Abstract

This study aims to determine “The Effect of Teamwork and Supervision on Employee Performance in the Production Department of CV. Sukahati Pratama Tasikmalaya”. The population in this study amounted to 260 people and the sample used in this study were 43 people in the production division. This research method is quantitative using multiple linear regression. The result of this study are that teamwork and simultaneous supervision can have a significant effect on the performance of production employees at CV. Sukahati Pratama Tasikmalaya. Partially teamwork has no significant effect on employee performance in the production section of CV. Sukahati Pratama Tasikmalaya and Supervision partially have a significant effect on the perfoemance of employees in the production section of CV. Sukahati Pratama Tasikmalaya

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of raw material costs and direct labor costs on production results partially or simultaneously at the Duaputra cuttlefish factory for the period 2020-2021. The data collection method in this study is an empirical study method. The data used is secondary data obtained directly from the company with data samples taken 24 months. Data analysis in this study used coefficient of determination analysis using SPSS 25 . Based on the results of this study, the cost of raw materials and direct labor costs simultaneously have a significant effect on the production at the Duaputra cuttlefish factory. The cost of raw materials partially has a significant effect on production results. Partial direct labor costs have no significant effect on production results. Therefore, it is suggested that the Duaputra cuttlefish factory can optimize its production by saving resources, so that production costs decrease and production results increase.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously and partially between Service Quality and Product Quality on Baraya Collection Customer Satisfaction. The research method used has a survey method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used the saturated sample method with a total sample of 100 people. Data collection techniques using online and offline questionnaires. The data used has primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS version 26. The results of the study show that simultaneously service quality and product quality have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Partially, service quality has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Partially product quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of perceptions of price, location and facilities simultaneously and partially on purchasing decisions at Mitra Mart Minimarkets. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method with a causality method and a consumer survey approach with a sample of 100 respondents. The data were collected using questionnaire techniques. The data analysis used in this study used multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient and coefficient of determination. The results showed that the perception of price, location and facilities had a significant simultaneous and partial effect on the purchasing decision of Mitra Mart Minimarket.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Raw Material Inventory and Machine Maintenance on Production Results Case study on An-Nadiyah Embroidery Convection Tasikmalaya City). The method used in this study is a casual associative method (cause and effect) with a quantitative approach, as for the sample, namely data on the cost of Raw Material Inventory, Machine Maintenance costs, and production data for the last 4 years or the last 48 months, namely in the period January 2019-December 2022 on An-Nadiyah Embroidery Convection. The analysis tool used in this study was multiple linear regression using SPSS Version 25. The results showed that simultaneously the discipline of Raw Material Inventory and Machine Maintenance had a significant effect on production results. Partially, the Standard Bahn Inventory has a significant effect on production output. Partial Machine Maintenance has a significant effect on Production Results.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously and partially between Quality of Raw Materials and Production Process on the Product Quality (Survey at Home Industry Kamiya Rajapolah Sub-District Tasikmalaya District). The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used the saturated sample method with a total sample of 40 peoples. Data collection techniques using online questionnaires. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 25. The results show that quality of materials and production process, have a significant effect on performance product quality. Partially, quality of raw materials has a significant effect on product quality. Partially, production process does not have a significant effect on product quality.

Abstract

This purpose of this study to determine the effect of work ethic and workload on employee performance (census on Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah, Perindustrian dan Perdagangan at Kota Tasikmalaya). The method used is a quantitative method with a research sample of 58 respondents who are an employee at Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah, Perindustrian dan Perdagangan at Kota Tasikmalaya. The data is used primary data and secondary data. The analitytical tool in this research is multiple regression using by SPSS version 25. The result showed that simultaneously work ethic and workload has a significant influence on employee performance. Partially work ethic has a significant influence on employee performance. Abstract

This research aims to find out the simultaneous and partial effect between the work environment and work motivation on employee loyalty Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach. The population in this research is the employee in Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Tasikmalaya which amounts is 87 people and the sample is 37 respondents who is an employee of the secretariat, transportation sector, traffic sector, infrastructure facility sector, public communication information sector, informatics and coding sector and UPTD testing motorized vehicles, used purposive sampling technique. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 25. The results showed that simultaneously the work environment and work motivation has significantly affect on employee loyalty. Partially the work environment has a significant effect on employee loyalty. Partially the work motivation has a significant effect on employee loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of work motivation and competence on work discipline of employees at the Cooperative Service Office of UMKM Perindag Kota Tasikmalaya. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis research method with a quantitative approach. With a research sample of 67 (sixty seven) employees of the Tasikmalaya City Cooperative, UMKM, Perindag Office. The data used in this study are secondary data and primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression using SPSS 25. The results show that work motivation, competence and work discipline have a very good classification for employees of the UMKM Cooperative Office of Industry and Trade. Tasikmalaya City. Based on the results of the research that Work Motivation and Competence simultaneously have a significant effect on the Work Discipline of the employees of the UMKM Cooperative Office of Industry and Trade Tasikmalaya City. Work Motivation Partially has a significant effect on the Work Discipline of the employees of the Cooperative Office of UMKM Industry and Trade Tasikmalaya City. Competence Partially has a significant effect on the Work Discipline of the employees of the Cooperative, UMKM, Industry and Trade Office, Tasikmalaya City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of content marketing and electronic word of mouth simultaneously on purchasing decisions for Erigo stores in the Tiktok shop application. The effect of content marketing and E-wom partially on purchasing decisions at Erigo stores in the Tiktok shop application. The method used in this research is descriptive causal with a quantitative approach. With a research sample of 100 people as respondents to students from the Universitas Perjuangan, Tasikmalaya student class of 2019, based on 989 known population data, the analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS support application version 25. Simultaneously content marketing and E-wom have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The test results show that partially the content marketing variable has a positive but not significant effect on purchasing decisions, but for the E-wom variable it has a partial positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.
