Abstract

Abstract

This study investigates the drivers of environmentally responsible consumer behavior among Indonesian consumers, focusing on the impact of habit, consumer awareness, and sustainability. A sample of 252 participants were surveyed to examine the relationship between sustainability values, consumer vulnerability awareness, community consumer instrumentality awareness, personal consumer instrumentality awareness, habits, and responsible consumer behavior. This study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Smart-PLS 4 to analyze the data. The results showed a significant positive relationship between sustainability values, dimensions of consciousness, habits, and responsible consumer behavior. The findings emphasize the critical role of high awareness, personal agency, and habitual behavior in promoting green choices. These insights provide valuable guidance for businesses, policymakers, and environmental advocates who want to encourage positive environmental change through consumer behavior.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of social media marketing, influencer endorsement, and content customization on purchasing intention among Generation Z consumers in Indonesia. Based on a quantitative approach with 150 respondents, the study applies a Likert scale (1-5) and data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). The results indicate that all three variables significantly impact buying intention, with influencer endorsement impacting most, followed by content personalization and social media marketing. The model explains 65% of the variance in buying intention, indicating its high explanatory power. This research adds to our understanding of the marketing strategies that effectively influence Generation Z's purchasing habits and offers real-world implications for business organizations seeking to maximize their internet marketing campaigns.

Abstract

This study looks into the complex interactions that exist between Indonesian Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises (MSMEs) and training, hiring, employee engagement, social entrepreneurship performance, sustainable business practices, and the social impact on local communities. The study employs Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) through a quantitative analysis encompassing 487 MSMEs to explore a broad range of hypotheses. The findings highlight the paradoxical relationship that exists between sustainability and training, underscoring the necessity for HR procedures to be approached with delicacy. High employee engagement and successful hiring emerge as key factors that influence the performance of social entrepreneurship and sustainable business practices. Moreover, the research highlights the positive effects of MSMEs involved in social entrepreneurship on sustainable practices and the larger community, underscoring the connection between sustainability and social entrepreneurship. While the practical consequences direct strategic HR planning and the reform of training programs, the theoretical implications cover the advancement of Sustainable Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the enrichment of social entrepreneurship theory. The research offers significant perspectives for MSMEs aiming to harmonize HR procedures with sustainability goals and promote constructive societal influence.

Abstract

This research explores the complex relationship between employee performance and productivity within a company. Typically, research related to performance and productivity focuses on the skills of employees as well as their motivation or incentives. In this case, the researcher aims to examine performance and productivity from three other crucial factors: the work environment, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and work discipline. This is because it has been found that these three factors can also influence an employee's performance, ultimately impacting their productivity while working. The research results will reveal whether a positive work environment can have a positive impact on performance. Similarly, the increasing strictness of SOPs and the discipline in following them can also have a positive effect on both performance and productivity.

Abstract

This study investigates the factors that affect income diversification and the associated risk in Indonesian Islamic banking. Panel regression is used to examine the correlation between risk factors, including primary operating revenue, fee-based income, internal and external factors, and the profitability of Islamic banks. Panel regression analysis has been conducted on the data from 2012-2016 to determine the factors that affect profitability and risk. The results show that pretax profit, after-tax profit as a proportion of total assets, and after-tax profit as a percentage of total equity react differently to income diversification. According to the findings, an increase in profit before taxes can be expected as the number and diversity of a company's revenue streams continue to expand. This indicates that the financial health of Islamic banks improves when they have access to many revenue streams. Furthermore, the standard deviation of baseline income shows that diversifying sources of income has little effect on internal risk.
