Abstract

This research was made by Law Protection needs based on Child Human Rights, which every child has right to gain a bright future. Also to review Law Protection for child who did a crime based on Constitutional Law. This research made to understand the legal protection provided to child who are involved in narcotics crime. Based on the description above, there is a problem formulation that is, what is the form of legal protection for children as perpetrators in the abuse of narcotics crimes. Then what are the factors inhibiting legal protection for children as narcotics abusers. The method used is normative juridical research method, that is research on secondary data. With this research done, there’s a hope about Law Protection for child who did a Criminal act have large area so it will become more effective and do preventive acts to prevent the same criminal act repeated and the similar act won’t be repeated and also it can grow up on handling a child as a criminal act to become better in the future.

Abstract

Narcotics crime is an extraordinary crime (extra ordinary crime) modus operandi is quite sophisticated and continues to experience changes to avoid tracking by law enforcement officials. This is the adult mode The latest thing to do is involve minors as couriers or delivery of drugs into the hands of users. The problem is the point attention is that when children are caught by officers they are immediately arrested became a suspect and was taken into custody. Even though children should be placed as a victim of the development of the big bookie mode in distributing drugs. The fact is that children are the perpetrators of the crime Drug criminals have not received maximum rights in the system juvenile criminal justice.

Abstract

Sanksi pidana bagi pelaku yang tidak melaporkan tindak pidana narkotika di tinjau dari UU No.35 Tahun 2009 Tentang Narkotika merupakan hal yang patut di ketahui oleh seluruh masyarakat dalam kaitannya dengan kewajiban untuk melaporkan terjadinya tindak pidana dan peranserta masyarakat untuk memberantas dan mencegah tindak pidana narkotika di lingkungannya. Masalah yang akan di bahas adalah sanksi bagi seseorang yang melakukan pembiaran tindak pidana narkotika. Metode yang di gunakan adalah pendekatan yuridis normatif, karena terdapat kekaburan norma di dalam Pasal 131 UU.No 35 Tahun 2009 Tentang Narkotika mengenai kondisi/kategori dimana seseorang dapat di katakan melakukan pembiaran tindak pidana narkotika. Analisis dilakukan dengan cara interpretasi yang di perkuat oleh pendapat ahli hukum. Kesimpulan yang di dapat adalah kondisi/kategori seseorang di anggap melakukan pembiaran tindak pidana narkotika ketika seseorang tersebut melihat secara langsung terjadinya tindak pidana tersebut namun tidak melaporkannya kepada pihak yang berwajiblah yang dapat di kategorikan melakukan pembiaran tindak pidana dan dapat di jerat dengan Pasal 131 UU No.35 Tahun 2009 Tentang Narkotika.

Abstract

Domestic violence violates women's human rights. The form of violence that occurs in women is physical violence including assault, beating, and actions that physically injure the victim. Meanwhile, non-physical violence is an act that is detrimental to the victim from a psychological perspective, such as threats, insults, neglect and forms of violence that result in psychological disorders of the victim. In disclosing the existence of criminal acts of violence is the most difficult part for the authorities, because there are perspectives and risks that arise as a result of reports of acts of violence experienced by women. Women have the right to complain about illegal acts and receive protection under Law no. 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence (UU PKDRT), which allows for the settlement of cases of violence against women through the courts.

Abstract

In the current situation, the increase in murder cases is of great concern, especially with the development of technology, it also affects the ease of disseminating information which is then misused to track the location of the victim and suppress the victim with threats - threats that are not good related to the victim's purpose, namely to find out how the role of investigators to uncover murder cases that lose evidence and to find out the inhibiting factors of police investigators in carrying out the investigation process against the crime of murder. The research method used is normative legal research. The legal materials used are sourced from the literature. The types of legal materials used are primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. The technique of collecting legal materials is by document study. Analysis of legal materials using interpretation or interpretation. The results of the study indicate that the Criminal Acts of Murder and Removing Goods have been regulated in Article 338 of the Criminal Code that anyone who deliberately takes the life of another person, shall be punished for murder with a maximum imprisonment of 15 years, and Article 221 paragraph 1 number 2 of the Criminal Code, anyone who commits an act of covering up the criminal act committed, by destroying, removing and hiding evidence and evidence shall be punished with a maximum imprisonment of four years.

Abstract

According to data collected by Bandar Lampung Police, between the beginning of the year and the end of 2022, officers handled 2,898 incidents, including 502 reports of motor vehicle theft, 247 reports of theft with aggravation, and 78 reports of theft with violence. The purpose of this article is to describe the legal policy of violent motorcycle theft. This research is a normative legal research, in this research the elements of the crime of theft with violence as formulated in Article 365 of the Criminal Code are studied. The results showed that a person who commits the crime of motorcycle theft with violence can be caught under Article 356 of the Criminal Code. In this case, the factors that cause a person to commit a violent motorcycle theft are economic factors, social environment, opportunity, and less than optimal law enforcement.

Abstract

Seorang anak di saat usia remaja dan menjelang dewasa membutuhkan kasing dan dikarenakan atas potensi dri seorang ibu anak pad ornag tua sudah tidak perduli dan hal Ini menyebabkan permasalahan yang berat dari nilai dan aspek respon. Akan tetapi anak ini seharusnya bisa bermain selayaknya anak pada umumnya dan bukannya tidak diperdulikan. menyatakan pada penelitian kualitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan pada natural setting dan teknik pengumpulan data lebih banyak pada pengumpulan berperan serta, menganalisa dark teori mendalam Pola karaktersitik anak dikota bandar lampung mempunyai hal peranan yang begitu kuat atas aspeknya namun, pola perilaku atas masalah ini yang terjadi pada anak di kota bandar lampung mempunyai dampak keragaman yang masaalag yang ada sehingga dari pola ini menjadi sebuah aspek pemahaman yang begitu aneka ragak pola dan tingkah laku. Permasalahan anak di bandar lampung, ini akan membuat dampak permasalahan yang panjang karena pola hal ini, akan membuat jangka yang sangat harus di maklumi namun dari dampak ini membuat cakupan penangana solusi ini harus bersifat kuat sistemnya. Untuk hal sistemnya keadaan anak jalanan setidaknya perlu di berikan hak mutlak seperti pendidikan, pekerjaan, dan sekolah.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the factors that cause teenagers to become involved in narcotics abuse, as well as focus on prevention efforts that can be implemented. Data collection was carried out through document study, observation and interviews. The research results show that narcotics abuse among teenagers is influenced by the social environment, family problems and economic pressure. To prevent this, various efforts have been made, such as intensive education about the dangers of drugs in schools, increasing parental supervision, and strengthening the role of the community. BNN also plays an important role in implementing prevention programs, including outreach, awareness campaigns, and developing a drug-free environment for teenagers. A juridical approach and involvement of various parties is needed so that these prevention efforts can be effective and sustainable.

Abstract

In the digital era, the development of information technology has a significant impact on various aspects of life, including sexual crimes. One form of crime that is increasingly rampant is revenge porn, where the perpetrator spreads intimate content without the victim's consent as a form of threat. This study aims to analyze the criminal liability of perpetrators of criminal acts of threats through revenge porn and the challenges faced in law enforcement. The research method used is a normative legal study with a qualitative approach. The results of the study show that although there are laws regulating the protection of personal data and sexual crimes, there are still many obstacles in implementing the law, including minimal public awareness and lack of strong evidence. This study recommends the need to increase legal education for the public and strengthen regulations to protect victims and take firm action against perpetrators. Thus, it is hoped that a safer and more responsible digital environment can be created.

Abstract

This research is focused on understanding the factors that cause children to be involved in drug abuse. It is important to realize that children play an important role in society and as the future leaders of the nation. The use of narcotics by children, especially their involvement as couriers, is a growing concern in different segments of society. Involvement in this illegal drug trade is a serious problem, and the use of children as couriers is part of a larger criminal conspiracy. When children are used as narcotics couriers, this becomes a very concerning problem because they will face legal consequences and are considered to have committed narcotics crimes. Whether as perpetrators or victims, children involved in narcotics-related activities will be punished in accordance with the law. This study aims to identify the causative factors that cause children to be used as narcotics couriers. . Children are easily influenced by environmental, family, and economic factors because they are still developing mentally and thinking. They are often promised money or valuables by irresponsible parties. It is essential to educate children to make good choices and avoid committing crimes. Parents play a key role in supervising their children's socializing, as not paying attention to this can cause children to misassociate and potentially commit criminal acts.
