Abstract

Abstract Advances and developments in technology have influenced broader economic growth, allowing for the free movement of goods and services, particularly in e-commerce. One example of this is the use of social media to purchase goods and services on behalf of others. As demand for this service grows rapidly within society, legal issues arise regarding the relationship between the parties involved and what happens in the event of unilateral cancellation by the consumer. This research method uses a normative legal research method with a legislative approach. In proxy purchasing services, there is a legal relationship that results from an agreement between the two parties. If there is a unilateral cancellation by the consumer, it can be categorized as a breach of contract because one party is unwilling to fulfill the agreement. The government should provide clear regulations regarding business actors and should not only pay attention to consumers but also to business actors. Keywords: Unilateral Termination, Business Actors, Consignment Services   Abstrak Kemajuan dan perkembangan teknologi mempengaruhi pertumbuhan ekonomi lebih luas yang membuat ruang pergerakan perdagangan barang dan jasa dapat melintas dengan bebas utamanya perdagangan elektronik, salah satunya adalah jasa titip (jastip) beli barang/jasa melalui media sosial, seiring pesatnya kebutuhan didalam masyarakat terdapat hubungan-hubungan hukum, untuk mengetahui bagaimana hubungan hukum para pihak dan bagaimana jika terjadi pembatalan sepihak oleh konsumen. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan. jika dalam jasa titip beli barang terdapat hubungan hukum yang yang dihasilkan dari kesepakatan kedua belah pihak. Jika terjadi pembatalan sepihak oleh konsumen dapat dikategorikan sebagai wanprestasi sebab tidak bersedianya salah satu pihak untuk menunaikan prestasi. harusnya pemerintah memberikan aturan yang jelas mengenai pelaku usaha, dan juga tidak hanya memperhatikan konsumen saja tetapi harus memperhatkan juga seorang pelaku usaha. Abstract

Organizational excellence plays a significant role in organizational development, given the role of organizations in the modern world. An organization's ability to adapt and adjust to changes and organizational dynamics plays a crucial role in improving organizational performance. This study focuses on the mediating role of organizational excellence (OXEL) in improving organizational performance (OP) with the exogenous variables of enterprise resource planning (ERP) and entrepreneurial orientation (ENTO) with the object of business organizations in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach with structural equation modelling, this study aims to analyze both the direct and indirect effects of ERP and ENTO on OP through the mediating mechanism of OXEL. This study contributes to strategic management literature and provides practical insights for organizational leaders, policymakers, and business support service providers in enhancing the competitiveness and sustainable growth of organizations in developing countries. The study results indicate that of the seven proposed hypotheses, five are accepted while two are rejected. A detailed discussion is presented in the discussion section. The research findings reveal that entrepreneurial orientation does not influence organizational performance in small business organizations. Similarly, organizational excellence does not mediate the effect of enterprise resource planning on organizational performance

Abstract

With an estimated 171 million internet users from a population of 267 million people in 2019 reported by the Association of Indonesian Internet Providers (APJII, 2019), e-commerce systems have a huge potential to be used as a platform for entrepreneurs. Muhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta has responded to this opportunity by developing the Bedukmutu platform to provide business opportunities for its stakeholders, especially for academic and administrative staff. Bedukmutu has the main objective to manage the economic potential of Muhammadiyah members. The research aims to utilize both the business ecosystem model and the UTAUT (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) theory to analyze the use of Bedukmutu.

Abstract

Perairan muara berperan penting sebagai habitat berbagai organisme akuatik, termasuk ikan yang berstatus terancam punah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas parameter perairan serta struktur komunitas ikan berdasarkan IUCN Red List di Muara Sungai Musi dan Muara Sungai Banyuasin menggunakan pendekatan environmental DNA (eDNA). Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Desember 2025 dengan metode purposive sampling. Hasil pengukuran kualitas perairan menunjukkan nilai suhu 26,7 °C di Muara Sungai Musi dan 27,3 °C di Muara Sungai Banyuasin, salinitas 13,8 ppt dan 14,3 ppt, oksigen terlarut (DO) 5,4 mg/l dan 6,8 mg/l, serta pH 5,7 dan 5,8 yang menggambarkan karakteristik perairan muara. Analisis eDNA metabarcoding mendeteksi 8 spesies organisme akuatik di Muara Sungai Musi dan 22 spesies di Muara Sungai Banyuasin yang seluruhnya tercatat dalam IUCN Red List dengan status konservasi Least Concern, Near Threatened, Vulnerable, Endangered, dan Data Deficient. Nilai indeks keanekaragaman Shannon-Wiener (H’) di Muara Sungai Musi sebesar 1.70 dan di Muara Sungai Banyuasin sebesar 1.61 menunjukkan keanekaragaman sedang. Indeks keseragaman (E) sebesar 0.82 di Muara Sungai Musi dan 0.52 di Muara Sungai Banyuasin serta indeks dominansi (C) sebesar 0.23 dan 0.27 menunjukkan tidak adanya dominasi spesies secara ekstrem.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of coastal waste management policy in Parepare City, referring to Presidential Regulation No. 83 of 2018 on marine debris management. A qualitative approach with a descriptive design was employed, utilizing in-depth interviews with key stakeholders, including the Environmental Agency, the Marine and Fisheries Office, coastal communities, and business actors. Data were also collected through observation and document analysis to ensure triangulation. The study adopts the policy implementation model of Van Meter and Van Horn (1975), which highlights six key variables influencing implementation performance. The findings reveal that: (1) policy goals have not been fully translated into measurable and operational local action plans; (2) resource constraints, including limited infrastructure, transportation facilities, and human resources, significantly hinder implementation; (3) the characteristics of implementing agencies indicate institutional commitment, yet are constrained by weak inter-agency synergy and internal management; (4) implementers generally demonstrate supportive attitudes, but low community participation reduces policy effectiveness; (5) inter-organizational communication remains suboptimal, limiting coordination; and (6) socio-economic and environmental conditions, particularly low public awareness and persistent waste disposal habits, pose substantial challenges. Furthermore, several supporting factors were identified, such as the availability of regulatory frameworks at both national and local levels, private sector involvement, and routine coastal cleanup initiatives. However, overall policy implementation remains suboptimal due to persistent structural and contextual constraints, including limited resources, weak coordination, low public engagement, and geographical conditions that accelerate waste accumulation in coastal areas.

Abstract

As a critical component of financial statement audits, management-prepared financial reports are subjected to thorough and objective evaluations by independent auditing entities. A high-quality audit plays a vital role in ensuring the credibility and reliability of a company’s financial disclosures. This study aims to investigate the effect of audit tenure, audit switching, and audit delay on audit quality within the consumer goods sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2019–2023. A purposive sampling technique was employed, and data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that both audit tenure and audit switching significantly influence audit quality, whereas audit delay does not demonstrate a significant effect. Additionally, accounting firm size (KAP size) was found to influence audit quality as a control variable.
