principles with effective gamification elements, this research aims to develop engaging and therapeutically effective mental health interventions. Employing a mixed-methods approach, the study combines qualitative and quantitative data collection, including surveys, interviews, and user testing, to gather comprehensive insights from a diverse participant group. The findings reveal significant insights into user engagement, satisfaction, and the impact of gamification on mental health outcomes. While gamification enhances user engagement, balancing entertainment with therapeutic functionality is crucial. A comparative analysis between gamified and non-gamified app versions highlights the benefits and challenges of incorporating gamification in mental health contexts. The study concludes with practical recommendations for future research and design, emphasizing the need for continued innovation to optimize digital mental health interventions.

Abstract

Indonesia Emas 2045 is a challenge for the younger generation to contribute as a future leader. Student organizations are one of the forums for building leadership in students. This study aims to determine the moderating role of age in social support and members of student organizations’ leadership in Yogyakarta. The subjects were 223 members of student organizations, a minimum of 2 months as a member. Sampling was gathered using the convenience sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using the Human Capital Sustainability Leadership (HSCL) scale and the Social Support Scale of the Online Community. Data analysis was conducted using Jamovi statistical software. The moderation analysis results showed that age significantly affects sustainability leadership (Estimation = 0.5814, SE = 0.24265, CI = [0.1059, 1.0570], Z = 2.40, p = 0.017). The older a person is, the higher the likelihood of having highly sustainable leadership. In addition, the interaction between social support and age also proved significant in sustainability leadership (Estimation = 0.0455, SE = 0.00495, CI = [0.0358, 0.0552], Z = 9.20, p < 0.001). That is, the effect of social support on sustainability leadership differs at different levels of individual age.

Abstract

Peran data dalam penelitian menjadi bagian penting sebagai dasar analisis dan pembahasan. Namun tidak banyak bahan pembelajaran yang dilakukan mempertimbangkan data apa yang perlu dan tidak perlu, dan data seperti apa yang bisa digunakan untuk penelitian, dan apakah ada alterntif data yang perlu diperoleh untuk pembelajaran di bidang psikologi Indigenous. Tujuan riset ini untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis peran penting digital humanities dalam riset Pendidikan, sosial, dan humaniora secara khusus dalam bidang piskologi indigenous untuk peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran. Metode kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa digital humanities data memiliki peran yang penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran psikologi indigenous yang jarang digunakan dalam riset dan pembelajaran.

Abstract

ABSTRACTGeneration Z is a generation whose numbers dominate and some have entered the workforce so that it will be a new challenge for human resource management. The reason of this consider is to decide the level of work engagement in era Z. The subjects in this ponder measured to 100 era Z representatives. The subjects in this think about summed to 100 era Z workers. The examining procedure utilized was comfort inspecting. The inquire about strategy utilized is clear quantitative investigate strategy. Information collection in this think about utilized a work engagement scale that was orchestrated based on five viewpoints, to be specific vigor, devotion, retention. Tujuan dilakukan riset berikut adalah guna mengetahui tingkatan work engagement pada generasi Z. Subjek pada riset ini jumlahnya 100 orang karyawan generasi Z. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah convenience sampling. Metode riset yang digunakan yaitu metode studi kuantitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data pada riset ini menggunakan skala work engagement yang dirancang sesuai lima aspek yaitu vigor, dedication, absorption. Teknik analisis data deskriptif menggunakan perbandingan mean hipotetik dan mean empirik serta pengujian perbedaan dengan One-Way ANOVA. Hasil riset memaparkan work engagement pada generasi Z ada dalam kategori tinggi

Abstract

Background: Nowadays, higher education is increasingly challenged to improve its quality to meet global needs. One of the most concerning indicators of higher education success is the quality of the graduates. To nurture the excellent traits of the alumni, higher education institutions should facilitate the learning process that drives the students to be active in both academic and non-academic areas. Entrepreneurship characters become one important feature in higher education curricular and non-curricular programs. However, the student's enthusiasm for entrepreneurship is still limited. Thus, it is essential to measure the entrepreneurial intention and the factors such as achievement motivation and subjective well-being. Purpose: This research aims to measure the relationship between achievement motivation and subjective well-being to entrepreneurial intention and the relationship between achievement motivation and subjective well-being among higher education students in Indonesia.Method: The respondents of this research are 316 higher education students from many different areas in Indonesia. The data were collected using an online survey with purposive sampling technique. SEM-PLS is employed as the data analysis method in this research.Findings: The result of this study showed that there is a positive relationship between achievement motivation and entrepreneurial intention. Besides, this research also revealed a positive relationship between subjective wellbeing and entrepreneurial intention, and there is a relationship between achievement motivation and subjective well-being.Implication: This information gives insight into intervention for building and enhancing entrepreneurial intention among students to build their achievement and subjective well-being.
