Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has accelerated the adoption of technology in various sectors, one of which is the healthcare industry. Telemedicine users increased during the Covid-19 pandemic, but only 10% of Indonesia's population. This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the intention to use telemedicine. This research uses a descriptive quantitative method. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling with a voluntary sampling technique. Data analysis applied Structural Equation Modeling using LISREL version 8.8. Data were obtained from 225 respondents in Greater Jakarta and Greater Bandung from January to March 2022, but only 192 were included in the analysis. The results showed that the intention to use telemedicine was directly influenced by attitude (A) and indirectly influenced by interrelated variables such as trust (T), perceived ease of use (PEU), perceived usefulness (PU), information quality (IQ), service quality (SrQ), and system quality (SQ). Implications that telemedicine service providers can apply to increase the use of telemedicine are to create the best experience, user friendly, provide complete information, and increase the reliability of information systems.

Abstract

Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN), a state-owned company, is committed to the government to expand access to capital for all MSMEs. Bank BTN MSME, loan distribution performance, is still low and unable to meet the targets set by the government and regulators, so further studies need to be carried out through market research. This research aims to analyze the marketing mix on the decision to use BTN MSME loan products and formulate loan distribution strategies by improving the marketing mix in connection with the low performance of Bank BTN's MSME loan distribution. The sampling technique used convenience sampling involving 100 respondents, who were then analyzed using SEM-PLS and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) matrix to determine priorities for improving the marketing mix. The results show a significant effect of the marketing mix variables product, price, place, promotion, people, and process on the decision to use a BTN MSME loan, while the physical evidence does not have a significant effect. There are five indicators of marketing mix variables that take in the high-priority quadrant of the IPA Matrix: price suitability, price affordability, processing time, convenience, and online channels. Based on research results, Bank BTN is advised to prioritize improvement strategies on these five variable indicators to increase BTN MSME loan distribution.

Abstract

Organizational knowledge is a combination of individual’s knowledge within the organization. Specialize individual knowledge is developed inside the organization. Therefore, it should belong to the organization and be stored in the organization. The Industrial Automation (IA) department implements simple knowledge management (KM) in the form of a web blog. However, the KM implementation becomes inconsistent. This inconsistency can lead to knowledge loss and knowledge gaps if there are individual changes within the organization. This study aims to analyze the condition of the IA department’s KM, analyze the factors that affect the sustainability of IA’s KM and formulate strategies for the sustainability of IA’s KM. The analysis of KM is carried out with the following factors: culture, training and development, reward, performance system, and technology. Supervisor’s order is still something that can help to build the knowledge-sharing habit. Employees do not get training regularly. Employees feel that they have not received good appreciation for the knowledge sharing and have not been included in the performance appraisal. Technology has been well adopted in KM. SEM-PLS analysis shows that training and development is a significant factor of KM sustainability. SEM-PLS result and content analysis construct managerial implication and KM sustainability strategies formula: develop a yearly training plan, establish problem-solving forum, and improving KMS implementation. Abstract

Abstract

The Internet has become essential in increasing output between corporate and country levels. However, the impact of the Internet on trading potential still needs to be known. On the other hand, Indonesia has great potential to export agricultural food products in global trade. Therefore, the relationship between the Internet development and agri-food export potential could be explored. This study aims to investigate the effect of Internet development on Indonesia’s export potential in the global market. The export potential estimation was measured using gravity estimation in 124 destination countries from 2010 to 2020. Furthermore, the panel regression was employed to determine the three indicators of Internet development: Internet users, secure Internet servers, and fixed broadband subscriptions on Indonesia’s agricultural export potential. This study also utilized simulation due to the possibility of rising the number of Internet indicators. The results revealed several positive factors of Indonesia’s agricultural exports, such as importers’ gross domestic bruto (GDP), contagious border, and colonial relationship. Otherwise, geographical distance, exchange rate, and being a landlocked country negatively affected Indonesia’s agricultural exports. Indonesia possessed a greater potential for agricultural exports in Europe, especially in the conditions of emerging and developing economies. There were 85 destination countries with higher potential for Indonesia’s agri-food export. Additionally, Internet users and secure Internet servers positively influenced the agricultural export potential to target countries. The simulation revealed that improving Internet indicators boosted the new market rather than raising the export value to target countries.

Abstract

This study aims to formulate a strategy for PT ABC in maintaining the continuity of natural gas supply. Feasibility analysis and decision tree method are used to determine the chosen strategy in maintaining the continuity of natural gas supply. Internal and external analysis are used to identify the key success factors of the company in implementing the chosen strategy and then summarized and evaluated using IFE and EFE matrix. To formulate implementation strategies by aligning key internal and external factors, IE and SWOT matrix are used. QSPM matrix is used to determine the priority of the implementation strategy. The results show IFE and EFE score are 2.55 and 2.76 respectively, so that PT ABC has suffi cient internal resources to maintain the continuity of natural gas supply and able to respond well to opportunities and threats. This condition can be managed best with hold and maintain strategies which are market penetration and product development. QSPM Matrix analysis show that product development group strategy has the highest Total Attractiveness Score (TAS) thus become priority to be executed and then market penetration strategy.
