Abstract

This purpose of this study to determine the influence of work motivation and work dicipline on employee work productivity production department in CV Nanjung Abadi Kota Tasikmalaya. The method used is a quantitative method with a research sample of 41 respondents who are a production employees. The data is used primary data and secondary data. The analitytical tool in this research is path analysis using by SPSS version 25. The result showed that directly work motivation has a significant influence on work dicipline. Directly work motivation has unsignificant influence on work productivity. Directly work dicipline has a significant influence on work productivity. Undirectly work motivation has a significant influence on work productivity through work discipline.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Machine Maintenance and Raw Material Inventory on the smoothness of the Production Process (Survey at PT. Pacific Eastern Coconut Utama Pangandaran Factory). The method used in this study is a descriptive research method with a quantitative approach. The samples used are machine maintenance cost data, raw material inventory costs, and production cost data for the last 3 years, namely in the 2019-2021 period at PT. Pacific Eastern Coconut Utama. The analytical tool used in this study was multiple linear regression using SPSS Version 25. The results showed that simultaneous machine maintenance and raw material inventory had a significant effect on the smooth running of the production process with an Fcount of 32.134 and a probability significance value of 0.000<0.05. Partially, machine maintenance has no significant effect on the smooth running of the production process because the significance value of 0.084 is greater than 0.05. Partially raw material inventory has a significant effect on the smooth running of the production process with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the description of communication, work discipline and work productivity of production employees at PDAM Tirta Galuh, Ciamis Regency. The effect of communication and work discipline simultaneously on the work productivity of production employees at PDAM Tirta Galuh, Ciamis Regency. The effect of partial communication on the work productivity of production employees at PDAM Tirta Galuh, Ciamis Regency. The effect of work discipline partially on the work productivity of production employees at PDAM Tirta Galuh, Ciamis Regency. This research includes quantitative research in the sense that in this study it uses numbers, starting from data collection to interpreting data with statistical tests. The data collection technique used was a survey method. The data analysis technique used was descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression tests. The results showed that communication was included in the very good category, Work Discipline was included in the good category, and Work Productivity for PDAM Tirta Galuh Ciamis employees was included in the good category. There was a significant effect simultaneously of Communication and Work Discipline on Work Productivity for PDAM Tirta Galuh Ciamis employees. There was a significant influence partially Communication on Work Productivity to employees of PDAM Tirta Galuh Ciamis. There is a partial significant effect of Work Discipline on Work Productivity for PDAM Tirta Galuh Ciamis employees.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Work Environment and Workload on the Work Productivity of UPT Medical Employees of Tanjungjaya Health Center. This study used quantitative method. The population in this study was 49 medical employees of UPT Puskesmas Tanjungjaya. The sampling technique in this study was saturated sampling of 49 people. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear analysis with SPSS program version 25. The results of this study show that the Work Environment and Workload simultaneously have a significant influence on the Work Productivity of UPT Puskesmas Tanjungjaya Medical Employees. The Work Environment partially has a significant influence on the Work Productivity of Medical Workers UPT Puskesmas Tanjungjaya. The workload partially has a significant influence on the work productivity of UPT Puskesmas Tanjungjaya Medical Employees.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of Leadership and Work Motivation on Work Productivity of Production Section Employees at the Samijaya Tea Factory. The research method used in this study is to use a quantitative research method with a questionnaire. The population in this study were 40 employees of the Samijaya Tea Factory production department. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained through questionnaires. The data testing technique used in this study uses the validity test, reliability test and classic assumption test. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis using SPSS software version 25. The results of the study show that Leadership and Work Motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on the Work Productivity of Production Section Employees at the Samijaya Tea Factory. Leadership partially has a significant effect on the Work Productivity of Production Section Employees at the Samijaya Tea Factory. Work Motivation partially has a significant effect on the Work Productivity of Production Section Employees at the Samijaya Tea Factory.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Keseimbangan Kehidupan Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, dan Beban Kerja terhadap Kinerja Guru di SMA PGRI 43 Singaparna. Metode yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS 26, menggunakan data yang diperoleh dari 33 responden guru melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Keseimbangan Kehidupan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru pada SMA PGRI 43 Singaparna dengan nilai signifikansi 0,040 < 0,05, Lingkungan Kerja juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru pada SMA PGRI 43 Singaparna dengan nilai signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05, dan Beban Kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru pada SMA PGRI 43 Singaparna dengan nilai signifikansi 0,004 < 0,05. Keseimbangan Kehidupan Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, dan Beban Kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru pada SMA PGRI 43 Singaparna dengan nilai signifikasi 0,001 > 0,05. Keseimbangan Kehidupan Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja dan Beban Kerja dapat menjelaskan Kinerja Guru sebesar 88,5%.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan TikTok sebagai saluran pemasaran digital membuka akses yang luas bagi UMKM kuliner dalam menjangkau konsumen Generasi Z, meskipun tingginya frekuensi penyajian konten belum secara otomatis mendorong peningkatan minat beli. Dalam konteks tersebut, kajian ini menguji hubungan antara kreativitas konten dan endorsement influencer terhadap minat beli konsumen pada UMKM kuliner kategori café dan jajanan kekinian di Kota Tasikmalaya. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode explanatory research diterapkan untuk menjelaskan keterkaitan antarvariabel. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 responden  yang merupakan Generasi Z di Kota Tasikmalaya, aktif menggunakan TikTok, dan pernah melihat konten UMKM kuliner, dengan teknik purposive sampling. Selanjutnya, pengolahan data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS untuk mengukur kekuatan pengaruh masing-masing variabel. Temuan empiris memperlihatkan bahwa baik kreativitas konten maupun endorsement influencer memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Di antara keduanya, endorsement influencer menunjukkan kontribusi yang lebih dominan dalam mendorong minat beli. Hasil ini mengindikasikan bahwa strategi pemasaran yang mengombinasikan pengelolaan konten kreatif dan pemilihan influencer yang tepat dapat meningkatkan efektivitas promosi UMKM kuliner di TikTok. Oleh sebab itu, temuan ini dapat dijadikan dasar pertimbangan bagi pelaku UMKM dalam merancang strategi pemasaran digital yang lebih selaras dengan karakteristik Generasi Z.

Abstract

This research was to find out how Islamic financial behavior influences perceptions of KUR and also digital financial inclusion as an intervening variable. KUR (People's Business Credit) is a financing program provided to MSMEs as a form of support from the Indonesian government.  KUR is credit given to MSMEs that are not yet bankable but have potential for working capital and investment purposes. However, the number of MSMEs using KUR is still below the Indonesian government's target. The research used mixed method  with a sample size of 150 respondents consisting of MSMEs in Tasikmalaya. The research results show that Islamic Financial Behavior has a significant influence on the perception of KUR, Islamic Financial Behavior has a significant influence on Digital Financial Inclusion and Islamic Financial through Digital Financial Inclusion has a significant influence on the perception of KUR in Tasikmalaya MSMEs. This shows that the Government must be able to increase digital financial inclusion and have some sharia-based KUR concept.

Abstract

The purpose of the research and analyze influence Product Quality, Promotion, Consumers Buying Interest in Meubel Zulfami Tasikmalaya City. The method used in this research is method quantitaive descriptive a survey. The research data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis using SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that the Product Quality, and Promotion simultaneously have a significant effect on Consumers Buying Interest. Product Quality partially significant effect Consumers Buying Interest. promotion has a significant effect on Consumers Buying Interest.

Abstract

This purposse study to determine and analyze the influence of work discipline and work environment both simultaneously and partially on the work productivity of production employees at CV. Wijaya Family Tasikmalaya. The method used in this study is a survei. With a research sample of 100 production employees as respondents. The data used is primary and secondary data. The analysis tool used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS version.25 support application. The test results show that simultaneously showing the variables used in the study, namely work discipline and work environment, have a significant effect on the work productivity of production employees at CV. Wijaya Family Tasikmalaya. Likewise, partially there is a significant effect of discipline on the work productivity of production employees, and there is a significant effect between the work environment on the work productivity of employees at CV. Wijaya Family Tasikmalaya.
