Abstract

Penanaman nilai-nilai kejujuran dalam anti korupsi di tingkat Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) menjadi sangat penting karena masa remaja merupakan fase krusial dalampembentukan karakter anak bangsa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas pendekatan edutainment dalam pembelajaran anti korupsi dan dampaknya terhadap pemahaman serta sikap siswa. Berdasarkan wawancara dengan guru dan siswa serta observasi kegiatan di kelas,ditemukan bahwa pendapatan ini mampu menciptakan suasana belajar yang menyenangkan, interaktif, dankontekstual. Kegiatan seperti simulasi pengelolaan dana kelas permainan edukatif dan video pendek tentang kejujuran terbukti mendorong siswa untuk lebih memahami nilaiintegritas dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Namun demikian, implementasi metode ini masih menghadapi sejumlah tantangan, seperti keterbatasan waktu, kurangnya pelatihan guru dan minimnya media pembelajaran yang mendukung.Meskipun begitu, edutainment dinilai memiliki kondisi besar sebagai strategi jangka panjang dalam pendidikan karakter, khususnya dalam membentuk generasi muda yang jujur, bertanggung jawab, dan berani menolak perilaku koruptif.

Abstract

The corruption case in the BTS 4G project by the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (Kominfo), which involved the misuse of funds in the construction of BTS towers in Indonesia's 3T (underdeveloped, frontier, and outermost) regions, has become a major public concern in recent years. The Rp 9.8 trillion project is suspected to have been misappropriated by several officials involved. This study aims to examine the role of social media in increasing public participation in the monitoring and mitigation of the corruption case. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach combined with social media analysis. The findings show that social media plays a significant role in accelerating the dissemination of information related to the BTS 4G corruption case, raising public awareness, and exerting social pressure on law enforcement agencies to take action. Furthermore, social media also facilitates digital activism, which mobilizes public support and strengthens oversight of government policies. This study concludes that social media serves as an effective tool for social control, although it also faces challenges in terms of the spread of hoaxes and disinformation.

Abstract

Fraud is a criminal act regulated in the Criminal Code (KUHP) and has serious consequences. However, the challenge they face in law enforcement is the difficulty in collecting strong evidence and identifying fake identities or operating outside the rule of law. Fraud is a crime that has property as its object. In the Criminal Code (KUHP), the crime of fraud is regulated in chapter XXV BOOK II and is contained in Article 378 which reads: Whoever, with the intention of unlawfully benefiting himself or another person, uses a false name or false dignity. who, by deception or a series of lies, induces another person to hand over something to him, or to give a debt or write off a receivable, is threatened for fraud with a maximum imprisonment of four years. Abstract

Music therapy is the professional use of musical interventions and their elements in a therapeutic relationship to achieve specific goals. Rehabilitation of drug addicts through music therapy is one of the concepts of social rehabilitation by helping to recognize and accept different emotions, develop expressive abilities and self-awareness, increase self-confidence, and facilitate relaxation and reduce stress. The research method used in this research is field research. Based on research conducted by the author at the Way Huwi Narcotics Penitentiary, Lampung Province, using the concept of passive music therapy by only listening to music, the object of research tends to only reach the stage of feeling calm and not yet at the stage of changing mindset significantly to leave old habits and replace them with habits. While the activities carried out in the active music therapy process can include singing, songwriting, improvisation, and performing performances that have therapeutic elements so that the use of active music therapy tends to provide a maximum role rather than just listening. Based on the perspective of human rights, this rehabilitation is in line with the recognition of human rights in the 1945 Constitution which is contained in Article 28A, Article 28C paragraph 1 and then Article 28H paragraph 2.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the eradication of corruption in Bandar Lampung through the perspective of criminal psychology. Corruption is a serious problem that hinders development and harms society. This study identifies psychological factors that drive individuals to engage in corruption, including economic motivation, social pressure, and behavioral norms. With a qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews with law enforcement officers, psychologists, and the community. The results of the study indicate that understanding the psychological aspects of corruption perpetrators can increase the effectiveness of prevention and enforcement strategies. In addition, education and socialization about the negative impacts of corruption need to be improved to build public awareness. This study provides recommendations for legal policies in Bandar Lampung to integrate psychological approaches in efforts to eradicate corruption, including training for law enforcers and rehabilitation programs for perpetrators. Thus, it is hoped that efforts to eradicate corruption will not only focus on legal sanctions, but also on changing the behavior and mentality of society. This study contributes to the development of legal theory and practice as well as criminal psychology in the context of eradicating corruption in Indonesia.

Abstract

Involvement in online gambling practices in Candipuro District, South Lampung Regency, has had not only economic but also social impacts, particularly in the form of domestic violence (DV). This study aims to analyze the extent of law enforcement efforts against online gambling perpetrators who cause DV, and to identify various inhibiting factors in this process. The study uses a normative and empirical juridical approach, with data collection through library studies and field research. The data used includes primary data from direct interviews and secondary data from legal literature. The results show that although the Electronic Information and Transactions Law (UU ITE) has been used as the legal basis for handling online gambling cases , its implementation still faces serious challenges. Technical obstacles such as the lack of capacity of officers in handling cybercrime, limited digital infrastructure at the police level, and a patriarchal culture that prevents victims of DV from reporting are the main obstacles. Furthermore, the low level of public understanding regarding the legal and social impacts of online gambling also exacerbates the situation. To address this problem, strategic and integrated steps are needed, such as increasing the technical capacity of law enforcement officers, providing digital investigation tools, legal education campaigns for the public, and a cultural approach involving traditional and religious leaders to change norms that are detrimental to victims.

Abstract

The implementation of the ten-year remission at Gunung Sugih Penitentiary (Lapas) is based on Presidential Decree Number 174 of 1999 concerning Remission. The main focus of this research is on the suitability of the implementation of remission with the principles of justice, particularly the principle of equality before the law . This research aims to identify factors that hinder the implementation of the ten-year remission and evaluate the extent to which the granting process reflects the principles of justice and legal certainty. The researcher used a normative and empirical juridical approach with a descriptive analytical method. The normative juridical approach aims to examine the legal provisions governing remission, while the empirical approach is used to collect data through observation and field studies at Gunung Sugih Penitentiary. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of the ten-year remission has followed procedures in accordance with statutory regulations. Inmates who meet the administrative and substantive requirements are entitled to remission as a form of appreciation for participation in the development program. This process aims to support social rehabilitation and reduce prison sentences. However, implementation in the field still faces obstacles such as limited human resources, a suboptimal inmate data system, and external pressures that affect the objectivity of remission grants. Researchers recommend that prisons improve the quality of human resources, strengthen inmate information and data management systems, and conduct regular evaluations of remission implementation. Continuous outreach to the community is necessary to ensure that remissions are understood as part of the correctional system, not as a disregard for legal justice.

Abstract

Salah satu perkara pengajuan pra peradilan terhadap penetapan tersangka dugaan melakukan tindak pidana korupsi adalah Putusan Nomor: 6/Pid.Pra/2020/PN.Tjk, dimana pada putusan tersebut menyatakan bahwa berdasarkan pertimbangan-pertimbangan tersebut diatas, Hakim berkesimpulan bahwa tindakan tindakan Termohon yang menetapkan Pemohon sebagai Tersangka karena adanya penyimpangan pengeluaran anggaran Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Tulang Bawang Tahun Anggaran 2018-2019 telah sesuai peraturan perundang undangan, sehingga Surat Penetapan Tersangka Nomor S.Tap/03/VI/2020/ Ditreskrimsus tertanggal 23 Juni 2020 terhadap Pemohon adalah sah dan mempunyai kekuatan hukum mengikat. Memperhatikan Pasal 77 Undang-undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1981 tentang Hukum Acara Pidana, Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor 21/PUU-XII/2014 tertanggal 28 April 2015 dan Peraturan Mahkamah Agung RI Nomor 4 Tahun 2016 serta peraturan perundang-undangan lain yang bersangkutan serta Menolak permohonan praperadilan Pemohon untuk seluruhnya. Permasalahan penelitian ini adalah: Bagaimana proses penyidikan tindak pidana korupsi Sekretariat DPRD Tulang Bawang oleh Polda Lampung, Apakah dasar pertimbangan hakim Pengadilan Negeri Tanjung Karang dalam putusan Nomor: 6/Pid.Pra/2020/PN.Tjk yang menolak permohonan pra peradilan tersangka? dan Apa akibat hukum dari Putusan Pra peradilan Nomor: 6/Pid.Pra/2020/PN.Tjk. Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which the use of Problem Based Learning method to improve Critical Thinking Skills of Asthma’ul Husna Class 4B SDN Tambakaji 01. The formulation of the problem is How high is the increase in critical thinking skills of students in class 4B SDN Tambakaji 01 in the subject of Islamic Religious Education and Ethics material Asthma’ul Husna using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model? How can the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model improve the critical thinking skills of students in class 4B SDN Tambakaji 01 in learning activities of Islamic Religious Education and Ethics material Asthma’ul Husna ? Collaborators in this class action research are Senior PAI Teacher Peers. This research is a Classroom Action Research consisting of 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of 4 stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The data collection methods used were observation and documentation. Data analysis in this study is by comparing the achievement of grades with criteria for achievement of learning objectives 70-75 and is characterized by an increase in the Classical Completeness Criteria in each cycle. Data collection is done by looking at the critical thinking skills of students during learning activities. From the analysis of the data obtained, it can be concluded that there is an increase in the critical thinking skills of students in the pre-cycle, cycle I and cycle II shows that the critical thinking skills of students have increased, students with scores below Criteria for Achievement of Learning Objectives in the pre-cycle were 52%, in cycle I decreased to 26%, cycle II decreased to 0%. So there is an increase in students in critical thinking skills from 48% to 74%, or an increase of 100%. With this increase, it has shown success in this classroom action research. The classroom action research target on improving critical thinking skills has shown the planned results, namely 85% of active students in the implementation of learning in Cycle II
