Abstract

Muhammadiyah merupakan gerakan keagamaan Islam dengan Dakwah amar makruf nahi munkar, akidah Islam serta berdasarkan Al-Qur’an dan Al-Sunnah. Muhammadiyah didirikan oleh K.H. A. Dahlan pada Dzulhijjah, 18 November 1912 M di Yogyakarta. Muhammadiyah tumbuh dan berkembang dengan pesat. Hanya beberapa tahun, banyak cabang Muhammadiyah didirikan di Srandakan, Wonosari, Imogiri, dan beberapa daerah lainnya. Perkembangan Muhammadiyah mendapat perlawanan dari Hindia Timur Belanda. Pendirian  Muhammadiyah dilandasi oleh motivasi teologis bahwa derajat keimanan dan ketaqwaan yang sempurna akan dapat dicapai oleh manusia jika memiliki kedalaman pengetahuan. Rasa nasionalisme akan berkembang jika setiap individu warga negara mematuhi hukum, kemudian mengajukan kewajiban sebelum menuntut haknya. Hal ini kemudian dapat dicapai jika setiap warga negara memiliki disiplin tinggi dan cinta tanah air

Abstract

Muhammadiyah is an Islamic religious organization founded in 1912 that has survived for more than a century in Indonesia. The survival and dynamic development of Muhammadiyah has inspired exploratory studies revealing the concomitant factors behind the proliferation of Muhammadiyah, one of which is the idea of Islam Berkemajuan (progressive Islam). This study relies mostly on the official documents and individual works published before and after the coinage of the terminology in the early 2000s. This study approaches the subject by systematically and critically constructing the historical and theological perspectives. This research shows that Islam Berkemajuan finds its roots in progressivice Islamic discourse among Muslim intellectuals and activists in early twentieth-century Indonesia. The idea of progress then serves as an intellectual response to social, political, and economic plight of Indonesians under Dutch colonial rule. In addition, the idea of progress is also particularly found in the discourse among inner circles of Muhammadiyah to advance the position of Muslims. Islam Berkemajuan was founded on theological grounds. In this, the teaching of Ahmad Dahlan on surah al-‘Ashr and surah al-Ma’un has become a strong inspiration behind Muhammadiyah’s commitment to using religious and rational understanding in teaching and action, developing education, health services, economic development, empowerment, philanthropy, and humanitarian action. [Muhammadiyah adalah organisasi keislaman di Indonesia yang berdiri sejak 1912 dan telah bertahan lebih dari seabad. Keberlangsungan dan dinamika perkembangan Muhammadiyah telah menginspirasi kajian eksploratif yang mencerahkan seiring faktor dakwah Muhammadiyah, salah satunya ide tentang Islam Berkemajuan. Tulisan ini sebagian besar berdasar dokumen resmi lembaga dan publikasi personal tentang Muhammadiyah baik sebelum dan sesudah terminologi ini muncul di awal tahun 2000an. Tulisan ini menggunakan pendekatan sistematis dan konstruktif kritis pada perspektif sejarah dan teologis organisasi ini. Tulisan ini ingin menunjukkan bahwa Islam Berkemajuan berakar pada progresifitas diskursus keislaman diantara intelektual dan aktivis muslim Indonesia awal abad 20. Ide kemajuan kemudian berkembang sebagai respon intelektual terhadap memburuknya sosial, ekonomi dan politik Indonesia dimasa kolonial Belanda. Ide kemajuan juga sebagian berkembang dilingkungan internal Muhammadiyah untuk mendorong posisi muslim Indonesia. Islam berkemajuan juga mempunyai landasan teologisnya dalam ajaran Ahmad Dahlan terkait surah al-‘Ashr dan surah al-Ma’un. Hal ini menjadi inspirasi kuat selain komitmen Muhammadiyah menggunakan agama dan pemahaman rasional dalam ajaran dan aksi, pengembangan pendidikan, pelayanan kesehatan, kesejahteraan ekonomi, pemberdayaan, filantropi dan aksi kemanusiaan.]

Abstract

The existence of Muhammadiyah as a modern Islamic organization and carrying out Islamic da'wah rahmatan lil alamin and carrying out progressive Islam, as well as the amar ma'ruf and nahi munkar movements. Muhammadiyah also carries out its Islamic vision with inclusive moderate Islam. Indonesia, with a diverse population that has unique personal characteristics, makes Muhammadiyah a moderate form of Islam that can mingle with various other religions in Indonesia. This research is a library research and the nature of this research is descriptive-analytical related to the religious concept of Muhammadiyah. The step method used in collecting data is to find and collect reference sources through books, journals and websites related to the author's research title. Muhammadiyah uses two strategies to spread progressive Islam: namely the enlightenment strategy and the transformational strategy. Enlightenment strategies try to reach people with advanced Islamic ideas through education and transformation strategies try to change people's way of thinking through preaching and activism. Tajdid has two meanings, namely: 1) In the field of faith and worship, 2) Tajdid muamalatduniayah. The position of Tarjih is at a low level of Ijtihad, based on the level of Ijtihad which includes 4 types, namely: a) absolute ijtihad in clauses and branches; b) ijtihad at the branch; c) ijtihad on sects; d) Ijtihad in Tarjih. the concept of progressive education is a reflection of holistic Islamic education that enlightens.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine the existence of the Muhammadiyah Movement in facing the challenges of the times. This research is included in the type of library research. The data sources used in this study come from the documentation that includes books, journals, articles, and so on related to the topic under study. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, which describes the sub-topic of research and then analyzes it to get research conclusions. The results of the study can be described that Muhammadiyah as a movement organization does have a fundamental role to play. This can be seen from Muhammadiyah's proselytizing, in general, is renewal. The identity of the Muhammadiyah movement includes the Islamic movement, the tajdid movement, the indictment movement, the multi-faceted indictment and the Islamization charges. The existence of the Muhammadiyah Movement in facing the challenges of the times is internal and external, on a local, national, and international scale. However, Muhammadiyah, in its proselytizing, always conveys to the community or people that those facing the challenges of the global world must be ingenious, have full awareness, unshakable faith, strong will and hard work. The Muhammadiyah movement, in the form of proselytizing, is a charitable effort to establish educational institutions, hospitals, etc. Muhammadiyah offers a more humanism-prophetic path to civilization so that the people with greedy passions do not destroy their civilization.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the systematics of providing assistance through Bankziska to micro-enterprises and how useful the aid program is to help develop/empower the economy of micro-enterprises in Mojokerto. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study research, data collection procedures using non-participant observation, interviews, and documentation. Informants as the primary data source consisted of the chairman of Lazismu, the director of Bankziska, and Bankziska's partners. Technical data analysis with data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. To test the validity of the data used triangulation technique. This study found the following results: (1) the scheme of providing business capital assistance/loans through two stages, the first stage the partners were given a loan of Rp. 500,000.00 while the second stage after the partner pays off the first loan a maximum of Rp. 1,000,000.00 (2) the usefulness of the Bankziska program in the economic development/empowerment of micro business actors (partners) is very significant. In addition to this program is able to reduce dependence on moneylenders, it is also able to assist in business capital although on a small scale.

AbstrakPenulisan ini bertujuan menelusuri motif gerakan dakwah Muhammadiyah dalam tinjauan moderasi keagamaan. Sebagai organisasi, Muhammadiyah tidak lepas dari beragam isu negative, seperti radikalis-eksklusif. Penulis berupaya mengelaborasikan gagasan Muhammadiyah dalam mode gerakan dakwah yang di hiasi semangat moderasi beragama sebagai langkah solutif dan aplikatif dalam mempertahankan gerakan dakwah Muhammadiyah. Penulisan ini menggunakan metode kajian kepustakaan yang bersifat deksriptif-analitis. Hasil penulisan ini adalah gerakan dakwah Muhammadiyah dengan sifat moderat-humanis yang berkemajuan melalui dakwah bil lisan dan hal adalah upaya yang diharapkan menjadi ruh dakwah Islam ideal dan diidamkan masyarakat.Kata Kunci: Moderasi, Muhammadiyah, Dakwah Kultural

Abstract

Penelitian ini berusaha menganalisis secara kritis pemikiran beberapa elite ‎Partai Keadilan Sejahtera (PKS) seputar kontroversi tafsir kebebasan beragama dalam konteks negara demokrasi di Indonesia. Fokus penelitian menjelaskan ideologi dan gerakan PKS, serta kontruksi pemikiran elite PKS tentang kebebasan beragama. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif-fenomenologis, dengan teknik wawancara mendalam, lalu dikonfirmasi dengan dokumen resmi partai serta literatur yang relevan, diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut. Pertama, PKS merupakan partai politik yang dibangun di atas ideologi Islamisme-moderat. Transformasi gerakan dimulai dari komunitas dakwah-Tarbiyah menuju gerakan politik. Kedua, berkenaan dengan masalah kebebasan beragama, para elite PKS berpandangan bahwa kebebasan beragama dalam konteks demokratisasi di tanah air dimaknai sebagai hak individu untuk memilih dan menjalankan agama Bukan bebas keluar agama dan apalagi menista agama lain atas nama kebebasan. Sebagai Sikap toleran diperlukan Adapun sikap elite terhadap pemeluk agama lain, pengikut aliran sesat, sekedar perlu toleransi (tasamuh). Mereka juga mengakui pluralitas agama dan keyakinan sebagai realitas, tanpa meyakini semua agama benar berdasar keyakinannya. Untuk menjamin terjadinya toleransi dan menghindari kasus penistaan agama, menurut mereka, diperlukan penegakan hukum.

Abstract

This research consists of primary data and secondary data; First, primary sources, namely data collected by researchers or data takers directly from the source in the form of verses of the Koran relating to human nature. The secondary data is the result of academic research that discusses human nature. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. Theoretically, this approach is used to investigate circumstances, conditions, or other elements related to the research subject. findings in this study, humans have two dimensions: material and immaterial. The Qur'an shows that the human concept consists of five categories, namely: (1) al-insan, (2) al-ins, (3) al-nas, or unas, (4) al-basyar and (5) ) bany Adam. Despite the fact that these three words stand out the most in a human context, each has a different meaning. Allah, Who created everything in the best way possible, started the creation of man from a clot of blood and created his offspring from lowly water as a kind of essence, then perfected the process of his creation. Death destroys the elements of the body, but the elements of the soul will remain and rise again at the end of time. He is composed of a combination of two elements; spirit and body. If someone only knows the land part and ignores the part that is breathed by God's spirit, then they will not understand the basis of human beings. Ibn Arabi often expressed this idea by using the terms "small world" and "big world" or "microcosm" and "macrocosm". Usually, Ibn Arabi calls small humans with the term "microanthropos" and large humans.

Abstract

The purpose of this research to analyze how sasi is practiced in Larvul Ngabal customary law and how sasi Larvul Ngabal customary law from the perspective of Fiqh al-Bi’ah. This study uses qualitative methods with the type of field research. There were 5 informants in this study, consisting of village priests, youth leaders, and 3 members of the community. Data collection techniques used as observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis used is data collection, data presentation, and data verivication or drawing conclusion. The result of this study indicate the customary law of sasi Larvul Ngabal basically has the same principles as Fiqh al-Bi’ah in protecting and preserving the invironment. Philosopically, the customary law of sasi Larvul Ngabal originates from noble cultural values which are transformed into basic rules in life. While Fiqh al-Bi’ah is sourced from the authentic Al-Qur’an, contains efforts, ways, ang attitudes towards life towards the environment.
