Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Compensation and Happines at work on employee performance at PT Industri Kereta Api (Persero) Madiun. The research method used is a proportional random sampling method with a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The sample of this study consists of 67 respondents with proportional sampling selected from various departments of the company. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression to test the research hypotheses. The results of the study indicate that compensation has a positive and significantly influence on employee performance, and happiness at work has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. This research contributes to human resource management in PT Industri Kereta Api (Persero) Madiun by providing insights for designing policies that can enhance employee well-being and, in turn, improve overall organizational performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of hygiene factors, motivators on job satisfaction and employee performance of PT. PLN (Persero) Nusa Tenggara Development Main Unit (UIP). The type of research used in this study is causal associative research, namely to determine the influence of hygiene factors, motivation factors on job satisfaction and performance of PT. PLN (Persero) UIP NUSRA. The data collection method used in this study is the Census Method, because the number of population in this location is 51 people so that all populations become research respondents. The analysis technique used is path analysis. The results obtained are hygiene factors, motivators have a significant effect on job satisfaction and hygiene factors, job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance, unless motivators do not have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the factors that can influence job satisfaction. This research aims to empirically test the influence of Work-Family Conflict and Family-Work Conflict on job satisfaction. This Work-Family Conflict research uses primary and secondary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to respondents, who are ethnic Balinese female workers in the city of Praya. The population in this study were ethnic Balinese female workers who lived in the city of Praya. This research is quantitative research. The sample used was 79 people determined based on saturated sampling techniques. The sample range used in this research is ethnic Balinese female workers in the city of Praya with the criteria: female workers who are married, live with their husband, have been married for at least one year and have at least one child. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The research results show that Work-Family Conflict has a negative and insignificant effect on job satisfaction, and Family-Work Conflict has a negative and insignificant effect on job satisfaction.

Abstract

Quality education is expected to create a generation that is able to adapt to challenges. To achieve this, the development of superior human resources must begin with efforts to instill an interest in reading from an early age, both in schools and in the community, so that every individual has equal access to knowledge. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of optimizing the Community Reading Park as an effort to build a literate generation in Nyerot Village. The problem of low interest in reading in the village is a major urgency that must be prioritized by the village government so that it can be addressed immediately. Through the PMD Real Work Lecture activity in Nyerot Village in collaboration with the National Library, a work program focused on literacy was presented. The methods used in this activity were initial observation, preparation, and implementation of activities carried out at the Saras Alus Community Reading Park in Nyerot Village. Various activities were carried out, such as reading aloud, book reviews, and implementing simple projects based on reading books. Through these activities, children not only read, but also experienced learning activities accompanied by play so that it did not feel boring. Additionally, the children who participated in the learning activities at the TBM were very enthusiastic, which helped develop their level of participation in utilizing their free time in a meaningful way.

Abstract

Organizational commitment is an important thing for every employee in an organization to achieve the vision of the agency. This is because with the organizational commitment possessed by employees, it can help the organization to achieve the goals that have been set. This study aims to analyze whether spirituality in the workplace has an influence on organizational commitment and employee welfare, and whether employee welfare can be a mediating variable between spirituality in the workplace and organizational commitment. This research uses explanatory research method. The sample used in this study were 34 employees of the Ministry of Religion of East Lombok Regency. The analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the study show that: (1) Spirituality in the workplace has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, (2) Spirituality in the workplace has a positive and significant effect on employee welfare. Employee welfare has a positive and insignificant effect on organizational commitment, (3) Employee welfare mediates the effect of Spirituality in the Workplace on Organizational Commitment in employees of the Office of the Ministry of Religion of East Lombok Regency.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah, meningkatkan pengetahuan Pokdarwis Desa Mertak tentang keunggulan bersaing yang berkelanjutan (SCA) dan sifat-sifat jasa, selain itu juga untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dalam merealisasikan paket-paket wisata yang sudah dibuat, serta mendorong Pokdarwis menerapkan kaidah-kaidah bisnis yang baik atau positif dalam melayani wisatawan. Diharapkan dari kegiatan ini dapat memberikan manfaat seperti; meningkatnya pengetahuan dan kemampuan Pokdarwis Desa Mertak dalam merealisasikan paket-paket wisata yang sudah dibuat, serta meningkatnya pendapatan masyarakat terutama yang berkaitan dengan pariwisata. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, tim telah menyiapkan materi dengan baik, berkoordinasi dengan pokdarwis dan melaksanakan pelatihan realisasi paket wisata berbasis SCA dan sifat jasa. Selanjutnya dilakukan pendampingan selama dua bulan.Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil dari kegiatan ini adalah; sebahagian besar peserta kurang mengenal sifat jasa, tidak mengenal konsep Sustainable Competitive Advantage (SCA), keaktifan peserta saat pelatihan cukup tinggi, peserta juga bersedia menularkan pengetahuannya kepada rekan-rekan Pokdarwis yang hadir, adanya rencana untuk menambah paket wisata sesuai potensi yang ada (preemption asset),seperti wisata bahari dengan inti utamanya Restoran Terapung, sebahagian sarana jalan raya dalam kawasan TWA Gunung Tunak yang menuju kelima pantainya masih jalan setapak. Rekomendasi yang diberikan dalam realisasi paket wisata yang sudah dibuat; (a) gunakan secara lebih intensif media sosial seperti; Youtube, FB, WA, Instagram, Tiktok, Line, Twitter, Reddit, Pinterest, dan Tumblr, (b) terapkan konsep SCA dengan menyesuaikan antara paket wisata yang ada dengan unsur SCA yang tepat (strategi sinergi, strategi difrensiasi, strategi low cost , strategi preemptive move, strategi focus), (c) karena sifat barang berbeda dengan jasa, maka pemasaran jasa perlu penanganan khusus sesuai sifatnya (tidak berwujud, tidak terpisahkan, jasa bervariasi, jasa dapat musnah, tidak menimbulkan kepemilikan), (d) mengusulkan ke BKSDA atau pemerintah kabupaten Loteng atau Propvinsi untuk pengerasan atau pengaspalan jalan raya yang menuju ketiga pantai.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Empowering Leadership and Corporate Culture on Change-Oriented Organizational Citizenship Behavior (CO-OCB), with Self-Efficacy as a moderating variable among leaders at PT Garuda Maintenance Facility (GMF) AeroAsia Tbk, Line Maintenance Division. The phenomenon underlying this research is GMF’s need to enhance employees’ proactive and innovative behaviors in supporting organizational transformation, particularly in addressing the global challenges of the aviation industry. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method, with questionnaires distributed to leaders within the Line Maintenance Division of GMF. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the assistance of SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results reveal that Empowering Leadership has a significant positive effect on CO-OCB, and Corporate Culture also has a significant positive effect on CO-OCB. Furthermore, the moderating effect of Self-Efficacy was found to weaken the relationship between Empowering Leadership and CO-OCB, while conversely strengthening the relationship between Corporate Culture and CO-OCB. The findings of this study provide theoretical contributions to the development of human resource management and organizational behavior literature, as well as practical implications for GMF’s management in reinforcing leadership styles and work cultures that foster innovation and continuous organizational change in the workplace.

Abstract

This study aims to test the small and medium-sized Credit Society Bank (CSB) in West nusa tenggara in by efficiency indicator. The type of research used comparative in difference small medium-sized efficiency CSB. Data obtain is financial report of all CSB in West Nusa Tenggara by documentation. With this different test, analysis by test mann-whitney can analyze without normality test. This non parametric test shows that there is no difference between CSB small and CSB medium in terms of their efficiency. It described the conditions CSB small and CSB medium having a similliarity operational activities in terms of operational costs and operating income.
