Abstract

Shopee menjadi E-commerce dengan jumlah pengguna terbanyak di Indonesia. Hal ini tidak mengherankan mengingat harga produk yang ditawarkan di Shopee relatif murah dan promosi yang kian menarik minat konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian di Shopee. Pada penelitian ini, sampel berasal dari 86 mahasiswa program studi pendidikan ekonomi Universitas Islam Negeri Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau. Adapun yang dijadikan variabel penelitian ini adalah harga, promosi dan perilaku konsumtif. Untuk mengolah dan menganalisis data, digunakan teknik Deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah harga dan promosi berpengaruh sebesar 63,7% terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa pada Shopeee-commerce.

Abstract

Abstract This study aimed to determine the role of coaches to improve participant competence in designing and implementing actualization in basic training for Civil Servant Candidates (CPNS) at the Aceh Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDM). The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The research subjects were 35 CPNS basic training participants in the 2019 Aceh Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBA). The Data  were collected through field observations, document review and in-depth interviews with participants. The data then were triangulated and interpreted by connecting the data and theory. The results showed that the role of coaches were very important to improve participant competence in designing and implementing actualization using coaching, mentoring and counseling methods. In the preparation of the actualization design, it was found that 95.2% of the participants determined the actualization issue themselves (coaching method) and the remaining 4.8% were assisted by coaches, mentors and others (mentoring and counseling methods). The evaluation results of the design and the results of the actualization showed a  good value, with an average design of 89.78 and the results of actualization of 90.86. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that coach as coaches, mentors and counselors can improve the competence of participants in designing and actualizing the basic values of civil servants.Keywords: role of coach, participant competence, basic training, BPSDM Aceh.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran coach untuk meningkatkan kompetensi peserta dalam merancang dan melaksanakan aktualisasi pada pelatihan dasar Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil (CPNS) di Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BPSDM) Aceh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan  deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian merupakan peserta pelatihan dasar (Latsar) CPNS angkatan XIII pada Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Aceh (APBA) Tahun 2019 yang berjumlah 35 orang. Data yang berkaitan dengan proses pembimbingan aktualisasi  dikumpulkan melalui observasi lapangan, telaah dokumen dan wawancara secara mendalam kepada peserta. Data tersebut kemudian triangulasi dan interpretasi dengan menghubungkan antara data dan teori. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa coach sangat berperan dalam meningkatkan kompetensi peserta dalam merancang dan melaksanakan aktualisasi dengan menggunakan metode coaching, mentoring dan konseling. Pada penyusunan rancangan aktualisasi ditemukan bahwa sebesar 95,2% peserta menentukan sendiri isu aktualisasinya (metode coaching) dan sisanya yaitu sebesar 4,8% dibantu oleh coach, mentor dan lainnya (metode mentoring dan konseling). Hasil evaluasi rancangan dan hasil aktualisasi menunjukkan nilai yang baik, dengan rata-rata rancangan 89,78 dan  hasil aktualisasi 90,86. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembimbing sebagai coach, mentor dan konselor dapat meningkatkan kompetensi peserta dalam menyusun rancangan dan melakukan aktualisasi nilai-nilai dasar PNS.   Kata Kunci : peran coach, kompetensi peserta, pelatihan dasar, BPSDM Aceh.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine trainee evaluation toward two aspects, the first was trainer’s (Widyaiswara) teaching performance and, the second was training facilities in Human Resources Development Agency (Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia/BPSDM) of Aceh. The research method used was descriptive qualitative. There were 76 respondents which were taken from trainees of middle and lower level leadership trainings in BPSDM Aceh during financial year of 2018. Data were analyzed qualitatively and explained descriptively to answer research questions. The results showed that, in general, respondents rated trainer’s (Widyaiswara) teaching performance with good mark (82-90 points from 100 scale). Meanwhile evaluation result for training facilites in BPSDM Aceh were ranged from 9%(poor), 23%(adequate), 47%(good), and 21%(satisfactory). In conclusion, teaching performance during leadership training was good. Respondents found that study room and learning facilites were meet their expectation, on the other hand, residential dormitory was perceived unsatisfyingly.

Abstract

Minangkabau entrepreneurs in Indonesia offer a unique perspective on the trait-based entrepreneurial lineage, as they are culturally reinforced by their distinctive cultural norms, including their psychological aspects. This study aims to investigate the performance of marketing, financial, and operational as observed from their creative self-efficacy, intellectual capital, innovative work behavior, and the mediating role of perceived organizational support. This study adopts a quantitative approach where questionnaires are distributed to 254 MSMEs for path analysis construction using PLS-SEM. This study provides evidence that Minangkabau entrepreneurs exhibit innovative behavior and provide trait-based support to their employees, further enhancing their marketing, financial, and operational performance. The government can accelerate the digital transformation and innovation of MSMEs in Indonesia by exploiting these traits in the construction of their policies.

Abstract

Knowledge can be interpreted as the result of the process of knowing that occurs after someone perceives that they have obtained an object. Female circumcision is carried out by cutting the skin on the front of the clitoris without damaging the area. This is considered a human rights violation by the UN and WHO because it does not have a strong medical basis. The aim is to find out whether maternal knowledge is related to the decision to carry out circumcision procedures on baby girls at the Citra Bunda Clinic. This research uses quantitative methods with an analytical survey plan and cross-sectional methods. The subjects of this research were 30 mothers who had daughters aged 0 to 59 months. Based on the results of the Asymp chi-square test. Sig (two-sided) is 0.081. The findings show that there is no significant relationship between female circumcision and the mother's level of understanding, with an error rate of ? = 0.05.

Abstract

Peningkatan kasus gigitan anjing memicu kekhawatiran masyarakat akan penularan penyakit rabies, padahal tidak semua gigitan anjing akan menyebabkan infeksi penyakit rabies. Rendahnya sensitivitas diagnosis secara klinis sehingga dibutuhkan metode diagnostik dengan hasil yang lebih akurat, salah satunya melalui pemeriksaan laboratorium dengan uji histopatologi. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk diagnosis penyakit rabies pada anjing liar dengan uji histopatologi untuk mengetahui terinfeksi atau tidaknya anjing yang diuji. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji histopatologi dengan sampel jaringan hippocampus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada sampel uji, tidak ditemukan adanya negri bodies yang menandakan bahwa sampel anjing yang dijadikan hewan uji tidak mengidap penyakit rabies (tidak terinfeksi virus rabies).

Abstract

This research aims to determine: Implementation of public services based on the Village SIAP application in Pao-Pao Village, Tanete Rilau District, Barru Regency. And to find out the supporting factors in implementing public services based on the Village SIAP application in Pao-Pao Village, Tanete Rilau District, Barru Regency. The method used in this research is qualitative, data collection techniques consist of participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation studies. The results of this research show that the ease of use of the Village SIAP application in Pao-Pao Village can reduce manual service procedures that can take hours to just a few minutes. The supporting factors in implementing public services based on the Village SIAP application are training in application operation, community participation, government support, the existence of computer equipment and a WiFi network at the village office.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Bop Paud Fund Management System in the Mallawa Dinar Play Group and the Target of the Bop Paud Fund Management System in the Mallawa Dinar Play Group .The object of this research is the Dinar Mallawa Play Group (kb). Data collection uses primary data in the form of interviews and secondary data in the form of collecting documentation. There are 3 (three) data analysis techniques used, namely data reduction, data display, and drawing / verivication countroling.The results showed that a fund management system was needed by a company or educational institution. It can be seen from the discussion that the fund management system has been carried out or applied in several educational institutions, especially in the system of cash in and cash out. The fund management system that has been running well in the education institution, will greatly assist the educational institution to prevent fraud in the difference between cash in and cash out and no misuse actions that can harm educational institutions. Abstract

Ibra' (rebate) is a word used in Islamic banking that refers to Islamic banks offering refunds in exchange for the customer making an early settlement prior to a specified situation. After Bank Negara Malaysia issued a guideline on providing Ibra' to all Islamic financial institutions, the applicability of Ibra became widely accepted. There are several concerns that come from the use of ibra' and how ibra' has been implemented by Islamic banks, and this paper investigates these issues utilizing library research and case studies. Because of the Islamic banks' policy, real-world examples of how ibra' is used in Islamic banks are few. This paper traces and discusses that development.

Abstract

This article aims to examine the accounting treatments for corporate zakat as advocated by accounting rules and recommendations, as well as those used by relevant corporations. The goal is to verify their appropriateness and conformance to both Islamic and accounting theoretical perspectives. Accounting standards and recommendations relating to zakat are studied, including PSAK No. 109 and Financial Accounting Standard No. 9. Furthermore, research on Islamic financial institutions' actions is conducted to determine adherence to both standards and ontological components of zakat. This study demonstrates that there is a common misunderstanding of zakat, as demonstrated by numerous standards and guidelines, which has resulted in inappropriateness in their urged corporate zakat recognition and measurement, and presentation. These beliefs have opposed the true spirit of zakat in Islam in some way. Worryingly, some negative consequences may develop and have already been implicated in the Muslim community as a whole. The study's limitations and implications: This study gives an alternative viewpoint on the accounting treatment of corporate zakat with the purpose of giving a more accurate and fair assessment of zakat on corporate wealth that is more in line with the true spirit of zakat. Uniqueness and worth: The study blends both revealed and modern accounting knowledge in evaluating the standards and practices and presenting an improved and meaningful alternative.
