Abstract

Background: Emergency handling before transferring to the hospital (Pre-Hospital treatment) determines the success of emergency case handling. That’s actions include; emergency and non-emergency evacuation and first aid escort in the community. Pre-hospital treatment can be carried out by anyone who is around the location of the emergency at the time of the incident. This treatment aims to identify clients and to provide immediate action needed before being sent to health services. Ordinary people who are around the incident sometimes take actions that worsen the client's condition because of their knowledge and/or abilities. Purpose: This study aims to determine the perspective of the ordinary community on Pre-Hospital treatment for emergency incidents in the community. Methods: This qualitative study was conducted by interviewing (in-depth-interview) the ordinary community as Informant with purposive sampling in Pelem Village, Pare District, Kediri Regency, Indonesia who willing to be informants in this study. Data analysis used Interpretative Phenomenology Analysis with validity through data triangulation and conducting peer-debriefing with other qualitative researchers. Results: From this study, several findings of the theme were obtained, including; lack of understanding of residents about pre-hospital actions, wrong actions, feeling pre-hospital knowledge for public, need for the role of the media, hoping for health workers in each region, helping villagers. Conclusion: From all the themes, it is possible that there needs to be health education for the general public, especially about pre-hospital treatment to prevent the severity of wrong actions. Increasing knowledge about health needs to be done continuously at the community.

Abstract

Mental health problems that occur in the community are currently not detected early, so that mental disorders are only handled when they become chronic. The purpose of this activity is to provide knowledge and skills on how to detect mental health in the community. This activity was carried out in the Kaliombo Village with 33 participants. The training activities provided began with providing knowledge about mental health in general, the characteristics of mental health, risks and mental disorders, as well as theories about how to detect early. then examples are given, and participants practice early detection methods. After that, an evaluation was carried out, in which each participant tried to detect early his friend who was accompanied by a facilitator. Joyoboyo cadres really need to be provided with provision regarding early detection of mental health, so that mental health problems will be detected and handled promptly and appropriately.

Abstract

Di era globalisasi yang semakin pesat, pertumbuhan industri kargo udara sangat pesat dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Akan tetapi, pada PT. Shipco Transport Indonesia justru mengalami penurunan volume kargo udara yang sangat tajam. Hal ini menjadi permasalahan yang membutuhkan suatu strategi baru agar PT. Shipco Transport Indonesia tetap dapat bersaing dengan kompetitor dan meningkatkan pengiriman ekspor kargo udara, juga meningkatkan serta mempertahankan para pelanggannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Customer Experience dan Perceived Value terhadap Customer Retention melalui Customer Engagement. Metode pengumpulan data dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 195 responden yang merupakan pelanggan B2C yang pernah menggunakan jasa ekspor kargo udara di PT. Shipco Transport Indonesia dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dan pendekatan dengan metode asosiatif. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis SEM-PLS dengan aplikasi SmartPLS 4.1.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara umum semua variabel berpengaruh signifikan kecuali variabel Customer Experience tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap Customer Retention karena hasil uji nilai T-Statistics menunjukkan angka lebih kecil dari nilai signifikansi. Oleh karena itu, customer experience membutuhkan faktor pendukung yang lain salah satunya yaitu customer engagement agar customer experience dapat meningkat, sehingga pada akhirnya pelanggan menjadi loyal dan terjadi peningkatan customer retention
