The Case Based Reasoning method is a method that applies 4 stages of the process, namely Retrieve, Reuse, Revise, and Retain. The workings of the system in general are guided by the knowledge base possessed by the system which originates from cases that have been handled by an expert. Then the level of similarity is calculated with the new cases entered by the user using the 3W Jaccard Algorithm, based on the level of similarity of these cases, the system will issue the conclusions drawn. This research resulted in an expert system application to detect eye disease. The method used in calculating the Case Based Reasoning (CBR) method with the 3W Jaccard Algorithm. This application diagnosis types of eye disease based on the results of the largest percentage and can provide a solution to the eye disease you are experiencing.

Penelitian ini mengangkat permasalahan terbatasnya teknologi informasi di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 1 Kabanjahe yang menyebabkan ketidakefisienan dalam proses koordinasi antara pihak sekolah dan orang tua siswa terkait absensi, nilai, perilaku, dan pembayaran SPP siswa. Metode panggilan langsung kepada orang tua untuk datang ke sekolah tidak efektif karena banyak orang tua yang sibuk bekerja dan tidak dapat menghadiri panggilan tersebut, sehingga mereka kesulitan memperoleh informasi penting tentang perkembangan belajar anak mereka. Masalah ini mencakup ketidaktahuan orang tua mengenai kehadiran siswa yang sering bolos, nilai siswa yang bermasalah, perilaku siswa yang negatif, serta informasi prestasi dan pembayaran SPP. Situasi ini menekankan perlunya perancangan dan pembangunan Sistem Informasi Monitoring untuk mengawasi data kehadiran, nilai, perilaku, pembayaran SPP, dan informasi lainnya guna meningkatkan efektivitas komunikasi dan pengawasan antara sekolah dan orang tua. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode R&D dengan metode pengumpulan data melakukan observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka, serta dokumentasi, dan menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem berupa metode SDLC Waterfall. Data tersebut digunakan sebagai acuan dalam merancang dan mengimplementasikan aplikasi berbasis web yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Kabanjahe. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah Sistem Informasi Monitoring Siswa berbasis Web guna diimplementasikan pada Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Kabanjahe. Sistem ini akan meningkatkan aksesibilitas informasi siswa, pengelolaan data, serta mempermudah proses pemantauan dan juga evaluasi siswa oleh guru dan pihak terkait. Dengan adanya website ini, diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Kabanjahe.

Evaluation of SMILE in Data and Information Management (Case Study of BPJS Employment, Tanjung Morawa Branch) Using the User Compatibility Method. Effective data and information management in financial institutions such as BPJS Employment requires an application system that meets user needs. This research aims to evaluate SMILE at the Tanjung Morawa BPJS Employment Branch using the User Compatibility method, which assesses the extent to which the application meets the user's needs, abilities and expectations. This research method involves a survey of SMILE users at BPJS Employment Tanjung Morawa Branch, taking into account aspects of usability, efficiency and user satisfaction. Data was collected through questionnaires, interviews and direct observation of smile users. The evaluation results show that SMILE at BPJS Employment Tanjung Morawa Branch has a high level of compatibility with users. The research results show that all EUCS independent variables (indicators), consisting of Content (Content), Format (report), Accurancy (accuracy), Timeliness (speed of presentation), Ease of Use (easy to use), which have a significant relationship with user satisfaction SMILE. Users find this application easy to use, improves work efficiency, and meets their expectations regarding data and information management. However, several recommendations for improvement were also put forward, including increased training for users, improved integration with other systems, and improved data security. This study makes an important contribution to further understanding the extent to which SMILE meets user needs in internal environments. The evaluation results and recommendations produced can serve as guidelines for developing and improving smile in the future.

Employees were previously paid directly by people and. Now. Employee payments are made instantly. The world of labor is also affected by technology advancements, which can move quite quickly.Time makes it possible for humans to do their work quickly in general. Today, a lot of businesses use technology to expedite work. Payroll information system that can help with data processing payroll for better management of payroll computations, pay stubs, and necessary reports. Based on these issues, research was done to learn the specifications needed to create an employee payroll information system for the plan. This design's outcome isemployee payroll was digitized using a web-based information system. This system was created to facilitate and minimize the company's performance in processing payroll data. processes used to calculate employee salaries. The Culture Department continues to prepare payroll reports manually, and there are still numerous challenges involved. So, in order to construct a based application, this is required. The website makes use of MySQL to make employees' job more productive. Additionally, this method enforces absenteeism for workers, and if they are ill while on leave or without notice, their pay will be withheld in accordance with the guidelines of the North Sumatra culture and tourism agency.

Prayer is a means of communication between a servant and the creator. Prayer has pillars that must be fulfilled as a measure of whether the prayer is valid or not. The pillars of prayer are prayer movements that must be done and should not be abandoned. The pillars of prayer are also taught in the science of schools. Madhhab is an understanding or school of thought that comes from the ijtihad of a mujtahid about law in Islam which is excavated from the verses of the Qur'an and Hadith. Low knowledge of it will create a new theory that results in many errors and is not in accordance with the Qur'an and Hadith. This study aims to create a mobile application for learning the pillars of prayer fardhu according to 4 priests of the school to increase students' knowledge about the pillars of prayer based on the theory of 4 priests of the school and not cause differences of opinion in the community. The learning media uses the MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) development model with 6 stages. This application was tested in black-box testing, the results of all aspects of this study were good.

The problem of this research is the lack of interactive and interesting resources to help individuals understand and perform Eid prayers correctly, as well as the lack of learning time given to students related to learning prayer practices. To overcome this problem, this research develops a learning media application for Eid prayer practices that uses augmented reality with the Android-based Marker Based Tracking Method. The development model used is the Research and Development (R&D) development model. The results of this study indicate that based on the benefit aspect questionnaire data, the calculation of the percentage score of the application benefit aspect shows a result of 83.75%. Meanwhile, the visual communication aspect received a percentage score of 82.19%. Both aspects fall into the good category, indicating that this application is feasible to use as learning media.

Labuhanbatu District Food Service is an agency that has the task of assisting the Regent, in carrying out the affairs of the field of food, food distribution and food consumption patterns. As for the data processing business at the Labuhanbatu District Food Service, it has been computerized using Microsoft Excel. But it still has shortcomings in its use, such as data can be lost at any time, and for shared use it is still not appropriate to use because users will find it difficult if they want to update data, because the data is not stored in the database. This information management system of data processing based website is built using the laravel framework. The system design method used is to use the waterfall method. This application can make data processing at the Labuhanbatu District Food Service better and support food progress in Labuhanbatu Regency.

Agrowisata Paloh Naga, destinasi wisata di Desa Denai Lama, masih menggunakan pencatatan keuangan manual, yang meningkatkan risiko kesalahan perhitungan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan transparansi laporan keuangan dan memudahkan pengelola Agrowisata Paloh Naga dalam menggunakan Tempu sebagai alat pembayaran. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah Community Based Participatory Action Research (CBPAR), melibatkan mitra seperti BumDes Sastro 3-16, Unity Academy, dan Lembaga Penelitian dan Publikasi Ali. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pendampingan pengelolaan keuangan di Agrowisata Paloh Naga membawa manfaat signifikan, termasuk peningkatan pemahaman melalui pelatihan, penerapan aplikasi laporan keuangan, kemudahan mencetak laporan dengan printer kasir, dan pembuatan video dokumenter kegiatan

The Marriage Administration Information System at the Religious Affairs Office of Lubuk Barumun District is a system that is run by the Admin of the Religious Affairs Office of Lubuk Barumun District and the Community in Lubuk Barumun District. The main function provided by this marriage administration information system is to facilitate the Religious Affairs office in compiling data and delivering information to the public, this system can also facilitate the public in submitting marriage requirements and reconciliation files. In using the marriage administration information system, some people are still confused in running this marriage administration information system. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the usefulness of the marriage administration information system using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method to determine the extent of the effectiveness, efficiency and satisfaction of using the marriage administration information system that has been built.

Text data generated by internet users holds potentially valuable information that can be researched for new insights. One strategy for obtaining information from a text data set is to classify text into predetermined categories based on existing data. Text classification is an aspect of Text Mining. One of the popular approaches in Text Mining uses the Support Vector Machine (SVM) classification algorithm, which aims to classify text and separate data into different classes. However, in some cases, SVM classification algorithms may face difficulties in understanding the context of the text properly due to unclear wording, varying sentence structures, or a lack of understanding of interpretation. To address this problem, applying SVM classification using lexical resources can be an effective solution. In this research framework, the first step is to obtain data, which in this case is a film review dataset taken from the kaggle.com site. After obtaining the data, the next step is preprocessing. The results of the preprocessing are then divided into 80:20 percentages. The 80% training data is used to search for the form of polarization, and this training data lexicon is used for training the SVM model. Based on the modeling results, the overall model accuracy is around 85%, calculated using the confusion matrix. The precision value, which shows the proportion of correct positive predictions, reached 88%. The precision for negative predictions reached 80%, and for neutral predictions, it reached 0%. These results show that the Lexicon+SVM model has good performance, with an accuracy of 85%.
