Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh label halal dan kesadaran halal baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian kosmetik di kota Pontianak. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data melalui kuisioner/angket. Sampel dalam metodologi ini adalah 120 responden. Umat Islam generasi Z di kota Pontianak. dimana Analisis yang digunakan adalah SmartPLS 4.0. dimana hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa label halal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian kosmetik.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Bop Paud Fund Management System in the Mallawa Dinar Play Group and the Target of the Bop Paud Fund Management System in the Mallawa Dinar Play Group .The object of this research is the Dinar Mallawa Play Group (kb). Data collection uses primary data in the form of interviews and secondary data in the form of collecting documentation. There are 3 (three) data analysis techniques used, namely data reduction, data display, and drawing / verivication countroling.The results showed that a fund management system was needed by a company or educational institution. It can be seen from the discussion that the fund management system has been carried out or applied in several educational institutions, especially in the system of cash in and cash out. The fund management system that has been running well in the education institution, will greatly assist the educational institution to prevent fraud in the difference between cash in and cash out and no misuse actions that can harm educational institutions. Keywords: Early Childhood Education, Organizers' Operational Fund Management System.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital marketing on the purchase intention of MSME products in Tengin Baru Village, Penajam Paser Utara Regency, with content marketing as a mediator. The method used is SEM-PLS with Smart PLS 3.0, testing the relationship between digital marketing, content marketing, and the purchase intention of MSME consumers. The research results show that digital marketing has a significant effect on purchase intention with a path coefficient of 0.786, and a strong influence on content marketing with a path coefficient of 0.812. Additionally, content marketing mediates the effect of digital marketing on purchase intention with a path coefficient of 0.296, though its influence is smaller compared to the direct effect of digital marketing. The discussion reveals that digital marketing strategies are crucial for MSMEs to increase consumer purchase intention. Content marketing plays an important role as a mediator, strengthening the influence of digital marketing by building closer relationships with consumers and increasing brand awareness. These findings are consistent with previous research that emphasizes the importance of content marketing in maximizing digital marketing strategies. In conclusion, digital marketing has proven to be effective in enhancing purchase intention, especially when supported by engaging and relevant content marketing. Therefore, MSMEs in Penajam Paser Utara should prioritize digital marketing while enhancing content strategies to maximize their impact on consumer purchase intention. For future research, MSMEs in this region are advised to continue developing digital marketing strategies and improve their literacy and skills in creating effective content marketing to strengthen their influence on consumer purchase intention.

Abstract

This study investigates the complex dynamics of creating an entrepreneurial ecosystem in Indonesia by examining the influence of CEO social capital, marketing capability, and financial capability on business performance. It also explores business performance implications for the sustainable business practices of MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) and the broader entrepreneurial ecosystem. A quantitative approach was used, incorporating quantitative data collected through offline and online surveys of 504 samples. Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) 4 was used for data analysis. This study supported the hypothesis that CEO social capital, marketing, and financial capability significantly influence business performance. In addition, strong evidence was found for a positive relationship between business performance and sustainable business practices and the influence of sustainable business practices on the entrepreneurial ecosystem. This study underscores the multifaceted nature of entrepreneurship in Indonesia, where CEO social capital, effective marketing strategies, financial stability, and sustainable business practices are interconnected elements that contribute to firm success and the overall vitality of the entrepreneurial ecosystem. These findings have implications for policymakers, entrepreneurs, and stakeholders who want to encourage entrepreneurship, support MSMEs, and strengthen Indonesia's entrepreneurial ecosystem for sustainable economic growth and development.

Abstract

One of the complications that arise after anaesthesia is hypothermia. Induction of general anaesthesia will cause vasodilation. Measures to prevent hypothermia can be done with a non-pharmacological approach called the rewarming method. in this study, namely to determine whether there is an effect of giving warm compresses using hot packs on increasing body temperature in postoperative patients with hypothermia in the Recovery Room (RR) of Prof. Dr. Aloeisaboe Hospital, Gorontalo City. used in this research is quantitative research using this research design is Pre-experimental with a one-group pre-post test design approach, the number of samples in this study is the same as the population of 10 respondents. The results showed that there was an effect of giving warm compresses using hot packs on increasing body temperature in postoperative patients with hypothermia in the Recovery Room (RR) of Prof. Dr. H. Aloei Saboe Hospital Gorontalo City with a P-Velue of 0.000 (α < 0.005). It is hoped that it can add information about giving warm compresses using hot packs to increase body temperature in postoperative patients with hypothermia and participate in providing nursing actions for giving hot packs to patients experiencing postoperative hypothermia in accordance with the SOP.

Abstract

This research aims to find out what strategies can be implemented at the Makassar Coffee House in Makassar City. The data collection method in this research uses field research by applying two methods, namely interviews and observation. The data analysis methods used are Internal Factor Matrix (IFAS), External Factor Matrix (EFAS), SWOT Matrix and SPACE Matrix. The research results show that in the IFAS Factors there are five strength factors and five weakness factors in the Makassar Coffee House (MCH) with a total IFAS Factor score of 1.00. In the EFAS factors there are five opportunity factors and three threat factors with a total score of 1.95. In the SWOT Matrix there are two S-O strategies, namely maintaining the taste, especially of coffee drinks and maintaining free delivery costs for delivery orders, S-T strategy, namely providing good service to customers and balancing product prices and raw material prices, W-O strategy, namely creating a new menu, especially coffee. and food as well as collaborating with local offices and providing special offers, W-T's strategy is to increase promotions. In the SPACE Matrix, the results are in quadrant I, so the suitable strategy to carry out is the S-O strategy.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to explore the development of gene therapy in the era of modern biotechnology and analyze its application in the treatment of genetic and non-genetic diseases. The research uses the literature review method, which involves collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing relevant scientific sources to answer research questions. The research results obtained based on a literature approach, namely gene therapy in the era of modern biotechnology, have shown significant progress in the treatment of various genetic and non-genetic diseases. Technologies such as CRISPR-Cas9 enable high-precision DNA editing, which has been used to correct genetic mutations, while for non-genetic diseases, gene therapy has provided innovative solutions, such as engineered CAR-T cells and RNA interference (RNAi). Gene therapy still faces various challenges, including the risk of off-target mutations, the body's immune response, and ethical issues and high costs. Gene therapy, as a result of technological developments and research, is expected to be an important solution for various diseases that have been difficult to treat.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of leadership in improving team performance in a multicultural work environment in Baubau City. In the midst of the diversity of cultures and backgrounds that exist, leadership has a strategic role in creating synergy between different individuals, so that it can increase team productivity and effectiveness. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach using interview and observation techniques to explore the perceptions of leaders and team members regarding the influence of leadership on team performance. The research results show that leadership that is inclusive, communicative and based on the values ​​of mutual respect is very influential in improving team performance, especially in managing existing cultural differences. This research provides insights for leaders in multicultural work environments to optimize their role in building effective teamwork, which in turn contributes to achieving organizational goals.

Abstract

Health resilience is a critical determinant of communities' ability to adapt to and overcome health challenges, particularly in contexts with significant socio-economic and healthcare disparities, such as Nigeria. This qualitative study explored the potential of mindful practices and cultural integration to enhance health resilience within Nigerian communities. Using purposive sampling, 30 participants, including healthcare professionals, cultural leaders, and community health workers, were selected from diverse regions of Nigeria. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and focus group discussions and analyzed using thematic analysis. The findings highlight the positive impact of mindfulness on emotional well-being and stress management, revealing its potential to improve health outcomes when adapted to align with local traditions. Culturally embedded health practices were found to play a pivotal role in shaping health behaviors, fostering community acceptance, and strengthening resilience. However, barriers such as limited awareness, resistance to change, and insufficient policy support hinder the widespread adoption of these integrated approaches. This study addresses gaps in existing literature by offering actionable insights for designing context-specific health interventions that leverage both modern psychological tools and traditional cultural practices. The integration of mindful practices and cultural dimensions presents an innovative pathway to address Nigeria's healthcare challenges, aligning with global health goals and fostering sustainable, culturally sensitive healthcare models. Future research should focus on evaluating the long-term impacts of such interventions and their scalability across diverse communities.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini fokus untuk sosialisasikan edukasi dalam bahaya penyalahgunaan narkoba dikalangan remaja terhadap peserta siswa – siswi peserta didik khususnya di lingkungan SMP IT Andalusia. Tujuan ini di lakukan agar kegiatan sosialisasi dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman peserta didik terkait dengan perilaku bahayanya pemakaian bahan narkoba. Metode pengabdian ini dilakukan dalam bentuk sosialisasi menggunakan partisipatif, Presentasi dan diskusi terkait bahaya penyalahgunaan bahan narkoba. Bahaya Penyalahgunaan Narkoba Dikalangan Remaja salah satu bentuk perbuatan yang merugikan diri sendiri atau perilaku agresi dengan kekuatan dominan pada perilaku pecandu yang dilakukan secara berulang -ulang setiap harinya dengan tujuan unutuk menengkan diri sendiri dengan sesaat dan mencari sebuat korban selanjutnya. Menurut pemahaman peserta didik disekolah dengan adanya kegiatan ini sangat mengedukasi tentang bagaiman cara mencegah pemberian atau tawaran seseorang asing yang tidak dikenalagar tidak menimbulkan menjadi pengguna narkoba selanjutnya. Karena Sebagian ank masih banyk yang belum mengetahui motif penyebaran narkoba dan narkoba itu sendiri sangatlah berbahaya bagi anak di usia mereka dan selalu berhati – hati dalam bergaul Bersama teman. Motif Tindakan narkoba ini banyak di sebabkan karena korban dari Perundungan, Bullying, Broken home (adanya permasalahan dalam keluarga), Pergaulan Bebas dan ada hasutan – hasutan dari seorang teman. Bentuk dari pemakai narkoba di kalangan remaja itu sendiri mempunyai dampak negatif bagi penggunanya. Dan berdampak psikis, Mental maupun fisik yang dilakukan secara bertahap baik langsung maupun tidak langsung oleh pengguna, dampak yang ditimbulkan mengakibatkan jauh dari keluarga teman dan bisa melakukan kekerasan terhadap diri sendiri maupun orang lain dalam jangka waktu yang sangat singkat mau pun jangka waktu yang sangat Panjang, Oleh karena itu kegiatan pengabdian ini semoga dapat bermanfaat dan dapat memebrikan arahan bagi siswa dan berharap dapat dilakukan secara berkelanjutan kushusnya memberikan “ Sosialisasi Bahaya Penyalahgunaan Narkoba Dikalangan Remaja di lingkungan SMP IT Andalusia “Serta Menumbuhkan Kesadaran dalam Kehidupan Sehari – hari
