Abstract

Pemanfaatan Geolocation dan formula Haversine dalam sebuah SIG bertujuan agar pengguna sistem dapat melakukan perhitungan seberapa jarak kita terhadap suatu objek. Pada penelitian ini peneliti mendapatkan informasi lokasi rawan kriminalitas dan kecelakaan dari Polda Sumatera Utara yang berada di Jl. Sisingamangaraja Km. 10,5 No. 60, Timbang Deli, Kec. Medan Amplas, Kota Medan, Sumatera Utara 20148, data kriminalitas dan kecelakaan di peroleh pada bagian Reserse Kriminal Umum di Kantor Kepolisian Polda Sumatera Utara dan masyarakat setempat. Lokasi yang akan dijadikan sampel lokasi kriminalitas pada penelitian ada 12 lokasi di kota medan dengan mengambil kisaran lebih dari 40 orang pelaku premanisme dari tahun 2017 – 2021. Pada pengujian akurasi perhitungan jarak, user melakukan perhitungan manual dan membandingkan hasilnya dengan perhitungan yang dilakukan oleh system. Data-data disimpan dengan menggunakan sistem database MySQL sehingga data lebih terjaga keamanan dan memiliki penyimpnan data skala besar. Hasil yang didapatkan pada perhitungan jarak lokasi rawan 1 dan lokasi rawan 2 hasil sama nilainya pada perhitungan manual dan perhitungan system, dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil perhitungan system sudah cukup akurat.

Abstract

Ekonomi kereatif adalah salah satu bidang di Dinas Pariwisata kota Medan. Medan Creative Market adalah salah satu program kerja bidang ekonomi kreatif Medan Creative Market merupakan sarana yang menyediakan ragam produk yang memfokuskan sub sektor ekonomi kreatif, saat ini Medan Creative Market masih menggunakan sistem transaksi yang masih menggunakan facebook sebagai basis yang mempertemukan penjual dan pembeli. Sistem yang seperti itu kurang efisien karena informasi tentang produk yang didapat kurang lengkap serta metode pembayaran yang masih bergantung kepada kesepakatan bersama. Dengan adanya aplikasi marketplace berbasis website diharapkan dapat membantu para pelaku ekonomi kreatif di kota Medan memasarkan produknya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebuah aplikasi lokapasar Medan creative market berbasis website yang terintegrasi dengan payment gateway midtrans sehingga diharapkan dapat membantu pengguna untuk mengakses informasi mengenai produk yang dijual dan melakukan transaksi di Medan Creative Market. Abstract

Hijau Surya adalah perusahaan kultur jaringan tanaman yang khusus memproduksi tanaman kultur jaringan. Pada PT.Hijau Surya Biotechindo pengelolaan data penggajian karyawan masih dilakukan secara manual dengan dicatat dan menggunakan aplikasi microsoft excel sehingga mengakibatkan pembuatan laporan guna mendukung keputusan manajerial menjadi sulit, memakan waktu dan kerap terjadi kesalahan yang dapat merugikan perusahaan. Peneliti mencoba menyelesaikan masalah yang terjadi dengan menerapkan sistem informasi manajemen penggajian karyawan pada PT. Hijau Surya Biotechindo dengan menggunakan metode waterfall yang merupakan sebuah metode yang bersifat sistematis dan secara berurutan mulai dari tahap analisis masalah dan analisis kebutuhan, tahap desain dengan menggunakan UML (unified modeling language), pengujian sistem dan maintence sistem . Hasil dari perancangan dan pembangunan dibuat sesuai kebutuhan dan diharapkan dapat membantu dan dapat dikembangkan untuk mempermudah pekerjaan.

Abstract

PT Boy Bagus Windi is one of the LPG distributors in the Langkat Regency. Because Microsoft Excel is still used to hold distribution data, financial data, sales and purchase data, and personnel data, PT. Boy Bagus Windi faces a number of difficulties managing his data. The problem that businesses run into is that when they need to look for data, it takes a while since they have to access each folder or page in Microsoft Excel individually. Due to the current rapid growth of information technology, many businesspeople conduct their everyday activities online. In order to administer its business management information system, a company is compelled to adopt a web-based information system. Therefore, PT. Web-based Boy Bagus Windi developed a management information system. This system is intended to make it simpler for businesses to search data and handle human, financial, and products data management in one web for a more streamlined and orderly arrangement.

Abstract

The Sri Deli bakery business was founded in 2019 and is currently still recording income and expenses using Microsoft Excel application in a simple format. This causes errors in data recording and results in non-integration with ongoing business processes, and is not monitored in real-time. To control the risk of errors in recording stock, expense, income and employee data, Busrain Bakery requires a management information system that is integrated and monitored in real-time. The application of Enterprise Resource Planning in the Management Information System can help users of the Busrain Bakery Bread Factory record sales, purchases, stocks and payroll in more detail. The Laravel framework and MySQL database are used in the development of a management information system that can reduce fraud in financial and inventory management, as well as make it easier for factory leaders to access financial reports, employee data, and inventory.Keywords: Enterprise Resource Planning; Management Information System; Web; Laravel AbstrakUsaha roti Sri Deli berdiri sejak tahun 2019 dan saat ini masih melakukan pencatatan pendapatan dan pengeluaran dengan menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Excel dalam format yang sederhana. Hal ini menyebabkan kesalahan pencatatan data dan mengakibatkan tidak terintegrasinya proses bisnis yang berjalan, serta tidak terpantau secara realtime. Untuk mengendalikan risiko kesalahan pencatatan persediaan, pengeluaran, pendapatan dan data karyawan, Busrain Bakery memerlukan sistem informasi manajemen yang terintegrasi dan termonitor secara real-time. Penerapan Enterprise Resource Planning pada Sistem Informasi Manajemen dapat membantu pengguna Pabrik Roti Busrain Bakery dalam mencatat penjualan, pembelian, persediaan dan penggajian dengan lebih detail. Framework Laravel dan database MySQL digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem informasi manajemen yang dapat mengurangi kecurangan dalam manajemen keuangan dan inventaris, serta memudahkan pimpinan pabrik untuk mengakses laporan keuangan, data karyawan, dan inventaris.

Abstract

Watermelon and Melon Buying and Selling Twins is a business that exports watermelons and melons to various cities owned by Mr. Kliwon whose address is at Pulau Gambar Village. In the Watermelon and Melon Buying and Selling Twins, in selecting the best quality watermelons suitable for sale, problems were found, namely that usually because they were affected by high prices, farmers did not prioritize the best quality watermelons and only focused on the number of fruits to be sold and agents had difficulty selecting watermelons. The best quality is suitable for sale, especially for export outside the city. So, with this problem, the author took the initiative to solve the problem correctly and maximize the determination of watermelons that are suitable for sale by designing and building a web-based decision support system by applying the AHP and PROMETHEE methods to help agents determine the best quality of watermelon. The design of this web-based application was carried out by conducting research at the Watermelon and Melon Buying and Selling Twins by collecting data on watermelon fruit and criteria data on watermelon fruit. After the data was collected, each fruit was weighted and ranked and then entered into the application that had been built. Based on the calculation results in this research, alternative weighting using the AHP method helps weighting with a weight scale of 1 - 9 according to AHP provisions. After carrying out alternative weighting, the next ranking is using the PROMETHEE method to get the netflow value, ranking 1 is obtained by 15 with a netflow value of 3,583 and Rank 15 is obtained by fruit 5 with a netflow value of -1.833.

Abstract

PT. FIFGroup is a company that has obtained permission from the Minister of Finance, where this company carries out business in the field of providing loans in the form of funds. PT. FIFGroup Cikampak is one of several branches in other cities, as a prospective customer there are 5 criteria that must be considered and have been determined, namely according to the prospective customer's income, collateral for the prospective customer, employment, needs and term of borrowing funds. However, when determining potential customers who will receive loan funds, PT.FIFGroup Cikampak still uses manual methods, such as analyzing the conditions attached when applying for funds. In order to avoid errors in customer decision making, a web-based decision support system is needed to provide information quickly and precisely regarding the criteria for prospective customers. This decision support system uses a combination method, namely Topsis (Technique for orders preference by siilatyt ideal solution) and AHP (Analytical hierarchy process), this system can automatically recommend potential loan recipient customers who comply with predetermined criteria. Prospective customers who receive loan funds in this system will produce a ranking based on Topsis and AHP calculations. Based on calculations using the AHP method from the five criteria elements, the alternative weightings use a satty scale weighting of 1-9 according to the provisions of the AHP method. Then the ranking was carried out using the topsis method, resulting in the first rank being the name of the Misno customer with a manual priority of 0.729 and a system of 0.729, the lowest value or lowest ranking of the 15 alternatives, namely Sri Irma Naibaho manual priority of 0.204 and system of 0.204. The design of the decision support system has been successfully built using the Topsis and AHP methods, based on the results of Black Box testing, the system runs very well as desired.

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 mengharuskan kegiatan belajar mengajar yang sebelumnya dilakukan secara tatap muka dialihkan pelaksanaanya dalam bentuk Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh. Hal ini menyebabkan penggunaan eLearning di STMIK Mikroskil meningkat pesat, sehingga STMIK Mikroskil memutuskan mulai mengimplementasikan sebuah perangkat lunak kolaboratif yaitu Microsoft Teams. Dalam penggunaan Microsoft Teams, beberapa mahasiswa masih kebingungan dalam penggunaan aplikasi Microsoft Teams. Evaluasi Usability terhadap Microsoft Teams menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) dilakukan sebagai langkah awal untuk menilai keberhasilan implementasi Microsoft Teams. Berdasarkan hasil kuesioner SUS didapat skor sebesar 72 dengan peringkat “Good” dan Letter Grade “B”.

Abstract

Di zaman sekarang ini terutama di era digital, fotografi dan videografi sudah semakin melekat di kehidupan kita. perkembangan teknologi membuat pengguna kamera terutama kamera digital semakin banyak namun tidak diiringi dengan media informasi. Minimnya media informasi mengenai kerusakan kamera terkhusus kamera dengan merk Sony yang merupakan salah satu merek kamera digital yang terkenal di Indonesia membuat seseorang sulit untuk mengetahui kerusakan yang dialami oleh kameranya. Selain itu kurangnya jumlah pakar yang tersebar menjadi salah satu kendala dalam mengetahui kerusakan yang sedang dialami. Untuk itu sistem pakar deteksi kerusakan kamera dibuat agar mengetahui jenis kerusakan dan kemudian diberikan alternative pemecahan masalah. Dengan demikian metoda dan algoritma yang digunakan adalah Case Based Reasoning (CBR) dengan menggunakan persamaan perhitungan 3W-Jaccard. Metode dan algoritma ini dapat digunakan untuk mendeteksi kerusakan berdasarkan gejala yang ada pada database. Setiap gejala baru yang di masukkan akan dibandingkan dengan gejala lama yang ada pada tabel kemudian akan diberikan hasil deteksi dan solusi terhadap kerusakan yang dialami.In this day and age, especially in the digital era, photography and videography are increasingly embedded in our lives. Technological developments make camera users, especially digital cameras more and more, but not accompanied by information media. The lack of media information regarding camera damage, especially cameras with the Sony brand, which is one of the well-known digital camera brands in Indonesia, makes it difficult for someone to know about the damage experienced by their camera. Besides that, the lack of scattered experts is one of the obstacles in knowing the damage that is being experienced. For this reason, an expert camera damage detection system was created to find out the type of damage and then provide alternative solutions to the problem. Thus the method and algorithm used is Case Based Reasoning (CBR) using the 3W-Jaccard calculation equation. These methods and algorithms can be used to detect damage based on the symptoms in the database. Each new symptom that is entered will be compared with the old existing symptom there is a table and then the detection results and solutions for the damage will be given.

Abstract

The government provided one form of assistance, namely the renovation of houses in the Kuala Bangka Village area in Kualuh Hilir District, North Labuhan Batu Regency from 2015 until now. However, with this assistance, Kuala Bangka Village sometimes has problems in determining the feasibility of receiving assistance from the government, therefore the author will conduct research by categorizing the eligibility of recipients of house renovation assistance by applying the K-Means algorithm. The K-Means Clustering algorithm is an algorithm that can classify data accurately according to the previous problem. The grouping aims to determine cluster 0 and cluster 1 as recipients of house renovation assistance, cluster 0 is feasible and cluster 1 is not feasible. The attributes used in this research are number of family members, employment, housing conditions, and income. The results obtained from 170 data were cluster 0 with 91 data and cluster 1 with 79 data. From these results, 91 people were eligible to receive home renovation assistance and 79 were not eligible to receive home renovation assistance
