Abstract

Birth certificate is a basic civil right that should be granted to every citizen. Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil (Disdukcapil) as a birth certificate registration organizers seek to provide excellent service with attention to people's satisfaction. This study aim to analyse the commitment of Disdukcapil in the service of registration of birth certificate, analyse the level of public satisfaction about Disdukcapil's public service, and formulate a strategy to improve the quality of service. The research method is descriptive analysis. The data used are primary and secondary derived from observations, interviews, and questionnaires. Internal officer's perceptions were analyzed using the test of customer service and customer-focused test characteristics. Customers's perceptions were analyzed using SERVQUAL method, Importance Performance Analysis, and Customer Satisfaction Index. The results show that Disdukcapil structural officers have had community-oriented in the implementation of public service. Characteristics that stand out in the application of quality management is readiness to find and eliminate the problems of the people on birth certificate registration. Servqual analysis results show that acceptable performance is still below people's expectations so that the gap is negative. Importance-performance analysis show that the attributes need immediate attention is the service support materials, attitude immediately provide service and a helpful attitude when busy. Overall community satisfaction index had reached Satisfied level.

Abstract

Otoritas Pelabuhan adalah lembaga pemerintah di pelabuhan sebagai otoritas yang melaksanakan fungsi pengaturan, pengendalian, dan pengawasan kegiatan kepelabuhanan yang diusahakan secara komersial. Oleh karena itu perlu sebuah metode pengukuran kinerja yang komprehensif yang menyeleraskan visi dan misi organiasasi ini dalam menjawab kebutuhan dunia kepelabuhanan yang sudah semakin berkembang dan kompleks. Balanced scorecard  menawarkan suatu peta jalan yang sistematis, obyektif, dan komprehensif untuk menerjemahkan pernyataan visi dan misi ke dalam sekumpulan ukuran kinerja yang saling berkaitan. Perancangan sistem pengukuran kinerja Otoritas Pelabuhan mengambil studi kasus pada Kantor Otoritas Pelabuhan Utama Tanjung Priok karena dianggap lebih kompleks dan mewakili Otoritas Pelabuhan yang ada di Indonesia. Perancangan pengukuran ini mengambil metode balanced scorecard yang dilakukan dengan melibatkan pihak manajemen Otoritas Pelabuhan Utama Tanjung Priok dangan beberapa ahli manajemen kepelabuhan. Metode analisis yang diterapkan untuk pengolahan data adalah AHP (analytical hierarchy process). Hasil AHP menunjukan urutan kepentingan tiap perspektif pada balanced scorecard pelabuhan. Hasil dari penyebaran kuesioner diperoleh nilai pembobotan dari keempat perspektif balanced scorecard, yaitu: responden memilih perspektif pelanggan sebagai perspektif yang paling penting yang ditandai dengan nilai tertinggi yaitu sebesar 37,5% terhadap visi Otoritas Pelabuhan, perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan sebesar 31,5%, kemudian diikuti oleh perspektif keuangan sebesar 17,6%, dan yang terakhir adalah perspektif proses bisnis internal 13,4%.

Abstract

Indonesia has enormous potential for zakat and waqf, but Bank XYZ has not maximized the collection through the sharia business unit (UUS). Therefore, it is necessary to reformulate the strategy and business model of developing ZISWAF Bank XYZ in order to obtain optimal results. This study used a qualitative descriptive method with a case study at Bank XYZ. The research was conducted from February 2021 to October 2021. The response survey was determined based on purposive sampling consisting of internal practitioners, academics, BWI, BAZNAS, and ziswaf institutions affiliated with Islamic banks. The data collection technique was based on observation, in-depth interviews, and questionnaires to respondents. Data analysis used IPA, BMC, SWOT, and QSPM approaches. Based on IPA analysis, this study recommends that three selected elements be developed: value proposition, channel, and critical resource. Technology adjustment and strengthening of bank image as ZISWAF recipients, improving bank channels through optimizing office networks and utilizing social media marketing and customer databases, as well as improving SOPs to improve the business model of Bank XYZ in the future.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has accelerated the adoption of technology in various sectors, one of which is the healthcare industry. Telemedicine users increased during the Covid-19 pandemic, but only 10% of Indonesia's population. This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the intention to use telemedicine. This research uses a descriptive quantitative method. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling with a voluntary sampling technique. Data analysis applied Structural Equation Modeling using LISREL version 8.8. Data were obtained from 225 respondents in Greater Jakarta and Greater Bandung from January to March 2022, but only 192 were included in the analysis. The results showed that the intention to use telemedicine was directly influenced by attitude (A) and indirectly influenced by interrelated variables such as trust (T), perceived ease of use (PEU), perceived usefulness (PU), information quality (IQ), service quality (SrQ), and system quality (SQ). Implications that telemedicine service providers can apply to increase the use of telemedicine are to create the best experience, user friendly, provide complete information, and increase the reliability of information systems.

Abstract

Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN), a state-owned company, is committed to the government to expand access to capital for all MSMEs. Bank BTN MSME, loan distribution performance, is still low and unable to meet the targets set by the government and regulators, so further studies need to be carried out through market research. This research aims to analyze the marketing mix on the decision to use BTN MSME loan products and formulate loan distribution strategies by improving the marketing mix in connection with the low performance of Bank BTN's MSME loan distribution. The sampling technique used convenience sampling involving 100 respondents, who were then analyzed using SEM-PLS and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) matrix to determine priorities for improving the marketing mix. The results show a significant effect of the marketing mix variables product, price, place, promotion, people, and process on the decision to use a BTN MSME loan, while the physical evidence does not have a significant effect. There are five indicators of marketing mix variables that take in the high-priority quadrant of the IPA Matrix: price suitability, price affordability, processing time, convenience, and online channels. Based on research results, Bank BTN is advised to prioritize improvement strategies on these five variable indicators to increase BTN MSME loan distribution.

Abstract

Supply chain and traceability are solutions for horticultural production, because supply chain can add value for product and traceability exists to ensure transparency, reduce the risks and costs. Asabi is one of the companies that runs horticultre business in Bogor with hydroponics systems. The presence of retail consumers needs higher quality, ensure integrity and safety. Therefore Asabi needs to implement a supply chain system and traceability for that consumer demand. This study uses primary data about business process, cycle time, and cost from observation and interviews with Asabi’s team. Secondary data: SCORmark by APICS and SCOR data by similar companies from internet and related research journal. Data were used to descriptive analysis using FSCN, calculating the SCOR, and analyzing the development of traceability. The data compare in two situations, before (H1) and after retail customers (H2). Asabi supply chain consists of upstream, processing and downstream. Supply chain SCOR performance shows that retail increases Asabi's sales, but lower reliability, and high cost. The traceability has not been built yet in Asabi, from the simulation application, Asabi needs to estimate the harvest, improve the sorting process and utilize the use of greenhouses to increase reliability and minimize costs.

Abstract

The performance achievement of State Universities (PTN) in Indonesia is measured based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) regulated in the Minister of Education and Culture's Decree Number 3 of 2021. The evaluation results for the year 2020 indicate that a significant portion of PTN's performance has not yet met the expected outcomes. The implementation of the Good University Governance (GUG) model and Risk Management in PTN is still limited in the existing literature. The research's objective is to examine the relationship between the implementation of GUG and Risk Management on the performance of PTN. The method employed is the Structural Equation Model based on variance, namely Partial Least-Squares. The analysis results are effective implementation of GUG enhances the quality of the curriculum and learning, as well as improves the governance quality of PTN. Additionally, Risk Management implementation has a positive impact on enhancing the quality of higher education graduates.

Abstract

Transportasi laut merupakan sub sistem transportasi nasional terdiri dari elemen kegiatan angkutan laut, kepelabuhan, kelaiklautan kapal, kenavigasian serta penjagaan dan penyelamatan yang saling berinteraksi secara terpadu guna mewujudkan tersedianya angkutan laut yang efektif dan efisien. Balanced scorecard (BSC) sebagai alat analisis di dalam menganalisa kinerja Terminal Ferry Sekupang (TFS). Bagaimana pelaksanaan pengukuran dan apa yang dihasilkan menjadi masukan bagi perusahaan untuk perbaikandi periode anggaran berikutnya. Objek penelitian yang diambil adalah semua pelanggan, karyawan dan pelaku bisnis dalam pelabuhan. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode wawancara dan survai. Jumlah total responden ada 131 orang, yaitu semua pihak yang terkait dalam operasional pelabuhan. Metode pengolahan data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Identifikasi indikator kinerja dibangun berdasarkan kajian teoritis, survai lapangan, dan survai pakar menghasilkan 11 indikator kinerja utama yang tersebar dalam empat perspektif balanced scorecard. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan kinerja Sekupang Ferry Terminal tahun 2013 termasuk kedalam kategori excellent. Hal ini sesuai dengan perolehan total skor keseluruhan dari perspektif BSC sebesar3,636.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) untuk merancang model yang akan digunakan dalam upaya transformasi digital pendidikan tinggi vokasi di Indonesia. Studi empiris dilakukan di Politeknik Negeri Bandung sebagai bagian dari pendidikan tinggi. Temuannya mengungkapkan bahwa Penemuan dan Penemuan, Desain Pembelajaran, Pengalaman Pelajar, serta Pekerjaan dan Pembelajaran Seumur Hidup merupakan elemen kunci yang saling terkait dalam konteks pendidikan kejuruan. Temuan ini memberikan panduan untuk mengoptimalkan program, strategi pemasaran, desain kurikulum, dan pengalaman pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan industri, daya saing lulusan, dan relevansi pendidikan dengan pasar kerja. Hasil penerapan ISM dan dampaknya dapat memberikan manfaat yang signifikan, termasuk peningkatan reputasi institusi, kepuasan mahasiswa, dan kontribusi positif terhadap perekonomian dan masyarakat Indonesia.
