Abstract

This study aims to determine work discipline and work supervision on the performance of employees of PT. Primajasa Perdanaraya Utama. In this study using a survey method with a quantitative approach. The data collected in the form of data is done by using a questionnaire technique. Data analysis used in this study used multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, and coefficient of determination using SPSS version 26. The results show that work discipline and work supervision simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Work Environment and Workload on the Work Productivity of UPT Medical Employees of Tanjungjaya Health Center. This study used quantitative method. The population in this study was 49 medical employees of UPT Puskesmas Tanjungjaya. The sampling technique in this study was saturated sampling of 49 people. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear analysis with SPSS program version 25. The results of this study show that the Work Environment and Workload simultaneously have a significant influence on the Work Productivity of UPT Puskesmas Tanjungjaya Medical Employees. The Work Environment partially has a significant influence on the Work Productivity of Medical Workers UPT Puskesmas Tanjungjaya. The workload partially has a significant influence on the work productivity of UPT Puskesmas Tanjungjaya Medical Employees.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of Leadership and Work Motivation on Work Productivity of Production Section Employees at the Samijaya Tea Factory. The research method used in this study is to use a quantitative research method with a questionnaire. The population in this study were 40 employees of the Samijaya Tea Factory production department. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained through questionnaires. The data testing technique used in this study uses the validity test, reliability test and classic assumption test. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis using SPSS software version 25. The results of the study show that Leadership and Work Motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on the Work Productivity of Production Section Employees at the Samijaya Tea Factory. Leadership partially has a significant effect on the Work Productivity of Production Section Employees at the Samijaya Tea Factory. Work Motivation partially has a significant effect on the Work Productivity of Production Section Employees at the Samijaya Tea Factory.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously and partially between Work Discipline and Compensation on Employee Performance at CV. Archipelagic Services for the City of Banjar. The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used the saturated sample method with a total sample of 50 people. Data collection techniques using online and offline questionnaires. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 26. The results of the study show that work discipline and compensation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. Partially, compensation has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine compensation, job satisfaction, and work productivity of employees at Rumah Sakit Prasetya Bunda Tasikmalaya. The effect of compensation on the work productivity of Rumah Sakit Prasetya Bunda Tasikmalaya employees. The effect of job satisfaction on the work productivity of Rumah Sakit Prasetya Bunda Tasikmalaya employees. This research includes quantitative research in the sense that in this study it uses numbers, starting from data collection to interpreting data with statistical tests. The data collection technique used was a survey method. The data analysis technique used was descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression tests. The results of the study show that compensation is included in the very good category, job satisfaction is included in the good category, and work productivity for Rumah Sakit Prasetya Bunda Tasikmalaya employees is included in the good category. There is a positive effect of compensation on work productivity for Rumah Sakit Prasetya Bunda Tasikmalaya employees. There is a positive influence of job satisfaction on work productivity for Rumah Sakit Prasetya Bunda Tasikmalaya employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of human resource quality, work commitment on CV employee performance. Wirabuana Tasikmalaya. The research method used is a quantitative research method. The objects of this research are CV employees. Wirabuana Tasikmalaya, with a sampling technique using the saturated sampling method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results, it is known that there is a significant simultaneous influence between the Quality of Human Resources and Work Commitment on Employee Performance. Quality of Human Resources partially has no significant effect on Employee Performance and Work Commitment partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance of CV Wirabuana Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

The research aims to first understand and analyze the overview of Compensation, Work Motivation, Work Discipline, and Employee Work Productivity at CV Robot Vape Inc Tasikmalaya. Second, to determine and analyze the simultaneous influence of Compensation, Work Motivation, and Work Discipline on employee work productivity at CV Robot Vape Inc Tasikmalaya. Third, to determine and analyze the partial influence of Compensation on employee work productivity at CV Robot Vape Inc Tasikmalaya. Fourth, to determine and analyze the partial influence of Work Motivation on employee work productivity at CV Robot Vape Inc Tasikmalaya. Fifth, to determine and analyze the partial influence of Work Discipline on employee work productivity at CV Robot Vape Inc Tasikmalaya. The method used in this research is quantitative with a survey approach. The research results indicate that Compensation falls under the good category, Work Motivation falls under the good category, Work Discipline falls under the very good category, and work productivity of employees at CV Robot Vape Inc Tasikmalaya falls under the good category. There is a significant simultaneous influence of Compensation, Work Motivation, and Work Discipline on work productivity of employees at CV Robot Vape Inc Tasikmalaya. There is a significant partial influence of Compensation on work productivity of employees at CV Robot Vape Inc Tasikmalaya. There is a significant partial influence of Work Motivation on work productivity of employees at CV Robot Vape Inc Tasikmalaya. There is a significant partial influence of Work Discipline on work productivity of employees at CV Robot Vape Inc Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

This purposse study to determine and analyze the influence of work discipline and work environment both simultaneously and partially on the work productivity of production employees at CV. Wijaya Family Tasikmalaya. The method used in this study is a survei. With a research sample of 100 production employees as respondents. The data used is primary and secondary data. The analysis tool used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS version.25 support application. The test results show that simultaneously showing the variables used in the study, namely work discipline and work environment, have a significant effect on the work productivity of production employees at CV. Wijaya Family Tasikmalaya. Likewise, partially there is a significant effect of discipline on the work productivity of production employees, and there is a significant effect between the work environment on the work productivity of employees at CV. Wijaya Family Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the Influence of human resource development and innovatif work behavior on the performance of teacher YPC vocational school Tasikmalaya. This study used a quantitative approach with Associative (Causal) research methods using data obtained directly through questionnaires distributed to 35 repondents. The technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that: (1) human resource development and innovative work behavior simultaneously have a significant effect on Performanc teacher: (2) human resource  partially has a significant effect on  Performanc teacher: (3) innovative work behavior partially has a significant effect on  Performance teacher.
