Abstract

AbstrakPoliteknik Manufaktur Astra (Polman Astra) merupakan institusi pendidikan yang berperan menyiapkan tenaga ahli madya yang terampil dan  kompeten dalam dunia industri, khususnya industri manukfaktur yang menerapkan kurikulum politeknik dengan proporsi 70% praktek dan sisanya sebanyak 30% berupa teori. Oleh karena itu, dalam proses belajar mengajar pada Polman Astra, lebih banyak dilakukan praktikum dibandingkan dengan pemberian materi secara teoritis. Fasilitas pendukung praktikum memiliki peranan penting. Ketersediaan alat merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kelancaran kegiatan praktikum tersebut. Semua alat merupakan tanggung jawab petugas kamar alat. Proses peminjaman alat yang masih menggunakan  koin menyebabkan beberapa resiko yaitu, keterlambatan pengembalian alat yang dipinjam, kehilangan koin, atau kehilangan alat yang akan berpengaruh pada biaya pembuatan koin dan kerusakan alat yang tidak terlacak. Selain itu, mahasiswa juga tidak mengetahui ketersediaan alat yang ada di kamar alat sehingga mahasiswa harus datang ke menemui petugas kamar alat terlebih dahulu untuk memastikan tersedia atau tidaknya alat yang diperlukan untuk kegiatan praktikum ketika ingin melakukan peminjaman alat. Dibutuhkan suatu sistem informasi yang dapat mengelola peminjaman alat agar pencatatan data alat dapat dilakukan secara lebih efektif dan efisien. Dengan demikian diharapkan proses peminjaman dan pengembalian alat dari kamar alat pada Polman Astra dapat dilakukan secara lebih efektif dan efisien.Kata kunci : Sistem Informasi, Peminjaman dan Pengembalian, Kamar Alat, Barcode, Hybrid

Abstract

Sistem pengadaan barang dan jasa Fakultas Teknik Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta yang masih manual menyebabkan kurang efektif dan efisiennya proses pengadaan barang dan jasa saat ini. Mengajukan surat permohonan pengadaan diharuskan datang secara langsung ke bagian tata usaha, bentuk data yang digunakan masih bersifat hard copy, tidak adanya sajian informasi mengenai status permohonan yang diajukan, proses disposisi perpindahan tugas masih menggunakan media komunikasi antar individu, serta belum adanya wadah untuk proses pencarian supplier. Pembuatan sistem informasi pengadaan barang dan jasa ditujukan untukmengatasi permasalahn yang ada. Metode yang digunakan untuk membuat system informasi ini adalah metode Waterfall dengan alat perancangan sistem menggunakan UML (Unified Modelling Language) dan pengkodean pembuata system informasi ini menggunakan Framework Laravel meliputi bahasa pemrograman PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) dan database MySQL. Dengan adanya system informasi pengadaan barang dan jasa di fakultas Teknik Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta, diharapkan dapat membuat proses pengadaan barang dan jasa menjadi lebih efisien dan mengurangi adanya kehilangan dokumen atau surat permohonan barang dan jasa.Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa, Web, Waterfall, UML (Unified Modelling Language), Framework Laravel.

Abstract

PT Garuda Mas Rentalindo merupakan salah satu pelopor layanan jasa      penyewaan mesin fotocopy. Sebagai perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang pelayanan jasa, tentunya beberapa karyawan melakukan kunjungan guna memonitoring mesin fotocopy yang disewakan. Namun, selama ini proses pembuatan laporan kunjungan yang dilakukan oleh staff masih bersifat manual dengan mengisi form laporan kunjungan, hal ini memperlambat kinerja staff dalam melaporkan laporan kegiatan kepada supervisor, serta proses persetujuan laporan kepada pihak terkait masih bertele-tele sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, maka dibuatlah sistem daily report dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem Rapid Application Development. Rapid Application Development merupakan proses pengembangan perangkat lunak untuk waktu pengerjaan yang pendek. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem daily report berbasis web yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk memudahkan dalam membuat dan mengelola laporan kunjungan dengan lebih baik dan efisien, dimana hasil pengujian menggunakan aplikasi terhadap 15 responden teknisi dan pihak terkait dengan hasil sistem yang sangat baik dan dapat diterima oleh user yang akan menggunakan sistem daily report. Fungsi, tombol dan field yang terdapat didalam aplikasi dapat berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Kata Kunci: Pelayanan Jasa, Laporan Kunjungan, Laporan Harian, Manual, Rapid Aplication Development

Abstract

PT. Kimia Farma Tbk Plant Jakarta merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang Farmasi. Dalam laporan penilaian KPI karyawan terdapat kriteria penilaian berdasarkan sasaran kerja (corporate, unit kerja, dan individu) dan core values ICARE (Innovative, Collaborative, Agile, Responsible, Enthusiastic). Namun saat ini proses penilaian Key Performance Indicators (KPI) karyawan dilakukan masih menggunakan sistem manual, belum adanya sistem yang dapat mengelola data tersebut, sehingga hal tersebut cenderung beresiko sering terjadi kesalahan dan dibutuhkan ketelitian oleh supervisor dalam pembuatan laporan Key Performance Indicators (KPI) karyawan, serta pada bagian Sumber Daya  Manusia (SDM) membutuhkan waktu yang lama dalam pencarian data karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan sebuah aplikasi berbasis web dengan menggunakan metode Extreme Programming (XP) yang merupakan salah satu cabang dari metode agile sebagai pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan untuk menyesuaikan kebutuhan pengembangan. Output dari aplikasi ini meliputi pengelolaan data karyawan, laporan KPI karyawan, dan penyimpanan data laporan KPI karyawan. Laporan KPI digunakan untuk melakukan pelatihan, mutasi, rotasi serta promosi terhadap karyawan. Dalam pembuatan aplikasi menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai databasenya. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang dilakukan kepada pihak SDM dan warehouse, fitur-fitur dalam aplikasi berhasil digunakan dan menjawab kebutuhan dari perusahaan.Kata Kunci: Penilaian, Key Performance Indicators (KPI) karyawan, Extreme Programming (XP), Agile

Abstract

Hypertension is a disorder of the blood vessels that blocks the supply of oxygen and nutrients from the blood from reaching the tissues in the body that need it. Hypertension is a condition in which blood pressure increases beyond normal limits. Based on data obtained in the Working Area of the Kapasa Health Center, Tamalanrea District, Makassar City, hypertension is the second highest disease of the 10 highest diseases in the region. While Kapasa Raya sub-district Patients with hypertension predominantly experienced by the elderly usually have no complaints and only experience mild symptoms such as neck headaches, dizziness, irregular heartbeat, or often tired. This activity aims to determine the level of knowledge about hypertension in Kapasaraya District, Makassar City and the effectiveness of progressive muscle relaxation in the treatment and prevention of hypertension complications. The activity, which will be held on September 30, 2023, targets 20 people with high blood pressure in Kapasa Raya Village, Tamaranea District, Makassar City. There are two activities carried out are the provision of hypertension education materials and training on progressive muscle relaxation techniques. The provision of educational materials on hypertension topics is carried out with lecture and discussion techniques. Training in progressive muscle relaxation techniques is carried out directly.  The media used are PowerPoint slides and brochures on the LCD screen. The results of this activity provide information on the level of knowledge before carrying out hypertension education: less (75%), sufficient (25%). After the training there was a very significant increase in knowledge between less knowledge (20%) and sufficient knowledge (80%). The measurement results showed that progressive muscle relaxation exercises produced changes in systolic and diastolic blood pressure before and after exercise. Average systolic blood pressure 160.81 mmHg and diastolic 105.35 mmHg, as well as systolic blood pressure after exercise 153.32 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure 92.36 mmHg. The conclusion of this activity was that the level of knowledge of respondents increased after training and the decrease in blood pressure both systolic and diastolic changed after progressive muscle relaxation therapy.  The implication of this activity is that respondents and their families routinely perform progressive muscle relaxation exercises to reduce hypertension and prevent complications of hypertension

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus has increased due to several factors, one of which is knowledge. Thus, increasing knowledge can be applied in many ways, one of which is to provide teaching using audiovisual methods. The type of research used is quassy experiment design research design with one group pre test-post test design. In this study, initial knowledge of the sample will be tested before the intervention (pretest) and after the intervention (posttest). Providing foot gymnastics education through audiovisual media and demonstration methods can increase the knowledge and ability of people with type 2 diabetes in doing foot exercises. A positive rating with an N value of 48, which means that out of 54 respondents, the pre and post test scores increased with a mean rank or average increase of 21.00 and the number of ratings was 861.00. The obstacle value is N 7, meaning that there are 7 respondents with the same score between the previous test and the final test. Based on the results of statistical tests, a significance value of 0.000 is obtained which means that H0 is rejected because of the significance value of p <; 0.05 and Ha is accepted, it can be concluded that foot motor education through audiovisual affects the knowledge of diabetics.The use of audiovisual media and demonstration methods can be used by puskesmas nurses as a means of advertising and prevention of diabetic ulcer complications to improve the quality of life of patients with type 2 diabetes.

Abstrak: Pemakaian alat pelindung diri (APD) harus menjadi perhatian khusus pada perawat selama memberikan pelayanan di rumah sakit. karena tenaga Kesehatan khusunya perawat memiliki resiko menginfeksi rekan sejawat dan pasien serta dapat mengancam keselamatan kerja perawat dalam melaksanakan pemberian asuhan keperawatan. Kepatuhan Pemakaian alat pelindung diri tentu tidak terlepas dari beberapa factor yang mempengaruhi, diantaranya adalah ketersediaan Alat pelindung diri. Rumah sakit harus memastikan bahwa disetiap layanan keperawatan tersedia APD yang memadai. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan ketersediaan alat pelindung diri (APD) dengan kepatuhan perawat dalam menggunakan APD di rumah sakit Sulawesi selatan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain non eksperimen pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 60 responden. Hasil penelitian di Uji menggunakan chis square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara ketersediaan APD dengan kepatuhan perawat dalam penggunaan APD dengan P=0.03. kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah ketersediaan APD sangat penting untuk memfasilitasi perawat untuk patuh menggunakan APD selama memberikan pelayanan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of work life balance on employee performance at the Gowa Regency Education Office. The type of research used in this research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of the Gowa Regency Education Office. The sample used in this research was 63 respondents taken using saturated sampling techniques. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is simple linear regression analysis and t test (partial test) which is processed using statistical calculations through the Statistical for the Social Science (SPSS) application version 26. The results of this study show that Work Life Balance has a positive effect and significant impact on Employee Performance at the Gowa Regency Education Office as evidenced by the Work Life Balance (X) regression coefficient value of 0.789 and the calculated t value of 9.785 > t table 0.678 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

HR development is not just about recruitment and training, but also involves career management, performance management, rewards, and inter-employee relations. Organizations that successfully build an inclusive culture and focus on employee development will create an environment where every individual feels valued and has opportunities to grow.The main objective of this study is to analyze the effect of employee selection on work productivity in the hotel industry. By analyzing the factors that influence employee selection as well as their impact on productivity, this research is expected to provide useful insights for HR practitioners in improving employee selection and management strategies. In addition, this research is also expected to contribute to the development of HR management theory. The population in this study was employees of the Reyhan Square Hotel which amounted to 40 people. The population used was also a sample in this study. Where the sampling technique used is saturated sampling. Saturated sampling is a sampling technique when all members of a population are used as samples. The method used in this study is quantitative, quantitative data that focuses on measuring and analyzing statistical number-based data. By using a survey method approach to find the cause and effect. The conclusion of this study, Variable X, namely Selection, has a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of Reyhan Square Hotel with a Selection coefficient (X) value of 0.437 and a calculated t value of 2,824 t table 2,024 with a significant value of 0.008 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of human resource competency on the performance of Makassar City Tourism Department employees. The population of this study was 101 employees and the sample was 50 employees at the Makassar City Tourism Office. The sample data collection technique uses the Slovin formula. The type of data used is quantitative data. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires, observation and documentation. In this research, the data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The instrument in this research uses the Likert scale method and statistical calculations using the Statistical for the Social Science (SPSS) version 26 application. Based on the research results, it shows that there is a positive and significant influence of Human Resource Competency on the Performance of Makassar City Tourism Office Employees. This was proven by a simple regression analysis test which obtained the results of the human resource competency t test with tcount = 3.091 > ttable = 2.010. In addition, it was found that the significant value of human resource competency on employee performance was 0.003 < 0.05. So it can be concluded that H1 is accepted.
