Abstract

Schools as organizations must avoid conflict. Conflict is a condition where ideas, thoughts, values and perceptions are not similar. This study describes the skills management conflict between guidance and counselling teachers at a high school. The study is located in madrasah aliyah. The Respondents are 40 guidance and counselling teachers of madrasah aliyah. The research approach is quantitative research with the method of quantitative descriptive analysis. Data was collected using a conflict management skills scale consisting of 80 items. Data was analyzed using descriptive statistics. The research results show that the conflict management skills of guidance and counselling teachers at madrasah aliyah are below the average score. This can be seen from the three indicators of planning, implementation, and evaluation of conflict management, below the average score obtained. Based on this, it is necessary to carry out ongoing training and training to improve conflict management skills and capacity.

Abstract

The quality of learning is the result of the results of teacher work motivation carried out by the teacher, performance improvement is influenced by factors of managerial supervision and teacher motivation and. The aims of this study were to analyze: (1) The influence of the implementation of managerial supervision on the quality of learning, (2) The effect of teacher motivation on the quality of learning, and (3) The effect of the implementation of managerial supervision and teacher motivation together on the quality of learning. The results of the analysis obtained in this study are as follows: (1) The influence of the implementation of managerial supervision on the quality of learning. This can be explained by the equation Ŷ = 80.240 + 0.119 X1. With the regression equation, it can be interpreted that if the implementation of managerial supervision on the quality of learning is 21.10%, (2) The effect of teacher motivation on the quality of learning can be explained by the equation Ŷ = 57.550 + 0.164 X2. With the regression equation, it can be interpreted that if the implementation of teacher motivation on the quality of learning is 14.10%, and (3) the influence between the implementation of managerial supervision and teacher motivation together on the quality of learning, can be explained by the equation Ŷ = 68.217 + 0.174 X1 + 0.142 X2. With the regression equation, it can be interpreted that if the implementation of managerial supervision and teacher motivation on the quality of learning is 25.60%. With the conclusion that the results of the research above are to find out the influence between the implementation of managerial supervision and teacher motivation together on the quality of learning in junior high schools throughout the Waway Karya District, East Lampung Regency

Abstract

Education is one of the aspects that is favoured in advancing the country. In this case, education must be able to adjust its role along with the times. In this 4.0 era, every school community, teachers, lecturers, students and others can actively access and find learning resources. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of data collection are one of the obstacles in terms of the development of education management, including less qualified human resources and a stable internet network that can support accessing existing learning resources so that the impact is in the form of learning access sources on the internet that are still not many, and also welfare to teachers or educators and employees in schools. In addition, adequate equipment such as computers is also needed in education management to gain comprehensive access, both in accessing learning materials and gaining access to every question to carry out teaching and learning activities.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas manajemen pendidikan di Sekolah Dasar (SD) melalui pelatihan dan bimbingan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan secara online pada 20 November 2023 melalui aplikasi Zoom, dengan melibatkan 43 peserta dari berbagai SD. Materi pelatihan mencakup konsep manajemen pendidikan, strategi pengelolaan kelas, dan pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pembelajaran. Selain itu, diskusi kelompok dan studi kasus diterapkan untuk merangsang kolaborasi dan pertukaran ide. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta. Implementasi praktik terbaik, kolaborasi antar sekolah, dan pemanfaatan teknologi menjadi bukti keberhasilan. Umpan balik positif dari stakeholder mengonfirmasi dampak positif terhadap kualitas pendidikan di tingkat dasar. Saran untuk kegiatan lebih lanjut adalah melakukan pemantauan jangka panjang terhadap implementasi praktik-praktik, serta mengeksplorasi dampak manajemen pendidikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Dukungan finansial dari instansi terkait berkontribusi signifikan pada keberhasilan kegiatan ini.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the dynamics of Islamic Religious Education (IRE) in responding to the global flow of information that affects the understanding and character of Muslim youth. The globalization of information has significantly changed how adolescents access religious knowledge, presenting challenges in internalizing moderate Islamic values. This research adopts a qualitative approach using library research methods. Data were collected from primary and secondary literature sources such as scientific journals, books, and official documents related to globalization and Islamic education. The analysis was conducted through a critical review of these sources to identify themes, patterns, and strategies relevant to Islamic education.The findings reveal that Muslim adolescents' religious understanding is highly influenced by digital content, especially through social medi a. The role of IRE teachers is crucial in guiding students to critically evaluate religious information and fostering reflective awareness of Islamic teachings. Effective strategies identified include the integration of local and global values, the use of educational technology, and the development of an adaptive and responsive curriculum. Islamic Religious Education must continuously innovate to produce a generation of Muslims who are critical thinkers, tolerant, and competitive in a globalized era.

Abstract

Through e-learning students are encouraged to learn from their homes individually and not in groups as in traditional learning where there are classes and study groups. This gives students the opportunity to organize their time according to their preferences as they attend individual online courses in their homes. They also have the freedom to choose the online courses that they find useful for them and their needs. This study aims to explore and examine the factors that influence the behavioral intention of students to use e-learning. The relationship between TAM variables and Innovation Diffusion Theory is integrated and explored to answer this goal. This research was conducted on 238 students of Muhammadiyah Metro University as active e-learning users. The findings show that of the 13 hypotheses developed, there are 4 that were rejected. It was found that there was no effect between Relative Advantage and Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Compatibility on Perceived Usefulness, Relative Advantage on Perceived Easy of Use, and between Perceived Easy of Use and Perceived Usefulness.

Abstract

The non-formal education of an education service that is not limited by age, time, gender, race (ethnicity, descent), economy, socio-cultural conditions, religion and so on, although formal education is an essential component of lifelong education, Informal education in the framework of lifelong educational services for the community is needed now and in the future. Herewith the Researcher uses analytic descriptive method with case study variation. Descriptive analytic method is a method of research that emphasizes the effort to obtain information about the status or symptoms at the time of the study, provide an overview of the phenomena, also further explain the relationship, and draw the meaning of a desired problem. The research in Learning centers al-Suroya in which there is Non Formal Education which is carried out especially Package B and Package C and others can fulfill a function in the effort to serve the needs of society outside the school system, the main target of non formal education and is needed by the community especially the people who want Continuing education, as well as developing the ability of interest and talent as well as training, in the hope that this program is implemented in accordance with the ability of the community despite many obstacles.
