Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara kecepatan lari 30 meter dan power otot tungkai dengan keterampilan handspring di alat meja lompat pada atlet artistik putri klub senam Gavrila. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif dan menggunakan teknik studi korelasi dengan cara mengukur dan mencatat hasil dari pengukuran yang benar dari tes hasil lari 30 meter, hasil tes power otot tungkai, dan tes keterampilan handspring di alat meja lompat. Sampel yang diambil didalam penelitian ini sebanyak 20 orang diambil dari atlet POPB senam artistik putri Klub Senam Gavrila. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Deskripsi data dibawah ini dimaksudkan untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang penyebaran data yang meliputi nilai terendah, nilai tertinggi, rata-rata, simpangan baku, median, modus, distribusi frekuensi, varians, serta histogram dari masing-masing variabel X1, X2 dan Y. Hasil analisis data hubungan antara kecepatan lari 30 meter dan power otot tungkai dengan handspring di alat meja lompat atau variabel X1 dan X2 dengan variabel Y. Hasil koefisien tersebut, maka nilai korelasi berganda antara kecepatan lari 30 meter dan power otot tungkai dengan handspring di alat meja lompat (Ry1.2) diperoleh = 0,93. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut, terdapat hubungan yang berarti antara kecepatan lari 30 meter dan power otot tungkai secara bersama-sama dengan handspring di alat meja lompat pada atlet artistik putri klub senam Gavrila.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Tuberculosis is one of the deadliest infectious diseases in the world. seen from the trend of cases in Sanggona Health Centre, from the past 3 years that, there is an increase in TB cases in the Sanggona Health Centre working area. The number of cases in 2021 was 10 active cases, and in 2022 there were 9 active cases, in 2023 there was an increase in cases again with a total of 10 active cases. This research is descriptive quantitative which aims to describe tuberculosis patients in Sanggona Health Centre Sub-District Uluiwoi East Kolaka District in 2023 supported by Primary data from Respondents and secondary data from Puskesmas Sanggona. The results of this study indicate that the age group that ranges affected by pulmonary tuberculosis is the productive age between 15 - 64 years, totalling 11 people with male gender 6 people, a total of 11 respondents with 6 people working as farmers and 11 people with income < 1,500,000, for the education level there are 6 people with high school education, for behaviour obtained with the results of 6 active smokers. Availability of drugs in health facilities 11 respondents with information available, accessibility to health facilities 3 respondents are quite easy, and 8 respondents are difficult due to distance and damaged roads. It is hoped that all elements of health starting from the East Kolaka District Health Office, Fasyankes, and the community need self-awareness in maintaining environmental health and personal health to avoid pulmonary TB infectious diseases. Abstract

Keterampilan berbicara pada siswa kelas V SDN 13 Batu Gadang Kota Padang masih rendah. Kebanyakan siswa cenderung diam saja ketika guru meminta untuk berbicara. Apabila siswa menunjukkan keterampilan berbicara, siswa masih terbata-bata, malu, dan ragu-ragu. Selain itu kurangnya penggunaan media pembelajaran di kelas. Hal ini tentu membuat proses pembelajaran terhambat sehingga siswa tidak dapat berpartisipasi aktif dalam pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini secara umum adalah menguji pengaruh penggunaan podcast terhadap keterampilan berbicara siswa kelas V SDN 13 Batu Gadang Kota Padang. Metode yang digunakan adalah quasi eksperimen dengan rancangan factorial design 2x2. Kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol dipilih dengan purposive random sampling. Data dianalisis dengan uji t-test dan analisis varian dua arah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan hasil belajar yang signifikan antara siswa yang diajar dengan penggunaan podcast daripada siswa yang diajar dengan pendekatan konvensional, dan antara kelompok siswa yang bermotivasi belajar tinggi dan rendah

Abstract

Banyak anak Indonesia yang berusia 7-8 tahun mengalami kesulitan yang sangat berarti dalam menangkap makna isi teks cerita yang mereka baca. Terutama pada masa pandemi covid-19. Padahal sebagian dari mereka terlihat tidak bermasalah dengan proses membaca dari kata ke kata berikutnya. Mengungkap kasus dalam permasalahan yang dialami oleh anak usia 7-8 tahun di Indonesia, perlu dilakukan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan grounded teori. Proses pendekatan grounded teori: data collection, coding, theoretical sampling, dan theory. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa paradigma anak usia 7-8 tahun di Indonesia, mereka merasa sudah lancar membaca apabila sudah tidak terbata-bata membaca kata demi kata. Teori baru yang dihasilkan yaitu anak berpandangan bahwa semakin cepat mereka membaca, maka semakin lancar mereka membaca. Padahal ini merupakan pemahaman yang keliru. Anak usia 7-8 tahun dapat dikatakan lancar membaca apabila dapat membaca dengan memperhatikan penggunaan jeda, intonasi, dan ekspresi dalam membaca. Kecepatan membaca yang dimiliki oleh anak ketika sudah lancar membaca hanya sebagai nuturan efek dari kelancaran membaca.

Abstract

Anak-anak di wilayah pedesaan Indonesia sebagian sudah mengenal cara menggunakan internet. Banyak di antara mereka kecanduan game online yang membawa pengaruh negatif. Praktisi pendidikan berusaha keras untuk memunculkan secara dominan pengaruh positif internet. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran yang cocok berupa game edukasi masa depan untuk siswa kelas lima sekolah dasar di wilayah pedesaan Indonesia. Penelitian dilakukan dengan model pengembangan 4-D: define, design, develop, dan disseminate.data diolah dengan bantuan SPSS type 22 untuk uji N-Gain. Penelitian dilakukan di kelas V SD Negeri 46 Kuranji, Kota Padang, provinsi Sumatra Barat, Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran berupa game edukasi masa depan untuk siswa kelas lima sekolah dasar di wilayah pedesaan Indonesia layak dan efektif untuk digunakan. Anak-anak sangat antusias menggunakan game edukasi. Media game edukasi perlu dikembangkan lebih lanjut untuk digunakan di lingkungan pedesaan Indonesia. Hal ini untuk menghilangkan kekakuan anak terhadap teknologi dan membiasakan anak menggunakan game edukasi dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

The School Literacy Movement program in Indonesia which has been run in elementary schools was still minimal with current reading resources, less inviting students to think ahead, and developing a monotonous attitude. It was necessary to produce the latest children's reading books such as imaginative tales that present stories related to technological developments. Producing imaginative fairy tales was the aim of this research. The study was conducted using a mixed-method with the Plomp development model. The Plomp development model has three steps: preliminary research, prototyping phase, and assessment stage. The research results at the preliminary research that students like imaginative tales and need new stories every morning before learning begins. In the prototyping phase is produced a valid and practical imaginative fairy tale book. Imaginative fairy tale book was designed using the Adobe Photoshop program. The imaginative fairy tale book that was developed was able to provide new ideas for students who read it. Besides, the development of a positive attitude is also included in the story, making it easier for teachers to educate students in elementary school

Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the factors that influence earnings management with company size as a moderator. These factors include tax planning, audit committee, independent commissioner, institutional ownership, managerial ownership, and profitability. This research uses Consumer Cyclicals companies listed on the IDX for the 2021 – 2022 period as the population. Sampling used the purposive sampling method. The total sample obtained was 102 Consumer Cyclicals companies. This research uses analysis techniques with the moderated regression method using SmartPLS version 3.2.9. The results of this research state that partially, tax planning, audit committee, independent commissioner, managerial ownership and profitability have no effect on earnings management, institutional ownership has a significant negative effect on earnings management. Institutional ownership influences earnings management. Institutional ownership is able to moderate the relationship between managerial ownership and earnings management. Institutional ownership is unable to moderate the relationship between tax planning, audit committee, independent commissioners, profitability and earnings management.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the effective leadership strategies of madrasah principals in improving the teaching enthusiasm of teachers at Luqmanul Hakim Elementary Madrasah. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach. This study collects and analyzes various relevant literature sources, including journals, books, and scientific articles related to educational leadership and teacher motivation. The results of the study indicate that effective leadership strategies of madrasah principals in building teacher teaching enthusiasm include several key elements, namely open communication, professional development, and emotional support. The novelty of this study lies in the in-depth analysis of the psychological dimensions of teachers in responding to various leadership strategies. The contribution of this study is expected to provide recommendations for madrasah principals in designing more effective teacher development programs and become a reference for further research on teacher motivation in the context of Islamic education.

Abstract

Noodles are the second most consumed staple food in Asia after rice. Excessive consumption of noodles has a negative impact on health. Based on data, the consumption of instant noodles by Indonesian people is the second largest in the world after China. The purpose of this Community Service activity is to increase knowledge related to healthy food and how to make healthy food with vegetables and fruits, especially noodles based on vegetables and fruits. In addition, this activity also aims to increase fruit and vegetable consumption patterns for children who have difficulty eating vegetables and fruits in this case is a new innovation product, namely noodles made from fruit and vegetables for representatives of each cadre in the Kelayan Timur Health Center work area of ​​Banjarmasin City. The method used in this Community Service is a demonstration. A total of 10 representatives of active posyandu cadres became participants involved in this activity from beginning to end. The results of the community service activity were that all participants were enthusiastic in implementing the activity and this activity was carried out pre and post tests so that they could find out the impact of consuming instant noodles on children and partners could have the skills to make rainbow noodles made from vegetables and fruits. The conclusion of this activity is that partners experience increased knowledge and skills in making healthy noodles for consumption by families and can be developed as a business.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the role of training by improving the performance of human resources in an organization or an MSME community in Surakarta. This study measures the level of the role of digital marketing training in improving HR performance as it can increase sales in an organization and MSMEs. The large role of human resources requires companies or MSMEs to be able to optimize the performance of their human resources so that they can make an optimal contribution to the digitalization sector of marketing as an effort to increase income and expand information in the world of technology. Consumer behavior is now born in an era where technology is already in its environment or often called the digital native generation, especially driven by this pandemic, companies or SMEs are also required to be ready to compete. This study uses a quantitative approach method. This type of research data is secondary data, namely data obtained indirectly or through intermediary media in the form of documents or company archives needed in research. The existence of training efforts can cause HR to be able to develop greater duties / obligations and responsibilities and can maximize company profits.
