Abstract

This study aims to analyze the concept of literacy integration in thematic learning within the Independent Curriculum in elementary schools. The method used is a literature study by reviewing various literature sources related to literacy, thematic learning, and the implementation of the Independent Curriculum. The analysis results indicate that literacy integration in thematic learning can improve reading, writing, critical thinking, and conceptual understanding skills holistically. The project-based learning and real-life context offered by the Independent Curriculum support literacy strengthening through reading, discussion, and presentation activities. However, literacy integration is not optimal due to limited teacher competency, minimal reading facilities, and a low student literacy culture. This study recommends strengthening teacher training, providing digital and print-based literacy media, and collaboration between parents and schools in building a culture of literacy from an early age.

Abstract

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the cause of the decline and increase in the ratio of the company, and to find out and analyze the activity ratios and solvency ratios in measuring the financial performance of plastic and packaging companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2012-2016 period. This type of research is descriptive, with 10 financial statements of tedftar plastic and packaging companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, with quantitative data and secondary data sources. In research and analyze financial performance by using activity ratios, namely inventory turnover and total assets turnover, solvency ratios, namely debt to asset ratio and debt to equity ratio. The results of the study show that the financial performance of plastic and packaging companies has decreased and increased not in accordance with standards effectiveness, this can be seen from the calculation of the activity and solvency ratios that have been carried out experiencing fluctuations and this results in some plastic and packaging companies not being good. Decreasing activity ratios occur due to the lack of the company's ability to manage inventory and the lack of companies utilizing their assets in producing efficient sales. As for the solvency ratio, it is still not optimal because there are still a number of plastic companies that have not been able to pay long-term obligations and too much debt that they have, so it is not comparable with the capital and assets owned by the company. The questionnaire data was tested for validity and reliability using Cronbach's alpha, then the data was analyzed using normality tests, multiple linear regression, multicollinearity, T-tests, F-tests, and determination coefficient calculations (R²). The regression equation Customer Satisfaction = 7.347 + 0.371 Fintech + 0.424 Digital Marketing + e means that both variables have a positive effect. The results of the study show that fintech and digital marketing have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Abstract

A research approach is a design, guideline, or reference for the research to be conducted. This research approach is quantitative, in accordance with the problem being addressed in this study.Quantitative research methods are used to examine a specific population or sample using quantitative/statistical research instruments and data analysis to test hypotheses. This research focused on and was planned for Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) customers in Medan who actively use the BSI mobile banking application.A positive path coefficient indicates that Product Knowledge has a unidirectional relationship with Fintech usage, indicating that the influence of Product Knowledge on Saving Behavior is not significant. A positive path coefficient indicates that in terms of the direction of the relationship, an increase in income tends to be followed by an increase in saving behavior. A positive path coefficient indicates that in terms of the direction of the relationship, an increase in income tends to be followed by an increase in saving behavior
